Recently I had an issue with one of my clients with a severe reaction, I went to my usual capital in Hove and spoke to Mandy Lea, I have to say I have never been more impressed, Mandy was exceptionally knowledgeable and a great help, nothing was too much trouble, my congratulations to Mandy for being a such exceptional person. I went today to shop in Artane in Kilmore rd , staff so rude special young girl. When I ask about products she said she isn't hairdresser, but I believe if you work you should know better about products then anyone else. I will never ever back to this shop as customer service so bad. I ask if still free vat day she said no,but when I showed massage she changed, and said yes. I have to wait at the till as she was pretending busy.

Disappointing Customer Experience
Disappointing Customer Experience I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Capital Hair and Beauty. I purchased a pair of scissors that turned out to be faulty. Despite reporting the issue, it has been 13 days, and the problem is still unresolved. The customer service process is unnecessarily complicated and slow. Identifying whether a product like scissors is faulty should not take this long. Unlike other platforms I’ve shopped from, which offer unconditional returns and exchanges, this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. They refused a return using "health and safety" as an excuse, even though other companies handle similar returns with ease. This experience has been a waste of time, and I’ve seen no solution-oriented approach. I will not shop here again and would not recommend this company to anyone

Awful.. Total SCAM SPRIGFIELD Parkside, the worst experience ever with heating Company “with energy” my heating and hot water is off for about 2 week but my account show minus after I cleared the balance!!! They assuming the bill is right but I am working full time, spending just night at home, so maximum I take a 5 min shower, my heating is turned off, my monthly bill is around £300 which is horrible. The system with website is a mess, nothing clear, usage is not shown, only you can se is the balance which increasing a lot daily…..

Avoid or move, worst company…
Honestly the worst energy company I have ever had to use. I say had to use as I couldn’t move as they provided a joint system for a whole building. There user interface is absolutely horrendous struggle to pay bills on it. Struggle to find bills on it. Numbers don’t match on it feels like a big scam going on there. There was an issue at one point in the building where they couldn’t read meters or charge. They didn’t tell anyone - carried on taking the standard charge then on the 28th December sent me £300 bill out of the blue. Customer service is extremely poor if not non-existent maybe wait 3 weeks for someone to get back to you. Absolutely awful will be surprised if this hasn’t disappeared in the next 5 years.

Litelok is a very easy website to use, quite functional. The buying experience is also easy, and the products have always arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. As far as the products go, let me be clear: if someone is determined to steal your bike or motorcycle and has enough time, nothing in the world is going to foil them. But this is as close as it gets. The angle grinder resistance must be seen to be believed, it's truly a game changer. Finally there's some peace of mind when I leave my motorcycle or my e-bike on the street. It's expensive, but you get a lot for your money. It's lightwheight and easy enough to carry on a backpack, and it's very easy to use. The extra keys are very convenient as well. The one downside is that it's a very solid U-shape, which means you have very little room to spare when you're securing the lock to poles or other anchor points.

I decided to invest in this for my ebike
I decided to invest in this for my ebike, which I use daily. The motorbike parked next to my bike was stolen, so I wanted to make sure I have the best lock in case they come back! I'll update if they do. The lock took a while to come, so order early. That said, it is worth waiting for, it is easy to use and fits nicely to lock my bike up at work. The key is easy to distinguish on my keyring, and they preregistered them in case I need a replacement. Everything about the purchase feels quality and gives me confidence.

My Son has had 2 bikes stolen with cheaper locks so decided to splash out on this Litelok X1.. It is heavy compared to the other locks but amazing quality and the weight is giving it strength so I don't worry now when my Son takes his bike out.. Very happy with this lock thank you

Excellent ranges and service
After trawling the internet for some PVC cladding and being let down by other companies, I tried Celplas and I couldn't be happier. they have a great range and have it in stock. The prices are competitive. I ordered on the 29th and it was on my doorstep 2 days later in good packaging and in perfect condition. could not comment on customer service as I did not need to contact them, but mine was a 100% positive experience. Would recommend Celplas without hesitation.

Shoddy Celplas
Found Celplas on the internet and ordered some samples online. When they did not arrive I rang them and was told them that they had been sent. When they still did not arrive my wife rang them and was told they would be here within 4-5 days. Two weeks later still no samples. To me the service was very poor I will be warning my friends not to even attempt to use them. What a way to run a business. However have found an extremely helpful company in Wales called Easy Panels.My order will be here next week.

Shoddy Product Poor customer service
In 2018 I purchased PVC shower panels with a 10 year guarantee on the product, less than 18 months later the product failed with the lacquer peeling off leaving the shower cubical looking atrocious. When I complained to the company they blamed my choice of cleaning product which was a standard cleaning product nothing special purchased from a supermarket. I have now been left with a very expensive bill to replace there shoddy product.

These were great until they transferred our accounts over to Pharmacy4U. Since then ive been locked out twice even with using the correct password and both of my family accounts that shared my account/email have neither been able to access their accounts through myself as they have been doing for years or register with Pharmacy4U as it says they are already registered so not allowing them to order urgent meds. Hence we had no option but to ask our GP Surgery to allocate a local pharmacy allowing us to order the much needed meds. Unfortunately we don’t have hours to waste waiting on a chat reply that times out or want to waste our time in a phone queue trying to sort this type of nonsense. These transfer errors needed sorting before offloading accounts that didn’t agree to be moved in the 1st place!

Started off well. Used without issue for a number of years, even recommended them to family and friends. Since a change in prescription in November 2024, EVERY month they're leaving me for several days, UP TO A WEEK, without life saving medication. I order it as soon as I'm able, but it's ALWAYS delayed. I've rang and complained but they don't seem to appreciate how important the medication is or how dangerous missing it is. I'm now seeking an alternative supplier because Lloyds Direct are not reliable, nor do they seem to care that they're not reliable, which is appalling in a pharmacy service.

They have no service and no way to contact them.

PhonePower has deteriorated to useless
After more than eight years with Phonepower, I am giving them up. 1st: Their rates have more than doubled in the past 3-4 years. Almost 50% of the increase is "cost recovery fees" which mean they charge whatever they want because they can. 2nd: Their service has declined to useless -- not absent, but inaccurate, incomplete, and of no value. My OBihai adapter was recently sunsetted, and stopped working abruptly last week. Phonepower provide a code string to insert in the operating parameters, but that killed the second line and made it impossible for me to log into the adapter. It took more than 8 hours of fighting with the adapter, including internet research, before I was finally able to get it working again. I am switching hardware and my VOIP provider. BEWARE: PhonePower is a useless company that will take your money and provide absolutely minimal service.

This is a modification of my May 15…
This is a modification of my May 15 review: I called them in April, a month before our service was set to expire. They said they could not say exactly how much of increase in our yearly rate to expect, and told me to call back 2 or 3 days before it was to renew, but they expected it to be around $109. I decided to cancel last Friday, called them, and canceled (way too many spam calls, etc.) with the link the rep sent me. Nevertheless, they charged my bank account $135 three days later, this Monday. I called them the same day and the rep said they would refund my money. It's 2 days later and I am still waiting, a bit fearfully. THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY (FINALLY) TWO WEEKS AFTER THEY WITHDREW IT FROM MY ACCOUNT, SO THEY DID THE RIGHT THING, JUST SLOWLY. UPON RECONSIDERATION, THE SPAM IS NOT THEIR FAULT, BUT I DID NOT HAVE SUCCESS FINDING A SPAM FILTER ...

I've been a PhonePower customer since…
I've been a PhonePower customer since 2009. In the beginning, support was fantastic and the service was high quality for a reasonable price. The cloned line feature allows you to have up to 2 lines/calls active at one time which is nice (your phone adapter must support it). However, it is now 2024. Over the years the website slowed down and sections of it (like the invoice and payments page) began to fail. It is an old website but still gives you the ability to manage the service. I usually use the website to delete old voicemails. Okay, the site being old technology is a nit. But let's move on to the BYOD. I selected a replacement device from the list of supported equipment (Grandstream replacing an old Linksys). During the provisioning process, the PhonePower setup process would only activate one of the 2 lines -- the clone line would not get setup correctly. I contacted support and got a live person -- awesome! And they knew what they were doing -- double awesome! However, it became apparent that the only way we were going to get both of my lines active was to do a manual configuration. And since every adapter is slightly different, the best they could do is provide me with a few basic settings. It was enough to get both lines working. But here's the catch: since it was manually configured, PhonePower won't provide support. That means that if you have problems with your adapter or your adapter stops working after PhonePower does periodic maintenance, you get zero help. I've tweaked the settings on the Grandstream several times, each time requesting help from PhonePower and sending in log information to help troubleshoot why my adapter stops taking and making calls after a PhonePower maintenance event -- no reply; no help. I have to restart my adapter to reconnect. So, support has gone downhill. I used to be able to get assistance, even with a manual configuration, but no more. Then in 2024, got another surprise. My service just renewed. I mentioned earlier that the payment and invoice section of their site doesn't work (at least not consistently). So, my annual service that is about $100 for the service suddenly was over $230. To be fair, my prior years with fees was around $180. When I asked the billing department why my service went up over 33% in 2 years, they replied that it was due to Federal fees. Really? Federal fees went up 33%? Nope. I managed to get a copy of my invoice. The largest fees were not the Federal fees, rather it was a combination of things -- a huge recovery fee, a PhonePower added fee for administrative cost recovery, and an error in sales tax calculation. I compared it to my mobile phone bill -- it had all but the administrative cost recovery fees, but at a fraction of what PhonePower was passing through. The billing department's response was that VOIP vs Mobile isn't a good comparison since the rules are slightly different. Sorry, but it is a perfect comparison. The fees are out of whack on how they are allocated. Oh, and that administrative cost recovery fee from PhonePower -- that was added to help PhonePower cover its various filings, general account servicing, and record maintenance. Um, what? You are tacking on a service fee to cover the costs that are a typical cost of business and should be covered under the service plan!?! So, to sum it up, support is a shadow of what it used to be, fees and taxes will more than double your quoted phone plan, they tack on extra charges to cover their typical expenses as though they were a co-op or a non-profit instead of a for profit business. I expect 2024 will be my last year with PhonePower.

Terrible Stay Away
This company is terrible and I would not recommend doing business with them. My issue specifically is that they were unable over a long period of time to make it possible to update a credit card or form of payment on there website. I stopped using the service and eventually had to mail them a check to settle up. My question is how bad at running a business do you have to be that you can't manage to collect money on your own website?

Once O.K., now unacceptable.
I used Phonepower for many years; until recently they were o.k. I did have several periods during which calls would be dropped at random intervals; eventually my account was relocated to another server and service was acceptable. But recently I discovered that their Fail-safe phone number (the number you have calls forwarded to if your internet goes down) simply didn't work. Calls were just sent to voicemail; they were NOT forwarded to the cell phone number that I had provided. Months passed and this problem was not fixed. And I discovered that I couldn't change credit card information on their website; erroneous error messages were generated when I tried. Staff suggested that I call them and do it by phone but for me that is not an acceptable solution. Finally, nothing has changed on their website in years. It is abysmally slow, and not user friendly. So I have changed providers.

This was the third software that I tried, the others assumed that you were book keeping for someone else. I managed to navigate my way around EDF as a total layman. Everything is explained. Videos and blogs were perfect, and a friendly, efficient REAL PERSON on the help desk to message when needed (for technical and procedural questions). Made a tedious unpleasant task much easier!

Amazing software and support A*****
I am financially reasonably savvy, but I have never had to file accounts with HMRC in IXBRL format; their solution made it easy. I also had some questions that a bookkeeper or accountant would know, but they explained them to me, and I could then amend the accounts before submitting them. Their software and support are off-the-chart good!!!

Tech support is outstanding
Tech support is outstanding. Interface is almost fool proof. Used to spend long days preparing accounts for HMRC and Companies House. This is now reduced to less then an hour and when I don't understand something, the tech support is instantly available via an active chat window that is part of the interface. Lots of time saved and no more headaches. Just brilliant!!!

Today it was Matt's turn....
I am once again finding myself writing a review meaning.... yes, they called again. This time someone who went by the name of Matt (sure, that was certainly his real name). When he finally hanged up on me (I must admit by that time I did lose my patience and was pretty much shouting at him and calling him a clown) I got another call from somebody who identified himself as his "friend" not even colleague, asking what had happened. He had a really strong Asian accent, but I refused to start the conversation over again, so I just told him to stop calling and wished him goodbye. Another clown calling for the 100th time trying to tell me what a marvelous platform this is. He even offered to put US$100k on my behalf (LOL - how desperate can they be???? :D). Matt is just the last of the clowns who called. It all started with Tariq, followed by Lateef and then Husam AI. Lateef to this day remains my favorite scammer - he had more patience than the others. The others were just clowns trying their luck. Will update at the next phone call!

Cars are very dirty, salespeople don't seem to have any knowledge of cars, didn't understand my questions regarding different engines and transmissions such as CVT vs 6 speed etc. forced to buy extra warranty to get loan, salesmen are evasive when you ask them details about financing, they keep you there hours then shove a 50 page contract in your face, don't review it and ask you to sign it. Promise services then avoid answering your calls for weeks. I was personally called a name for simply following up on a service that they promised and wasn't done. They seemed like they were trying to make it difficult so I would give up trying to get them to fulfill the service they promised and put in my contract. All in all I wouldn't go back.

Lied to and Cheated out of Money
I am a pediatric nurse working 60 plus hours aweek a veteran and a senior who was a victim of shady ? Illegal dealings by Eastern Automotive in Frederick, MD .They took back vehicle, still have my down-payment 2,500 and my trade in with UNSIGNED title.This was not due to a decline from finance company ,but because finance company during welcome and contract review made me aware of undisclosed to me charges on my contract. They advised if I didn't want services to tell dealership as not dependant on loan.I did and they refused to cancel or remove from contract and called me a liar threatened police and 3 large men came and took vehicle saying I had no right to car.I am going thru alot Ive had to rent a car to get to work. I am so stressed and still not understanding why this happened or how it was legal, as I had tentative approval from other finance companies as well and told them that if only they removed 4638 in services unneeded not told about. They refused to negotiate were rude and threatening and since they took vehicle Ive heard northing from dealer or the customer service office that promised help.My ?about my trade went unanswered as did my request for refund, I have hired an attorney and filed several complaints, but this is and has been one of the worse experiences of my life. I had the vehicle 9 days but have paid insurance on it for a month.

This company is a no go Zone.Let me share a second butter experience. Called them after they said I should get an offer letter and bring which was the requirements to get the loan approved. I went there with an offer letter. Sat for hours and they checked my credit four different banks. Minutes later they came back and said I have a pre-approval. And I should bring $4000-$5000 to get the car. Chevy or Ford. Then I went back and read the Truth in Lending act and came back to inquire about why I need to pay for a loan. Guess what???they said I do not have a pre-approval, and secondly they need to use that money to secure a loan. Which is not true. I asked dwhy don't you pay money to secure a credit card and they trying explaining with some anger and shaking like babies. Then I asked for the pre-approval so I can call that particular bank to know why they are requesting $5000 before securing me a loan, lol the manager went to the counter, after minutes came back and told me I need to go talk to someone else. This has been his statement before as soon as I asked if they participate in the Truth in Lending act, he became angry and asked me to go talk to a lawyer, I told him.yes I will sue if they don't participate in Truth in Lending act. Guess what he woke up and told me he has nothing to say, and before going he told me I had written a review? I said yes and he said I wrote it so others can see and make their decisions off that right? So I should go talk to someone else! Lol this is a NO GO ZONE. Easterns On FORD MEADE ROAD LAUREL IS A NO GO ZONE. Very very bad customer service. Don't go there. Don't please. Next I saw the agent I spoke with and asked him who pre-approved me and he called the name of the bank and before he could say it another agent ran to him and stopped him and asked him not to mention anything. This is how bad things are here.

You sent me a refund of 30.00$ and it was never mentioned that it was to reimburse for the rest of it. To be very satisfied I would love to get the 3 missing bracelets. I have used collister an d glover twice now for a sump pump as the first lasted 8 years! It runs on an almost constant basis so pretty good I think. The most recent one was ordered on a Saturday evening and arrived the following Tuesday, so good service. The pump is a Dab pump so a shout for them to. Will order the next one again no problem.

Do not use them, a company full of criminals
I don't even know where to begin. I bought two products from them after their website said both were in stock and would be shipped within 3-5 working days. The items were not in stock! So phone them and I found out they ship it from a wear house to them which takes few working days snd then ship it to customers which takes more time so probably a total of 10 working days. So after their website lied and been in touch with them sand hearing more lies I cancelled my order. Refused both items and guess what, one of them was lost....how in 2024 you loose an item with a tracking number....shocked. So now they are refusing to give me a refund until they fix their issue, and btw I don't have the item so basically I am paying for an item who has been returned and lost, so those criminals now are refusing to refund me the money for an item I don't have! So basically I have been emailing this criminal from Flash Center for the past MONTH and he still hasn't realised a refund for the product. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I don't even know how they can still trade. Also they don't ship to mainland apparently, in NI so when the product arrived I was charge half of the whole price in duties and taxes even tho I live in the United Kingdom. Please police, arrest them

As other reviews have mentioned the stock status is not accurate. I placed an order for a Godox V860iii flash as it was showing in stock and delivery within 3-5 days. 6 days later and no update. I chased up the order and was told the item was out of stock and delivery would be at the end of December so a 6 week wait!! Other companies would have stock early December so if I'd have known I'd have ordered elsewhere. Even though the item was out of stock the website still shows it as in stock and delivery within 3-5 days. This was my first time using The Flash Centre and it'll be my last. So I would take any item as being in stock with a pinch of salt

Amazing service from start to finish
I’m so pleased with my garden room and the experience I’ve had from start to finish has been amazing. Robin Iles visited me before Xmas and I was so impressed with the product and service I signed up immediately but then had to put a hold on everything due to personal reasons, Robin was so helpful in getting everything sorted for me especially as it was so close to Xmas. I was really happy to be able to contact Robin again in the new year and be able to tell him I was able to go ahead. He came and did another visit and we made some changes to the original plan and he was able to bring my project back on track and finished within my pre Xmas timeline despite me messing around with dates. He has been a pleasure to deal with, he’s always replied quickly to any of my questions and has been a great help to me when dealing with my local planning department. I’ve also had great service from Kerrie the project manager she has kept me informed all the way through and he project and also been on hand to help out when an external company delivered items and left them in a awkward spot, she had the team call on their way home from another job to make sure everything was safe at my property before starting at mine the following day. I had team Jez from EWB install the garden room, Jez and Charlie were really friendly, such hard workers and so clean and tidy and the garden room has been finished perfection. I also want to praise the guys that delivered all the parts for the construction they were really polite and thorough and made sure everything was secure and protected before they left and they stayed really upbeat despite the access not being ideal. Overall I can say anything negative about any part of the process from design to finished product.
