Rent to buy is a joke
I purchased my desktop computer (making me the legal owner and it being private property)from radio rentals after end of lease.Many months went past without issue, until recently.My entire HDD went into a disk sanitation (without warning), deleting years of data and the locked screen pops up. The company has yet to fix the issue.Be warned about rent to buy, they still leave software in your device they can access remotely whenever they want.

No loyalty with Radio Ripoff!!
Have been a loyal customer of Radio Rentals for nearly 20yrs. In that time, I have never had an issue renting through them until now. Even though my income has increased, I could not be approved for a new phone, being told I don’t have the capacity to pay lol Went straight to another company (DIFRENT) and was approved within 24hrs, no questions asked…Steer clear of Radio Ripoff!!

Can't give less than 1 star. Have dealt with money theft, contract breaches, gaslighting and failed deal honouring. Dispute Resolutions team refuse to give information on who hacked my account and agreed to things I didn't consent to, won't transfer me to anyone high up. Have had the accc deal with them, and they've been sued by Maurice Blackburn lawyers for the same thing multiple times

A $600 dollar washing machine is really $2700
A $600 dollar washing machine. $12.99 per week over 48 months becomes a $2700 dollar washing machine. You own it now but after 4 years of use and paying $2700 to rent to own would have to be one of the biggest scams going from a company. I'm surprised this company exists. People get zip pay buy it out right and only fee is $6 a month over I year it's only $72 in fees or you can pay $2100 in 4 years in fees with radio rentals.. 30 years in fees from zip it equals

Refund
I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a refund. First of all they told me they didn't have a refund form from me so I would have to do a new one. I done a new refund form & backdated it to the original date that was on the first one. Still waiting. Quick enough to take my money but when the shoe is on the other foot it's a different story.

I’ve been a customer since 1989 and…
I’ve been a customer since 1989 and have rented many products over the years, never been declined. My account is often a few hundred dollars in credit, my latest refund being in March. I finished paying a product out earlier this year and applied for a new product that was around the same amount. It was declined. Tried to find a reason, several phone calls, complaints form etc, took about a week of promising to have somebody ring me etc until I finally got an answer. Declined due the ‘responsible lending policy’. Seeing I’ve never missed a payment and YOU pay me money back because I’m often in credit, I think the explanation is rubbish- so much for loyalty. I’m off to the bank to withdraw some cash that you don’t seem to want and buy a washing machine. I’ll never deal with RR again once my current contracts end.

Treated unfairly after being a 17 year supporter…
I’m still waiting for a the fridge from when I reported it faulty back in September/October 2020 this is so unfair. I don’t have a fridge to keep my food at the healthy temperature required! I am mother of 5 children, so can you imagine how hard this is? I’m struggle as it is and have had no support what so ever from them. No one has bother to contact me in via email. This is not right and I feel after 17 years supporting radio rentals, putting so much money in them, over charged on RRP which I understand as I was renting to own and I end up getting treated like this with a faulty product!! Put yourself in my shoes here ‘Do you think this is fair as a customer’? Disappointing!!!

Reading all these reviews, I have to agree with them all. Not worth any stars at all. They are ignorant thieves. I have purchased, washing machine, computer, tv, suround sound system. No telling when contracts finished, taking credits, always reminding you when 1 day late, even though you are constant in payments.. rude ignorant Indians I can't ever understand. I would never recommend their company to anyone. Bad services, policies and products. Shame on Radio Rentals !!! "10 thumbs down"

absolute katastrophe ! wir versuchen seit 1.5 Jahren unseren Balkon fertig zu stellen ... ein glasteil des balkon's wurde in der zeichnung entfernt obwohl die angaben korrekt durchgegeben wurden, dies nun zu korrigieren zieht sich seit ewigkeiten. wir haben ein geruest stehen und es geht seit monaten nichts. keiner antwortet auf irgendwelche emails oder anrufe

Vorsicht, das Unternehmen befindet sich in einem Insolvenzverfahren in Eigenverantwortung. Getätigte und bezahlte Aufträge befinden sich in der Insolvenzmasse. Zum herausslösen muss man nochmal 50% überweisen um die Bestellung zu erhalten !!

Finger weg!
Wir haben ebenfalls unsere Ware im Dezember 2024 komplett im voraus bezahlt. Inzwischen hat Glasprofi24 per eMail über die Eröffnung des Insolvenzverfahrens in Eigenverwaltung unterrichtet. Gleichzeitig wurde in Aussicht gestellt, gegen eine sehr kurzfristige und zusätzliche Zahlung von ca. 50% auf den ursprünglichen Preis die Ware erhalten zu können. Das Verfahren sei mit dem Insolvenzverwalter so abgestimmt. Gleichzeitig läuft die Web-Seite von Glasprofi24 unverändert weiter, inkl. Rabatten etc. Ich bin gespannt, was mein Anwalt dazu sagt.

Achtung, kurz vor Insolvenz
Achtung, keine Vorkasse !!! Ich habe für 16200€ im Dezember Windschutz bestellt und per Vorkasse bezahlt. Ich habe am 09.01 eine Mail bekommen, dass die Ware fertig und in der Verpackung ist. Jetzt am 02.02 habe ich eine Mail bekommen, dass sie leider eigenverantwortlich Insolvent sind und weitere 8000€ für den Auftrag benötigen oder das Geld und die Ware in die Insolvenzmasse geht. Gleichzeitig wird das gleiche Produkt weiterhin auf Ihrer Webseite verkauft - zum gleichen Preis ! Das bedeutet zukünftie Kunden werden entweder in die Irre geführt und werden ihr Produkt nie zu diesem Preis bekommen (oder garnicht bekommen) oder ich muss jetzt mehr bezahlen als wenn ich es heute einfach bestellen würde. So oder so ist dieses Vorgehensweise unseriös, wenn ich aufgrund der Nichtlieferung von Kauf zurücktrete bleibt ihr auf dem Produkt sitzen und die Insolvenz ist ein Schritt näher - nicht wirtschaftlich ! Ich werde als nächstes den Sachverwalter (Anwalt) der die eigenverwaltende Insolvenz (beg)leitet anrufen und anschließend mich mit meiner Rechtsschutz absprechen. Glasvordach Duravento 5 Sterne für die Mitarbeiter von Glasprofi24. Meine Fragen wurden stets zügig und freundlich per email beantwortet. Auf meine Sonderwünsche wurde auch eingegangen. Die Lieferung per Spedition lief auch ohne jegliche Komplikationen ab. Nun zum Produkt. Das Duravento Glasvordach überzeugt nicht nur durch seine edle Optik, sondern auch durch hervorragende Qualität. Mein von mir ausgewählter Montagepartner war ebenso von der Qualität und Präzision der Teile begeistert.

Katastrophe Erfahrungen mit Glasprofi24! Wir hatten im April eine Duschabtrennung bestellt. Nach 3 Telefonaten mit der Service Hotline und diversen Entschuldigungsemails, wurde die Glasabtrennung dann im Juli erst geliefert. Leider waren dann die Abdeckprofile nicht bei der Lieferung vorhanden. Ich hätte schon stutzig werden sollen, da der Spediteur schon gesagt hat, dass es bei Glasprofi24 zu sehr vielen Beschwerden kommt. Nach Reklamation würden dann Abdeckprofile geliefert, jedoch waren diese nicht vollständig. Weitere Reklamation und es wurden nicht die Abdeckungen geliefert, sondern weitere Klemmprofile und diese auch ohne Abdeckung. Jetzt hab ich jeglichen Service aufgegeben und das Problem Schlussendlich selber gelöst. Bestellung und Zahlung waren bereits im April 2024 erfolgt. Die letzte FALSCHE Sendung erfolgte im August 2024. Ich kann nur jedem von einer Bestellung abraten! Im Nachhinein scheint das auch kein Einzelfall gewesen zu sein.

Super god oplevelse og forløb hos Kviktrafikskole! Undervisningen er grundig, fleksibel, og der er en behagelig stemning på køreskolen. Man kan mærke, at køreskolen virkelig går op i at sikre, at eleverne bliver klædt godt på både til prøverne og til at køre på egen hånd bagefter. Bestod begge prøver i første forsøg, og det kan jeg i høj grad takke min kørerlærer Masood for, som er utroligt god til at lære fra sig og til at hjælpe en med at opbygge selvtillid i forhold til at køre. En varm anbefaling herfra!😊

Skiftede fra et andet sted
Jeg skiftede køreskole og til Masoud, og har virkelig ikke været alt andet end tilfreds. Jeg var delvist demotiveret da jeg skulle starte hos Masood, grundet mine oplevelser hos min tidligere kørelærer, men Masood har virkelig været støttende, været grundig og fået mine færdigheder i top. Jeg bestod selvfølgelig i allerførste hug hos ham, og jeg kan ikke gøre andet end at anbefale ham. Det er det helt rigtige sted, at tage sit kørekort!

Kørekort på tre måneder
Jeg fik mit kørekort på tre måneder, bestod teori første gang. Og havde en fantastisk kørelærer, Ali. Han fokusere 110% på eleven mens man kører og ønsker at man får så meget ud af hver køretime som muligt. Jeg ville helt klart anbefale denne køreskole. Man kan virkelig godt mærke at der er et stort fokus på hver enkelte person og at ingen bliver tilsidesat eller overset.

Bedre sent end aldrig
Så blev det min tur til at få kørekort efter et sejt forløb, da jeg startede i en høj alder af 46 år. Som en noget kunstnerisk og flyvsk sjæl plus min alder havde jeg svært ved at omstille mig mentalt og kropsligt til bil og trafik i København, der er utroligt meget, som man skal være opmærksom på... Min kørelærer Ali havde også en udfordring i at få mig til at være fuldt til stede i processen, men ved hjælp af samtale og humor fandt vi melodien, og sammen fik vi rettet min kørsel til. Jeg startede samtidigt med min nevø på 25 år, som et lille familie projekt, og han havde samme kørelærer. For ham gik det hele noget nemmere. Så jeg vil anbefale alle, som overvejer at tage kørekort hos Kviktrafik, at starte så hurtigt som muligt. Tak for kortet!

Fantastic company to deal with I have order a number of items via the website and all have been perfectly delivered. Great service and prices As a result of the superb service I had received I decided to get some new clubs custom fitted and travelled over 150 miles to meet Adam. It was a well worthwhile journey. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and his expert and friendly advice resulted in a perfect set of clubs far superior to those I had been advised to get by another supplier. The custom fitting facility is superb and the shop is well worth a visit The other members of staff I met there were equally friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. Also Adam is a real credit to them. Two of my friends are already planning a trip to see Adam to get some new clubs after seeing mine and hearing of the exemplary service.

Quickly delivery and cheap prices. But just a minimum charge delivery no matter on the size. So my delivery was much more than the product, yet only sent Royal Mail which they made money on. Fine if you ordering more but annoying for small items.

I am happy that I was able to purchase my GM Diamond Signature bat straight from the GM website. All the GM bats like Aion, Mana, Psyche were listed on the website and I was able to chose the one I wanted. Shipping was free, and the package arrived within 4-5 days from the UK via DHL express to Canada. It was nicely packed and the bat I received was amazing. Have played with other brands of bats which dint do well. This is my first GM bat yet to play with in our upcoming tournaments. Hope it does well. Thank you

Due to an accident
Due to an accident, the trip had to be cancelled, as well as the tickets. Since the accident occurred after the cancellation deadline, it was not possible to cancel in a timely manner. TICMATE refuses to replace the tickets! My airline, the hotel in London, the Royal Albert Hall, the IP shuttle service = all EXCEPT Ticmate holders refunded. Shame on you! It is cheeky and mean to withhold the full ticket prices from an accident victim. André

Ich kann jeden nur davor warnen, bei diesen Betrügern jemals Tickets zu bestellen. Wir haben vor einiger Zeit Tickets für Abba Voyage bestellt für das Konzert am Freitag den 03.01.2025 mit Reiserücktrittsversicherung!!. Es war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meine Mutter. Wir wären mit meiner Freundin geflogen. Diese hat aber leider eine Gefahr für ein Thrombose und müßte spritzen. Doch leider hat sie keine Spritze mehr bekommen und so konnten wir nicht fliegen. Wir haben dann am Freitag den 03.01 die konzertagentur verständigt und diese meinten zuerst die Reiserücktrittsversicherung wäre nur bis wir in London am Flughafen einträfen und wir deswegen kein Geld mehr bekommen würden. Ich haben dann zurückgeschrieben das wir niemals am Flughafen in London angekommen sind. Dann meinten sie sie könnten mir das Geld nur zurückzahlen wenn ich ihnen ein Medizinisches Zertifikat schicken würde. Gesagt getan, ich bin dann am Dienstag darauf gleich zu unserem Hausarzt und dieser stellte das Zertifikat aus. Das habe ich ihnen dann geschickt und jetzt kommt die Antwort das sie mir das Geld nicht mehr zurückgeben könnten, da das Konzert ja bereits gelaufen wäre. Für mich ist das ein hausgemachter Betrug, und ich werde jetzt auch meinen Anwalt einschalten. Ich habe die gesamte Konversation auf meiner Festplatte. Auch auf der offiziellen Abba Voyage Website habe ich bereits etwas geschrieben und werde auch das Management noch anschreiben. Leider habe ich zu spät die Bewertungen gelesen sonst hätte ich vorher schon Abstand gehalten und hätte da nichts gekauft. Also bitte kauft da nichts mehr....das sind absolute Betrüger.

Ich habe 4 × die Visitor Oyster Card…
Ich habe 4 × die Visitor Oyster Card für einen Aufenthalt in London bestellt. Die Karten wurden vorab mit 30 Pfund Guthaben aufgeladen. Das kann man variabel handhaben und ist sehr praktisch, da man bei Ankunft am Londoner Flughafen nicht mehr aufladen muss.Die Bestellung über den Shop sowie die Bezahlung liefen absolut reibungslos ab. Auch wenn Ticmate etwas teurer ist als andere Anbieter, bezahle ich lieber etwas mehr und alles passt letztendlich. Die bestellte Ware war 4 Werktage später in meinem Postkasten. Einziger Kritikpunkt!Die Ware sollte eingeschrieben und besser verpackt verschickt werden. Bezahlkarten wie die Visitor Oyster Card können durch das einfache Kuvert abgegriffen werden und so leicht verschwinden. Die Ware wäre dann auch versichert und könnte getrackt werden.Aber ich war mit der Leistung von Ticmate sehr zufrieden.

Lad endelig være med at købe Oystercard eller lignende de skal sende med posten. Bestille mit 14 dage i forvejen. Men en leveringstid på 5-10 dage - kom ikke til tiden, og når man så ringer for at klage så mener de at det er ens egens skyld, fordi de da først sender 5 dage efter man har bestilt, så det skal man åbenbart selv lige medregne i forsendelses tiden... Dertil er er kundeservice dårlige talende engelsk og smider også på når man beder om at blive henvist til en anden, da de ikke kan tale mere fordi deres arbejdstid er ovre for dagen.

Na heel lang zoeken vond ze mijn reservering en helaas, ze konden niks betekenen. Op géén enkele manier. In mijn beleving had dat makkelijk gekund maar het stond niet in de voorwaarde. Pech dus.....

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt! Ich hatte auf Grund eines Fehlers ein Ticket zuviel gebucht. Ich fragte per email ob ich die Buchung stornieren kann und habe zusätzlich mit einer freundlichen Mitarbeiterin des Kundenservice telefoniert. 24h später war das Geld wieder auf meine Konto. Ich würde wieder Tickets über ticmate buchen!

No answer by troubleshooting! I bought tickets for Roma's atractions - Coloseum and Vatican. Because of problem with paying during 1st order I made a new order, but both payments were defraied. Jeg købte fire billetter til en teaterforestilling i London. Billetterne er købt tilbage i september. Grundet de nye covid-regler i UK, kan vi ikke komme afsted. Skrev til Ticmate om de kunne hjælpe mig. Ticmate undersøgte det hos Novello Theatre, og er nu vendt tilbage med, at det godt kunne lade sig gøre at annullere købet (med et afbestillingsgebyr). Det er da super god service. Tak til Ticmate og Novello Theatre. Vi vender tilbage når Corona tillader det!

Ticmate er svindlere. De er, i Tyskland, erklæret insolvente, og deres billetter er intet værd, da de ikke kan indløses. Efter lang og opslidende korrespondance via mail (man kan nemlig ikke få nogen i røret) blev jeg informeret om, at mine penge ville blive returneret efter 10-15 dage, selvom loven utvetydigt siger, at det skal ske indenfor 7 dage. Jeg venter dog stadig på at få mine penge retur. Ville ønske jeg kunne give nul stjerner KØB INTET FRA TICMATE

Unverschämt!
Haben für den Osterurlaub drei Karten (Tussauds und London Eye) London bei Ticmate gebucht. Durch den Lockout konnten wir natürlich auch nicht fliegen. Ticmate bot uns dann irgendeinen Vergleich nach schwedischem Recht an, den wir ablehnen wollten, wobei sich dieses Online-Dokument gar nicht bearbeiten ließ. Vor kurzem bekam ich dann frecherweise nur 30 % der Kaufsumme rückerstattet. Muss mich hier leider anschliessen, möchte keinen Stern vergeben, (geht technisch nicht)

Purchased a houseplant on her Etsy shop. Order placed on a Tuesday (they advertise that they ship Monday to Thursday. Thursday received a messed via Etsy that my order would be shipped “early next week!” I replied with what I thought was a very reasonable question: “ Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped”? Her response was to cancel my order immediately rather than give me reasonable information. She knows full well that on Etsy, if an order is cancelled by the supplier the buyer is unable to leave any public response. Now I must wait for my payment process to be refunded. This kind of dismissive behaviour is not indicative of good business practice no matter where you are from. The absolute worst possible buying experience. ++ANSWER TO REPLY++. My message was "aggressive and dismissive?" Here once again, in its entirety, is my question you regard as aggressive and dismissive....."Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped?" That you find that question either aggressive or dismissive is beyond me to be quite frank. I am a paying customer and I'm fully entitled (having paid my monies) to enquire the reason for the delay of any order just as reasonably as any other purchaser. The sheer arrogance of your reply stands testament to your attitude. Now it seems fit you give a full explanation of your advertised "terms and conditions" something it would have been very easy to draw my attention to, by way of answering my original query. Had you done so: that would have been an end to my request but no, you somehow imagined aggression and dismissiveness when there was nothing but a valid customer enquiry. Further, your arrogance (as per your response to this review) then extends to lecture your own customers how they should behave when purchasing from the Etsy platform: underpinned with a dire warning of disappointment? If I could respectfully offer some advice of my own? Maybe it's time for you to look up the dictionary definition of arrogant? You have a nice day. I certainly won't be recommending anyone to your business.

I placed an order on 8th September. Nothing was delivered and on the 13th September I received an email: "Due to an unforeseen stock issue I'm afraid we are now unable to complete your order so we have issued a full refund. We will replenish our stock ASAP so please check our shop again soon." Firstly, why does it take five days to realise that there isn't stock that's advertised. Secondly, why would you expect a customer to keep having to go back to your website to check if you have something in stock or not? Simple enough to do them the courtesy of sending an email when the stock has been replenished, no? I then got an email requesting that I write a Trustpilot review. I ignored that and wondered why I was getting a request for a review of an order that they couldn't fulfil. I have now got yet another email chasing a review so here it is. How not to do customer service 101. Update: I can see that I have a response, interesting to see that it is similar to a lot of other resposes to complaints. The issue always seems to be customer-side with no responsibility taken for anything - not a good sign. There's very little point in discussing semantics because the upshot remains the same. In fact pretty much proves my point regarding the correspondence that gets sent out. Easy enough to send an email when there is no available stock to say that the customer will be automatically notified when it does eventually come in. Other small companies seem to manage this. It would also be easy enough to send an actual explanation rather than what was sent and would have saved you having to respond on a review site. As you can see, sending two 'automatic' emails to people whose orders have been cancelled isn't ideal either. Probably a good plan going forward is not to do this. Spamming people with repeated unsolicited emails when they haven't been able to make a purchase is sub-optimal and not a good use of people's mobile data. If you are not genuinely interested in customer feedback (and it appears that you might not be), probably best not to solicit it. Having worked in web marketing for some 20 years, this advice is free but acting on it is of course, entirely optional.

What I ordered looks nothing like the picture. The way that the sender used cello tape it was all stuck to the soil almost ripping out the roots. Size was deceiving too. Won’t be ordering from here again. In reply to your message: I only received the plant today. I waited in for the parcel and your courier service didn’t actually try to make delivery so I had to travel to a different destination to pick up the plant. There are no measurements on your description at all! The picture that goes with the description looks nothing like what you are advertising. I am very disappointed and could of literally got this version of what I have from a cheap shop I wanted what I saw on the page.

It’s okay, the plants arrived but it wasn’t in perfect condition. The leaves were tad dry and yellowing up. They had lots of dead leaves as well. I had to repot it and prune it a lot to make it somewhat alive looking.

The apartments themselves are the best value for money you can get in Cannes. They are magnificent with attention to detail, clean, spacious and have every amenity needed and more. I really had an amazing experience renting this apartment! It was very clean, very bright, lot of space and 2 huge terrasses...just perfect to relax and enjoy the seaview or sunset in front of the apartment. By walk we could easily go to the beach, restaurants or shopping in la croisette street. Claus was a very nice host and was very available. I would recommend without hesitate this apartment and his host "Claus".

Impeccable apartment and decoration. The lack of elevator in the building was readible dealt with which was highly appreciated. Det er snart 2 uger siden vi kom hjem fra Cannes og sikke en positiv oplevelse med dig og dit firma!! Lige fra det øjeblik vi steg af bussen og blev mødt af dine yderst imødekommende kollegaer, som straks skrev navne på kufferter og sørgede for resten – til vi forlod lejligheden følte vi serviceniveauet var i top. Jeg lagde selv mærke til den lille 50 faktors solcreme, som gjorde, at jeg var mere brun end rød da vi sad med alle andre danskere i flyet fredag 😊 Samtidig gav du os nogle særdeles gode oplevelser med restaurationer med La Cave til frokost tirsdag og UVA til frokost og middag torsdag. Endnu engang en stor tak for din og dine kollegaers hjælp!!!

Var inviteret i byen til aftensmad lørdag aften kl 18 på Færgecafeen. Vi er fra Jylland så første gang vi besøgte dette spisested.4 voksne og 2 børn. Vi kunne selv vælge hvad vi ønskede fra menukortet. Dog ikke noget for børn specielt. Så det blev pommes frites men uden ketchup da det havde de ikke "i huset". Damerne bestilte dagens fisk (grå sej) og herrerne wienerschnitzel. Vi fik maden 45 minutter senere. Fisken fik roser, men schnitzlen var skamstegt og tør og drengen var uden benfri sild (der stod ansjos på kortet) og kapers. Velsmagende og varm sovs i særkilt sovsekande. Tarvelige råstegte kartofler med tyk skræl og kedelige "våde" ærter (dybfrost). Det eneste vi påtalte, var den manglende sild, men svaret var, at det med fisk "brugte" man ikke mere. Jeg bad dog lige den unge pige tjekke om det kunne være rigtigt - dette er jo rettens kendingsmærke. Uden kommentarer kom så en glas med meget tørre ansjos fileter som vi hellere havde været foruden. Et så lille menukort med enkle danske retter kræver ikke den store kokke uddannelse og slet ikke hvis man skal bruge 45 minutter på en sådan omgang. Til slut: Alt for mange gæster til så lille et lokale hvor folk råber når de "taler" med hinanden. Så vi tog kaffen der hjemme !

Skuffende, for et sted med et så godt ‘ry’
Julefrokost i ‘herreklubben’. Har i god tid booket i selve caféen. Da vi så ankommer - er vi blevet placeret i selve færgen… hmn. Så bliver vi bænket og skal vente 15min før vi kan bestille af en sød, men tydeligt ufaglært stab. Maden kommer - og portioner er MEGET små. Maden er isoleret set velsmagende, men en julemenu til kr. 500,- skal kunne mere end det. Dog meget sjov idé med ‘mandelgave’. Så god aften, men plads til forbedring @christianshavn færgecafé.

Hyggeligt miljø, dejlig placering, m.v Velsmagende, men retterne til julefrokosten var lidt for små efter min bedømmelse. Et lille stykke sild til hver, et halvt æg osv, men det afhænger nok af personen, og man skulle nok have gået efter den større menu, der også var mulig. Gode øl og snapse, der dog ikke skænkes til kanten som på andre steder

Similar experience to KayKay. I have an instalment plan for 2025 festival tickets and the monthly payments have not debited from my bank account. I emailed about this issue multiple times in November and December and I was told it was being investigated. They then went cold for 4 weeks so I emailed again. They suggested calling to make the missed payments over the phone which took 20 minutes. Despite being apologetic I would not recommend.

Complete failure of customer service
I wish I could benefit from some of this amazing customer service I'm reading about below. I've had a problem with my payment plan for a festival ticket purchase - the payments are not being collected. I first contacted TicketSellers about this at the beginning of November after the first payment was missed. After their initial acknowledgement email, I was not contacted again until 27 November, when I was assured 'Our tech team is currently investigating the issue and we are confident that we will have an update for you by next week.'. 'Next week' came and went. I emailed again to gently request an update, and when that was further ignored I sent an email to complain. This has again been completely ignored. I can be understanding about technical issues if I am kept informed, even just a little bit - but this company stonewalling me feels horrible and I'm really stressed about my payments not being taken. I do not want to have to pay a large sum in one go nor have my payments stretch out longer than intended.

I purchased a ticket for Shindig festival and it was an instalment payment plan. On the last payment, there was an issue with my payment. I contacted Ticketsellers (email) and recieved an email back from them the next day. They reassured me and the problem was dealt with by the next day. The outfit fits like a glove and looks exactly like the picture. It is beautiful. The stitching is excellent. I was a little dubious about how it would look as I have never ordered made to measure but Raj who is very kind, reassured me on the measurements and advised me on the length of the skirt/blouse etc shows the expertise he has in delivering high quality garments. I would definitely recommend ordering from Sarees bazaar and thankyou again to Raj for patience and professionalism when answering my questions. Finally for the price… the quality of the garment is of a very high standard.

Hi, i hate hearing about any company going into liquidation, seems from their reviews they were a good company to trade with before they folded. Placed an order in November 2019. No answer to emails nothing. They have taken the money and I have received nothing, Its now July 2021 not even an email to say they are having problems or that they have gone into liquidation so another comment said. Just left in the dark and £50 down.

Silverfx liquidation
Ordered a hoody months again, numerous emails and phone calls later, I finally found out the company Silverfx have gone into liquidation (as from 17th June 2021) If you have outstanding orders and paid on credit card or PayPal, contact them and try and claim your money back that way. Either that or contact the company dealing with the insolvency (details on companies house/gov website) Good luck 🤞🏻

Do not use this company
Meant to provide a team kit for both adults and kids. Nothing was right. It took a year, yes a full year pre-covid to get the kit replaced. The club committee decided to stick with the company as they had spent thousands of pounds and couldn’t afford to walk away. As a parent I need to get kits regularly as my child is growing. She is now wearing a netball dress that is shorter than some of the other kids training tops. I have ordered replacement hoodie, trousers and dress 3 months ago - nothing. Past the 6 weeks delivery. I have tried to get in contact but not replies. Do not use this company.

Awful experience.
I've had an awful experience with Silver FX. We made an order in February that was supposed to arrive in early April. We have still yet to receive it (now early June). Andy has continually ignored my emails and is failing to give me any update on what is happening. As a sports club we have spent a lot of money on kit that we have needed in the past couple of months that has not arrived. I understand that there might be delays but to not keep us informed and to continually ignore my emails is atrocious.

Super nem planlægning hjemmefra
Vi købte både OysterCard, billetter til London Eye og TowerBridge hjemmefra. Alt fungerede super godt og det er nemt at bruge både som online og papirbilletter. Tids-slottet blev ikke taget så seriøst hos London Eye, vi kom ihvertfald ind før tid. Vil anbefale at booke tid før kl. 12, da der stort set ingen kø var da vi kom. Oyster card fungerer også uden problemer, hold dog igen med beløbet og tank hellere op undervejs. Meget besværligt at få refunderet efter rejsen.

Købte 4 billetter i en dob. Pakke The London Eye + London Dungeon. Det var super nemt at købe dem, og man fik fordel ved the eye ( fast track ) fordi man allerede havde billet. Begge oplevelser var beyond exsiting kan kun varmt anbefale begge ture.

Pas på de snyder med antal ledige billetter
Virkelig dårlig oplevelse med firmaet. Købte 2 billetter til Warner bros studio i London. Da deres hjemmeside ikke havde de 2 billetter fik jeg kun den ene. Jeg kontakter firmaet og forklarer dem fejlen. De fortæller mig så at der ikke er flere billetter og at jeg derfor kun har modtaget 1 ud af de 2 billetter jeg valgte. Jeg forklarer dem så at jeg ikke kan bruge 1 billet da vi er 2 der skal afsted, jeg beder derfor om at få pengene tilbage for billetten, hvor de så fortæller mig at jeg kun kan få 90% af billetten tilbage. Mega dårlig stil af firmaet når det er deres hjemmeside der laver fejlen at man så kun kan få 90% af billetenspris refunderet.

Købte billetter til Madame Tussauds gennem Londonbilletter.dk, (2 voksne) og de fungerede fuldstændig optimalt 👍. Vi stod højest et par minutter i kø ved indgangen, dernæst kom vi ind og fik vores billetter og blev efterfølgende vist gennem 'fast track'. Vil skyde på en ventetid sammenlagt 10 minutter. Hurtig og venlig service
Købt Oyster Cards online lige efter jul. Var lidt bange for at de ikke kan nå at komme frem derfor bestilte med quickbrev. Har dog ikke kunnet forudse snestormen. Var lige ved at være bekymret da jeg ikke kunne nå at komme i telefonisk kontakt med firmaet pga. arbejdstider. Skrev en mail og fik svar sammen dag med forsikring om, at de skal nok komme. Og de gjorde det! Vi brugte kortene lige fra ankomsten og det fungerer bare. Tak!

Camden Backpack- Lilac. I expected it to be more lilac like the picture. It was suitable as hand luggage for a recent trip when taking on the plane. It is a shame it is not a slightly bit bigger at the sides to put a proper drinks bottle on the outside. Also the "popper" pocket on the front, kept popping off, so reluctant to use it for anything important. It had plenty of internal pockets to keep things like a passport and money safe. Would definitely consider this company again and will be using my bag on my next adventure abroad. 4-5 stars.

Love my rucksack
Love my rucksack! Literally saw someone walking over Waterloo bridge with the rucksack on and quickly caught up with her to read who it was made by, searched on line and bought one! Bought the Wimbledon rucksack in pastel green. A few months down the line, it has been brilliant, very hardy, looks very pretty but very well made and practical. Loads of different areas to keep your life organised. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

Spoilt for choice!!
I bought the Wimbledon backpack for my laptop but it wasn’t quite big enough, so I ordered the Knightsbridge backpack which is perfect. Trouble is, I like them both so much I couldn’t bear to send the other one back! So now I have a fab backpack perfect for days out and also my backpack for when I go into London for work!

Der Kundenservice ist exzellent, Fragen werden schnell, kompetent und stets sehr höflich beantwortet. Man ist stets bemüht, auch bei individuellen technischen Lösungen zu helfen. Das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Versand erfolgt rasch und zuverlässig (leider gibt es stets Nachfragen des deutschen Zolls, aber dafür kann Introcar nichts).

Some 4 to 5 days ago I wrote a review with regards ordering a part and delivery and feel I may have been a little unfair . I have purchased parts from this company in the past and their delivery has always been exemplary ! To say the least , the parts are the best quality . I have placed an order with them in the morning , that they have in stock and had it delivered the following day ! This time the part had to be ordered from the manufacturer and IntroCar have no control over other companies delivery arrangements . But once they have the part , it gets express delivery ! IntroCar are a company I trust and they haven’t let me down . So this is a public apology for a rather hasty review! I will most certainly use them again to purchase parts for my Bentley Arnage

God kundeservice
Købte en holder til vægtskiver. Da jeg modtog den manglede bolte, møtrikker og spændeskiver så jeg ikke kunne samle den. Det var selvfølgelig træls, men skrev en mail og fik hurtigt hjælpsomt svar. Efter et par mails mere frem og tilbage for at finde bedste løsning for mig var tilsvarende bolte osv på vej. Vil selvfølgelig helst have haft varen uden fejl i første omgang, men fejl sker og hvordan der reageres på dem gør forskellen.

Gode erfaringer på tværs af mange år
Jeg har handlet med Trithon i over 5 år. De er ærlige, reelle og yder en god kundeservice. Hver gang mine maskiner driller, som de jo gør i et træningscenter fra tid til anden, så er de hurtige på mailen og har gode løsninger. Deres teknikere er også formidable, og man kan fornemme, at de går op i deres arbejde - ikke blot et hurtigt salg. Trithon kan derfor varmt anbefales!

Lynhurtig respons og modtog returlabel mm pr mail allerede samme dag. Har nu modtaget et nyt bælte og det er tip top. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang jeg handler der.

Man får hvad man betaler for
Jeg købte for blot et par uger siden et træningsbælte hos Trithon. Spændet på bæltet er allerede gået i stykker efter et par ganges helt normal brug. Da jeg henvender mig til support får jeg blot at vide at "dette spænde er desværre ret skrøbeligt" og et link til hvor jeg kan købe et nyt. Jeg synes egentlig, at det havde været på sin plads at tilbyde at hjælpe med at løse problemet, da jeg mener jeg er blevet solgt et defekt produkt.

Fik forkert vejledning vedr. sjippetorvets længde. Har betalt ca 50 kr for levering og skal nu returnere for yderligere 50 kr da der ikke var returporto med, hvilket andre firmaer vedlægger. I kunne også godt sende fragtfrit når man køber for over 500 kr.
