i bought several items from dan. i now need service on a radio and i have tried and tried to get a hold of the company and no one ever calls me back and i am deeply dissapointed.

I am very satisfied with my new cb radio it is the galaxy dx 94 hp. The best part of the whole experience was talking to dan about what I was looking for in a radio. Dan took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for and made sure all my questions were answered. I enjoyed picking his brain about set up and issues I was having once I received the radio. The radio is working great. I have sent him my galaxy dx949 to tune as well I have gotten that back as well and it workes better then ever. I would highly recommend cb radios plus for a new purchase or even a tune, so you can enjoy the first class customer service I received.

CB Radios Plus have awesome products. I purchased the Stryker SR-955SHPC and I can. not stop bragging about this cb radio, and Dan the owner took his time to explain how to use the CB Radio, what is am/fm/lower band and so on. He show me with detailed instructions how to operate the knobs and controls, how to adjust it and so on. Dan was very courteous and caring he really showed that he care, and explained the product to a T. I bought the last 2 radios i've had from CB Radios Plus, a Connex 3300HP and recently a Stryker along with antennas and co-ax. I had a question about the Stryker radio and left a message one night and they called me back first thing the next morning. Everything was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

needs to update site more often
Ordered a base antenna paid over $200 got invoice in my email then wouldn't you know it I got an email next day telling me my order was cancelled because antenna I ordered was recalled. They need to update site more often that recall was done a while ago so those antennas should not have been on there for sale if they weren't fixed

I was truly impressed with Mike and his love for dogs and my cat. His home was clean and kept cool during the hot summer months. The true test of how well this new dog sitting venue worked was when Mike had to drop off my dog's leash the next day of my return. When Mike came walking up the driveway, my Dutch Shepard, Scarlet whimpered uncontrollably with tail wagging up a storm. Normally, Scarlet would have shown her teeth with a death growl to someone Mike's size. My dog was homesick for Mike! What just happened?!? ;D

We booked with Anthony one night boarding for our Pomeranian dog,Indiana Jones. It has been the first time when Indy was left with someone outside of our family members. Because Indy is not used to strangers, we knew she would go through anxiety...and, of course, we were very much worried. Anthony was such a professional, kind and wonderful host. He was able to make Indy feel comfortable and loved. He has also provided us, on daily basis, with detailed information about Indy, as well as pictures. We will repeat the boarding for Indy with full confidence she will be well taken care of and not missing us that much. Thank you, Anthony!

Dogvacay (soon to be Rover) made everything SO easy; from finding a sitter (compared to the high cost of boarding at the vet), booking, rescheduling, AND the sitter we used (Janean & Bill Houston) were able to accommodate the administering of daily anti-seizure meds --- Which made leaving our furbaby behind for a week STRESS-FREE! Highly recommended!! I never knew about Dogvacay until we needed them! Awesome find.

ATTENTION - TROMPERIE
Commande passée pour un matériel électronique indiqué comme étant en stock. 3 semaines plus tard, sans nouvelles d'aucune sorte, je contacte le vendeur. En réalité le produit n'a jamais été en stock, il est en transit depuis la Chine. Le vendeur promet de me rappeler dès le lendemain pour me donner davantage d'information, ce qu'il n'a évidemment pas fait. Une semaine supplémentaire s'écoule. Pour la seconde fois, c'est moi qui contacte le vendeur, qui finit par me dire qu'il a décidé de me rembourser ! Il aura donc fallu 1 mois de patience puis 2 appels de ma part pour revenir... au point zéro ! Ce vendeur fait usage de méthodes trompeuses et de mensonges pour capter les clients et débiter leurs cartes bleues alors qu'il n'est en réalité pas en capacité de fournir le matériel qu'il leur a vendu. Passer une commande auprès de lui vous expose au risque de suivre (à sa place) le bon déroulement de votre commande et peut-être d'avoir acheter du vent. Prudence !

Jeg kjøpte tre kofferter på nett og mottok dem raskt. Jeg oppbevarte lett tøy i koffertene under sengen i noen få dager. Da jeg skulle hente tøyet, oppdaget jeg at glidelåsen og lappen som dekker glidelåsen var ødelagt. Jeg sendte en klage på e-post, men kundeservice hevdet at jeg hadde brukt koffertene på reise og at jeg derfor måtte klage til reiseselskapet. Jeg informerte dem om at koffertene kun hadde vært brukt til oppbevaring av tøy. Svaret jeg mottok var at de beklaget, men at det ikke var deres problem. Kundeservicen var svært dårlig, de tok ikke ansvar og antydet at skaden var min skyld, noe som er vanskelig å bevise. Nå har jeg dessverre tapt 2000 kr.

Unstable Server and IP Changes
The service has been quite frustrating to deal with. My server keeps changing its public IP address, and the only way to track it is through BattleMetrics registrations, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the server constantly freezes and restarts, making it unreliable for consistent use. While I understand that technical issues can arise, the lack of stability and the extra steps required to manage the server have been disappointing. I hope these issues can be addressed soon to improve the overall experience.

Hi i purchased a server. The server didnt show in the server list searched online for a solition scribed to your support and didnt recieve an answer. After 24 hours of wairing after purchasing the product and didnt have a response from your site i decided to change the provider. There it worked without any problems. Map was showed in 5 minuts after purchase. Admin there respondet in less then 5 minuts!!!! You didnt respone in 24 hours. I am surprissed that someone is ussing your services.

The server never started even without…
The server never started even without any changes or mods. We could never find it in the server list and when asking, the response we got was useless. In the time it took me to get a second response I was able to rent a Nitrado server and get it running in less than 5 minutes. I'd love to use your service but it's very difficult to get it started quick and I don't see any options to request a refund.

Not a very good start
Saw good reviews for the service so decided to give it a try. The last host I used closed up on me expectantly. First day on the server it seemed to work okay once I realized I mistyped a command. But the second day, started having issues. then my connection was gone, my saved game was gone and I had a new connection that is not working. It has now been 2 days since I have been able to play since starting the hosting service 3 days ago. The message I receive from support "We are performing maintenance". I have others waiting to play as well. Not a very good start on a service I am paying for.

Mad til 100 personer, uden problemer. Smagte skønt.
Vi bestilte mad til 100 personer til en reception. Alle var meget imponeret over maden, den blev rost i høje toner og flere ville spurgte om hvor den dejlige tapas var fra. Der var rigeligt mad til alle, der var især stor rift om Amors speciale kødfyldte Bulgurcroquetas og mini fiskedeller. Leveringen kom i god tid indenfor den aftalte tidsramme. Maden var pakket fint og forsvarligt og chaufføren var meget venlig og serviceminded. Vi vil anbefale Tapas Amor til alle og bestiller gerne igen, da det hele var lækkert og levede op til vores alle vores forventninger.

My partner ordered a JellyCat through this store. The quality of this was disgraceful, and I am not entirely sure it’s genuine. We sent it back to be called liars and accused of washing the product. I had it for 24 hours, why would I wash it! I have other jelly cats which have been washed and their quality is still better than a brand new jelly cat from this website. Spoke to a manager who said the products is ‘damp and smells of washing detergent’ which is impossible because it hasn’t been washed. This company are happy to send out and charge people for faulty/ fake products but are unhappy to refund them. Don’t buy from this website unless you want poor customer service and terrible products. I have had to contact jelly cat and trading standards to try resolve this issue because management can’t!

Ordered a JellyCat through this store for my girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary as a present, upon arriving the quality wasn't the best but at the time I was none the wiser as I've never owned one, I wrapped it and gave it to my girlfriend on the date of our anniversary and she told me it wasn't right all the threads were sticking out and the quality was no way near right, we then elected to send it back to check as something didn't seem right with it, after sending it back we have been accused it has 'Obviously been washed' by Sharon Norman when it's been inside gift wrap and my partner had had it for 24 HOURS and we have done absolutely nothing to it, apparently the product was still damp it's genuinely ridiculous to be called a liar and accused of dishonesty when we have done absolutely nothing we were not happy with the quality and have been made out to be liars, worst customer experience if you have the option between the product you want from here or going without, save yourself the time and go without.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company. As a first time customer, I am simply unaware of limit per person for some popular items. And the only reason why I exceed is just because I want to get a free shipping. AND then a stuff cancelled my order and just accused me of ‘clearly found a workaround on our site which bypasses this rule’. As a first time customer, how would I know these hacks. And how terrible is it for the head of technical to just accuse customer like this. It’s clearly a terrible accusation that would make everyone very unhappy amid of this festive season. So just don’t buy from this store if you want to enjoy life. A waste of time in communication with such rude people.

I much prefer giving praise to a company. After paying for an order through Amazon pay, I received a mail saying it was declined. I reordered the next day on their site. I ended up being charged for both. It cost me two lots of postage to return one of the parcels £7.90. I tried to explain to customer services but they wouldn't accept there had been a glitch causing both orders to go through. Not happy. A costly experience.

Big shoutout to this fab company! I’ve had so many delays and problems with parcels missing etc this Christmas (from other companies) so thought it would be nice to highlight a fabulous transaction! Placed an online order (for items that were out of stock at 2 other stores but found them here) paid for order and everything was packaged carefully and delivered very next day. Brilliant service!!! I keep forgetting to shop with them (probably because they don’t spam my emails like bigger store do) but every time I do, it’s just an utter joy! Thank you so much:)

I am posting here because my review is not appearing on Gifttree’s website. I am very disappointed with a recent purchase of the Good as Gold Gift Basket. It was a sympathy gift and I had the opportunity to actually see at the memorial service. It did not resemble what was pictured in the least. The basket was a different color and it was pretty small. I have ordered from this company in the past and it was always a good experience. I am very upset because I feel that I was completely ripped off for what I paid. I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

WHY SEND SO MUCH DARK CHOCOLATE AND REFUSE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR MILK CHOCOLATE, ETC.???
I order 3 Gift Tree gift baskets (the GOLDEN GOURMET CLASSIC GIFT BASKETS for $159.47 each) for my eight grandchildren, ages 30 to age 12. They all love candy, especially chocolate so I thought it was a great choice for them. My grandchildren live in 3 different cities. Two gifts from Gift Tree were acceptable to them. The third gift had MORE THAN an abundant supply of DARK CHOCOLATE. My three grandchildren who received this “Gift” were disappointed. When I discussed this with Gift Tree, they essentially said “Too bad”! It was the “chance” I took when I bought their basket that they would send what they had available in the baskets! They offered my grandkids NO substitute for all of the DARK CHOCOLATE candy they hate. Their Mother offered to send all of the Gift Tree back. Gift Tree also did not even offer a replacement for all of that DARK CHOCOLATE. Needless to say, I will never use Gift Tree for gifts again and I will make sure that everyone I know will be familiar with my negative experiences with them and use someone other than them for their services. Avoid this company.
I ordered a Culiau Customiser Engraving Pen from GiftTree three months ago. I was sent a different product which would have cost far less. The product they sent is not suitable for purpose as it is far less powerful and will not perform the tasks I ordered the Culiau for. I have contacted gifttree.com repeatedly and did not receive any replies. They have also failed to return my phone calls. They are still advertising Culiau Customiser Engraving Pen on their website. Avoid this company.

UNPROFFESIONAL PRACTICES
I called with anticipation and talked to a representative to make some orders. First they changed some because they were sold out. After I choose some others they had issues with the order so they reached back the next day. Then, 2 days after someone reached out saying that the information was incomplete, which I provided to the sales rep. Then after one day I received 2 separate messages saying that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to place 2 orders due to state regulations... The sales rep just acted as it was normal and I had to choose a replacement.

Do NOT trust this company
Do NOT trust this company! I bought a basket for over $100 five days prior to the requested delivery date. They did not request Fedex for 5 days though they had a created label. As a result, the basket was not due for delivery until 2 days AFTER the requested date. I used their chat to request updates as NOBODY answered their help phone line during business hours. They continued to confirm an on-time delivery even though the basket had not been picked up.

Ich bin enttäuscht
Ich bin enttäuscht, ich 2 Artikel bestellt, da ich aber im Vorfeld wusste das ich nicht zuhause bin, habe ich bei DPD eine Lieferanweisung hinterlegt die Lieferung hinter das Haus zu bringen. Da leider bei uns viel wegkommt habe ich mittlerweile eine Kamera, da ersichtlich ist das es einfach wieder vor die Tür abgestellt wurde, das kann Man sehen. Jedoch lässt sich der Blickwinkel nicht verstellen aus der Ferne, wenn man nicht zuhause ist, so das es nicht sichtbar ist wer es sich genommen hat. DPD hat auch noch eine Email gesendet mit dem Hinweis, Das Paket liegt am gewählten Ablageort, eine Lüge. Ich habe als Nachweis alles an Jalousiescout gesendet, mit Video, mit DPD Benachrichtigung, jedoch zieht man sich hier aus der Affäre und möchte mir nicht zur Seite stehen, denn mit Wahl eines Ablageort wären Sie aus der Sache raus. Da sollte ich Verständnis zeigen, nein habe ich aber nicht, Sie wählen als Versender ihren Transportdienstleister aus und wenn das schief läuft soll ich selbst Schuld sein? Sehr schlechter Service, ich hatte erst mal 2 Jalousien bestellt um zu testen unser Haus besitzt viele Fenster, hätte gerne nachgekauft, nun halt nicht ! Traurig wie man da als Kunde wahrgenommen wird anstatt zu helfen.

Fast shipping & smooth return

The item I had to order was less effective as it was from the leaf and not the fruit of the plant. The Rio Rosa Mosqueta cream is the best I have ever used. It makes the skin soft and supple without a hint of greasiness. This time I tried also the Hydra Age - Eye Gel. I was looking for a long time for something light and suitable for the sensitive skin around the eyes. This gel is really good. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE!!! Quoted one price of £500 I said I would leave it. Made it perfectly clear I was unhappy with the price quoted and would not proceed with the treatment as I was unable to afford it. Mr Aslam asked what my budget was & I said I hadn't thought about it. We then discussed further I said if he would do a buy on get one free for the filler I would proceed. He agreed. The price was given after the treatment was administered. I did not agree to that price!!!! When I queried the price I was told no agreement had been made for the treatment. If no agreement was made. Why would I proceed!!!! Must admit I'm very disappointed. Having agreed a price with Mr Aslam & then being ignored is not great business practice along with being unfair to your clients.

Breast lift and augmentation
I had a breast lift and augmentation in April and I am so happy with the results. Every one was excellent from pre op care to after care. Jayne was available for me to get in touch with at all times with any questions and also rang to check I was okay the day before and the day after the operation. Dr irshad explained everything in detail and went through the whole procedure with me. All of the staff at Harley street were amazing and made me feel so comfortable and looked after especially the anaesthetist and the recovery nurse. Sobia and Dr irshad were great with my after care and I’ve had no complications at all. I’m so happy with the results Thankyou Linia I would definately recommend.

From start to finish
From start to finish, my experience has been 5 star. After being let down by my local private hospital a couple of times, I made enquiries with Linia and was seen and had my surgery within 3 weeks. I had a mummy makeover after losing 4 1/2 stone and everything went smoothly, my surgeons were very thorough and my before and after care has been brilliant. I have been contacted regularly by my patient co-ordinator Jane and surgeon Dr Aslam and whenever I have contacted him, he has got back to me quickly. At 9 weeks post op I’m really pleased with my results and can’t thank them enough for the transformation.

Overpayment NOT reimbursed
It's been approximately 18 months since my last surgery. I had to have revision surgery - the surgeon disagreed with my initial theory - that's OK, that wasn't the main issue. The main issue is... I over paid by £200. The advisor at the Global Clinic in Norwich assued me that the reimbursement would be delt with immediately. After a dozen messages and a dozen phone calls and emails, I haven't had anybody return my request. Complete avoidance. I have gone through my bank to request the reimbursement - no response. Citizens Advice Bureau have advised that I can take it to court but that would cost me more in the short term. It's been a horrid, devaluing 18 months. I would not recommend this company at all. Its been a long list of hurdles. Essentially THEFT.

I had my Breast lift and implants…
I had my Breast lift and implants fitted yesterday at Linias Clinic in Harley Street. Every member of staff which contributed towards my Surgery were so kind, caring and helpful and I felt at complete ease. I had the procedure under Local anaesthetic and I did not feel a thing and was out after what felt like no time at all! Dr Aslam the Surgeon was fantastic and I could not fault him. Also a massive thanks to Jayne who guided me through the process from having my Consultation to Operation day. She was always available to talk to her if I had a query. Thank you so much to Linia I’m over the moon!

I was impressed with Linia from the very first time I called them. Very professional and always answered my questions and returned my messages. The treatment and after care exceeded my expectations by the whole team (that’s everyone I met) Mr Khalid Irshad has such a lovely way with him and puts you completely at ease. Geweldig, wat een ervaring 😍🤩 Tot op het laatst spannend of het door zou gaan vanwege het weer. Het bedrijf hield ons goed op de hoogte en informeerde ons duidelijk over de eventuele bezwaren. De nauwkeurigheid tav het wel/niet varen, het gezamenlijk voorbereiden en ook daarna weer afronden gebeurde onder duidelijke instructies en was een ontzettend leuke ervaring. Zou zo nog een keer gaan

We hebben een prachtige vaart gemaakt. Heel bijzonder om over je eigen huis en het bedrijf waar ik werk te varen. Reeuwijkse plassen zijn prachtig en zeker mooi vanuit de ballon. Het groene hart is toch prachtig! Met dank aan onze piloot Harry. Zou het zo bij andere aanbevelen.

I purchased a RV refrigerator from…
I purchased a RV refrigerator from Dyers RV Parts/Accessories as they had the best price available. I arranged for a mobile RV service to install the refrigerator in my RV. The mobile RV technician said could not finish the install as a "wiring harness" was missing. I called RV refrigerator company myself and talked to 4 different people who could not give me an answer. So frustrating! And I was getting no where! I called Dyers RV to see if they could help and I spoke with Kristi. She understood my frustration and offered to call the RV refrigerator company herself as she had a contact there. The next day I had the answer in an email that Kristi forwarded from the RV company tech: a "wiring harness" was not needed and it was to be "hardwired in". The email was complete with a detailed diagram and instructions. Kristi even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had receive the email/information and whether she could help with anything else. Such great customer service by Kristi at Dyers RV where she went beyond to help me in a difficult and frustrating situation. I will be a customer for life with Dyers RV because of Kristi and dedication to her job. BIG THANK YOU, KRISTI !!!

We had been looking for this part (or as it turns out combination of parts) for our Domectic 2454 refrigerator for a few months, even on Ebay! No one could get it until MAYBE March 2023 if then. I was reading on the Casita forum and someone mentioned getting a part for their fridge at dyersonline.com so I went to their website and found a kit that might work. I contacted the support team by email and was told part I needed was discontinued but they would forward our info to Dometic to see if that kit would fit our fridge and was told YES it would !! We placed an order that day and received it a few days later. It took three weeks for us to find time to install it. Easy peezy!! Support awesome, shipping department confused (during Covid 19 crisis).
Really 4.5 stars. I ordered a Yamaha ef2000isv2 generator. They sent me a used one with missing parts. I complained; they paid to ship it back from my home (UPS pickup) and sent a new one. The generator does not come with oil, I asked for a quart of oil, and they said they would send 2 quarts of oil. They sent 12 quarts of yamalube oil (a whole case). I asked them again for an Merchandise Return Authorization, and they paid to have 10 quarts of oil shipped back to them. The support person, Rachael was great. The Covid 19 thing must have the shipping department in disarray. In the end, I wasn't in a hurry, got a great price, and 2 quarts of yamalube oil.
