Jeg endte opp med å bli politianmeldt for å ha smuglet narkotika . Keiserkronene lukter sterkt av hasj. Ekstremt ubehagelig og bli tatt utenfor butikken og bli tauet med til politihuset. Da jeg konfronterte dere med dette, fikk jeg til svar at jeg ikke var førstemann som opplevde dette. Det var lite beklagelse over ubehaget fra deres side. Både for tiden det tok og at jeg kom altfor seint på jobb uten å kunne si fra, og så ubehagelig å bli dratt med til politistasjonen .

Hadde bestilt en selvvanningskasse som ikke fungerte. Flottørene viste mer vann enn det faktisk var i bunnen og plantene ble derfor tørre. Det har ikke oppstått brukerfeil under bruk. Reklamerte på feilen og butikken ville forståelig nok ha produktet i retur. Jeg forklarte at det var vanskelig å sende tilbake pgr produktets størrelse og at det nå var fullt med planter som jeg ikke har lyst å kaste. Ønsket derfor å beholde kassen og foreslo derfor heller er prisavslag, men ble tilbudt latterlige 100 kr i kompensasjon…..dette er ikke engang 10% rabatt (som de hevder de har gitt) og sto ikke i forhold til mangelen som var. Dette synes jeg var dårlig kundeservice. Det er åpenbart en veldig vesentlig mangel ved produktet når man må passe på at plantene har nok vann. Det er tross alt dette man kjøper produktet for. En flottør i en plantekasse som ikke tåler jord har åpenbart en designfeil. Man har også krav på er prisavslag som står i forhold til feilen, i følge kjøpsloven, dersom omlevering er til så stor ulempe for kjøperen (noe det var i dette tilfellet). Jeg kommer ikke til å handle her igjen.

Super kundeservice. Jeg la inn en bestilling som ble sendt meg veldig raskt. Da jeg oppdaget at noe manglet, sendte jeg en mail på kvelden og fikk svar på morgenen etter- om at mangelen ble ettersendt uten problemer, Veldig godt fornøyd med nettbutikken. Alt fungerer fra A til Å.

I have been waiting for three months and still haven't received my order. Asked for a refund and their 'no questions asked' has been far from accurate. Placed order on 10/10/24, it is currently 25/11/24, and still no update. I have e-mailed support many occasions and receive a generic 'we are investigating' response. After a few more e-mails from my side, they have gone silent. I have had a couple of other orders that came through with no issues previously but they have really dropped the ball lately. Not happy.

They stole my money. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for almost a month sharing details and n images of the payment and they just tell me that they will investigate. They're doing anything and they are just window dressing for the theft that has occurred. Find another site.

Only after a year do I receive a message, but it is certain that I have not received an order and certainly no money back, so I would like to know if I can still get my order ( Order #103141R ) 20 days after an order that must be delivered within 3 to 10 days, I had contact with the customer service for the second time. I had a good experience in the past but my last Order #122968Y has been stock in the deposit waiting to reschedule the delivery without even attempting once. Impossible to reschedule the delivery from the courier side, impossible to pick up at deposit, no answer from the website customer support. I hope they didn't start to scam people

Vi havde problemer med en utæt vandbeholder og Mogensens VVS comfort stod for opgaven, Struer afdelingen, vi er nu det endelige resultat er færdigt meget tilfreds med deres service, faglighed og ikke mindst deres håndtering under hele arbejdet. Det har være dejligt at kunne sparre med dem under hele forløbet og der har været mulighed for at få svar på alle spørgsmål undervejs. Vi vil unden tvivl anbefale andre deres service og ekspertise.

Vi skulle bruge møbler og div. armaturer til to nye badeværelser, i Holstebro afdelingen fik en uovertruffen service. Mange af tingene kommer løbende med posten, men vi fik kun en faktura da den sidste ting var leveret, det er bare rart og tillidsfuldt :) Malene var virkelig en kæmpe hjælp, vi er meget taknemmelige for hendes engagement.

God hjælp til ordre. Fik en fin vejledning i forbindelse med køb af badekar m.m. Eneste grund til at de ikke fik 5 stjerner var at de glemte at fortælle mig at der var en enkelt del i restordre - det fandt jeg ud af ved at nærlæse følgesedlen og give dem et opkald.

Pas på. Fortrydelsesretten virker ikke. Jeg modtog i går en håndklædestige. Der stod, at den var i lys eg, men det lignede meget plastik, så jeg brugte min fortrydelsesret og afleverede med det samme pakken til pakkeshoppen, betalte fragten og sendte den tilbage i præcist samme indpakning, sikring og kasse, som jeg modtog den i. Jeg har nu fået at vide, at varen og kassen er blevet ødelagt på vejen, og at VVS Comfort alligevel vil hæve beløbet for varen på mit credit kort. På denne måde kommer fortrydelsesretten jo ikke til at virke, da det blive alt for dyrt at returnere varer fra VVS Comfort, hvis man skal forsikre dem og være sikker på, at de bliver leveret tilbage uden at gå i stykker på vejen. Det er simpelthen dårlig service og omgåelse af fortrydelsesretten.

Får flere mails med lykønskninger om solgt bil. Det mærkværdige er bare, at jeg hverken har solgt min bil eller ønsker at tage imod deres skambud på 25.000kr under anden forhandlerbud.

Fik et godt bud på solgt.com, var efterfølgende ved autoforhandler, hvor bilen blev vurderet til et yderste tilfredsstillende beløb. 2 dage efter stod det aftalte beløb på min konto. Så alt i alt meget god og hurtig handel.

Vi solgte vores familiebil, en Mazda 6, og det var en vidunderlig oplevelse. Fyrene løste alt meget hurtigt og klart og købte vores bil. Høflig kommunikation, godt tilbud - et par timer og pengene på min konto! tak!

Et meget let og godt setup for at få vurderet sin bil. Selve salgsprocessen gik også meget let. Eneste minus var at det drillede med at uploade billeder og at heic formatet ikke accepteres.

We had a week long trip around Greek in September with our hosts Manu and Liv. The weather on a few days was stormy but Manu expertly navigated the week to made sure we avoided them as much as possible. Liv prepared the most delicious food for us as all our needs were catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. We would love to sail with them again and have already booked for next year, so who knows! This is right up there with one of the best holidays we have ever taken! Yacht Getaways was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Our Captain, Davide, was simply wonderful, we couldn’t have asked for more. He quickly assessed our sailing skills and involved us when appropriate. He was so knowledgeable about the sailing grounds and provided lots of insight and information. All the places we went were beautiful. And our Host, Olivia, was truly amazing. She was attentive and welcoming and by day two we felt like family. And the meals! Wow, can she cook! And we are foodies with high standards so that is saying a lot. All around a great experience. We have already signed up to do it again next year!

Had the most amazing sailing trip in Greece (Corfou explorer) with Yacht Getaways and Angus and Olivia as our skipper and host ! Angus took the time to really share his experience and sailing knowledge with us and Liv was so attentive and an amazing cook! Felt like sailing with friends and family, highly recommend !

Just had another fantastic holiday with Yacht Getaways. Last year we sailed the Croatia coastline and had such an amazing week we booked the Corfu trip on our return. Yet again we were not disappointed. Another wonderful team looking after us. Manu and Liv made it extra special, with outstanding food and hospitality. Getting to explore the islands of Paxos and Antipaxos was lovely and we even got to do a spot of wine and olive oil tasting at Parga on the mainland. These trips take out all the hard work of organising a holiday. From the moment you arrive you are so well looked after, taken to all the best places, fed, watered and all you need to do is relax and watch the world sail by. Would highly recommend any trip with YG.

This was our second Yacht Getaways holiday and it was excellent again. This time we sailed the Corfu area stopping off at Lakka, Parga, Antipaxos and Gaios. Skipper Manu and host Liv were excellent through the week always keeping us up to date with the activities for the day and providing great recommendations for evening meals and places to visit. Was great to see them work as a team with Manu chipping in in the galley whilst Liv rustled up some excellent local dishes. Excellent corfu explorer with Stewart and Liv. Stewart so down to earth, fun and knowledgeable and didn’t mind helping Liv out in the kitchen ! Liv cooked up gorgeous food and was amazing with me with all my intolerances. They were a great team. Fabulous stops at Lakka, Parga, Antipaxos and Gaios. All different and stunning. Stewart and Liv treated us to an olive oil/ wine tasting, excellent and even got to sail the boat. Excellent crew, excellent guests, excellent trip.

Our recent voyage was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to our exceptional skipper, Angus, & our delightful host, Lucy. We have just finished a week in the Corfu area. This is our second Yacht Getaways holiday and it was excellent again. Our skipper, Angus, was professional, calm and very friendly. Our host, Liv, cooked up delicious meals for us. Do this if you want a brilliant tour of Greek towns and anchorages. We were very lucky (again) to share the boat with some lovely people from New Zealand, Canada and the US. Yacht Getaways offers great value in my opinion. A really chilled and fun holiday.

We have just finished a 6 night cruise on the catamaran "Wind Whisperer". The yacht was well maintained, the skipper, Stewart, is very knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour. Lucy was our cook/hostess. She put together incredible meals with minimal ingredients available using the usual tight kitchen of the yacht. A fabulous experience of sailing, swimming, walks, shopping. A wonderful experience all round.

This was our second Yachtgetaways vacation and it truly was as amazing as the first. This time we joined Levi and Lauren on the Dubrovnik Explorer from Dubrovnik to Split and they gave us a dream trip of a lifetime. Levi is a skilled and fantastic Skipper who found all the best stops for swimming, and mooring while being friendly and fun at the same time. Levi went above and beyon dwhen there was a problem with the drains and we couldn't have asked for a better skipper to fix the problem immediately. Lauren was an excellent host who created amazing dishes and gave Dave delicious gluten-free options. The meals that she created in the kitchen rival 5-star restaurants. Her advice for tours, places to eat, and things to do was so informative. They make a great team, and you can see that they love their jobs. It was reflected in the service they provided, which made for a beautiful and unforgettable trip.

Los van dat dat zonde is van het onnodige verpakkingsmateriaal, zorgde dat ik het pakket alleen kon afhalen op het PostNL depot in Westpoort, op 45 minuten fietsafstand enkele reis. Daar was ik niet blij mee. De droogbloemen zijn wel prachtig :-)

total waste of time. first two ladies call you offering a small business loan, then they transfer you to james, who takes a week to send you paperwork, then he tells me I need to have references verify my company. thats another week gone by. Then Barbara gets in touch with you regarding getting the loan. I signed paperwork too. Then they tell me because I have a default they cant help me. Wasted three weeks of time after being promised a loan. Not recommended at all.

I about to start a lawsuit against Jonathan Ponte for flats advertisement and mail fraud. He says if he can not get your loan he will return the $7500 fee this is not true I have been waiting 6 months and he is avoiding my calls so now it is going to have to go to the courts. We started with Ponte on a debt consolidation loan in the middle of 2018. I will admit it was a nail biter for a while! In the end everything worked out just the way they said it would. Beware. It seems like a really shady company. I'm pretty sure it's a scam. One of the girls I work with pointed out something about sba loans, that sba loans are a dot gov not a dot com. The underwriter Devon Dasouqi that I spoke with was kind of rude and pushy on getting all my personal information. There were a few times in conversation that I think he thought he muted the call but I could hear him talking to someone in the background about what sounded like drugs. So I told him I wanted to think about it and did some research and found he had a felony record, real recent too. There's no way that any reputable financial institution or company would have felons working there.

SBA Loan program got me through 2018 and the beginning of 2019. Without them, I can't imagine making it through those low revenue times.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! A year ago I had just received 4 pre-interview rejections from med school and I felt not only deeply upset but entirely lost as to what my next steps would be. I knew I wanted to try again and that's when the UKCAT people came in and changed my whole application experience. From the very beginning, Dr Akash was so kind and supportive, helping me to find structure and set attainable goals throughout the tedious application process. Whenever I had doubts or concerns he was always there for a chat and helped me persevere. The UCAT was always so daunting to me but with the help of my wonderful tutor Meghan it became a learning process led with support and understanding. There was an excellent balance between self-study through a well crafted work plan and online meetings with Meghan where I had that outlet to express my concerns, ask for help or simply have a friendly chat to help alleviate stress. Meghan was always so lovely and I looked forward to every one of our calls. Right up until the UCAT I had so much guidance, an exam that was once so scary turned into a really positive experience where I was able to obtain the score I wanted. I remember feeling overwhelmed with the idea of interviews, so much content to learn from simply knowing how to properly structure personal questions to understanding NHS hot topics and medical ethics. However, after my first call with my amazing tutor Hitha I knew like the UCAT, this would be a well organised process filled with so much guidance and kindness. Again there was that great balance between independent learning through the study plan while also having weekly online meetings to practice interview questions or discuss any concerns I might have. After every session Hitha would spend the time to give me really well detailed feedback including homework, helping me to find structure and have small goals every week despite the overwhelming nature of interviews. Just like with Meghan, Hitha created such a positive learning environment filled with compassion and empathy. I felt as though I could express personal concerns along with academic ones, helping me to work through my anxieties and become so comfortable and confident with medical school interviews by the end of it. A year later and I have recieved 4/4 interviews and an unconditional offer from my first choice university KCL. The process was difficult, encompassing so many steps, but with the unwavering support and kindess from the team at the UKCAT people my journey to medical school has been so positive. I want to express my utmost gratitude to Dr Akash as well as my tutors Meghan and Hitha for being so wonderful, they were never anything but so understanding and helpful, I couldn't have done it without them!! So yes I would 100000% recommend the UKCAT people to anyone feeling a little lost and in need of some support and guidance during their med school applications.

I had interview tutoring with Rebecca, and it was a great experience! Though I was worried a bit at first as an international applicant, she covered important topics with me, and my performance improved a lot thanks to her feedback and encouragement. I also found her very friendly and supportive, so it definitely helped me to be more confident and mentally prepared. Overall, it was a great experience to learn and be prepared for my interview.

I had tutoring for the UCAT and interviews. My UCAT help was very beneficial as I managed to boost my mock scores and then get above 3000 in the exam. I have had Aparna as my interview tutor and she is amazing, every lesson we cover so much content whiles consolidating previous questions which really helped me for my interviews.

The 1-1 tutoring and medical interview resources were unbelievable and pivotal in my preparation. I had Megan, who was extremely knowledgable and helpful but overall a lovely person who helped grow not just my understanding of what interviewers look for but my confidence. After each of my sessions I felt I had a lot more insight and the feedback she provided was always constructive and beneficial, all of which I took on board and brought into my interviews. If you are preparing for interviews I couldn't recommend The UKCAT People enough, the level of detail and support their services provide are second to none!

Amazing customer service

I bought an expensive Segway from Scooter hut, only to be told when a fault showed up within 3 weeks, that they don’t service Segway faults. After Segway technicians fixed it, the scooter immediately when I got home faulted again, so they didn’t fix it. I went back to Scooter Hut and was told, You are not going to like what I’m about to say. Well they were right. Don’t buy from scooter hut buy amazon of temu at least you know your getting junk and poor service. And I left a scathing review on Scooter Huts website but cant seem to find it.

I'd give zero stars if I possibly could. I bought my S1 in to the Fairfield store regarding some battery performance concerns. The first few staff I spoke to were really helpful and booked it in for a service. They advised that it would be at best an all-day thing, perhaps overnight. Not ideal but ok. I turned up this morning as per the appointment and Massimo (the manager, I believe) could not have been less helpful. I'll overlook his astonishingly patronising attitude and focus more on the fact that he then told me that the inspection was going to take place over a few weeks! I made it clear that his colleagues told me it was a day or overnight at worst and he basically told me I "must have misunderstood". I suggested that maybe his staff had misinformed me and he told me that was all but impossible. It went downhill from there. The best bit was when he told me that battery performance dropping off as the battery drains "just makes logistical sense". I think you might mean "electrical" Massimo. I will not be going back there under any circumstances.

I’d purchased a couple of Segway ninebots from JB and they had different issues, so eventually I decided to spend over 2000 on a “good” scooter and got the Apollo city. 4 months in it completely died on me on a hill, wouldn’t turn on wouldn’t charge, so I took it back to Scooterhut Fairfield. They had my scooter for 10 weeks and when I called I was told different things from different people, then finally I went in and visited the store and miraculously two days later my scooter was fixed. At this point I have completely lost faith in scooter hut as a trustworthy company, I feel like they have lied to me and done the bare minimum, they wouldn’t give me any extra guarantees or come to any sort of agreement, Massimo was really rude and unhelpful and stubborn, just dig deeper in reviews for this company before using, they totally make fake reviews on google and really do not care about the customer, just the money they take off you for a terrible product at high end rates.

I bought a Kaabo Wolf Warrior X + in September 2024 from Scooter Hut in Balcatta. In December, the front wheel motor stopped working and I booked the scooter in for a warranty repair - pretty straight forward. While I waited over Christmas to drop it in, I checked the scooter out and realised that a cable was getting pinched between the board and the forks of the scooter and that the cable was damaged from rubbing on the metal on both sides. The damage had caused the front motor to stop working. I dropped the scooter into the Balcatta store and the day after received a text message from Scooter Hut saying there was a quote waiting for approval. I opened the quote which was itemised and contained a new front motor and cables. It also, however, contained two line items relating to warranty and said that warranty had been declined. I rang the store and spoke to Maurizio or something like that, who I later found out is the area manager who is based in Victoria but was in Perth for a visit. I was told that it was this person who instructed the store to refuse the warranty. This person told me it was my fault, because I “must have been turning too much” when going around corners. Either that or the cable had been damaged when the scooter folded up. I said that it was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in my life - how can anyone claim that you can turn too much? What am I supposed to do; go straight and carry the scooter around the corner? The cable is not even near where the scooter folds so it’s not that either. So here I have a $3000 scooter that is dangerous to use and that is just sitting in my garage. I have complained to the Department of Consumer Protection in WA, and also the ACCC who are interested because it’s a safety hazard. I also commented on the Scooter Hut facebook page and got the usual response to contact them via email and stop complaining in public. This chain has no integrity and are scammers and rip off merchants. I know they’ll respond and say that they’re so sorry that I’ve had a bad experience and that they’ll look into it if I just emails them. I’m done with that. I don’t expect Consumer Protection to do anything, so have already prepared the paperwork to make the claim in the Magistrates Court for a complete refund as the scooter has a major fault under Australian Consumer Law. Look at all the other reviews here and avoid these people at all costs. Hopefully they’ll go out of business and be replaced by honest traders.

I bought at Apollo Air. It malfunctioned three times within a year. The next service booking is always a one month wait just to get it looked at. So, without it for 4 months out of 12. Very frustrating will never buy another scooter from Scooter Hut. Their after sales service is a joke. They think it is fine to have you without a scooter for a month after booking it in for a service under the warranty.

Worse experience ever My scooter apollo has been in for repairs since early october at scooter hut balcattA. Ordered an electric scooter worth 3k from Scooter Hut online then waited 3 days for my shipping information to be emailed, I never got my shipping information, I called customer service and was told the scooter was still at the warehouse and should be picked up by the company delivering it that afternoon or the next day, I waited 2 days without any update and called them again this time customer service said they will call the warehouse and get back to me, The next day at around 3pm I received an email saying a refund had been processed because they didn't have stock of that scooter so now I'm waiting up to 7 business days for the refund to clear, What a waste of time....I will be taking my money elsewhere. 0/5 stars

Not deserving of a 1* rating at this point. Purchased a kids electric scooter for Christmas. Charged it and the following day it has already broken down!! Took it to Fairfield and the "Retail Store Manager" denied anything was wrong with it. He stood on it, drove it around the store and I'm pretty certain he weighs more than 60kg! He told me it could hold 90kg and I had to correct him because that was a lie! Sent me home with my scooter and told me I could call customer service if anything was wrong with it. Got home, and the motor did not work!!! 2 hours driving time wasted. I don't want their generic "we will look into it" response. I want my money back. A child should not have to wait for days on end for their brand new scooter to be repaired. Obviously these products are poor quality if they break down that quickly. Not helpful, and certainly not upholding their 90 day returns policy and breaching advertising standards?! After going on their chat service and getting 2 or 3 different chat bots responding they just told me to go back to the store! But the store Manager told me to go online. This place is nothing but a scam business and needs to be reported.

We were completely satisfied with our interactions with this company, and delighted with the design and appearance of our bags: they suited our purposes perfectly. The company were happy to emend design details and the print colour before our order was confirmed in order that the design and colour were exactly as we wanted. Delivery was timely, as promised. Excellent five-star service. Our single criticism, resulting in the four-star review, is that not all of the bags turned out to be colourfast: even without the bags getting wet, the printing smudged on some - which we hadn't expected. We may have just been unlucky: it wasn't something that had occurred to us to check either before buying the product or before distributing the bags to delegates, so it was too late to do anything this time around. But we would certainly take steps to do in future.

Good services, we had to exchange couple of emails as the visual were not giving the results we wanted but we reached the wanted result at the end. I wish they told us the printing on the notepad would look as if it is going to fade though (due to the colours/the size??). The pen and the bag are great, the printing on the notepad seems a bit small.

Vi har været rigtig glad for vores da, vi har to børn vi kører til og fra børnehaven og hobbyer, der har ikke været noget med cyklen på noget tidspunkt. Desværre gik batteriet til og kan kun lades halvt op og derved ikke række til at kører nogen steder og selvfølgelig lige efter garanti udløb 😮‍💨 Så nu har cyklen hold stille siden men de første to år blev den brugt mange gange om dagen og vores børn elskede at komme på tur, og spørger stadig men den er for hård uden el Desværre.

Jeg har af et par omgange været i dialog med Cargokid i forbindelse med min helt fantastiske ladcykel. Hver gang der har været problemer (som ikke er Cargokids skyld i øvrigt), er jeg blevet mødt af imødekommende, kompetente og løsningsorienterede medarbejdere. Hurtig levering og super cykel!

Jeg har købt min første El ladcykel ved CargoKid - og jeg er mere end tilfreds! Cyklen kører som en drøm - og de udfordringer der var med levering, som ikke var cargokids skyld - blev løst, og de spørgsmål jeg har haft er blevet besvaret hurtigt ! Jeg vil til hver en tid anbefale CargoKid

Min vurdering af Cargokids frontloader får to stjerner. Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke sammen. Tilkøbte en lås som hurtigt gik i stykker. (Under et år) Lygterne var noget bras, blev også udskiftet Styrbånd er ødelagt. Sliddel ja, men har ejet mange cykler gennem tiden og har da aldrig slidt styrbåndet op. Skærmene larmer pga vibrationerne fra motoren og er for små, vandet står op om ørene på en. Batteriet døde efter kun 4 års tjeneste. Forventede lidt længere levetid. Markisen har vi skiftet og vinden har blæst hul på nr.2. Har en del egern i hjulet som er gået i stykker. Lågen i kassen kan ikke åbnes da fugt har udvidet træet. Motoren virker fint. Det er sgu også det eneste positive at sige om den cykel. Jeg vil ikke anbefale et køb af en Cargokid cykel. Vh Dannie Pedersen

Kan virkelig anbefale Mia´s Køreskole! Instruktørene er virkelig dygtige, og det var en trygt oplevelse igennem det hele.

Allerede fra første dag blev man taget godt imod, som gjorde at man var helt tryg, og følte sig velkommen. Hele forløbet igennem var Mia og Danny gode til at informere, og holde os opdateret på evt. nye tiltag. Jeg anbefaler Mias køreskole varmt til alle som har skal starte på kørekort og gerne vil have en god oplevelse. Alle de timer vi var sammen i havde vi det både sjovt og hyggeligt.

Fra første dag følte jeg mig velkommen. Der bliver taget god hånd om ens eget forløb og, med god fokus på det køretekniske. Der er altid plads til grin og det er med til at skabe et trygt læringsmiljø hvor alle for lov til at vise hvad de kan! Kæmpe anbefaling!

Jeg vil klart anbefale at tage kører kort hos mia. Mia er rigtig god til at tage hånd om hvert enkelt elev og har virkelig styr på hendes arbejde. Man er tryg gennem det hele og man kan mærke at mia har det samme mål som en selv, at man består.

Da der så opstod noget misforståelse omkring prisen hos den skrædder de anbefalede, var Connie også meget hjælpsom og sammen fandt vi en meget fin løsning. Mine veninder og jeg var i en hel del brudebutikker for at finde en brudekjole til mig - desværre ikke de flotteste kjoler, priser eller service. Men hos Bride Fashion er det en anden historie. Så snart man træder ind mærker man en hjertelighed, der er svær at finde andre steder. Connie er god til at vejlede og hjælpe med ikke bare brudekjolen men også alt hver der hører med sig. Kyndig og profesionel vejledning. Det har været en fornøjelse at handle hos hende og jeg kommer bestemt igen fordi udover de flotte brudekjoler kan man også købe en masse flotte fest kjoler og til hverdag også. Sæt vejen forbi hende i Virum og start der med at finde din brudekjole/ kjole. I øvrigt skal man ikke betale for at få en tid til at prøve brudekjolen. Det skal man de fleste andre steder. Hun bød også på et glas champagne / kaffe og overholdte alle aftaler. Det kunne ikke have været en bedre oplevelse. Tak til hende for at gøre det hele til en god oplevelse.

Et råd til butikken: For det første blev mail til butikken aldrig besvaret. Dette alene er utilfredsstillende, I bør svare på mails. Og når man påpeger, at man er interesseret i en bestemt model, og denne ikke længere er mulig at få, da den er udgået af produktion, bør man informere kunden om dette, straks kunden bestiller tid til prøvning og ikke vente til man ankommer på dagen. Det er trods alt en flok veninder og familie, der har taget fri fra job for at komme med og når så kjolen ikke findes, føler man sig lidt snydt. I var flinke til at komme med andre modeller, men vi føler stadig, at I har været uærlige og bare gerne ville sælge en kjole, uanset hvad. Vi kan desværre ikke give jer mange stjerner for DEN oplevelse.

The folks at this company were professional from the word go. The staff helped me troubleshoot and ultimately determine if I needed a whole new press or get mine repaired. To boot, they informed me that my press had a lifetime warranty on the faulty part. I sent it back to them and within 2 weeks (only because the overnight price, I probably could have bought a new one...haha) I had it back and reassembled in less than 30 minutes. Works perfectly. Thanks so much to your team! This is what customer service is about!

I love Geo Knight and their presses. I've had my DK20S for almost 10 years and only recently had a problem but the customer service was fantastic and fast and was able to order the part I needed quick and easy.

I recently purchased the DK20SP heat press and had a few questions regarding air flow and pressure settings. I emailed Aaron Knight and received a detailed response within 15 minutes. I had a few follow up questions and he got right back to me. Geo Knight makes great presses and offers exceptional customer service. I will not buy any other brand.

I own a small Ecommerce site needing to heat press my brand labels onto my custom produced clothing. I purchased a JP12 clam shell swing unit long ago, over 10 years. This unit has worked consistently and without fail every single day. It has only needed a replacement switch or small electrical part from time to time. Geo Knight not only carries all these inexpensive replacement parts but their customer service every time I’ve reached out has been quick and personal, assuring me that their equipment will continue to do its job with the needed part. It’s a rarity these days to have a company to continue to support their product AFTER the initial sale of the equipment, saving a small business like mine from needlessly spending $$$$ replacing equipment.

I have 2 GeoKnight and 1 Hotronix heat presses in my shop that get used daily to print 100's of shirts a day. My Hotronix seems to be down more than it isn't and i am constantly working on it. When i do reach out to them for tech support i rarely get the help i need. My 2 GeoKnights on the other hand run flawlessly. In fact the oldest one, @10 years old, i've never had an issue with. My other one i have only had a couple small issues and tech walked me through those quickly and painlessly. Any heat presses i buy moving forward will be GeoKnight.

Y’all. Geo Knight is THE only heat press company you need to consider. More specifically, the customer service I received from Suzi was off the charts. We have been stationed in Japan for 17 years. Finding a company willing to ship merchandise here for us is getting harder and harder. Not only did they sell to me… they arranged shipping, took care of ALL customs paperwork, and had it delivered straight to me —not to a port for pickup. And I had my press in less than a week!!! To say I’m happy with their service is a huge understatement.

Next level quality heat presses. Couldn't be happier with my DC16 and the accessories.

I talked to Suzi about the part that I needed and she was able to get the part out the door same-day, with next-day delivery. She was extremely professional and sympathetic to our situation as it was the Thursday, before Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, UPS dropped the ball and failed to deliver the part. As soon as I let Geo Knight know about the situation, they sent a replacement part out the same day. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, reliability, and quality of the Geo Knight press and the service that supports it.
