We are renting our property out with Sandra Davidson as managing agent. We asked for a rent review at the end of contract, which was 12 months ago, but are still waiting. We had multiple calls, emails and complaints, and the agency simply ignores all communication, or just says that they will contact us later. Their treatment of our case is disgraceful, we now wonder if they will even vacate the property if asked. If you’re a landlord then definitely avoid and save yourself a headache

Zaid, Riz, we're great at setting up viewings, answering questions and keeping us updated with all the information we asked them. Throughout the whole process they have been honest and helped us. I was impressed with Sandra Davidson as a buyer, so 9 years on they were the obvious choice when I went on the market. They quickly arranged dozens of viewing over 3 weekends and I received numerous offers. I was advised I would be contacted before they came which they did. Alex had already got on with clearing the drain by the tube I arrived on site. He was efficient and extremely tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

We were starting some development works at our property when one of the contractors discovered that the sewers were blocked in two different places. Dave from Exjet arrived within two hours of calling them, and inside an hour from that point, he had unblocked all of the pipes. He also identified the cause and was able to explain both the layout of the system around the property and how to avoid future issues. Hugely impressed with the service all round.

We had a bit of a nightmare situation at Totnes Riverside on the South Devon Railway – human waste bubbling up onto the platform due to a blocked drain. Not exactly what you want to see (or smell) on a pleasant day out! Access was tricky, but Exjet came to the rescue the same day we called. Dave showed up with hand tools and tackled the blockage as best as he could. However, the stubborn drain required more aggressive methods, which meant we needed to get a vehicle into an adjacent landowner's field. As soon as we sorted that out, Exjet was back within hours. Dave and his colleague bravely wrestled with cows (who seemed very interested in the whole operation) and got the job done. The team was professional, and efficient, and didn't leave until everything was flowing smoothly again. Huge thanks to Exjet for their prompt and thorough service! If you're ever in a similar messy situation, these are the folks you want on your side. 🚽🚜🐄

We had sewerage overflowing outside from our manhole and called MetroRod who came out on the Monday morning. Their technician wasn't able to sort the problem so called in a more experienced colleague who diagnosed roots running through the pipes for up to 4m from our trees and recommended evacuation or a root cutter as he couldn't remove the roots. £306 spent and a quote for £1000 for a the root cutter to come out when it was next available. We wanted to get another opinion and called Exjet and spoke to Neil who was really helpful and made us feel a lot more confident about the whole process. He was able to arrange for the work to be done the following day but one of their senior technicians, Clifford, would come out on his way home to get an idea of what needed doing so he could set the team up for the morning. Clifford was obviously extremely experienced and was able to find a hatch in our garden halfway along the pipes which the other company hadn't found and there were no roots to that point which was a relief. Clifford had a hunch he could solve the problem and tried to remove the roots and within 2-3 minutes pulled out a plug of roots about 4-5 foot long that had been growing from roots that must have found their way in to the manhole and grown from there. The root issue wasn't from our established trees and the pipes were clear. Problem solved for £108 and the workers weren't then required to come out the following day. We couldn't recommend Exjet highly enough and in particular Neil and Clifford. They are obviously incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. We will be using Exjet for any issues going forward!!!!!

Etwas erschwert wurde der Wissenstransfer, durch eine hohe Zahl von bewussten oder unbewussten Formulierungsbrücken die wohl besser als Kunstpausen der Vortragenden zu verwenden wären.

Schulung: Analytik kompakt für CMC (1,5 Tage) super Schulung im Bereich Analytik. Besonders Tag 2 in den Kleingruppen mit Anwendung-Beispielen war sehr hilfreich. Sehr sehr nette Referenten. Es wäre noch besser gewesen die Stunden auf die 2 tage gleichmäßig aufzuteilen, da Tag 1 sehr kompakt war. Diese Schulung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Es ist natürlich schwierig allen Beteiligten gerecht zu werden auf Grund der unterschiedlichen Wissensstände. Aus diesem Grund war für mich der Vortrag von Frau Juranek der wertvollste. Die Globale Sicht des Herrn Wienands war ebenfalls interessant und hat gute Einblicke verschafft. Insgesamt hat die Weiterbildung für mich einen guten Einblick in die Thematik geschaffen.

I wanted to invest in a really good quality wardrobe and was nervous whether the quality would match the cost. Can honestly say the quality exceeded my expectations and the delivery guys were lovely, on time and fitted it perfectly. I would have no hesitation in recommending House of Oak and will be happy to use them again in the future.

The product arrived a week late because of an admin error, all I got was an apology from the delivery driver (paid £20+ for delivery). Came with minor scratches and a chip to the paint, normally I wouldn't bother but for the price it's poor. I was thinking of using the company again to have matching furniture but I will likely now look at other options. Just overall not a great experience and poor support.

Specifikt havde jeg selv en atypisk reklamation, men da jeg slap igennem "nåleøjet", fik jeg en umådelig fleksibel og venlig betjening og snak. En bøn fra én der INGEN forbindelse har til firmaet, anden end et enkelt køb: lad nu være med at prøve at "fuske" urigtige reklamationer ind hos billigkoste. Det fortjener de ikke. Mvh. den duftende støvsuger :)

Min bevæggrund for at vælge Billigkoste adskiller sig nok lidt fra normen. Et væsentligt kriterie var levering til dør til en overkommelig pris som eksempelvist GLS frem for til kantsten med fragtmand, da jeg sidder i kørestol og derfor ikke lige kan bakse en 150 cm lang pakke ind. Med det fortalt var købsoplevelsen god med en let tilgængelig on-line butik, godt udvalg af store smudsmåtter, gode varebeskrivelser og en udmærket kasse. Også levering - som var hurtig fra dag til dag - og kommunkation var i top. Da måtten så lige var helt som forventet, kan det vel ikke blive bedre.

Når jeg så gik over i kurven for at udfylde resten så blev der lagt moms oven i, så der skulle meget overtalelse til at trykke videre til betaling, her var total beløbet korrekt. The picture and the service received from Collector's Prints was excellent. The price, also, was incredible, so I'm very happy in that regard. I didn't rate the DHL courier delivery service, though - had lots of issues, so if you can possibly opt for a different delivery method, then definitely do so!

J’ai commandé un Nissan x trial chez decrifcars. La voiture correspond exactement à la commande que j’ai passé. Le délai de livraison a été tenu. Je n’ai que de bonne recommandation à faire . J’ai eu à faire à Oceane et romain , ce sont des gens très compétents et réactif merci à eux.

Purchased a bed from Home furnishings uk Could not fault the company from ordering process to delivering the item . Thank you guys recommended to family and freinds.

Goods ordered and received email confirmation. Payment taken by Opayo Evalon third party payment provider. No further communication received. No delivery made. Sent email - no reply. Telephoned numerous times - telephone not answered. Left message on answerphone - no reply. Eventually got my money back through credit card. My advice -DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. They literally hung up on me mid talking - it's really bad. When I called back there was barely an apology. We ordered a bed from them but we never received confirmation that it will be delivered. We got suspicious and then checked Trust Pilot and found these terrible reviews. We cancelled the order once reading the reviews. They charged £55 to cancel an order - this was not on the cancellation/ refund policy as I had read it before purchasing the item.

Absolutely horrendous company. Sent the wrong mattress, customer service did not respond to any email, they kept instigating they sent the weigh mattress. Awfully rude lady on the phone was shouting at me, did not introduce herself and simply hung up on me saying she ‘does not have time’. Avoid at all costs and save up, if possible, for a mattress from a more reputable provider.

Saggyist mattress ever! Company wouldn't collect it without packaging and, as there was a delay in getting it wrapped for return (as it was bought for my disabled son who lives elsewhere, and we had to wait for a new mattress to be delivered, over Christmas, to re-use the packaging), they said it was out of policy for refund, despite regular emails to them. It's so saggy, you can feel the slats through it when you sit on it. I can't even sell it - it's that bad. Now I also have to arrange a tip trip, or I might just burn it.

I was extremely impressed with the Hf4you.co.uk delivery service. I needed a bed delivered within 48 hours. It said on their website that if I ordered it there and then, the bed would indeed be delivered the day I wanted it - only 2 days later. I clicked the button with trepidation as I've experienced dreadful problems with a bed company in the past. However ... happily everything happened as they said it would. I was emailed, texted and the bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. No problem.at all. It just shows it is possible to operate a succefull bed delivery service.

We bought a bed and mattress from this company.They sent us a £70 mattress (priced it) when we paid £229 for a mattress and are now ignoring our requests for a refund-do not trust this company they are scammers

Avoid! Messed up my order of double divan bed, sent wrong drawers 7-8 times... cheap materials; beds bust within a year from a single 11 stone male.. need i say more? Forgot to mention.. paid over the phone, never received a receipt or anything of that kind. Now having to buy a new bed, from a reputable company - waste of £600.
