Fix Screens did a fantastic job fixing my watch after I'd broken the screen falling on a run. The turnaround was incredibly quick and they had excellent communication throughout the process. Three days after my watch arrived at Fix Screens it was back with me good as new!

Great experience with these guys. They sent clear instructions on sending a watch back and explained the process. Once the watch was received, they confirmed receipt and once once the watch was returned, they did the same keeping me updated throughout all stages of the process.

About 4 months ago I decided to enroll my 8-year-old son in an Abacus class. I can say that I made the best decision. Here I met Teacher Octaviana who I can say is top. She has a lot of patience and with a gentle voice explains to the boy everything he doesn't understand. I have seen an extremely large evolution in mathematics in my son. Wij hadden een dure La Marzocco machine 2 groeps in onze zaak staan, maar eerlijk gezegd was het nooit mijn ding. Te veel gedoe soms, kwa onderhoud en ook personeel die er slecht mee om gaat. Toevallig kwam ik via google terecht bij ESE pod machines die speciaal zijn gemaakt voor horeca doeleinden. Gewoon een soort van pad erin en klaar, met dezelfde kwaliteit als die La Marzocco machine als je het mij vraagt. Uiteindelijk terecht gekomen bij Chirico Caffe en daar een mooie machine van het merk Spinel aangeschaft; vriendelijke mannen, goede service en goede prijzen. Heb de machine nu 7 maanden en ik ben er nog steeds hartstikke blij mee. Personeel kan er makkelijk mee over weg en krijg continu complimenten van mijn klanten over de koffie!

Koffie wordt altijd keurig op juiste dag en tijdstip bezorgd.

We've been getting our supplies from Brampton Wood Fuels for a couple of years now and would just like to say what great people they are to deal with. Dave runs everything and is really friendly and very knowledgable on Wood Fuels. Josh delivers our order and he is always great craic and very helpful. Good range of Briquettes and Blocks, does wood logs and pet foods too. Much cheaper than buying fuel from supermarkets & big stores in Carlisle.

We just had a wonderful holiday in Tibet, and our guide, Dickey, was absolutely amazing. Visiting Tibet and seeing its majestic mountains, especially Everest, and its famous Buddhist temples had been a long time family dream. However, one of my main concerns was managing the dietary requirements of both my wife and daughter, who need to eat gluten free for health reasons. We had an amazing small group tour (only 2 people!) to Yamdrok lake. Both our tour guide Lhakdon and the driver have been wonderful. Lhakdon was very patient with our many questions and knowledgeable on the history of Tibet. She allowed us to stop whenever we wanted on the way to take photos and she even helped us taking some. She also facilitated conversations with the locals so we could interact with them and learn more about Tibetan people. Overall it’s been a great experience and I highly recommend Lhakdon as a tour guide!

Tibet tour is one of my bucket list and the trip was just awesome. I specially thank to our tibet guide Mr. Penpa ans Mr. Sonam for make the whole journey so amazing. The tour lead by Lhakpa has been a great experience overall. He accommodated our group’s interests and provided a lot of information and insight. It was a great pleasure to travel with him. The driver made our journey very comfortable and safe. It was an amazing time of the year to visit Tibet, since local came to pray and the sky gave us clear views.

Kristin our travel consultant was very prompt with her responses and had helpful answers to all of my questions. She provided good information at all steps through the booking process. Our guide, Sonam Temphel, was warm and friendly, always with a smile and laugh for us. He was a passionate ambassador for Tibet and shared a lot of interesting information about the culture. We would highly recommend him and would love to do another trip with him!

What can I say when a long awaited trip turns out to be beyond perfect and leaves us speechless. Sadly Everest was not available due to a recent earthquake and our hearts went out to those people rather than selfish thoughts of missing the trip. We had a group meeting and decided to go to other places. Amy was excellent at organising and keeping us up to date and then we feel we ‘lucked in’ with our guide Sonam, what a delightful man and a perfect guide, I know the entire group felt this way, a good guide can make or break a trip, a fantastic guide like Sonam … well… fantastic. Can a trip be all good news? OK I didnt like the shape of the coffee cups in the hotel, and honestly, thats it. Book this trip, ask for Sonam (or I guess he is representative of this company as a whole) and go enjoy Tibet with these guys. We had a great group with us, all much younger but it worked perfect, great guys. One thing for sure, we will be back to Tibet with Tibet Vista

Their genuine care for our well-being was evident and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to explore this mystical region, confident that they will provide an experience as enriching and delightful as ours.

What a fantastic trip! At the moment, Westerners can only explore Tibet with a tour guide, and so I would heartily recommend you go with this tour company - everything was very well organised, right from the booking process (thank you Lycoris for all your help & advice) to the tour itself, which covered everything we wanted to see. Our guide Kal Dor was exceptional - friendly & fun while still being professional and well organised, and very informative without ever being boring. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better guide. The driver too, was fantastic - we felt very safe on the twisty, switchback roads over the mountains and high passes. The minibus was clean, comfortable and water & oxygen were supplied.

From the initial site visit to job completion, 'Britek Solar' was quick, courteous, and very professional. Throughout the process, no challenge was treated like an obstacle. Impossible to get hold of them. I've tried phoning, email, Instagram and twitter and still no reply. I ordered a hammock to replace the one I had purchased from them 7 years ago (I had been very happy with this one). I ordered the exact same name as my previous one thinking it would be a direct replacement but it has turned up and its completely different. I am trying to return it and find out what to get instead but despite trying various methods several times for 2 weeks now, I am still to get a response.

Absolutely diabolical service !! Have had 3 call outs and nothing has been done concerning my mouse infestation. No sealing or blocking of entry points, just laying bait traps and leaving and coming back, and back again to check them. Utterly useless and dishonest !! Do not bother to use them. Do Not deserve any stars.

Customer service is very poor and unprofessional. Bedbugs comes back again after 2 treatments. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

When we first had sighting of mice we tried to eradicate them ourselves ,after a couple of months we had to get pest control in.We had Kevin and Ray first but our mice were bait shy.We then had Lee who assessed areas and found mice were in the pipe work he used a different treatment and after several visits and his determination and dedication to his job we appear to be mouse free.I would recommend Lee at Monitor again.If we have to have monitor again we would request Lee with his expert knowledge.Marion

Our mouse problem was dealt with very efficiently. Had other pest control previously who couldn’t get rid of the problem and cost extortionate amounts. Monitor pest control very reasonably priced and problem solved! Would highly recommend.

Easy to navigate the website. Brand’s kibble is recommended by our trusted vet in town. Tried their baked snack for my dog and he loves it! They even have the auto-order per month but we decided to just manually order.

We consider ourselves lucky to have come across Percuro dog food. Our little lady pug has severe skin allergies and stomach issues. Now that she is on Percuro, her allergies have started to calm down and her stomach does not produce any gurgling sounds anymore. She has a bowel movement 2 times a day as opposed to an irregular schedule before. Very happy so far with our experience with Percuro, including their delivery service.
