Camden Backpack- Lilac. I expected it to be more lilac like the picture. It was suitable as hand luggage for a recent trip when taking on the plane. It is a shame it is not a slightly bit bigger at the sides to put a proper drinks bottle on the outside. Also the "popper" pocket on the front, kept popping off, so reluctant to use it for anything important. It had plenty of internal pockets to keep things like a passport and money safe. Would definitely consider this company again and will be using my bag on my next adventure abroad. 4-5 stars.

Love my rucksack
Love my rucksack! Literally saw someone walking over Waterloo bridge with the rucksack on and quickly caught up with her to read who it was made by, searched on line and bought one! Bought the Wimbledon rucksack in pastel green. A few months down the line, it has been brilliant, very hardy, looks very pretty but very well made and practical. Loads of different areas to keep your life organised. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

Spoilt for choice!!
I bought the Wimbledon backpack for my laptop but it wasn’t quite big enough, so I ordered the Knightsbridge backpack which is perfect. Trouble is, I like them both so much I couldn’t bear to send the other one back! So now I have a fab backpack perfect for days out and also my backpack for when I go into London for work!

Der Kundenservice ist exzellent, Fragen werden schnell, kompetent und stets sehr höflich beantwortet. Man ist stets bemüht, auch bei individuellen technischen Lösungen zu helfen. Das Sortiment ist sehr umfangreich und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Der Versand erfolgt rasch und zuverlässig (leider gibt es stets Nachfragen des deutschen Zolls, aber dafür kann Introcar nichts).

Some 4 to 5 days ago I wrote a review with regards ordering a part and delivery and feel I may have been a little unfair . I have purchased parts from this company in the past and their delivery has always been exemplary ! To say the least , the parts are the best quality . I have placed an order with them in the morning , that they have in stock and had it delivered the following day ! This time the part had to be ordered from the manufacturer and IntroCar have no control over other companies delivery arrangements . But once they have the part , it gets express delivery ! IntroCar are a company I trust and they haven’t let me down . So this is a public apology for a rather hasty review! I will most certainly use them again to purchase parts for my Bentley Arnage

Købte en holder til vægtskiver. Da jeg modtog den manglede bolte, møtrikker og spændeskiver så jeg ikke kunne samle den. Det var selvfølgelig træls, men skrev en mail og fik hurtigt hjælpsomt svar. Efter et par mails mere frem og tilbage for at finde bedste løsning for mig var tilsvarende bolte osv på vej. Vil selvfølgelig helst have haft varen uden fejl i første omgang, men fejl sker og hvordan der reageres på dem gør forskellen.

Gode erfaringer på tværs af mange år
Jeg har handlet med Trithon i over 5 år. De er ærlige, reelle og yder en god kundeservice. Hver gang mine maskiner driller, som de jo gør i et træningscenter fra tid til anden, så er de hurtige på mailen og har gode løsninger. Deres teknikere er også formidable, og man kan fornemme, at de går op i deres arbejde - ikke blot et hurtigt salg. Trithon kan derfor varmt anbefales!

Super god service. Havde købt et bælte men opdagede juleaften at der var en fejl ved produktet. Tog et foto og mailede til Triton S. Lynhurtig respons og modtog returlabel mm pr mail allerede samme dag. Har nu modtaget et nyt bælte og det er tip top. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang jeg handler der.

Man får hvad man betaler for
Jeg købte for blot et par uger siden et træningsbælte hos Trithon. Spændet på bæltet er allerede gået i stykker efter et par ganges helt normal brug. Da jeg henvender mig til support får jeg blot at vide at "dette spænde er desværre ret skrøbeligt" og et link til hvor jeg kan købe et nyt. Jeg synes egentlig, at det havde været på sin plads at tilbyde at hjælpe med at løse problemet, da jeg mener jeg er blevet solgt et defekt produkt.

Ihr Service war ausgezeichnet, die Fahrzeuge waren sauber und die Fahrer waren höflich und sehr professionell. Der Fahrer trafen uns pünktlich bei der Ankunft in Antalya und war 5 Minuten zu früh für unsere Rückkehr zum Flughafen. Actually i was thinking how it will be after online resevation but quick confirm and all my questions answered so fast that this company is so trustable. Great welcoming at the airport drivers grooming was perfect . During trip to my hotel i felt like i am in the aircraft because there was tv in car we can watch whatever we like and it was already cooled down with an airconditioning in Antalyas hooot wheather :)) well it was nice transportation be sure i ll be using hana travel for my next holiday. J’ai passé commande chez Nutrimuscle le 31 janvier (NM1052439), et depuis, c’est une véritable galère pour obtenir un retour. Suite à un retard de livraison, j’ai essayé de les contacter à plusieurs reprises : 4 appels téléphoniques (avec 2 messages vocaux laissés) et 3 relances par mail, mais aucune réponse depuis 12 jours. C’est tout simplement inadmissible d’avoir zéro retour aussi bien par téléphone que par mail. Un service client absent, c’est inacceptable pour une marque de cette envergure. Très déçu par cette expérience

Problème whey + SAV peu scrupuleux
Obligé de laisser un avis ici pour prévenir d'autres clients : J'ai commandé plusieurs produits chez NM et laissé un avis pour chacun. Les avis 5 étoiles apparaissent bien sur le site, mais le commentaire négatif que j'ai laissé pour leur whey a été supprimé du site. Je trouve ça plus que limite (et surement illégal) de choisir quels avis on affiche en fonction de la note ... Je reposte donc mon avis sur la Whey Native Low Lactose (à 65€) : aucune miscibilité, ne se mélange pas, grumeaux, mousse énormément. C'est simplement inutilisable en l'état !! Même en appliquant leurs conseils de mélange farfelus. Je ne comprends pas que ce produit puisse être commercialisé tel quel.

Très mauvaise expérience
Pour ma part, très déçu. j'ai régulièrement acheté chez nutrimuscle et j'ai accumulé des points de fidélité (permettant d'obtenir des produits gratuits). Cependant, impossible d'utiliser ces points (le service client m'expliquant pendant plusieurs semaines que le site était en restructuration et que je ne pouvais les utiliser) puis SURPRISE, mes points ont disparu car j'ai maintenant dépassé le délai pour les utiliser, mon solde est à 0 et le service client ne fait rien pour remédier à ce problème.

Je ne peux qu'approuver Nutrimuscle pour tous les produits qu'ils proposent, la tracabilité, la pureté et la richesse nutritionnelle de tous les compléments alimentaires qui proviennent de leur marque. Si vous prévoyez vos commandes en livraison mensuelle les prix sont assouplis et ca devient vraiment un super rapport quali/prix. Petite piste d'amelioration cependant pour l'instant vous ne proposez le magnésium que sous forme de citrate ou dans des zmp/zmb, j'aimerais bien voir du magnésium sous forme de bysglicinate et un peu de merch Nutrimuscle :)

A shambles from start to finish
A shambles from start to finish. Took my deposit in March started in June. When the fitter arrived quite a few bits were missing and he had to go and get wood and fittings before he could start,a shower door was missing along wth the sink and its cabinet. 3 to 5 day estimate then took 3weeks +. now the shower door wont fit but no one will call me back. I Retire.

Having had a new shower and bathroom units fitted by this firm I can well recommend them. The fitters did an excellent job and even recommended a better idea for the position of the shower seat and shower head, this gave more leg room than was originally on the plan. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. All work completed with in the time stated Thank you.

Failed to supply screen as ordered despite salesman assuring it was available. Goods delivered without warning Fitter 2 days late kept disappearing from job to buy equipment. Job left with pipework exposed which I fixed myself . Showerscreen leaked Tried to get this fixed under warranty but after 2 months their fitter never completed the repair . Then the company went bust. What a disgusting outfit!!!👎

Whole process was extremely good
Whole process was extremely good. The fitter worked tremendously long hours to make sure the installation was completed to schedule and the standard of workmanship was excellent. The debris was all removed on the final day so by the time I signed off the job everything was ship shape. I am delighted with my new bathroom/wet room. It looks like a million dollars and is totally safe and personalised to my needs.

Do not touch this company. The director Has just been sent to prison for fraud for 26 months, Michael Lyndon Jenkins, his GM Teresa Dawn Brown has received a 21 month suspended sentence. Nine charges and a further 5 charges levelled against the company over a dishonest scheme to defraud customers who tried to cancel orders after placing them and get back their deposits. They preyed on the most vulnerable members of society then bullied and intimidated them. Teresa Dawn Browne is still running this company, KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Although WIBAS demanded money upfront before the job was finished which is in the signed contract but on the white paper they gave us said 50percent when ordered rest on completion, they are not answering phone today when i have reported a leak in my walk in bath, so i have paid 7000 pounds for something i cannot yet use,also rubbish has not yet been collected as promised. Search other companies as this one has no customer service skills except when its for their own gain

Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende! Jeg var for flere år siden glad bruger af viabill. Jeg fik betalt alt min gæld af, og lukket min konto. For en måneds tid siden var jeg nysgerrig omkring, om de var begyndte at samarbejde med nogle nye shops. Jeg skrev mit log-in, og blev bedt om at genaktivere min konto med nem id. Det gjorde jeg så. Ingen nye spændende shops, så jeg loggede ud igen og slettede appen, uden at tænke videre over det. Pludselig en måned efter kan jeg se viabill står til at trække 400kr fra mit kort. Jeg skriver til dem, da dette selvfølgelig må være en fejl. Men nej, de siger det er et oprettelsesgebyr på 200kr. De sidste 200kr har de svært ved at forklarer mig hvor kommer fra. Jeg bliver informeret om dette, fra en der hverken kan stave eller finde ud af at formulere sig ordentligt, og bare copy paster ting ind i samtalen. De siger man bliver informeret om gebyret når man opretter. Jeg siger at jeg er IKKE blevet informeret. Min kæreste prøver så at oprette en bruger for at se om man bliver oplyst. Og det gjorde man ikke. Min kæreste opretter en bruger imens han snakker med viabill, der bliver ved at holde fast i at man bliver oplyst, vel vidende at min kæreste sidder og går processen igennem med at oprette, hvori I der ingen oplysninger er. Fulstændigt til grin. Vi har bedt om at snakke med deres juridiske afdeling, eftersom de tydeligt bryder loven, men dem måtte vi ikke snakke med. Ej heller deres chef. Jeg har nu sendt en mail til dem, hvori jeg skriver det bliver politi anmeldt og Forbrugerombudsmanden kontaktet. Udover det, har min kæreste taget kontakt til hans firmas advokat, som godkender der er hold i min sag, og aftalt at hvis ikke de fjerner mine ulovlige gebyrer og lukker min konto, så hjælper han mig med at gå videre med det. Jeg henviser til Markedsføringsloven § 3, som forbyder vildledende og aggressiv markedsføring. Den måde, hvorpå I pålægger mig uventede gebyrer og fastholder min konto, er vildledende, da jeg først blev informeret om disse krav, efter at jeg havde bekræftet min identitet og genaktiveret min konto. Dette skaber en situation, hvor jeg føler mig tvunget til at betale penge, jeg ikke skylder, for at kunne få lukket min konto. Jeg henviser til Forbrugeraftaleloven § 8, som fastslår, at en erhvervsdrivende skal give forbrugeren klare og tydelige oplysninger om aftalens væsentlige vilkår, inden aftalen indgås. Jeg blev først informeret om de pålagte gebyrer, efter at jeg havde bekræftet min identitet med MitID og genaktiveret min konto. Dette er i strid med lovens krav om forudgående oplysning og betyder, at jeg ikke har haft mulighed for at træffe et informeret valg.

I successfully deleted my account last 13/2 with no outstanding balance and a 4000 danish kroner back in viabill account. Now they are asking me to pay 29kr and now I can open my viabill acoount and can see that the 4000 danish kroner is now only 3971kr. I am now questioning if how many times are they doing these through out the period I am paying? It is like a hidden amount that suddenly appear. I paid everything in full and deleted my account and i have screenshot of that transaction that i dont have any balance to pay!

Efficient and quality work
Strata did a top notch job, they used every opportunity in the weather to deliver the work as fast as possible. The site team were really polite and hard working. The house looks great and I can already feel the difference, the level of outside noise has dropped sifgnificantly and when I stepped out of the house I realised how cold was outside compared to in. The best thing though is they didn't push as sale, they recommended I get a independent check of the house to make sure the render would work and communicate promptly through the whole process.

Worst bus company ever…
Worst bus company ever… They tell you they only need a 10% deposit to book the bus. They fail to tell you that if you need to cancel, even if it’s weeks/months in advance they charge you a 25% fee of the booking!! Forget about customer service I rang atleast 10 seperate times to take it up with the manager, who never called me back despite me being directed to him on multiple occasions. In what world do they charge you additional fees to the initial deposit and expect people to pay? SOM TRIP COORDINATORS FUNGERAR (ELLER INTE FUNGERAR) ÄR DET BÄTTRE ATT BOKA ALLT SJÄLV
Har tidigare – med gott resultat – använt MyPlanet för att planera en skidresa till Kanada. När vi nu skulle åka till Costa Rica hade jag ont om tid och vände mig därför till MyPlanet igen. Det var absolut sista gången jag gjorde det. • Planeraren i Sverige gjorde ett bra jobb. • Sedan skedde MyPlanets överlämning till ett skämt till Trip Coordinator på ENCHANTING TRAVELS (lyxresearrangör med vilken MyPlanet samarbetar) i Peru som karaktäriserades av massor med ord (mail) men varken nödvändiga fakta eller proaktiv handling. • Hade bett Trip Coordinatorn att hålla koll på när det blev möjligt att boka sittplatser med mer benutrymme på flygen, vilket hon inte gjorde. • Trip Coordinatorn sände mängder av epost om allt möjligt, men inte det väsentliga, såsom detaljinformation om flygen. Den fick jag efterfråga för att erhålla. • När vår planerade hemresa från Still Havskusten ställdes in p g a en ombyggnad av flygplatsen, fick Trip Coordinatorn via bokningssystemet automatiskt signal om detta men gjorde inget. • Då jag - efter att till slut ha fått flyginformationen - påtalade att planet var inställt, valde hon att boka oss från huvudstaden, vilket i normalfallet är en bilresa om 6h på Costa Ricas enfiliga och dåligt underhållna vägar. • Under ju- & nyårshelgerna, som detta handlade om, tog bilresorna genomgående 40% längre tid än Google Maps indikerar, vilket innebar att vi fick lägga runt 20 h extra i bil. • Vi påtalade för den s k Trip Coordinatorn att det fanns en uppenbar risk för att vi skulle komma att missa planet från huvudstaden till Amsterdam p g a trafiken. • Vi kollade upp att flygplatsen på Stilla Havskusten (från vilken vi skulle ha åkt enl det förslag vi godkände och betalat för) hade återöppnats den 20/11, d v s en månad innan vi lämnade Sverige. • Med anledning av trafikläget under jul- & nyårshelgen (som en Trip Coordinator tveklöst borde ha känt till), bad vi henne att boka om till denna flygplats. • Svaret vi fick tillbaka var att vi skulle åka med två stopp via USA (vilket var en tveksam lösning såväl p g a osäkerhet gällande tid för erhållande av transitvisum, s k ESTA approval som med anledning av ett extra stopp). • Vi la tiden på att själva hitta flyg till Zürich och sa oss själva kunna boka biljetterna från Zürich till Stockholm och bad Trip Coordinatorn att boka om oss till detta. • Svaret vi fick var att det skulle kosta oss 853 USD per person. • Detta skall då läggas till de 335 000 SEK vi redan betalt för en resa mellan 241220 – 250102. • Under hela tiden som jag försökte få den s k Trip Coordinatorn att förstå att de som arrangör borde stå för ev kostnader då det var hon själv som - genom att inte ha utlovad kontroll på resan - missat följande: (1) att flyget var inställt (2) att lösning hon valt (köra oss tillbaka inte fungerar under jul/nyår p g a lokala trafikförhållanden) (3) att flygplatsen återöppnat och därmed proaktivt återboka oss såsom planerat och godkänt från början var jag även i kontakt med ansvarig för MyPlanet i Sverige som inget kunde göra för de hade sålts till Kilroy Travels under hösten och kunde inte längre se vår bokning…! • Detta med en lokal Trip Coordinator som sitter i Peru och har noll koll på övriga länder i närheten är helt utan värde. • Sammanfattningsvis: Läs på nätet och boka själva eller anlita en arrangör som faktiskt tar ansvar för att det blir den bekymmerslösa och välplanerade upplevelse som utlovas. Non è la prima volta che mi reco a Medugorje. Spesso ho viaggiato con Bianco viaggi a partire dal 2012. Questa volta ho scelto come data il pellegrinaggio di fine/inizio di anno. E' sempre un'esperienza di rinnovamento profondo della fede anche grazie alle guide attente e sempre presenti. Questa volta però per me c'era troppa gente e siccome sono una persona riservata e riflessiva non ho potuto gustare a pieno clima di raccoglimento e di preghiera. All it takes is one customer service representative to ruin everything. The way that little boy was talking to me. Must not know we don't play that in the USA. Getting rid of the arrogance, learn to listen and be more patient. Stop cutting people off when they talk. Can't even get one word out. You're lying because if you heard that phone call and don't agree then your probably the manager bringing in people like you. I have call recorder too. I could post it on. YouTube and let the world be the judge! Now what! Response: You are lying about listening to a phone call. My day was great but nice try. If you choose to defend customer support that over talks and down talks on clients. It's no wonder this business isn't doing well. The brokers I am with now. I have not had ONE problem yet. Period! Don't trust this broker
Don't trust this broker. On their micro accounts the pips spread in the open trade window is off by one to two pips from the bid/ ask spread on the chart. So if you're in profit one or two pips on the chart, your trade will still show negative in the open trade window which is devastating if you're a scalper. For example, if the bid/ask for GBP/JPY is 190.00/189.98 on the chart. The open trade will read 189.96 for a long position which is just wrong.They don't charge commissions on micro accounts but this is how they make up for it. Also the slippage is the worst I've ever seen on any forex brokerage platform. When you open a market order on this account, you are guaranteed to be filled three to four pips away from where price is. Using these two little techniques this broker essentially stole my $100 account. 😂 I had an account with them three years ago and I stopped trading with them but I couldn't figure out why I chose another broker over them. Now I remember. You have been warned!!

After 5 years of tight spreads and solid platform...
I've been a forex day trader for almost 10 years, and finding tight spreads is paramount when you make 10 to 30 trades a day. About 5 years ago, I decided to evaluate LQDFX like I would any brokerage by opening a small account and testing their spreads, the responsiveness from customer service, and my ability to deposit or withdraw. Needless to say, I've been with them for the entire 5 years and they continue to impress me and I've evaluated over 20 other brokerages. They recently dropped their commissions from $7 down to $5. Normally, I'd never spend the time to write a review, but that was a huge bonus for me. So, sign up and just start asking questions---they're not hiding like some companies...and will almost always answer just a minute or two.

Min nye cykel måtte til cykelsmed efter en uge, fordi der var monteret en møtrik, som var for stor - hvilket betød, at forhjulet aldrig havde været spændt fast. Det opdagede vi kun, fordi møtrikken faldt af og tilfældigt blev fundet i vores græsplæne. Ved gennemgangen fandt cykelsmeden adskillige skruer, der ikke var spændt efter forskrifterne, og hvor det blot var et spørgsmål om tid, før de raslede af. Ved ankomsten med fragtmanden var styret desuden monteret skævt og dækkene knap nok pumpet. Det er ikke betryggende at have kørt en uge på en cykel, hvor forhjulet kun var spændt fast i den ene side. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig købsoplevelse. Kan ikke anbefale nogen at handle hos Cykel-fix

GLS afleverede faktisk på adressen
GLS afleverede faktisk på adressen. Så denne gang hverken forkert adresse eller lille gul seddel smidt uden at ringe på først. Kun 4 stjerner, fordi jeg altid bli'r nervøs, når GLs' chauffør herude er involveret.

Jeg bestilte fire cykelgarager
Jeg bestilte fire cykelgarager, jeg fik hurtigt en bekræftelse og en sms på at det var pakket og afsendt. Jeg hentede pakken i brugsen og fandt ud af at de kun havde sendt 1 af 4. jeg kontaktede dem pr tlf. og det kunne de godt se. jeg fik penge tilbage for de 3 manglende, men ikke for forsendelse, så var en cykelgarage pludselig dyr. handler ikke der igen

Regnslag gik i stykker + de reagerer ikke

De virker ligeglade med deres kunder
Havde bestilt en cykelhjelm og fik samme dag en mail, at den var afsendt. 4 dage senere tjekkede jeg status og der stod nu, at der manglede at blive leveret dele fra leverandøren. Senere på dagen fik jeg en mail, at varen ikke længere kunne leveres og så et link til et alternativ. Linket endte imidlertid blindt og hverken min henvendelse her om eller min forespørgsel på, hvorfor jeg havde fået en mail om, at varen var afsendt, blev besvaret. Varen er stadig tilgængelig på deres hjemmeside og jeg kan se, at jeg ikke er den eneste, der oplever at bestille varer de ikke har på lager alligevel. De mails jeg modtog fra deres kunde"service" havde ikke skyggen af servicemind. Der handler jeg i hvert fald ikke igen.

Ny ejer - tidligere købte serviceaftaler værdiløse
Købte 2 cykler i deres fysiske butik i Ølstykke og tilkøbte ved købet til hver cykel 5 års serviceaftale (5 x service i løbet af 5 år) Da jeg ville indlevere den ene af cyklerne til det første service/justering var den fysiske butik lukket, og der var en besked om at cykel-fix stadig solgte cykler via websitet. Jeg skrev til dem og spurgte omkring serviceaftalerne og fik beskeden at dem havde den nye ejer ikke overtaget, så pengene var tabt... Jeg tør aldrig købe noget derfra igen.

Billigt og go service
Har lige modtaget et par cykellygter, og var kommet til at bestille to baglygter blev ringet op af Jesper efter 5 minutter som spurgte om ikke det var en fejl og at det skulle være en for og baglygte. Dejlig service kan kun anbefale shoppen.

COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS
I have been using the cholesterol test strips with monitor for years and have been very happy. I just tried to reorder and they no longer exist. Apparently they merged with another company who doesn't carry this product and the only close thing they do carry is around $1000.00! So very not happy. I will now have to go to Quest anytime I need to check and that can be quite a production.

Very Satisfied
I ordered 2 Breathalyzers for our family. Very reasonable prices at Test Medical Symptoms. Units were delivered quickly with no damage. I had to write with a question while order was in transit and received a response very quickly. Will recommend my family and friends also order from TMS, and I will again.

Supplies
Supplies for us are very expensitive. When I first started using TMS our membership at church was much greater and I did health screen every yeay now I am down to every two years. The other problem I have I don't know why a test strip is not sent with the Multi-Chemistry Controls instead of the byer us the strips they ordered. Mount Helm Baptist Church

Good customer communications.Thanks for recourse to expensive office for such simple test items to monitor health on a month basis. Thank you for wellness. Be nice if a hair mineral analysis kit was offered. Such analysis can reveal much for questionable health questions.

Excellent product and service
As a UK customer of some years standing now, I've found TMS to be reliable, friendly, and helpful. On this side of the pond we're often waiting some time for purchases to arrive from Stateside, but these days TMS products are despatched instantly and it is rare for delivery to take more than a week, and is often less; which I think is impressive. I would say 'First Class' but you don't have the class system over there do you?!!. So I'll just says thanks TMS

The order was processed promptly and the package arrived within reasonable time. I did everything online and did not speak to any customer service person. There are 2 tests available in this kit. It is reasonably priced. I read the instructions several times and followed for the first test 2 days ago. Everything worked as expected. I used the second test for my wife today. In step 7B, when I pressed the shaker into Cartridge, it didn't seem to fit snugly - it was a bit loose. I saw the word 'Run' when I was supposed to remove the shaker. I missed this step. I didn't remove the shaker. After the 5 minutes 'count down' I got the word 'QCOK' but the result shown was 'OR 1' instead of the A1C number. I have called the support number and left a message on 2.26.15. Till now I have not received any response.
