Paid for a set number of emails. Configured the DNS records as instructed and ran the checker that confirmed all ok. Set up my email complete with link to unsubscribe, website and privacy policy. Sent a couple of tests to fine tune the email layout. Generated a plain text copy and ran the spam check all good. Started the sending and after a say 150 emails I received an email to say that they couldn't verify the domain. I checked the sending log and saw errors starting to appear so aborted the send. Then received an email saying my account was closed as I was spamming. Used the chat to try and resolve this only to be told account closed, find another supplier and no I wouldn't be getting a refund as they deemed I was spamming and that was that So folks look for another supplier or risk losing your money. You have been warned. In response to your reply. The only links on the email where to the website which is a business that has been trading for many years, a link to the privacy policy and to the unsubscribe page. With regards to reaching out to you I have submitted a ticket #9880666 to which I have not had a reply! UPDATE! It's now 3 days since I submitted the ticket number #9880666 and so reply. UPDATE! I submitted another ticket #510757 asking why they had not replied to my first ticket and of course I attached a copy of the original ticket. The reply to the second ticket was "your account has been closed and we have no more info about this in such cases" My reply was "Your reply is not acceptable. Please tell me why my account has been closed and supply supporting documentation as to how this decision has been reached." Now waiting for a reply for which I have given the 17 December 2024 as the required date.

The help (from Abdullah) was fantastic. My issues are and were very complex and he stayed with me, sent information and maybe with help like this I will once more have my systems in order. This was an issue with a bulk mailing and there were lots of issues.

If you look up reviews about this service online, you’ll find that most of them indicate that they close accounts for trivial reasons and do not offer any real assistance to help you become a legitimate user. This is exactly what happened to me. I tried several times to sign up for the service, but each time they closed my account within just five minutes. When I asked customer service why this was happening, they responded with "Good luck, we cannot cooperate" without providing any explanation, as if I was begging them for a favor. They seem to think their service, which many doubt is reliable in terms of deliverability, is the only one on the market, and that everyone would fail without them. There are better services out there that know how to respect their clients and provide real support to help you become a loyal user. The people running this service don't value their customers and treat them with arrogance. Another issue: I repeatedly asked the customer service team over a month if having a website was a requirement to join their service. Several representatives named Abdullah, Khaloud, and Merna responded that no, a website was not required. Great, I thought! However once I finished signing up, I was surprised to find my account immediately closed. After much persistence, I was finally told that I needed a website that met their specific requirements, along with other ridiculous terms. I am confident that they would close my account even if I wasted time setting this up and then tried to register again. This is simply because they are an unreliable service. To turboSMTP: I was about to sign up for your $400 package, but because of your customer service that drives customers away instead of helping them, I don't need you anymore.

Dopo aver effettuato una prova su due domini ed un sottodominio per un mese con buoni risultati hanno sospeso il servizio senza alcuna comunicazione a riguardo causando la perdita di numerose e-mail senza possibilità di risalire nè al lasso temporale nè alle informazioni delle email non inviate. La causa indicata, dopo una loro analisi durata diverse ore e ripristinata senza alcun avviso, è stata quella di oggetti contenenti le parole "wetransfer" e "youtube". Non sono state fornite indicazioni di alcun genere per poter fare ulterioir analisi sui nostri server. Non è possibile registrare separatamente i domini per cercare di limitare i danni perchè "l'anagrafica è già presente". Probabilmente un account a pagamento è trattato in modo più decente, ma già da una prova di poco più di un mese il servizio non lo ritengo degno di esser utilizzato in ambito professionale, nonostante si vantino di collaborare con aziende importanti. Probabilmente terrò i servizi per situazioni di emergenza, ma non sicuramente pe rl'utilizzo principale o come proposta sui nostri clienti. la seconda stella è solo perchè il servizio clienti effettivamente ha risposto in tempi brevi e con informazioni sempre coerenti, anche se non condivisibili.

Stornierungsanfrage leider nur sehr dürftig bearbeitet worden + unklare Situation der Widerrufsbelehrung. Leider eine einmal und nie wieder Erfahrung für mich. Der Kaufabschluss selbst war an sich nicht schlecht, bis auf die Geschwindigkeit der Plattform.

Ich habe 8 Reifen bestellt. Alle 8 wurde schnell geliefert, allerdings habe ich leider nur für 4 Reifen eine Verfolgungsnummer bekommen - und noch dazu hat GLS meine Adresse nicht gefunden, daher wurden die Reifen zurückgeschickt. Alfatires Support war sehr hilfreich, sie haben auch schnell reagiert: die Reifen wurden erneut verschickt. Die Reifen sind relativ neu (2 Monate, bzw. 1 Jahre alt). Alles bestens, gerne wieder!

Buying from Challenge Trophies was a quick and easy experience. Being able to add engraving directly on the site was painless and it came out great on the medals we got. Shipping cost was pretty expensive for the small order (and came in really large packaging) but arrived quickly, was well packed and was shipped in great condition. I am very disappointed; after rebranding, the website is not worth visiting. Instead of the lovely items they used to sell, it’s just partner offers from Amazon😏 Shame, as I used to buy a lot from them.

I ordered for the first time due to a sale and I must admit I was quite sceptical and fully expecting to be scammed. The products arrived when they said they would and after placing a big order, 1 or 2 eyeshadow palettes had a little chip in just one colour and the foundation shades were different from the pictures on the site. I wrote to the customer service team and got an immediate reply and apology and was refunded for the damaged items. Absolutely top tier customer service and the products were really great, despite a few having defects but that is to be expected with such great prices. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would recommend everyone else to do the same!

I used to love this company, however since its rebounded the choice is dire, delivery is dire long and drawn out, not to mention taking two months and lots of back and forth emails to get a refund. When I did get a refund it wasn't for the whole amount but I gave up. Avoid avoid avoid. Such a shame to have to say this as previously I lived this company.

I used to love this site and ordered an enormous amount of clothes and shoes. About a year or so ago it nosedived in every sense. It's impossible to find anything I'd even remotely like (previously I couldn't choose what to order as everything was appealing), quality degredaded to the extremes, cheap flimsy materials with por stitching, they used to update their selection every morning with new arrivals, now the website hasn't changed in 4 months, delivery used to be a few days, now it can take weeks and they raised their prices. So all in all you get poorer quality clothes for a lot more money and way slower than before. I think I'm done with them

Through no fault of theirs my parcel was held up at the post office and I contacted everything5pounds customer service who were lovely chasing up the parcel and regularly emailing with updates, my parcel arrived and I am blown away by the quality of the products too. The concealer and foundation were good coverage and tone, the eyeshadow pallettes are so pigmented with excellent colour choices all very wearable to mix and match, or take from day to evening. It's the little quality touches that make such a difference glass foundation bottle, metal tip on concealers making it easy to keep clean, even a magnetic closure on the lipsticks better quality than even the priceiest brands. Langdon Court is wonderful as it’s a home & to stay there is a very special experience. It’s luxurious but homely, it’s a big house but has a “cozy” home vibe, there’s people & dogs that live there so it’s unlike any other place I’ve stayed. Perfume all smells great, my fav is the blue bow. If you’re a fan- great to have BUT the bottles ares AWFUL quality and the customer service is bad. I received a bottle with a broken atomizer- I sent photos to customer service and they wanted video footage on top of detailed pics (attached) to show the atomizer was broken. I ended up using a pair of pliers to anchor the atomizer and fix it so it sprays- but in all honesty I can not recommend this fragrance house or purchasing as it seems I am not the only one who thinks the packaging is insanely cheap. EDIT- I sent the company photos and they wanted a video, just basically bad customer care. I needed up fixing the bad bottle with pliers myself but lost fragrance. They should have replaced the perfume. Then they said “sorry if asking for a video was hurtful” in an email- not sure if the person replying is emotionally stable

The delivery was fine, packaging was fine but the fragrance had zero staying power. Like gone in 10 mins. I have inexpensive B&B body spray that lasts longer! I am no stranger to fine fragrances but this one just did not deliver. I was very disappointed.

Michel germain has the best smelling colognes and perfumes that I've ever smelled. My favorite is sugarful pour homme and sexual noir pour homme. Favorite women's is sugarful dream, sugarful, and sexual tendre Paris. Also the free samples and free weekender bag is an amazing deal. The bag is huge and can probably fit almost a whole checked bag in it. Loveeee the bags style and quality!!!!

They emailed me back immediately apologizing profusely about the broken bottle. They sent me a whole new 6 bottle set without blinking an eye. Also, they didn't ask me to return the other 5 bottles, which were in perfect shape. Super helpful and friendly. BTW, the broken bottle of "Secret" smelled out of this world; can't wait to get the replacement and smell it on my girl! Thanks for the great customer service!

Net voor de kerst had onze gemeente dringend bodycams nodig voor onze BOA's. Firecom heeft zeer goed advies gegeven met betrekking tot de keuze van de bodycams. Persoonlijke begeleiding die ervoor heeft gezorgd dat we ruim binnen de afgesproken tijd over goed werkende bodycams konden beschikken.

De communicatie middelen van Firecom waren onmisbaar bij ons evenement! De 4G portofoons van Firecom zorgde voor een kraakheldere verbinding! En buiten dat is het heel fijn samenwerken met het team van Firecom. Kortom een topbedrijf wat ik zeker zal aanraden.

Firecom denkt mee als wij portofoons inhuren voor de diverse evenementen over het land. Degelijke moderne apparatuur en goede service maken dit een fijne partner om mee te werken!

Een enthousiast bedrijf die hun afspraken nakomen. De Firecomporto’s waren onmisbaar op onze trip met een elektrischa auto naar de Noordkaap. We hebben, met nog drie andere teams, continu bereik gehad ook al reden we soms in the middle of nowhere. Het gaf ons een veilig gevoel dat we continu een back up hadden mochten we met problemen komen te staan. Bizar dat we soms 300 kilometer van elkaar vandaan reden en dat het signaal spatzuiver was. Enorm betrouwbare Firecomporto’s! Dankjewel!

Een bedrijf waar je trots op mag zijn. Die met je meedenkt. Maar ook best wel aan de prijs is. Maar dan heb je ook kwaliteit. En dat mag best wat kosten.

Firecom verdient een prima cijfer. Zij houden je goed op de hoogte van je bestelling en zijn zeer kundig in de adviezen die zij geven omtrent hun product. Alleen de levering met NLPost is een farce, volgens hen hebben ze geprobeerd het pakketje bij ons af te leveren maar volgens de receptie, die bemand is tussen 7.00 en 18.00 uur is er nooit iemand geweest.

Alles ging vlekkeloos. Transparante service. Er wordt echt de tijd genomen om een goed en eerlijk advies te geven aan de klant. Geweldig bedankt.

Na dat een knop op mijn pager stuk was naar Firecom opgestuurd. Heb de pager met een streep weggevallen pixels teruggekregen. Update: Firecom heeft ons gecontacteerd en is met een goede oplossing teruggekomen. Firecom geeft de klant hoge prioriteit! Nog een update: 3 Weken later brak het kettinkje af en hierover firecom gecontacteerd, ze constateerden dat dit niet te repareren was. Een medewerker heeft kosteloos een nieuw kettinkje opgestuurd.

Helt fantastisk sted og klart Slagelses bedste restaurant. Vi har været der og spise mange gange og er aldrig blevet skuffet Iver hverken mad eller service. Har også prøvet deres take away og det er lige så lækkert. Vi var der med nogen venner fra København i går, som ellers har prøvet mange gode spisesteder, men de var meeeget begejstret over Roots4 og siger de kommer tilbage på trods af afstanden. Sådan Roots4, fortsæt det gode arbejde. 😀

Hvis man vælger at lægge sig i niveauet 500 til 600 kr for 3 retter a la carte skal det være GOD basis mad. Jeg betaler gerne for god mad....Meget gerne endda...Især i slagelse, da der er meget lidt god mad Jeg havde derfor glædet mig til Roots4 åbnede igen. Men ak.... De åbnede med samme menu som i 2019! Forskellen var ikke længere var fjordrejer til de hvide asparges. Men ok, jeg gav dem en chance, for de var mit håb for rigtig mad i slagelse.. Det skal siges at alt hvad vi fik var generelt og overordnet var rigtig godt! Min kæreste fik hvide asparges m.rejer og hollandaise sauce...Asparges og rejer var dejlige - perfekt tilberedte- men en hollandaise skal smage af citron, ellers bliver det bare en varm mayo Det nævnte jeg ...fik lidt ekstra hvidvin uden at bede om det.. hvilket jo er dejligt. Meeennnn. Jeg fik tatar til forret... kød dejligt....chips af rodfrugter fantastisk dejlige - især grundet konsistens.... blev lovet mayo m. Trøffel..Der var MEGET lidt... Men ok sagde intet...dels grundet, at det var en god ren tatar , brødet er virkelig godt ( fyld op ????) Og jeg havde allerede nævnt hollandaisen.. Vi skulle have samme hovedret.. 255 kr for søtunge m.kaetofler og brokolini.... Dejlig fisk! Intet at sige der....overhovedt! Dejligt med grillet citron og kapers! Det der provokerer mig er at halvdelen af retten er dampet brokolini og blomkål..men de er rå?????? Vi kunne ikke engang skære disse med kniven. Jeg klager til tjenerne....og får det svar fra kokken ...at sådan skal de være...Han vil have friske grønsager..... !!!!???,, Rå???? Jeg vil bestemt ikke have overkogte grønsager!...MEN DE VAR RÅ ! ( gik ud igen fra begge tallerkener) Han undskyldte ikke, kaldte os nærmest ignoranter .. samtidig med at han tog vores 500 kr for retterne. Her er det jeg stopper op.... Super mad og servering med et smil.

I går besøgte jeg Roots4 for første gang. Vi havde bestilt den helt store tavlemenu med tilhørende vin osv. Jeg har kun ros for både mad, omgivelser og betjening. Maden så flot ud og smagte formidabelt, og retterne havde en tilpas størrelse. Smilende og høflig servicering hele aftenen selvom der var travlt. Roots4 er absolut anbefalelsesværdigt.

2 ud af 5 stjerner. De to stjerner gives udelukkende for en glimrende hovedret og en helt fantastisk dessert. Det er kærlighed til råvarerne men ikke til gæsterne. Vi var der i 2 timer og endte med at betale ca. 900 kr for to personer. Vi nåede både at bestille noget som de så åbenbart ikke havde alligevel - og så blev vi helt glemt til sidst fordi tjenerne havde mere travlt med at dække op så de kunne holde fyraften. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på det fik vi blot at vide at desserten snart ville komme. Alt i alt; tag på Madklubben i København. maden er billigere, betjeningen bedre og hvis der sker fejl eller man bliver glemt får man en undskyldning og et forsøg på at imødekomme en eller anden form for kompensation for ulejligheden.

As I have used this company over many years 15 plus from when its was a couple of fitters to the size they are today nothing has changed as you still get that personal feeling that gives you a feeling of great workmanship and professional individual's I would recommend any of my closet to use them and take a look at what they offer now.

The initial sales contact was excellent, we had gone to a number of suppliers, none could do what we wanted. Chigwell were exceedingly accomodating. As the installation took place we had a number of minor issues. Chigwell rose to the occasion, they went the extra mile to get get everything fixed. There was never a quibble, they were so easy to deal with and everythign was completed to an excellent level.
