Abbiamo segnalato l’inconveniente ai responsabili chiedendo o il rimborso o l’eventuale reinvio del prodotto, ma ci è stato detto che il rimborso non sarebbe stato possibile in quanto non ricadeva su di loro la responsabilità, e che per avere un nuovo prodotto avremmo dovuto pagare noi i costi per la spedizione (10€). Abbiamo accettato quindi le loro condizioni, nonostante non ci sembrasse giusto spendere ulteriori soldi per un problema che non dipendeva da noi, lasciando una recensione negativa sul loro sito. Terrible company. Ordered replacement keys and paid in full. Company never responded to multiple emails and never provided the key. Complete sham! Luckily Paypal refunded me my money. Don't do business with this company.

I was extremely sceptical about taking a photo of a very specialised safe key, and expect it to work, as there were also some (not many) negative reviews, but I have to say I was 100% proved wrong to have had any doubts. The new key arrived very promptly (took less than a week), and worked first time. Needless to say I'm very relieved, and would recommend 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths/We Love Keys without any hesitation.

With all my research and a clear vision of what I wanted and where I wanted it, I thought this was a match made in eco-heaven. I had sourced my own kit and simply needed Rolling Renewables to handle the installation and the all-important MCS paperwork to enable me to export excess electricity back to the grid. The Red Flags Begin to Wave The first red flags fluttered in the wind during the installation. There were a few critical elements of the install that the staff failed to clarify with me. I put in extra effort to keep things moving, thinking it was a small hiccup. In hindsight, had I known then what I know now, I would have drawn a line in the sand and gone with a different installer. Communication Breakdown The installation kicked off in late April and wrapped up in early May. Another communication issue reared its head regarding my GSE in-roof mounting system. They didn’t update me on this until I chased them down several weeks later, asking when the install would be completed. The upsetting part? They didn’t just fail to tell me the issue—they somehow made it feel like it was my fault. The Installation Team to the Rescue Kudos to the installation team—they were brilliant. They completed their part efficiently. However, when I called about the MCS paperwork, I was told they were too busy with an upcoming exhibition. It felt like they had taken my money and now couldn’t be bothered. I followed up again a couple of weeks later and was met with a slew of implausible excuses for the delay. Stuck in Solar Limbo It's been three months since the installation, and my DNO is still waiting for commissioning paperwork—something that should have been completed on the day of the install. Oddly, the paperwork was dated a month after the actual installation. All I want is an export MPAN, but they can’t seem to be bothered. Meanwhile, I’m pushing approximately 25-30 kWh per day back to the grid without getting any rebate because the office team is too busy. The Final Straw My contention is that paperwork is part of the installation and should be treated with the same importance so customers can move forward. It’s a process, albeit complex, but essential. Now, I find myself caught in a void, going round in circles with a company that makes promises they don’t deliver on. If you’re considering Rolling Renewables, be prepared for a ride—a renewable rollercoaster that might leave you wishing you had taken a different path.

We made a collection for a couple who were getting married. The system worked very well and there was a good choice of things on which to spend the money collected. One minor glitch was that the card with the messages hadn't arrived the day before we were due to make the presentation. I suspect this was the fault of Royal Mail rather than GiftRound. I tried to phone the GiftRound number given on the website but there was no reply. So I emailed customer support and within an hour had a reply from Stu, offering to send another card by guaranteed next day delivery. He also explained that I could print off the messages (I hadn't spotted that but it was there on the website). I asked for the card to be sent again, and indeed it arrived the next day in time for the presentation. Good customer support -thanks. I will certainly use GiftRound again.

Purtroppo ho ricevuto un prodotto sbagliato. Il servizio clienti è stato inizialmente disponibile, ma poi per 10 giorni non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione. Presumo che il team fosse in vacanza, visto che non rispondevano ai messaggi, ma non c'era alcuna indicazione sul sito. Quando finalmente hanno risposto, ho dovuto sollecitare più volte per ottenere la lettera di vettura. Hanno attribuito il ritardo al servizio di spedizioni, sostenendo che ad agosto fosse intasato. Firstly, when I returned the car, no one mentioned a missing home charger. It was only after I had left that I received a call saying it was missing. I am confident the home charger was in the car, as I never used it myself; I always relied on public chargers. I also requested invoices for the home charger (£250) and the tyre (£40) to verify these claims, but haven’t received them yet. As for the discounts you mentioned, those were occasional promotional offers and not directly related to my deposit or this issue. While I appreciate them, they don’t offset the current problem with my deposit refund. I would be more than happy to meet in person to review the evidence, as I believe in transparency and fairness. However, without clear proof of the charges you're claiming, it’s difficult to accept these deductions. I hope we can resolve this fairly and promptly.

Bestilling og levering gikk problemfritt, men varmepumpen røk før den var fylt året og det var umulig å få hjelp fra zave. Åtte måneder har vi fortsatt ikke fått hjelp. Vi kastet inn håndkleet og ba en annen leverandør om hjelp til slutt så nå har vi hvertfall varmepumpe selv om vi ikke fikk noen kostnader ved reparasjonen dekket.

Får to stjerner for kjøpsprosessen og pris. Får minus mange stjerner for oppfølging. Kjøpte pumpe i april. Denne fungerte ikke. Nå i august fungerer den fremdeles ikke. Kundeservice er totalt mangelvare. Hører ingenting fra Zave etter utallige e-poster og forsøk på telefonsamtaler.

Styr for all del unna dette selskap! Etter uendelige samtaler, eposter og løfter om service på en reklamasjon på en varmepumpe har det fortsatt ikke skjedd noe som helst etter 5 måneder. Hva som er leit er at også Panasonic Norge nekter å ta ansvar for sine produkter som er solgt via Zave. De henviser til at de har solgt produktet til Zava "...uten garantier". Vi trodde (dessverre naivt) at hvis vi kjøper en respektert merkevare så er vi sikre på oppfølging hvis noe går galt. At en så kjent merkevare velger så useriøse forhandlere og deretter fraskriver seg alt ansvar var virkelig overraskende. Vår konklusjon: zave.no er rett og slett et totalt useriøst selskap og kjøper man Panasonic produkte generelt er det en risiko å sitte igjen uten noe som helst oppfølging eller ansvar da de fraskriver seg alt ansvar for sine egne forhandlere. Dette var en lei sak men bør bli kjent slik at ikke andre ender opp i samme situasjon som oss

Bestilte 2 stk av de dyreste pumpene. Alt gikk fint i starten til betalingen var gjort. Deretter begynte problemene; varene ble ikke levert på uker tross at jeg ble informert om at de fante spå lager og kunne sendes straks. Etter ca 3 uker kom varene men ingen installasjon. Nå, etter 2 måneder er èn varmepumpe installert mens den andre fortsatt ikke er i drift. Har forsøkt å ringe utallige ganger men det er ikke engang noen som gidder å besvare. Anbefaler virkelig ingen å handle hos Zave. -Virkelig dårlig!

Jeg kjøpte varmepumpe for snart 5 år siden og den opplevelsen var meget god. Levering og installasjon gikk smertefritt og raskt. Det var en feil på innedelen, som ble byttet etter at jeg meldte fra om det. Også dette gikk raskt og smertefritt. For 2 måneder siden røk kretskortet på utedelen og jeg initierte en reklamasjonssak. Svaret på den kom relativt kjapt, men etter det har alt vært sirup. Alt fra null svar til lite og trege svar (vi snakker uker). Jeg ble lovet ny del og montør. Delen kom omsider etter purring, men montør har jeg ikke hørt noe mer om. Har meldt fra flere ganger om at delen har kommet, men får aldri svar på hvordan det ligger an med montør. Når jeg ringer, blir jeg henvist til nettsiden for den aktuelle saken. Der er det og har aldri vært svar på kommunikasjon.

Pas på med dette firma, de trækker penge fra jeres konto og skriver at de vender retur, men det sker intet og vi står stadig her med en udgift og ingen varme. Firmaet har travlt med og kaste skylden videre på alle andre, men det er tydeligt at det er deres måde at handle på. I was in the process of buying a new vehicle and I needed an insurance card sent to the dealership showing my new vehicle insurance coverage. The Nationwide representative put a rush on it and my new card was sent to the dealer within an hour. Then later that evenig i received my new insurance policy via emal.

The vendor provided me with rims without TPMS sensors even after verifying my order against the VIN. "We know what fits" - what a joke.

Die Socken sind top. Was die Kommunikation angeht, läuft es etwas schlecht. Ich habe nicht wie heute üblich nach meiner Bestellung eine Bestellbestätigung per Email erhalten und auch auf höfliche Nachfrage via Email keine Antwort erhalten. Wer auf seiner Internetseite damit wirbt, dass man ihn problemlos via Email kontaktieren kann, wollte dann auch bitte antworten. Deswegen auch nur vier Sterne Die Email das meine Bestellung verschickt wurde habe ich dann immerhin erhalten! Alles weitere wie gesagt top!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal Socken bei Stance bestellt und bin unglaublich zufrieden mit der Qualität. Diese coolen Socken sind fantastisch! Aktualisierung meiner unten stehenden Bewertung: Kaum habe ich die Bewertung geschrieben kommt die Dame von der Post und bringt mir das Paket mit den Strümpfen! Ich revidiere meinen 1 Stern und gebe nun 4 Sterne da die Ware von sehr guter Qualität ist. Der eine fehlende Stern hat also nur mit der Dauer der Lieferung zu tun. Habe am 27. November bestellt sollte ein Nikolausgeschenk werden. Leider liegen die Sachen seit dem 5. Dezember beim Zoll. Ich kann die Firma aus diesen Gründen nicht empfehlen. Ein Lager in der EU sollte meines erachten möglich sein oder aber eine realistische Lieferdauer sollte beim bestellen angezeigt werden. Mal schauen ob die Stümpfe zum Weihnachtsfest da sind....

Via bol.com een verkeerde kraan bij XLsanitair besteld. Na overleg over retour mogelijkheden hebben ze voor hetzelfde bedrag de juiste kraan opgestuurd. Snel contact en goed meegedacht.

Product was niet op aangegeven dag geleverd. Gebeld met klantenservice, telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Vervolgens contact via chat. Er werd aangegeven dat pakket door bezorgdienst nog niet verwerkt was maar dat er een track & trace zou worden. Na ontvangst van track & trace bleek dat het product echter niet op tijd bij bezorgdienst aangeleverd was. Volgende dag opnieuw contact (zelfde verhaal telefonisch niet bereikbaar) via chat om technische tekening van product op te vragen omdat de levering mogelijk pas 's avonds geleverd zou worden en loodgieter alleen tot vroeg in de middag nog beschikbaar zou zijn. Weer kreeg bezorgdienst onterecht de schuld en de vraag werd niet beantwoord. Uiteindelijk zou men er achteraan gaan en zou het vervolgd worden. Geen idee wanneer maar de klantenservice is bedroevend.

Waardeloos. Op de website staat vandaag besteld binnen twee dagen geleverd. Wacht nu al meer als een week met bellen zijn ze niet te berijken en op mail en website word niet gereageerd

Artikel gekocht, verzending in principe prima. Maar dan begint de ellende. Artikel past niet dus moet retour. Retourbeleid met een hele omweg waarbij een formulier via de mail opgestuurd moet worden en je binnen 2 werkdagen reactie zou krijgen. Ik ben inmiddels een dikke week verder en nog altijd geen reactie. Zul je zien dat er dadelijk moeilijk gedaan wordt over de 14 dagen retourtermijn terwijl je mooi optijd bent. Daarnaast 9 euro retourkosten voor een klein artikel, niet helemaal van deze tijd lijkt me, zelf verzenden is nog goedkoper.

Anche quest’anno con Emma Villas abbiamo potuto usufruire di un ottimo servizio. Abbiamo goduto un bellissimo soggiorno nelle Podere Orcio 10. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Le stanze ben arredate e confortevoli, la cucina attrezzatissima e il tavolo molto grande ci hanno permesso. Di godere un fine anno e inizio del nuovo anno in compagnia.

Primi contatti con la compagnia su whatsapp veramente scadenti a livello comunicativo e di informazioni servite, poi fortunatamente risolti tramite chiamata da Claudia. La casa nonostante fosse molto carina, non era proprio predisposta a una permanenza invernale vista la difficoltà nel riuscire a portare la temperatura almeno a uno stato “mite”. Per il resto possiamo considerare l’esperienza positiva. Francesca la proprietaria di casa è stata molto cordiale e comunque disponibile nel cercare di risolvere le complicazioni riscontrate.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura per 4 notti, in 7 coppie, e ne siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti. La casa è organizzata in modo impeccabile, pulita e attrezzata alla perfezione. Ogni dettaglio è curato con grande attenzione, il che la rende un luogo davvero speciale. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. È senza dubbio una sistemazione da voto 10: non vediamo l’ora di tornare, perché qualsiasi altra opzione ci sembrerebbe un passo indietro rispetto a questa! Complimenti alla proprietà per il lavoro eccezionale. Siamo completamente soddisfatti.

We stayed with Emmas Villas twice and learned the second time that really it's just a platform, they don't do quality control of the homes and aren't available if something should go astray. We told them after our stay that our house was dirty, smelly, and had lots of broken items and they didn't even respond. As annual travelers to Italy we will NOT use this outfit again.

Great villa and super nice host. We were two families, 10 adults altogether, and we had plenty of room indoors and outdoors, beautiful garden, peaceful, good beds, everything clean and in good condition, close to supermarket and good restaurants and a short trainride from Rome. You need a car to see the area, though, as there are no sidewalks for pedestrians. It’s absolutely gorgeous!

We (group of 7) were at Emma's Villa (Tuscany) in September 2024. It was a nice experience. Perfect location and nice view over to the Mediterranean Sea. Concierge service (Andrea) was always ready to help. We all have nice memories from that week. Thanks!

Abbiamo scelto Emma Villas per la seconda volta, dopo una meravigliosa esperienza nel 2021, per la nostra vacanza estiva in Umbria in una delle proprietà a disposizione. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana che tutto è stato tranne vacanza: - Al check-in la casa versava in condizioni pietose, i proprietari ci hanno informati che gli ospiti precedenti avevano arrecato diversi danni, e han cercato con i mezzi a disposizione e nel minor tempo possibile di metterci una pezza (iniziato le operazioni di pulizia della piscina che si sono però protratte per oltre 24 ore durante le quali la piscina non è stata assolutamente utilizzabile, cambiato la lavastoviglie e fatto delle pulizie approssimative). - Il servizio base per cui avevamo scelto l'immobile, il BBQ, non c'era e non siamo stati minimamente informati. E' stata data la colpa ad un'ordinanza che (dopo ns. verifiche) in realtà non vietava in alcun modo l'accensione di BBQ ma faceva riferimento solamente a fuochi d'artificio e fiamme libere nei boschi. Ci è stato fornito per 8 adulti e 3 bambini un fornelletto a carbonella in sostituzione che sembrava uscito dalla casa delle bambole. - La piscina è rimasta in uno stato pietoso per tutta la vacanza, macchiando costumi, giochi e teli in maniera irrecuperabile. - I condizionatori non hanno funzionato per 3 giorni (diversi solleciti fatti ai proprietari senza alcun risultato, è intervenuta Emma Villas solo al 3° giorno con un tecnico qualificato) e ci siamo ritrovati con una bambina con la febbre a 40.5° e temperature roventi negli appartamenti giorno e notte (ricordo che nella settimana di pertinenza le temperature minime esterne erano di 28°). Aggiungo la presenza di ogni possibile pentola/stoviglia/accessorio da cucina obsoleta e rovinata. A seguito di mesi di trattative, lamentele, e discussioni con il dipartimento di Property Management siamo duramente arrivati ad una compensazione economica per i danni materiali subiti. Ci teniamo comunque a raccontare quanto accaduto perchè sia di aiuto ai prossimi clienti nella scelta della loro location per le vacanze, per noi rimarrà un amaro ricordo che non ci porterà a riprenotare con loro.

Designrr is by far the best solution for my needs. I have tried many auto formatting apps, and while they all have something unique to offer, designrr's ease of use and flexibility have made my publishing life easier. I primarily use it to create high quality, easy to read student workbooks for the courses I teach.

Designrr is so easy to use and a very affordable program. I'm 71 and if I can use it with no problem, anyone can! Plus their customer service is the best of the best. They get back with you very fast with any question you have. I really love Designrr. It is making my ebook look so professional.

Well, its not only about a program to write e-books... Firstly you get promised to achieve financially freedom when you purchase their program, once purchased, they want you to even invest in a further and better program and then they reveal the concept, which is to convince people who already have invested to get to invest further and even furthermore... I feel this is kind of a cheat concept. You give a promise for the first investment, you don't try to catch people into even larger investments! The book designer worked quite buggy and was not worth the investment at all. You can use chatGBT and other tools yourselv without the designrr. AND be aware! They set you up for automatic renewal! And even they promise: "Designrr PRO Upgrade Fee ($97 per year), after a free 7-day trial" they don't refund voluntarily. I cancelled the same day the renewal was made by them. I contacted them and they responded that the subscription is cancelled. But I did not receive any refund, so after contacting them again they just kept replying kind of arrogant:"We do not refund for Upgrade, only for initial payment first time. We close this case now. Let us know if we can help with something else." Luckily I had made my payment by paypal. After escalated and make a dispute to claim my money back, paypal helped me out to get my renewal fee back. So I hope you won't get frauded by them and advise to stay away.

I find Designrr to be a powerful tool in creating my E Book. The templates are plentiful and once I learned the program I found it easy to navigate the site.

Jeg fandt tæt op mod jul en taske på Zaya, som var udsolgt alle andre steder, til en fin pris. Jeg havde et par spørgsmål, så jeg ringede til telefonen inden for åbningstiden, men ingen tog den. Jeg ringede igen senere og igen.... men ganske forgæves. Så sendte jeg en mail og hørte stadig intet, så jeg droppede faktisk tanken om at købe tasken. 28 timer senere kom der pludselig svar, og så var servicen i top, og pakken nåede frem lige inden jul. Så alt i alt en god, men lidt shaky oplevelse. Havde telefonen været åben som lovet på websitet, eller var der kommet respons på mailen inden for overskuelig tid, havde der været fem stjerner.

Bought as a birthday present from my husband. Booked it near to the expiry date with emails back and forth but helpful with the odd phone call too. It would be easier if we could book directly with the studio ourselves. The day itself was ok but the microphone still needed setting up when we arrived and it was freezing (!) which made me a bit tense. Plus the room was large (for a band) so a bit daunting. The engineer was pleasant enough and the result was fine - the recording itself. Just felt like we lost 5-10 minutes at the start with setting up the microphone etc. The computer side of it is amazing - so clever how the different recordings can be pieced together to create the final track. If I did this again, I’d get a slightly longer session so there would be time to warm up the voice and feel a bit more relaxed.

This was bought as a gift for my 8 year old daughter. She was treated like a superstar from start to finish and is delighted with her track. A memory I’m sure she will treasure forever. Before she went to bed she said it was the best day of her life. Jay was amazing and made her feel special and was great all round. Happy daughter happy parents. I got brought a songmaker experience for my 30th birthday present from my parents. On the day me and my friend had an amazing day. All my life I've wanted to go in a recording studio. Andrei was amazing and made me feel very relaxed and my recordings sound amazing. The reason I've put it at average is because booking it was an awful experience. I rang up to book and got hung up on twice. Then I was told when I finally got through that they would need to ring me back to arrange dates. Danny who I spoke to was very rude. After 2 weeks I had no contact so I rang back as was worried it was a scam. I finally managed to book. Luckily I could get in at the Bristol studio. But defiantly wasn't easy process. Over all I now have my recordings and now I have a nice memory. And glad I got the chance to sing the song I wanted to as it has a very sad but special memory to it.

We went to Sutton to record I want you back by the Jackson Five and the whole experience was wonderful. Jay was amazing - expert, encouraging, friendly and putting my daughter at ease immediately. The sound was fantastic. Definitely want to do it again.

Booked an experience for my daughter as birthday gift. She absolutely loved every minute of her experience and had a memorable experience.

We had a Songmaker experience booked for a hen party. I contacted a week before to give our song choice and confirm booking and was asked to email. I did so and after hearing nothing, did so again a few days later. Two days before the Hen Do I contacted the agent we booked through who said they would try to contact Songmaker for us. They did so and were told they just needed to confirm with the studio. The day before the Hen Do I again contacted the agent who said the studio had pulled out and they would try to find a new one. This was less than 24 hours before the event and although a new venue was found eventually, it caused a lot of stress and left me spending the day of my daughters first birthday meal reorganising travel plans and contacting all the party to make sure they could get to the new venue. Whilst I understand issues happen, Songmaker handled the situation appallingly.
