After not having success with another dog trainer in town, we contacted JP about our leash reactive and anxious cattle dog. JP is confident, very knowledgable, and knew exactly what we needed to do! So much so that we felt confident in joining in on his recent pack walk with his other clients. I cannot emphasize how life-changing having JP as a trainer was to both me and my first dog. He has a fantastic awareness of canine behaviorism and is always professional and patient. I rescued a shepherd mix a little over a year ago and genuinely struggled with managing her intense anxiety + low-stress threshold, leading me to shy away from tons of social environments. I poured over resources online for dogs with similar reactivity problems and tried my best at acclimatizing her on my own. There were so many issues I felt at a loss as to where to even start. At this point, contacting JP felt like a shot in the dark for me, but after our initial consultation, I appreciated how great of a listener JP was and how he provided his perspective. We worked through multiple sessions and gradually tackled scenarios that were always designed for the long run instead of temporary solutions. There are days when I feel exhausted from reinforcing her routines, but being able to see my dog's clear improvement and her being more comfortable in her own skin honestly makes the effort all the worth.

JP is very professional and responsible trainer. He solved every issue with my one year old collie. The way he train and teach my dog is so effective that it feels like magic. He also tell everything to us the owner. He is not only teaching our dog, but he is also teaching us how to be a better owner. I bought four classes. Before each class, JP will plan out the lesson depending on our need. During the lesson, the time will be spent very effectively. With the lesson and daily practicing, my collie now knows how to walk beside me without pulling, how to get on the car, how to go out and inside the house, and overcame the fear of swimming! I’m so glad I chose JP. It was a very meaningful experience.

JP was wonderful with our two dogs. He listened patiently to all of the "issues" we wanted to address. He then gave excellent concise advice that I could put into practice and see positive results. We have our work cut out for us and I know I will need more guidance from him but I feel it is worth it to have calm content dogs.

JP is all heart...for both the dogs and their humans. He is super smart, personable and committed to helping us live well with our dogs.

I've have recently just completed a course with Andi doing EUSR health and safety. I genuinely thought it would be another day of just trying to stay awake and listen to the same depressing voices that most trainers have with a death by power point presentation, I'll be completely honest. I was so wrong about this course and Andi. His wealth of knowledge and experience made the day so much more of a pleasure to listen to and I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a trainer that can educate a group of men that has a laugh and joke with them but is serious when needs to be. Arrivato il pacco è risultato che il boccale in realtà non era compatibile con il mio modello. Inizialmente l'assistenza sembrava valida e intenzionata a fare luce sulla questione e capire il problema. Mi hanno detto che avrebbero chiesto spiegazioni a Moulinex e poi non ho più avuto notizie. Per correttezza dico che io non ho più contattato l'assistenza perché sono riuscita a fare una modifica strutturale al boccale per farlo funzionare, ma in ogni caso stavo attendendo un riscontro che non è mai arrivato. Aggiornamento: in seguito a questa recensione sono stata ricontattata dal servizio clienti e mi è stato spiegato che non ero più stata chiamata perché la Moulinex stessa non aveva ancora dato una risposta. Mi hanno offerto di programmare il ritiro da parte del corriere per il reso, ma poiché io non avevo più necessità di restituire, mi hanno fatto un piccolo, ma apprezzato, rimborso. Quindi modifico la recensione in 4 stelle per la serietà e la gentilezza del servizio clienti (nello specifico della signora Ornella).

Got a phone call from Payeworx in July 2023 about their solution. I have now found out this company have appeared on the HMRC current list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers (March 2024). Luckily didnt end up using them at the time as could have landed a huge tax bill from HMRC.

I first used Foothills about 10 years ago and received amazing thorough service in the buying of walking boots. I got the same care and attention when discussing possible repairs in an attempt to eke out their time. Sadly I have just needed to replace them but have received the same excellent service despite being a slightly awkward customer in terms of my feet. I recommend Foothills to everyone and am only sad it’s not in Leeds. But it’s always worth the journey.

I was looking for somewhere to get a leather mulberry bag repaired for my Mum as a present. The bag was in really bad condition (scuffing, broken zip and scratches ect). I cannot recommend Vitalise any more. Not only was the repair incredible, their price was by far the best quote I received and their customer service (even before I was a customer) was outstanding. They managed to fix the bag quicker than expected (as I left it very last minute) and I can’t thank them enough for this. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and as someone that wasn’t local, posting / receiving the bag was so easy. After reading reviews on trustpilot and seeing their work on instagram, I decided to trust the restoration of my sac de jour to Vitaise. The team promptly responded to all my queries and most importantly my bag was returned looking good a new! Might I add that their turn around time is far better than that of other well known restoration business. I will certainly be using them going forward

I found Vitalise via Google and booked them to fit in a new zip for a colleagues Document Wallet. They went above and beyond what I expected, offered a choice of zips, fitted a new metal zit to replace the broken plastic one, and on top of that cleaned up and moisturised the leather. Really good value for money and amazing customer service by picking up and dropping off the item. A great find, would recommend them to anyone. Definitely using them again.

I contacted Vitalise to enquire if they could transform my leather handbag from bright yellow to black? Not only did they do an outstanding job with the colour transformation but the overall experience was excellent. They collected the bag from my home at a day and time that suited me and provided updates throughout the process.
