4000 euro for One door damage. Be careful!!

For a little scratch on the door they charged me 4000 euro! I could buy a new car with It. And I bought 100 euro insurance for 4 days but it wasn't covering this damage caused by the wind. So what normally happens on Iceland, because of strong winds, is not coverd by the insurance!! Logical choice

Unlike other people I didnt get a choice between insurrance or a hefty deposit. I was just forced to put 490000isk (like 3500USD) on my creditcard, I thought they were joking, but nope I booked via a third party. Never heard of this discrimination before. Unluckily that my salary was just paid the same morning. But had to take a loan to pay my bills and fund what should have been a nice holiday. Because we had to be cheap on food and couldnt do any extras, Its an absolute scam. Never got any pick up confirmation, but of course took pictures and video of car. When returning they open at 6.00, I was there a while after 6.00 and nobody there. Using the drop off box has an extra fee, they shouldnt even dare to charge it, I took pictures and everything that it was 6.30 when I dropped the key and they were not open. Nothing bad about the car, it was brand new and super advanced. But after a week of returning it, still no deposit refunded and no confirmation of drop off. I filed a complain and all they say they have the right to do all this. Its robbery to hold on to the deposit this long, they say it can take 28 days, which of course it will so they harvest my interest that I now have to pay as fine for my loan. I live in Iceland and I saw that car back on the road, there is zero reason to hold it, they cleared the car. Also they didnt tell how to pick up the car. I am a local I know where they are located, but as a tourist I would have had no idea where to go because they didnt sent this information and at the airport terminal are only the bigger companies. They dont deserve a desk there anyway. Notice they also don't care about complaints here and probably put up 2 clearly fake 5 star ratings, you cant make this sheit up really....

RUN FOREST RUN!!!!!

Booked the car for 2 days. Issue immediately happened after 2 hours where the tyres were not pressurised enough. My feeling is they had the warning and simply reset the warnings in car... because thats what the did for me at the tune of an additional £400 they tried to get me to pay. The issue went away for an additional 4 hours then happened again. Absolute scam. I would run miles away from this company

Cancelled our car but took the money

We booked a car through EasyJet and the confirmed pick up time was 8:15 pm. After we landed, we phoned the company only to hear a message that they had closed the office at 6pm. We called easyJet customer services for help, but they were unable to speak to anybody in the office either. We found the shuttle bus which was also out of service with no alternative information.I use a wheelchair and have chronic fatigue, so we made the decision to get a taxi to our hotel and to pick up the car in the morning. When we called the company in the morning they had given our car away and cancelled our booking but still taken my money. We were offered a smaller car, which would not have taken my wheelchair or obviously a much more expensive bigger car. We are currently trying to get my money back via easyJet.

The budget car hire experience was… HORRIBLE

The budget car hire experience was marred by incredibly rude and dismissive treatment from staff, leaving me eager to share this disparaging one-star review. Despite understanding the budget nature, the staff's contempt and disdain for customers were palpable. During car pickup, we were scorned for choosing a smaller car, insinuating they'd relish our misfortune. The Filipino lady handling the return abruptly paused to take a personal call, leaving us uncertain about completing the process. Waiting for the transfer bus, we endured a 30-minute wait inside, only to be told to flag it down outside, adding to the frustration caused by the same lady's earlier neglect. This disrespectful treatment, highlighted by their indifferent attitude, prompted my first negative review, reflecting a shameful lack of customer dignity. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE !!!

The worst experience I had with a rental company! They charged us additionnal fees for no valid reason. Be sure to bring a credit card with you (not a debit card) cause if you don't they'll force you to take the full insurence for the car (and it's very expensive!!!)

Heated gloves broke on first use - DO NOT BUY.

I received the heated gloves as a gift. First time skiing and using them the zipper which holds the battery in place broke. I contacted them, they were very polite asking for pictures and details. The final verdic was that this model is no longer produced so no replacement would be provided. Crappy product do not buy!

I wish I had read the reviews PRIOR to spending $500 on a power station. We got the extra 4 year warranty on top of that price. BAD decision because the phone number basically said there was not customer service and I needed to email the problem to the company and WAIT for a response. I would not hold my breath because I would have died before someone would call me back. I guess because of so many faulty pieces of equipment, or a LACK of a QI department, maybe the business folded and is not selling anything anymore. Who know? you can't get anyone of the phone number that was listed on Amazon. That is probably why they are not selling these on Amazon anymore.

My pool vac quit working

My pool vac quit working. It was still under warranty. When I call paxcess customer support, I get an Aiper rep. Send the vac back for a repair/replacement. Now they have my pool vac. They won’t repair/replace it and they won’t send my original pool vac back. All I get is a runaround every two days.

I purchased a pressure washer from them in June 2021. It's been used 10-15 times in that period. I took it out of the gargage to use it this year to clean the drive, and now the hose won't go into the socket it goes into! I've contacted their customer support and was told "sorry, we don't have any UK stock" ... well I call BS, as they have them on Amazon going for £200 currently! Why are some companies not bothered about bad reviews. I placed my order in May 2024. After a month I heard nothing about delivery. I emailed twice and some time elapsed before the company, out of the blue, sent an email saying my goods were being posted. When the goods arrived the package showed signed of leakage within, and sure enough one of the jars of garlic paste had leaked. I sent an email, with photos to the company and I've heard nothing since. This is no way to treat customers, and this company should be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!!

Site Visits and Meeting Minutes: Ensure the designer visits your site regularly and sends detailed minutes of each meeting. They have been known to manipulate meeting notes to blame delays on customer indecision. 1. How long will they take to get the product installed....and dig into the time they promise....for eg. If they say 2 months ....ask 2 months from when....bcoz they will mislead u by not sharing that after the measurements they will have a 5-7 days time for again checking the design and then they will place the order 2. Most important.... measurements....if u have Denmarked area then ask them how much space the final product will take ...in my experience... design cafe didn't use the space fully instead they have their particular size standard models and they will fit those into ur bigger space by creating fillers around ur Denmarked space and by that making ur storage under utilised .. 3. If u r getting a tour to the mock kitchen or mock living/ dining room ....and if u find something of ur liking make sure they will customise that particular product as per ur storage/ space ....bcoz when I ordered for shelf above the microwave they took the order and fix the product which I saw in the mock kitchen which vary the size I wanted ....and when I asked ...they said ..." Aap ko jo dikhaya thha wahi hai" ( silly response ) 4. Make sure u r available when they take measurements....bcoz for me they just did it without even bothering to inform 5. Money will be always asked in advance....so in a way u r stuck with them.. 6. Even after the measurements and everything when they will come for installation u may find the pieces are not as per the sizes and u may want them to be resized... Only positive is installation team....done wonderful job...Mr..Vijay and Vishal very helpful Finally do not trust them at all... At all levels they have different people....sales person will rope u in who knows nothing about designs and company standards.... designer will not get involved after first meeting....u will be stuck with some amature contractor who won't be able to advise u

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars! Got my interiors done by DC, Mount Road, Chennai. Spent more than 20L. There are numerous issues, all from the architect, execution and Project Mgmt side. Comms: Pathetic. Need to follow up for even the smallest of updates. Management: They charge you a hefty amount for PROJECT MANAGEMENT. In the end, you need to do all the coordination and management. Quality: Very poor. Alignment wasn't proper. shaky drawers. detachable shelves had issues, re-order of faulty parts resulted in more faulty parts being delivered. They also said that they do the QC BEFORE THE INSTALLATION. Quite unbelievable considering the real check of quality can be done only after installation. Escalation: No one responds until you escalate. Even then they don't learn their lessons and WAIT for things to explode again. Their city operations head is the most uncouth and pathetic manager I have seen in any organization.

Right from production of dc products till the hand over date there were lot of neglegence and delay. The quality of the product and work was even more worst than we thought. There is a scam going on in Home Interiors Industry. I bought a new house and was due for possession, so we started looking for interior options. Among others, we met DesignCafe. They showed interest in our requirements and offered to deliver within our budget. As we progressed, they offered us a coupon deal to upgrade raw materials at the same cost. To reserve this offer they asked us to pay Rs. 20,000, a non-refundable amount (our biggest mistake). However, after each discussion, their quotation value started changing. This got us worried and so I prepared an Excel file with all the requirements and asked them to fill in the cost. To our surprise, the cost was at least 30% higher than shown in the quotation. This is a big issue with all Interior companies they promise you within your budget, but you will end up paying almost 50% higher. During this time, I was also moving my home loan to another bank and it took more than expected time. We informed them of this delay and told them to keep things on hold till later in April 2023, as we could not start without getting possession of the property. This is when the scam started. On 31st March (year-end) they started forcing us to pay 10% of the quotation, or else will forfeit the deal for which we paid Rs. 20,000. They constantly harassed me till 11:30 pm with calls and messages. I decided to call back in the morning. After several calls and emails, we decided not to proceed with them. They were lying about the quotation, behaving unprofessionally and so we lost our trust working with them. Did not want to be stuck later. BTW they take 100% amount before installing anything at your house. Now they are denying to refund us our money saying this is non-refundable. In the hope of some amicable resolution, I wrote to their management Gita Ramanan (CEO) & Anoop Krishnan (COO) on LinkedIn. After almost a month, no response. Today I got a call again stating the same - No Refund. When I asked instead of a refund give me something of the same value. To that, they offered me an interesting deal, book a minimum order of Rs. 2,00,000 and they will adjust Rs. 20,000. Aryabhatta must be amazed to see how Zero can make a difference. To get my money back I need to pay 10 times more, must be a joke. Facts of the case: 1) Amount was for reserving a coupon and not any commitment to start the work. 2) Design Cafe's presented us with false quotations and we chose to cancel the deal. 3) This was based on verbal discussion and no agreement/documentation was signed between us. I thought to let it go as it was not a big amount, but I was reminded that it is my hard-earned money. I am posting this to make sure no one else falls into these scams. The Internet is full of such complaints and scams and no action is taken against any of them. They are happily defrauding homeowners and making money.

WhatsApp Replacement Phone Fraud

Very nearly fell for the same replacement phone fraud via WhatsApp as other people on here. Message received from someone purporting to be our son, saying that he's lost his mobile phone and had found a cheap replacement if we could transfer £480 to Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd (s/c 23-32-72) at 3-5 Hood Street, Newcastle NE1 6JQ. Check the Avon & Somerset Police website they have requested further details.

Nabohjælp er et rigtig godt redskab. Ideen bag er at man kan meddele sine personlige Nabohjælp at man er på ferie og lignende. Man kan også meddele at man eventuelt har haft indbrud/indbruds forsøg, Stille et spørgsmål eller advare om mistænkelig adfærd. Problemet er bare at når man enten vil stille et spørgsmål eller advare om et eller andet så er der næsten ikke noget Plads at skrive på inde i appen. Det er virkelig et stort problem fordi man kan ikke komme med et fyldegørende spørgsmål eller advarsel. Jeg ville stille mit Nabohjælp et spørgsmål forleden dag og jeg måtte redigere og muligvis fjerne vigtig informationer 5-6 gange før jeg kunne sende beskeden, Det er en ommer. En ting jeg undrer mig over er at enten bor jeg i et område hvor der er aldrig er indbrud eller indbrudsforsøg, Fordi jeg får rent teknisk aldrig nogle beskeder fra mit område i Nabohjælp. Personligt tror jeg ikke at det forholder sig sådan, jeg tror simpelthen bare at folk ikke bruger Nabohjælp. Personligt ser jeg Nabohjælp som et godt redskab hvis det bare var udviklet rigtigt / ordentligt Fordi hvis det er for bøvlet at bruge Så holder folk op med at bruge det. mvh🙂

Nabohjælp Hvordan kan en organisation som jeres ikke sende de samme muligheder ud på internettet når i kan oprette app´s på telefon nettet? Vi ved jo alle at wi-fi princippet og trådløs telefoni kører efter de samme retningslinier og når min mobil kører hjemme er den på wi-fi så hvad er det så der gør at beskederne ikke kan ses på vores hjemmecomputere og hvad er det der gør denne service så svær for "Det kriminalpræventive råd" at udføre, men hvis det er rigtigt sætter dét "Det Kriminalpræventive Råd" i et lys der nok burde tages op med de rette myndigheder og lovgivere - for det lyder helt hen i vejret for undertegnede! Er det denne arbejdsgang der giver så interessante meldinger i den danske "verdenspresse"? nyt slogan: "Nabohjælpen er kun for folk der kan skrive mega korte beskeder på mobiltelefoner!"

Som så mange andre har jeg fået ruende mails om, at min konto slettes - hvis altså ikke jeg vælger at gå ind og hente jeres app. Det er en fuldstændig forfejlet app-strategi at tvinge alle jeres bruger over på en app, hvilket altid bør være frivilligt. Det virker fuldstændig manisk, at tvinge ALLE jeres brugere over på en app, hvor I ydermere forsøger at komme med "gode råd" hvis man ikke har en app: "Hvis du gerne vil fortsætte som nabohjælper, kan du låne en smartphone eller tablet hos naboen eller en i familien. Godt afsprittet, naturligvis. Herfra kan du hente appen, logge ind og logge ud igen. Efterfølgende kan appen sagtens slettes fra din nabos telefon, hvis det ønskes." Det er komplet idiotisk, at bede nogen om at logge ind, for så at logge ud igen, og slette app'en. Det giver nul værdi for en bruger, og er ikke til anden end besvær. Det virker som om jeres KPI'er styres benhårdt af hvor mange downloads og login der laves i app'en. I bør i stedet ansætte nogen med rette IT-kompetencer indenfor user experience og user interface, som formår at forstå hvordan jeres brugere ønsker at benytte Nabohjælp. I bliver nødt til at komme lidt udenfor jeres sikkert meget fine kontor på Artillerivej og komme i dialog med jeres brugere, hvis I ønsker at Nabohjælp skal blive en succes, og ikke dø sammen med jeres fejlslagne app-strategi.

No direct contact possible

No direct contact possible, regular lead time 3-5 business days. Domain got unregistered although auto-renew option was activated for our domain. Sent several urgent email to both support addresses but there is no way to escalate. -------Update------- After writing this review here, someone of speednames got in touch with me to ask for the ticket reference and escalate my request.The problem have been fixed within an hour. The support technician assigned was very kind and helpful.

I have been trying to update my payment details to pay for my domain, since December, but the site won't help me change my password as I've forgotten the old one. I have had one email from Speednames Suppirt which I replied to, with no help. I've tried calling but their number is not recognised. Are they still in business? I've now had a reply below and an email from Speednames. Unfortunately the email they refer to is nowhere to be seen in Outlook. Hopefully the Sender of the latest email to whom I have replied will now follow through.

I’ve been with Speednames for over a decade and the only reason I am still with them is the fact that the wilfulness of their customer services is such that each time I try to obtain my EPP code, they put another hurdle in my way that makes the move pretty impossible. The most recent is that they want me to complete a form that suggests a change of registrant, when the change I need them to make is correct the wrong email address they inputted on my domain registration. Meanwhile, when they need to contact me about an outstanding payment, or anything like that, they have always used the correct email address!! This is just unbelievable.

I have been with this company for almost 7years for my domain name. Firstly, the UX of the company shows that they do not even bother to upgrade and improve be it their website or backend. The domain name renewal is almost double the price compared to another vendors for .com.sg. It is okay to be more expensive than others but it is not okay to have the worst technical support when you charge a premium price. Your backend do not even send a reminder email to renew when the domain is nearing to expiry. It will just be inactive on the expiry date. From there I have to figure out what is happening. You want your customers to use the auto renewal function so that the domain will not be down. Come on, your backend looks like it is last updated 10years back. Im no trained profession in the IT but it doesn't give me the trust that i need to leave my credit card details on your site. It is my fault for not transferring out earlier. I stayed on thinking your company will improve and change for the better. Now, all i want to do is to change my nameservers to point my domain to a new one. I tried many times to edit and add new NS on the backend but it will either appear for 2 seconds and disappear or will not even save the new details. Sent an email to them on Friday 4th of Oct 2024, and mind you my emails are all down because the domain is not pointing to the new NS. They replied 13 hours later (case number #1632509) to ask for details which i replied within 15mins. I am currently writing this review on Sunday 6th of Oct. I have not received any reply even though i did send another chaser email yesterday. Finally, i set my mind to cut off this toxic relationship. I clicked the 'transfer out' button which then shows "Press Submit and we will send your EPP transfer code to register@ipmirror. com If this information is incorrect, please update the Registrant's email under the Contacts tab." The Ipmirror is a company that i first signed up with for the domain name and they were bought over by speednames. They are no longer in service. I want my EPP transfer code and just get the hell out from here. If you cannot handle the after sales and tech support, just sell off the company to someone else who can. As customers we do not want to pay you money and do your job. --------- Update to their reply. I have already renewed the domain on the 1 OCT for your information. The issue was handled by someone called Ryan kyamko. Like mentioned above, there was no reminder email to inform your clients that the domain name is due for renewal thus having many of your clients' domain to be down on the day of expiry. As for the SGNIC issue, as a layman like me, all we want is to change the NS details. As explained above, i am unable to do so. Maybe your backend domain manager is just to log in to input credit card and not for making any form of changes. As for the old details, from a google check, IPMIRROR was the company your company bought over. it is no longer in operations. I am glad i got your attention here and do reply to my email which i have sent 2 days ago. My emails are still down due to the domain name. Case number #1632509 ------- LAST UPDATE Ryan Bartley assisted promptly to the problem and had it solved within 2 hours, thus adding one more star to the review. If their technical support works like this, i am sure there will be lesser complains and more happy customers.

What a waste , I was called by an MTN agent to assist in getting the fiber on the 9th of January which was a package for R559pm I don't know how or where they got the R1299pm package however that's what I was given, I have called , emailed lodged multiple tickets even made contact with MTN and still no one can get the call recording of the correct package I ordered this is the worst experience ever as I write this I've been on hold for 30 minutes and I'm not hanging up until I get the consultant next thing they will try to hand me over to the lawyers just because I refuse to pay for something I did not ask I wonder why is this company still operating this is day light robery and we as their customers are never gonna be protected I am canceling my subscription

Worst ISP in the country

If I could rate Supersonic a 0 star, I would. Their level of incompetence is astonishing. They have no idea what they’re doing, routinely gaslight customers with valid concerns, close support tickets without resolving issues, and ignore all customer communications via telephone, email, and their ticketing system. I have used several ISPs here in South Africa, and nothing compares to the stress and inconvenience Supersonic has caused me. Their internal mishandling of customer information has even led to accounts being sent to collections unlawfully. I find it unbelievable that a company with over 400 one-star reviews is allowed to operate without any apparent consequence. This is, without doubt, the worst and most inconvenient ISP I have ever encountered. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. The billing department arbitrarily charges incorrect amounts—even unauthorized ones—and never takes accountability. When you call, you’re left on hold for minutes or even hours with no resolution in sight. Management fails to escalate issues when requested, and when they do respond after a long delay, it is with generic, unhelpful answers that never address the concerns of paying customers. In summary, Supersonic’s overall performance and service delivery are utterly unacceptable.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I pay for a 100 Mbps upload and download line but it acceptable for them to get average 20 to 40 Mbps. Tried laying a complaint and was on hold for 47 minutes with no answer. I decided to move to another isp and terminated via the portal. The termination department contracted me once and sent a sms that they could not reach me and I need to request a call back via Whatsapp. Sent request but it does not get answered and after a while gets closed.

I LOVE THESE GUYS

I have been making transactions with Kitco on and off since 2008. I haven't had any problem. At one point I even sold all my positions in gold and silver. I requested a check for the total amount of the money in my account. I needed the money to buy a house. Then a year or so later I had money I wanted to invest in gold again. I thought I would have to open a new account. I was pleasantly surprised, even after more than a year with no activity and a zero balance, my account was still available. That made life a little easier. I have called customer service a handful of time for some general questions and they were very helpful and I was always satisfied. I love their website. It has so much information, live charts, historical charts, new articles and prices for all their products. Pricing, from what I can tell, is within industry norm. All the companies I've compared do different pricing methods and fees, but from what I can see Kitco is reasonable. What I like is their transparency, no hidden fees. I enjoy doing business with them and will continue to do so. I hope this was helpful to someone.

I placed order wth kitco and made the payment within 10 days through online payment. Those guys even after realizing my payment they didn't ship the order saying that it will be shipped only after three weeks . I agree with them that they have a statement on the website for personal checks,online payments and business checks , but it says "subject". Once they realize the payment , why the heck they have to wait for 3 weeks. Clearly, this guys are playing( doing business) with people's money. Really smart guys in doing business :). It seems , I will get my gold only after 45 days from the orderdate from this folks. I will never do a transaction with this guys again and also will never recommend this to anyone.

I don't think they have the gold

I placed two orders with Kitco and paid them with Wells Fargo Cashier Check as directed by them. Fore several days I did not receive an update in my customer account acknowledging receiving my payment. When I called them they still said they did not receive the payment. When I told them I was going to the bank to Stop Payment on the check, they miraculously in that same phone conversation found my payment sitting in the "accounting department". More days passed and still no shipment. I called again and they said they were putting a 10 day hold on a Bank Cashiers Check.....totally off the wall.....Kitco doesn't have the gold baby!

Have made a few large orders from them. Prices are good, but service is terrible. The staff that they have are young and inexperienced. As welll they came up 10 OZ short of my gold delivery which was corrected. I use Border gold now, which has similar prices but wayyy more professional. Border has stupidly expensive prices in silver however

Schade, dass man nicht auch Sterne abziehen kann. Ich habe mehrere Bestellungen getätigt vor Wochen und es ist noch nichts angekommen. Keine Reaktionen auf Emails. Zum Glück habe ich per Klarna bestellt. Dort habe ich den Fall auch schon gemeldet! Laut Klarna kann nur der Verkäufer den Kauf stornieren und so bei Klarna in meinem Konto stornieren und löschen. Dies wird vom Verkäufer nicht getan. Ich werde die offenen Beträge auch bei Klarna nicht bezahlen, da Ware nicht geliefert wurde. Katastrophe !!

Leider ein sehr unterirdischer Service. Einzig die Damen am Telefon sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich habe dort bestellt, bezahlt und dann passierte garnichts. Wochen und mehrere Mails, Chatversuche und Telefonate später kam endlich die Bestellung. Doch leider fehlte ein Drittel der (bezahlten) Ware. Unmöglich. Auf meine Mail hat wieder niemand reagiert. Bin gespannt ob ich den Rest der Ware jemals sehe. Ich werde dort niemals wieder bestellen!

Habe ähnliche Erfahrungen machen müssen. Per Vorkasse bestellt und nie Ware oder Geld zurück erhalten. Die Telefonnummer die als Kundenservice angegeben ist, wird von einer Frau entgegengenommen. Diese verspricht das Herr Aigenstuhler zurückruft, was natürlich nicht passiert. Alle anderen Kontaktarten führen ebenso zu keinen Antworten. Der Herr hat sich in Österreich Insolvent gemeldet, um hier in Deutschland seine Geschäftspraktiken auf gleiche Art weiter zu treiben. Das ist eine ganz miese Art Menschen abzuzocken.

This is specifically about Ecoleaf laundry liquid produced by Suma that I've been using for years. Since I last bought by refill it's been modified to the point where it's so watery my clothes no longer look or smell clean and fresh like they used to using 35ml/wash. I'm so disappointed. When I refilled I checked a non-refill bottle as I noticed the viscosity was much reduced, and that was the same. I presume it's a cost-cutting measure but if the product no longer works as it did then you're going to lose customers. Unfortunately, unless this issue is rectified, this will be me. I already pay a lot more for an eco-friendly product but I am not going to pay over the odds for one that doesn't work like it used to. Sort it out, Suma

I buy many of their products & have always found tham 100% excellent. Sadly the one major staple, tinned chopped tomatoes is no longer on my shopping list. Been using Suma for many years now. Great range of unprocessed food

I have been buying Suma products for most of my life. I tend to buy their packets of dried beans, grains, fruit, nuts, seed and veg. I most recently bought 1kg of quinoa which was great quality, not bitter at all and worked out cheaper than buying multiple smaller packets at the local supermarket. I like that they do a wide variety of good honest unprocessed food - which is getting harder to find these days.

Tåget stannade inte på den stationen jag var bokad till, var då tvungen att åka med tåget i 1,5 timme i fel riktning till tågets slutstation. Traveled from Stockholm Arlanda to Narvik with my daughter on 4 December 2024. It was delayed out of Stockholm by 30 minutes but nothing terrible. The trip was marvelous. We bought a 3 bed kupé, which is perfect for two, but might be a bit cramped for three adults. For those wanting to avoid changing trains en route, they should check the schedules to ensure that they are in the direct night train. This route is now run by SJ, but operators have no control over rail repairs. Currently, many routes in Sweden are under repair. In winter, cold temps and snow can slow things down. Relax and enjoy the experience and always give room on both ends of your journey for connections to other travel. I do think that both VY and SJ should be responding to the many complaints here on Trust Pilot.

Travelled in summer 2024. Party of 6 aged 11 to 74. Night sleeper Stockholm to Narvik. 10 hour delay from involving being put off the train in Boden, hours wait for bus to Kiruna. Long wait there with no shelter then on train to Narvik. No food or refreshments offered. 6 months since I complained and no response or compensation still.

Åkte nattåget för första gången från Stockholm till Umeå 29 september. Vilket jäkla sunktåg! Riktigt ofräscht överallt, på sätena, på toan, det var märkligt folk som åkte, någon kräktes när tåget precis börjat rulla och en del var rädda att bli rånade. När de stannade till på stationerna stängdes inte dörren så det sipprade in kalluft från -5 grader. Omysiga lysrörslampor, och överlag omoderna tåg. Man kan tro att man bor i ett U-land när man kliver på dessa tåg. Vet att SJ tar över nu men skulle aldrig ta detta tåg igen i nuvarande skick. Hemsk upplevelse.

Gjorde två reklamationer med tre veckors mellanrum i somras pga kraftiga förseningar som gav mig merkostnader om ca 4000 kr. För den första fick jag en insättning på bankkonto 3,5 månader senare. Dock bara för tågbiljetten, inte för merkostnader. Ingen annan kommunikation från Vy som anger att reklamationen är handlagd, hur de räknat eller varför. Den andra reklamationen avser endast merkostnader då jag vid det tillfället bokade avbokningsbar biljett och fick tillbaka biljettpriset direkt. Eftersom detta inte ersattes på första reklamationen så misstänker jag att jag inte kommer att få någon ersättning för den andra. Eftersom Vy inte kommunicerar så vet jag därför inte om reklamationen är handlagd. För att ta reda på det så snabbt som möjligt, och få det skriftligt för att ha som underlag till försäkringsbolaget, försökte jag kontakta kundtjänst via chatt. Det gick relativt fort att komma först i kö, men ett meddelande om att de snart ska hjälpa mig följdes direkt av ett meddelande att chatten var avslutad. Har också skickat mail (i augusti) för att be om dokumentation på förseningarna som jag behöver lämna till försäkringsbolaget, men jag har inte fått svar på det heller. Jag har aldrig varit med om ett ”seriöst” företag med så otillgänglig kundtjänst och som bryr sig så lite om kundnöjdheten. Utöver det har de varit försenade, inställda och/eller slussat passagerare med buss istället för tåg ca 80-90% av alla tillfällen jag åkt med dem. Jag har fått nog. Jag kommer aldrig någonsin att boka biljett med Vy igen och avråder samtliga från att göra det. Skulle ge dem minusbetyg om det var möjligt.

Sono possessore di una scarpa Cloud 5 Waterproof da 9 mesi, la uso quotidianamente per andare in ufficio, niente attività sportiva (per le quali sarebbero pensate) ebbene, entrambe le solette staccate nella parte posteriore. Quasi 200 euro di scarpe e dopo meno di 1 anno sono da buttare? Un vero peccato perché adoro la comodità di queste scarpe ma è inconcepibile che questo possa accadere. Sehr schade, dass ein wiederholt auftretender Qualitätsmangel beim Cloudmonster 2 nun als „nicht von der Garantie abgedeckter Fehler“ bezeichnet wird! Ein Quietschen und Schmatzen auf Oberflächen wie Asphalt und Pflastersteinen soll also normal sein? Sorry, aber für mich ist das ganz klar ein Qualitätsmangel – insbesondere, da dieses Problem bei der ersten Version der Cloudmonster, die ich drei Mal hatte, nicht aufgetreten ist. Schon merkwürdig, dass sich die Qualität offenbar verschlechtert hat! Aktuell das Geld nicht Wert! Nicht kaufen Umtausch ausgeschlossen wie oben erwähnt.

As others have mention. It is worst customer service. I bought On cloud shoes first time and it will be mine last time after the experience. The soles of the shoes were wearing out faster but when I submit the warranty claim they deny saying there is nothing wrong and we don’t cover any misfit. It was under 1 year warranty period too. No quality control!

I was gifted an On Cloud shoe and I went to a shoe store to try it on for size. I already have a pair in 8.5 women’s but I wanted to be sure because it’s a different model. It fit perfect and my friend ordered it through the On website thinking it would be best to get to direct from the company. It arrived and I tried it on and wore it for the day. It felt much bigger but I thought maybe it was my imagination. Well, I went home, checked my other shoe and the labels. They were both 8.5 women’s but the gifted shoe was definitely much larger. I contacted their “happiness” customer service about the size difference and it was an obvious quality control issue. They refused to accept to return or exchange because I wore it for the day. I sent photos showing it was an obvious defect but the agent wouldn’t budge. It’s $150! If it were my mistake, I’d totally own it but they don’t stand by their products. I was happy to exchange it but now I’d just want a refund.

Bad shoe quality, I wish I had read here before. I’m shopping for water proof shoes there are not that many in the market and coming from Nike okay job i thought these would be good. The good, they actually had a good customer service with me . You do need to ask the ai to talk to an human though. And the shoes seems to be indeed good waterproof. The problem, I ordered a first pair and it had a defect on the right foot. The heel peice was broken in a way it was just painful to walk. I use the service they gave me a code to basically get a new pair for free so it did that. But then the new pair had a different defect on the left side. Not sure how they managed such a brand name with such bad quality standards. Now if you read I do have indeed a pair . So I’m okay until something else breaks. Fun side stuff during that time they change the marketing name of the shoes from 5 to 6 . Spoiler alerts they are absolutely no difference between model 5 and model 6 😅 I write this because people should know to be careful and I should have .

I ordered a red panty/bralette set, following their size guide, and when I received it, the bralette cups wouldn’t even come past my armpits (it ties in a bow at the front). I’ve sent them numerous emails, on Jan 28th, Feb 15th, Feb 21st, and again today. All I receive is their auto-reply saying someone will get in touch soon. I’ve contacted them on FB messenger, they asked for my email address to take a look into it, and then never got back to my via FB nor email. I’ve commented on their Instagram post to try to get their attention that way, and they deleted it. I’ve also DMd them on Instagram and they’re just ignoring it. This company claims to only do business with manufacturers with safe working conditions, however, you can find this exact panty/bralette set on AliExpress for $4. It’s also kind of sketchy that their site has no option for product reviews and their FB reviews are disabled. Update: The phone number my bank found for this company when filing the dispute was (647) 555-5555, a dummy phone number. Update 2: I tried to comment a screenshot of this Trustpilot page on one of their FB posts and I got an error message that says “Photo comments on this page are not allowed” 😂

I finally had to pick a replacement item. Weeks later I finally received my order and they didn’t fit. I reached out because their website says “14 day fit guarantee or your money back”. They refused to refund me or accept a return. Only offered a store credit. After this experience, I would not order from them again when I pointed out their policy, they refused to respond. After many attempts to reach out to them, they simply ghosted me and will not respond.

I am not sure I will ever buy anything from this company again. First, they do not have an inventory system, so if something you like is out of stock, you're out of luck. They offered a few options and I opted for the "surprise me with an item of equal value" option and the items I received as substitutes were $4 less than what I paid for. Then, their customer service is terrible. You will never get the same person, even with the same chain of emails as you begin with. Further, they claim they are Knotty USA, but the items ship from Canada and take quite a while to get to you.

I recently purchased from them because I saw an ad on Facebook for what looked like really nice underwear. They were having a buy one get 2 sale, seemed way too good to be true. I never once thought to check any reviews other than video reviews. I got thinking after I had purchased from them that it was a tad strange I was finding not very many video reviews on their products besides for the subscription service they have. I had purchased the Boxers for women. I looked them up and found this page here where 79% of the reviews are bad. No where in the confirmation, on the website is an option for you to cancel. They have a cancellation policy and contact customer service underneath your confirmation but no option to cancel. I read the reviews here where people had said the company is indecent in customer service, where they will not refund but instead give you store credits to buy more shitty quality underwear. I got nervous when I couldn’t just cancel and immediately contacted the company to resolve the situation, it was silent on their end for a few days but they had messaged me back this morning telling me it is too late to cancel as it is being processed for shipping. I purchase things online all the time, I have never come across an issue with cancellation while still in the processing stage. It’s still in their hands. I feel it should be easy to cancel. I already called to dispute the charge with my bank. I mentioned they seem fraudulent based on the reviews of their company and their products. With no option to cancel. I noticed as soon as I disputed it with my bank the company gets back to me on my cancellation request to deny it. But I don’t want shitty quality underwear that won’t fit me.

Well I knew better and still gave them business. Over a couple years ago when they first came about I was getting their subscription random service, till they all started falling apart after a few wears. Sadly loved their boxers so kept ordering those. Recently they advertised a sale of buy one get 2 free. I place an order for two pairs and it cost $50 which was a lot but I factored in the fact that I thought I was getting 6 pairs of underwear. They sent two and when questioned said they would send two more if I paid shipping. So they scammed me for shipping and yet still have yet to send them. I truly think this company is awful.

The price of Whiskas WAS £5 for a box of 12 packets of 100g - now it is £5 for 12 packets of 85g - I have always recycled the packets. I got in touch with Whiskas to ask why they are putting less food in the packets for the same price. They say it is order to comply with green issues and recycling. What a load of rubbish, just another big company taking people for fools. I don’t buy Whiskas anymore, it’s a rip off. My cats enjoy healthy fridge food now and look better for it.

6 cats myself. Before they changed the ingredients and packing my cats used to have These without any problems or anything Since then I tried one yesterday and it looks like it has food dye in the food.. Completely different food altogether and now my cats all walk away from it and won't touch it at all. Also I used to buy the 6 tin packs .I go through about 18 tins per week.. And even now the price used to be £3.89 for 6 tins.. Now it's around £7.50-£8.50 for the same...greed before quality I now make my cats food from scratch myself and it'd been a huge success.. Happy cats eating good food instead of coloured dyes etc Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I'm not sure of they have changed the recipe, again, but now both of ours won't touch the stuff. The boy used to wolf down a pouch but even he's turning his nose up at it...have it on reorder from Amazon and this is a new batch of 160 pouches which look like they will go to waste.

Both my cats have been sick and have loose stools. Whiskas tasty mix chefs choice in gravy. They are indoor cats so could only be the food. They were both sick and not well. Now better after a day and giving them alternative food. I have always trusted Whiskas but not anymore.

Our Maine Coon loves it!

We rescued a 4 year old Maine Coon and he was always a bit skinny and we struggled finding a wet food he'd eat (he eats his dry Concept of Life Maine Coon biscuits no problem). You hear so much about buying the most expensive quality foods for you cat which is fine.....if they'll eat it! I think I've bought just about every ultra premium brand cat food going and he eats a tiny bit then we end up throwing the rest away. My mums very old cat is equally fussy and only eats Felix Ocean Feasts but when the shop didn't have any she ended up buying some Whiskas to tide her car over until she could get some more Felix. Long story short, her cat wouldn't eat it so she bought it over for our cat to try. Well, we haven't looked back. He loves it and we now have zero waste after every meal! Thanks Whiskas

Abysmal Service

I am writing to complain about the delivery that has now failed to take place for two days in a row. First, our first delivery on Sunday was missed because the deliverer couldn’t find the address and tried to call me at 6:40am which was outside of the delivery period. Then, today the delivery was missed because the agent rang the doorbell for a split second before then hanging up and leaving. I missed the calls because I was on a work meeting and do not disturb mode, but did not even have time to answer the door as it rang for a split second, your driver left while my wife ran downstairs to catch the driver. This is an absolute joke of a delivery service that the item has now failed to be delivered twice in a row with very little effort or patience on the part of the delivery agent. It would have taken nothing on your side to send the agent back when I called you on the phone, given it was only a few minutes after, but I was instead dismissed by your agent. I have paid almost £1000 for an item and the least I would expect is a semi-reasonable delivery service.

I've never seen a company that stayed in the shipping business that there 1 star rating was at 73%, far out ways they're 5 star rating of a measly 3%. Also I ordered my product off of zazzi. I was not informed that my product was coming from out of the country. I also pre-ordered this almost 4 months ago for the release date November 13th; and it hasn't arrived, it's almost Thanksgiving. Initial arrival date was November 22nd. Do not use P2P companies for your shipping they are not very good at what they're supposed to do

To me it seems like Daniela Taylor is the only person in that company, as no one else was answering the phone since November. Reported them to Trading Standards. worst contractor that I ever came across. conservatory works has been scheduled to start in Sep 2021 and yet to be started in Feb 2022. Every time work is delayed/cancelled, no one updates me. Reason to cancel the works keeps changing from short staff because of covid to material short supply and other-way around And they started ghosting me once I started asking for my deposit back. Since my deposit is stuck, I cant go to other contractor as well. Avoid unique conservatory at all costs.

Brilliant roof replacement!

We recently had a new roof on our conservatory. The ceiling was of course plastered with lights fitted.We also had all the walls plastered. 3 windows and a door were also replaced. Daniela came to measure and advise on the best course of action in a very efficient and business like manner. A full description was given of the work to be carried out and the payment schedule which was easily understood. The work was carried out efficiently with all rubbish removed. The workmen were courteous and got on with the job quickly so that it was finished in the time allotted. There were a couple of little hitches with obtaining materials which were resolved quickly and with compensation. We are very pleased with the result and it has made a a big difference to the temperature in the conservatory and can now be used all year.

The worst company I have ever purchased from. Have been emailing 6 times in the last month and have received one respond asking why I wish to return item. Cannot give a rating for customer service, care or complaints handling can't rate something you can't find..... However, upon inspecting how they engage with TrustPilot, I feel even 1 star is pushing it. In the time since they became trustpilot rated, they haven't flagged a comment..... but what is truly incredible is that of the 70%+ negative reviews they have replied to...NONE! That's in the stats offered by trustpilot. Customer Services = 0/5 I have searched high and low for contact details for chamilia, eventually posted on hm Samuel's twitter page despite this not being a retailer complaint (design flaw or poor manufacture) but I'm lost on how to complain directly like I want. Customer Care = 0/5 I bought myself the bracelet a few years ago, I have 3 of the older style chain charm bracelets and decided to expand to the new way of collecting charms. Slowly i bought relevant charms fast forward to Xmas 2019. Mum asks what do you want, it occurs to me what the one thing my old ones have thats missing..... safety chain!! (Old bracelets have if soldered on as standard) Granted it can't be soldered, but should catch on my wrist long enough to notice my bracelets making a break for the floor! My mum keen to find the best one for the job looks at all available and settles on the strongest chain, that's what u gotta watch for don't want it to snap b4 you notice...... Nevermind mum the chain is still, one year on and maybe 24 hours of wear in total, in one piece. Probably because over those 24 hours it has completely unclipped itself from the bracelet 3 times.....a safety chain that needs saving 🤬 the first time being boxing day 2019. I assumed at that point maybe I'd attached it wrong and moved on. But every time I wear it with in 5 minutes it is hanging off the bracelet one clasp undone waiting for the other to join it! Looking closely at the clippy bit I can see why there is a noticeable gap bigger than the one to undo the bracelet clasp and the tiniest ridge to hold it in place I have now taken it off its most expensive part cost more than the bracelet! Bracelet = 4/5 Charms = 3/5 (tarnishing with time) Chain with clips on = -5/5 it's false advertising to call it a 'safety' chain

((I logged this against Ernest Jones also)) Prompt delivery and items arrived beautifully packaged. I purchased 3 Chamilia charms for the price of 2, offer stated on website, and at time of order all 3 charms were available. However yesterday, on the day order was despatched from warehouse, I received an email to say one of my charms was out of stock so wouldn't be sent. So I've received 2 charms for the price of 2, not the 3 as the offer stated. I emailed Customer Services who were apologetic but said that since my order had been despatched I'd have to wait for it to arrive and then send all items back for a full refund. I want the 2 charms I do have, they're a present for my Mum's birthday upcoming. I am disappointed that the charm wanted was out of stock especially since the website never said this was out of stock, otherwise I would have selected another option. This encounter has made me reconsider purchasing Chamilia charms, or from Ernest Jones, again.

I have had the same problem as many of Chamilia's other customers. Absolutely terrible to non-existent customer service, no email reply, no valid telephone number to call. My problem was with a bracelet I bought for my daughter a few years ago. I purchased a charm for every significant day, birthday, Christmas, more recently mother's day etc., which resulted in near to £1000 worth of charms. The clasp on the bracelet would no longer close and I was advised it could not be repaired and I would have to purchase a new bracelet. I could not understand why it was irreparable and was not given an explanation for this. A charm bracelet is a life long bracelet in my mind, each charm representing something special. However, I was told nothing they could do, no goodwill gestures, no help, no empathy for being a good and loyal customer, the response was' tough',' it was out of guarantee' (which it was) and they had no interest or responsibility to a customer of several years and for the bracelet to be irreparable was also a shock. This is not a piece of jewellery which was worn every day, my daughter is a nurse so not practical, but to be enjoyed on special occasions, so did not have a huge amount of wear. I am disgusted and disappointed with the ethics of this company and will continue to take them to task and shame them world wide and advise anyone contemplating purchasing from them, not to.

You do not receive a dispatch email with this company, you pay £4.45 for delivery to receive the item a week or more later which I personally feel is expensive for delivery which isn’t even standard ie. 2-3 working days. Charms are nice but they seriously need to sort out some sort of system for dispatch notifications etc and a better courier.
