Technicien très professionnel à l'écoute et très sympathique très compétent - entreprise de Rochecorbon 37

Nous avons fait installer un monte-escalier en septembre 2024. Sommes très satisfait du contact avec le représentant, de votre écoute téléphonique, du technicien instalateur ainsi que de l'usage qu'en fait ma femme depuis. Jusqu'à présent, parfait.

La fabrication et la pose très rapide, mais entre le devis et l'accord de la prime il a fallu attendre 9 mois, c'est trop long.

Monte escalier en panne début janvier, le technicien est passé le 16 janvier 25 pour un montant de 313,13 et bien sur nouvelle panne bloqué en plein millieu de l'escalier avec ma mère, je pensais qu'une sécurité obligeais le stannah a remonté et bien pas du tout, appelle pour un nouveau rdv ce jour mercredi 12 dans la matinée et rdv reporté à vendredi 14 avec une personne franchement désagréable qui lui dit que c'est a prendre ou a laisser ( il est où le respect dans votre société ? ), j'espère qu'il se présentera vendredi ? A fin quelle puisse enfin sortir de chez elle. Le technicien est bien passé a 9 hr ce matin et a 17hr re-panne🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Tout d'abord, nous avons été orientés vers Stannah par l'excellent Médiloc de Montbard (21500), puis bien conseillés par le commercial M. Chenaux, très professionnel. Le bureau d'étude a œuvré avec grand sérieux pour faire du sur-mesure impeccable. L'installation technique s'est bien passée. Tout fonctionne très bien. Le fauteuil Stannah a changé la vie de mon cher Papa.

N'ayant pas besoin d'un monte-escalier dans l'urgence, j'ai donc demandé un devis à trois sociétés (2 fabricants et 1 diffuseur).Par ailleurs ayant analysé les principales caractéristiques des matériels proposés, je souhaitais des réponses techniques et précises à mes questions. A l'issue de ces trois consultations, mon choix s'est porté sur Stannah bien qu'étant le plus cher car c'est la seule société qui a répondu en totalité à mes questions et attentes et m'a donné la possibilité de voir le matériel en show-room et en fonctionnement depuis 4 ans sans problème chez un particulier afin d'avoir un avis vécu. Le montage a été réalisé dans les délais souhaités. L'ensemble a été assemblé en 1/2 journée très proprement par un technicien soigneux et à l'écoute lors de la démonstration et prise en main.

Cette installation a changé ma vie, plus d'essoufflement à cause des escaliers. Le travail a été fait soigneusement, rapidement, les explications d'utilisation claires et nettes. A recommander sans attendre.

Het is onbegrijpelijk dat dit bedrijf zich bedient van kreten 'als de volgende dag in huis' terwijl ze zich vervolgens verstoppen achter de niet goed functionerende transporteur, in dit geval postnl. Dat er niet en in dit geval pas 5 dagen later geleverd wordt onderbouwd met berichtjes dat we niet thuis waren (de meest irritante en vaker voorkomende pertinente leugen) en vervolgens berichtjes dat het helaas opnieuw niet gelukt is en het nog wel enkele dagen kan vertragen. Daarmee kunnen ze natuurlijk producten verkopen die ze helemaal niet op voorraad hebben maar is hun verkoopverhaal op zijn minst misleiding.

Update: mijn bestelling is verzonden. Ik hoop dat mijn bestelling komt.... Ik heb nu al het spijt dat ik hier besteld had. Vroeger top bedrijf, nu weet ik niet wat er aan de hand is.

Ik snap al die negatieve reviews niet. Ik doe al jaren inkopen bij de online drogist. Nooit ook maar een probleem gehad. Uiteraard komt voor dat een produkt soms wat later komt maar is vaak een probleem met post.nl En er wordt vermeld dat e.e.a soms wat kan uitlopen. Prijzen zijn scherp en ja soms is kruidvat goekoper maar daar ben je zelf bij. Conclusie uitstekend bedrijf.

Het kan toch niet zo zijn dat we rechtsbijstand in moeten gaan schakelen omdat jullie er een potje van maken?!

Breed assortiment, wat zeker positief is. Echter, de belofte vandaag besteld en morgen geleverd is niet nagekomen. Dit vind ik misleidende informatie, zeker wanneer er haast bij is en je op basis van deze informatie ervoor kiest met deze website in zee te gaan.

Op 16 mei kreeg ik een mailtje dat de pillen toch (!!) niet op voorraad waren, maar wel besteld en dat men verwachtte dat de levering elk moment zou kunnen plaatsvinden. These are really high quality air purifiers that blow away every other purifier I have owned. I have a high allergy to pollen and can definitely feel the difference. They are much more quiet than the other purifiers I have owned. I love how you can see the color ring change so you know it is working, and the auto mode keeps the air always perfect. You can also download the app and see the graph for the exact air quality at any time.

This company is the WORST! They do not have the size of the filters on their website. And i can't make heads or tails out of which one will fit my machine. I ordered the wrong filter multiple times because i can't tell which one fits my machine. I can't get through on the phone. the chat is a stupid robot that cant answer my question. The email seems to go to a robot and I cant get an answer for the correct filter replacement. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Purchased the I-75 last year and upon arrival, when plugging it in, it was defective. I returned it and cancelled the subscription for the filter. I just received a filter for that device I no longer own. Had to call customer service to get a Return label. Never received it via email so called again. This took 30 mins on the phone .. ABSURD! Thought I'd give them another chance... I took advantage of the BOGO deal and purchased 2 devices... One of them is DEFECTIVE AGAIN! So whatever you purchase full price or discounted, I'm 100% getting a defective item. Who does quality control here? This device has no remote control, and the app sucks. Our Alen Air Purifier suddenly stopped working after an electrical power surge. We called the company and a tech had us try several things to start it again. Nothing helped. He asked how long we had had it and we thought 5 years. He looked us up in their system and discovered it was 8 years old. After checking our information he told up to expect a replacement, after Independence Day. Amazingly it arrived today, less than a week from calling. Please understand this was still covered under the warranty, that the technician was extremely helpful and concerned and we have always been delighted with the unit's preformance. I highly recommend this company and their product.

I haven’t even plugged the product in yet, but I had to review the company right away. So far, this experience has been phenomenal! I haven’t had customer service like this in quite some time! We purchased a unit directly from Alen Corp about 5 years ago. The unit had an issue with the fan speed. Alen Corp simply had us send a photo of the unit and a cut cord. A replacement is being shipped out asap. We have loved and used our until almost daily since its purchase! Love these purifiers and Alen customer service is outstanding!!!

I originally purchased the BreatheSmart Air Purifier early January to help reduce allergens, dust, and pet dander. After several weeks of use reduction in dust and dander was quite noticeable (dusting became a weekly rather than a daily occurrence). I don't yet have any benchmark regarding the effectiveness of the allergen control. I'm sure that will come as we enter allergy season.

I got tired of waiting on the order so I did a charge back. I live within 20 minutes of this company and I ordered a blanket as an anniversary gift, thinking it would arrive in time. I should have had this blanket already or received some kind of communication regarding shipping. I have had no updates since I placed the order. I called multiple times and they never answered the phone. I got suspicious, thinking maybe they were just criminals, so I took a look at the reviews. They seem to be a legit company but I just decided it was better to cut my losses. It sounds like their products are of poor quality. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

I purchased a blanket for a birthday and while it was delivered on time, the weight of the blanket was not correct. I ordered 18 lb and received 15 lb. I spoke to the former owner on the phone (apparently the current owners are having health issues and she was helping). Well, after paying to return the original blanket and paying to ship the replacement, I've received nothing. It's been months and no one is responding to either email or phone. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered from this company in time for a holiday gift. They not only never delivered the blanket they will not respond back about a refund. The owner blamed it on supply chain issues but they never reached out to let the customer (me) know about the issues. They are terrible to interact with as they have not kept to their word.

My husband thought he would surprise me by getting this throw to help with my anxiety. I was in Texas at the time so though he was doing a good thing by supporting a local business, was a big mistake. The quality of the throw was terrible so I contacted the company for a return, they were slow in responding but I did get the return code and shipped it back to them within the time frame that was stated in the return policy. Almost 2 months later, I have not received a refund and they do not answer phone calls or emails. Do not make the mistake that my husband made.

My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

I ordered a weighted blanket through Mosaic Weighted Blankets based on suggested weight but was too heavy and causing pain. I ordered through them on the basis they said you had 30 days to return items. I attempted to call/email customer service multiple times to get a return label but couldn't reach anyone and finally, because there is a 30 day limit to returns and I knew it would take time to get back to them, I paid out of pocket for an expensive way to mail it back to them but get a return receipt. So I know they received it within the 30 day limit. The blanket was in perfect condition and essentially never used and in original packaging, all as requested. They claim they do refunds in two weeks on their website but several weeks later no refund and again no response to call/email. I am out a lot of money and feels like they are not an honest company.

$129 on sale and good quality. I can find a same size and weight of blanket for $50 Made in China in Amazon but feel better to get one that’s Made in USA. SOOO TIRED OF “MADE IN CHINA” product!!

I initially reached out to their customer service to help narrow down which blanket to buy. They recommended the weighted comforter with the minky cover and gave me a link, I noticed that the item they sent me had no description of the minky cover and asked about it but they said no that's the correct one. Two weeks later my blanket arrives (the wrong blanket as I suspected) and after reaching out for over a week I finally got the return label for this one and did a separate order for the correct blanket (which arrived another two weeks later despite my please to processionals it quickly as I was led astray by their customer service during my initial order). I've now been trying to get a refund for the initial order I made OVER A MONTH AGO and have had no response from their customer service team. Additionally I have gotten and replied STOP to THREE different numbers texting me links and coupons to their store, which I never signed up for. Love that it is made in the US and the blanket is nice (beads are a bit loud rolling around inside), but working in customer service myself I'm very disappointed with their lack of response and additionally their lack of securing my data/ opt out preferences.

I ordered a Mosaic blanket. My card was charged before it was shipped. I call and reminded them to ship my blanket. The blanket was not what I thought. I jumped through Mosaic's hoops to return the blanket. They recieved it. I had to contact them twice to credit my $. The blanket was just too small. Otherwise their product was acceptable. The customer service was a goose chase. My review on the Mosaic website was immediately removed. That is why there are all 5 star reviews on their site.

The pedicure was ok. Disappointed the nail varnish I chose was dried up so had to chose another. Also I was left with with my feet drying in the machine and no one returned to check on me. Once the machine switched off I put it aside popped my flats on and went to the reception to pay. Won’t be back again.

Had a massage and it was the most relaxed i'd ever been. The beauticians were kind and respectful and made sure I was truly comfortable. I felt like jelly after (in a good way). The place was clean and everything was set out so neatly. The woman that runs the salon was exceptionally good at communicating with me and other clients, building that sense of trust. This lab in the UK is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the very best. The service provided is exceptional, especially considering the reasonable price for a same-day service. It is conveniently situated in a great location with easy access. It saddens me to witness a few individuals tarnishing the lab's reputation due to their ignorance. Personally, I would rate this lab with the highest score in every aspect. Also, I would like to express my gratitude to the gentleman, who had a beard and blue eyes (although his name slipped my mind). He provided invaluable assistance with my genetic report when my GP's support fell short.

I went for a quick blood test and got the worst influenza I’ve ever had! They don’t tell you that they use the same poorly ventilated space for respiratory virus testing as well as blood tests. Two of three of the staff were unmasked. I know I got influenza there because I became sick within 45 minutes of leaving the appointment ! I had an appalling experience with this badly run clinic and it tells you everything you need to know about their customer service that instead of apologising, they have made every attempt to have this review taken down that they can try. Avoid at all costs!

On the 31st of January, I went to Marylebone Lab for a Full Blood Count because I needed the result the same day. I found the place extraordinarily professional, and they welcome me with a big smiles. During the procedure, the girl, which, unfortunately, I don't remember the name, asked me if I was feeling ok and comfortable. The process takes 10 mins. The place is immaculate, and the people are amazing. I highly recommend it.

We have use Marylebone Lab 3 times this year for a "fit to fly" Covid-19 Antigen Test. Results are returned within 30 minutes. Test Clinic is very central and 2 minutes to Marlebone Station. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

Before coming here I was sooo nervous, had a lot of questions and concerns. Thanks to Arina, who was in touch with me and always answering my questions immediately, I decided to come and it was the best decision I could ever make. I had 6 implants done on the upper jaw and they made temporary teeths which are just perfect. Everyone thinks this is the final result lol. There was no pain at all, I’m so happy with the service they provide and can’t wait for the final result.

A very good clinic with caring and attentive staff also VIP transfer drivers. I had a breast lift with implants. After the surgery, multiple nursse came by every hours to check if everything was okay, and meals were served about 4–5 times after the operation. I had Kadri Ila as my surgeon. Im happy with him. However, the aftercare vanity clinic provides is so bad! I had done my rhinoplasty 3 months ago and not once did they check up on me. Their response will take forever. They dont whats going on. Also from the beginning from giving my date/time to the operation till now. If anything had gone wrong I wouldnt be able to have proper aftercare. Dont choose this clinic. My friend had a similar experience. Also this is not critic to the docter! They told me i would have check ups in 1,3,6,12 months and guess if thay ever happened :)

I came to vanity in 2023 for primary procedure, unfortunately I needed to have a revision rhinoplasty to get the desired result, I was very worried from things I’d read or heard about surgeons not offering to do this procedure again or the clinic being responsive to my request , but I was so pleasantly surprised about how this revision was managed , both the doctor and my patient coordinator Irem were really responsive. My concerns about the nose and how it had healed last time were validated and the suggestion for how to fix was exactly what I’d hoped would be offered. from the day I had my video consultation and the revision was agreed Irem stated in touched with me to arrange. She was so kind and always made me feel important even though she must be responsible for so many people. She was also funny which helped put me at ease and trust she would make this happen for me. In the weeks before the procedure I was so scared they would dissapear but every time I reached out with questions big or small they were answered quickly, building up my confidence in this operation. I was more nervous this time as a revision surgery is more complex, but Dr Alper has made a really positive change to my nose and I can already see changes that I like. I felt listened to by him, and accept sometime a primary procedures results may vary from person to person. He also answered my questions on control day and was very gentle with my sore nose !! In the hospital, on the day of the operation things moved so efficiently , which was good because I was very nervous and it was over so quickly. All the nurses were very kind and I felt safer than in a UK hospital . Thankyou vanity :-)

On 10/25/2023 I had the worst experience of my life which in addition to causing me physical damage, it caused me a lot of psychological damage. I had a rhinoplasty operation with Kadri Illa, an incompetent. From the first moment I realized that the operation had been done badly, wrong but they assured me that within a year everything would be resolved, which is absolutely not true but mostly they are just liars who once they have collected the money do not follow the patient. I have also heard many testimonies of people who have been ruined by this clinic. be careful do not go to this clinic as long as the reviews are not true.

I came to vanity to get a bbl. My surgeon was Dr Mertz and my personal coordinator was Berlin. The whole experience has been amazing and my results are exactly what I wanted I am very happy with vanity.

This review is a warning to anyone considering a hair transplant at this so-called clinic "Bizrahmed" – it's a scam. I’m writing this 10 months after my operation to share my experience. The doctor only saw me for about 5 minutes, during which he hastily drew a poorly planned hairline. After that, I was handed over to a bunch of nurses who performed the entire operation. At the end, the doctor meet with me briefly to give me a few basic instructions. (He's wasn't at operation room during the op). They'll try to push you towards overpriced PRP treatment with a rude lady whose attitude is as unpleasant as the price. Thankfully, I refused and had it done later back in Riyadh. As for follow-up care? It’s up to YOU to keep in contact – they won’t guide you or check in after the procedure. Now, the results: - Hairline? What hairline? - Hair density? Nonexistent. My family and friends were shocked by the results, even asking, "That’s it?" The "clinic" claim to offer a 12-month warranty – for me, not in a million years. You won’t lay a finger on my hair again! I’m happy to share that I’ve since had a corrective operation here in Riyadh, and even my initial results are waaaaaay better than what I had in the past 10 months. They didn’t even take the necessary number of grafts, clearly wanting me to come back for another operation. BE CAREFUL, Y'ALL! Don’t get scammed like I did. Do your research and avoid this place at all costs!

You’re not welcome in this clinic unless you are a certain nationality. The doctor takes the liberty to pass you on to someone else. I have NOT requested a free service I refused to be seen by who ever decided to take over. I was definitely not your target customer. I was obviously overlooked by your staff and moved around 3 different waiting areas in 45 min. Also seems like I am NOT the only customer that was not treated in the same manner as your target clientele. Other reviews show it here on TRUST PILOT. Blackmail? I never asked for a FREE service I refused to HAVE and pay for a service since the doctor passed me on to someone else. I had the service done in another clinic that treats ALL its customers in the same manner.

WAITING TIME 👎 March 07 I had my appointment for underarm laser, I waited in the reception for 45min.and they didn't tell what's the cause of delay. I just passed this incident. April 08 My 2nd session (5PM), there was a delay from a patient before me, so I waited 15min.to be assisted. I know that my laser will only cost them 15min.or less.. Around 5:30pm my treatment started, But there was one patient after me who has an appointment @5:30PM and was rushing. So they decided to rush my treatment and they let me wait outside for another 15min.just for putting ointment in my underarm and check my skin. This is not a fair and proper treatment given to me. My laser treatment was good anyway. But I hope the next time they will give fair treatment to all patient regardless of nationality, Arab or not.

I was diagnosed with grade 3-4 Breast and Lymph node Cancer in 2016. I had 21 Lymph nodes removed and a large tumour from my right breast. I received radiotherapy but refused Chemotherapy as I was so weak. Ordered item in good faith. Just seemed like that it was inconvenient for the courier to deliver the item, so made up excuses that we refused to accecpt delivery (there was no attempt to deliver it) Dulwich Health, did not seem to give a damn, very poor responses, with such a bad attitude. Update: After pushing for more information several times, I was told that I had an incomplete transaction, for some reason. The amount charged to my card was reversed. I made a contact lense purchase and did not receive a receipt. Customer service says there is no purchase made with my email. I tell them that the purchase is pending in my account. They claim they have no other way to look up a purchase other than using my email. So now I get to spend time disputing the transaction.

The audiologist who gave me my hearing test explained things simply and clearly. Gave me hearing aids and demonstrated the difference with and without them he also showed me my test results on a graph. The cost of hearing aids with Pride hearing seem to be very reasonable.

I booked in for an appointment and it was cancelled just a few hours before with no explanation at all. The worst part was I had 4 phone calls 6 text messages one at 3am that woke me up! And 6 emails to remind me of my appointment, you don’t mind being reminded but this was a massive over kill especially the 4 calls all while I was at work! Very disappointed and I would not recommend on the above I can’t comment on the treatment.

Dreadful product. Before being able to take a sample this company asks for a huge amount of personal data. They say it's necessary to give a picture of your health but it's clearly for their benefit not yours. When I had to register that my kit had arrived the website link repeatedly crashes. I am left with two kits that are useless. (You can't use them if you don't register them.) But of course there is no helpline or email supplied. So tgey have my money and I can't use their product. It feels like a scam. I'll be going elsewhere in future

Instructions provided were for lancets different from the lancets in the actual kit. When I requested replacements, they wouldn't send them and required an inordinate amount of follow-up information. Refused to fix their mistake without making me jump through many hoops.

I returned my test over a month ago. They said test results should be available in 2-5 business days. I still do not have results. I opened a ticket online and was told they dont cover that issue and I need to call in. I called in they said it could take up to 20 business days (which the site does not state) which it has been and still no results. My insurance covered the test so I am not looking for a refund, Im just looking to get my test processed and the results back. The company should set expectations initially rather than stating 2-5 business days when it cannot meet that date

Terrible service. Upcharges to be treated if positive with something. Have to make separate appointments. They call and tell you your results then say they can only treat you if you pay 50.00 for another appointment.

I went to Turkey alone in April 2024 to have gastric sleeve surgery in Medistanbul, and everything went wrong from the moment I arrived. My first language is not English, so I asked the Oneclick Health Group agency through which I acquired the service for an interpreter who spoke Spanish and they told me that they didn't have one available, so they gave me an English interpreter who barely knew how to say "hello", which was a shame, he didn't even have basic English. Then they make you sign several consent documents and they were all in Turkish, not even in English, I had to use Google Lens to see what I was signing and to top it off they rushed you to read them all, none of them asked for an emergency contact in case something happened to you. Then the nurses, all unpleasant, none of them spoke English, they didn't wear gloves for the procedures and many times they didn't even pay attention to you, Dr. Mustafa Sıtkı Yüksel didn't speak English either and he only came to see me twice after the surgery without explaining anything about my condition, it was a torment. After the surgery, which went badly by the way, the pain and discomfort I felt was "normal" for the doctor and nurses and it was because I had a leak in my stomach (risk of the surgery) that they only detected at my insistence. Then I had another operation to "fix the leak" and because of that, I had to stay 2 more nights for which I had to pay (almost 500eur) to be allowed to leave the hospital. I never felt well after either procedure. I returned to my country with the medical clearance from them and the pain and discomfort continued for the next 3 days. I went to see my GP and it turned out that the leak was never fixed and I was already suffering from a generalised infection on the verge of sepsis. I was hospitalised for 5 weeks to treat the infection and have another operation to close the leak. The service I purchased included a year of follow-up with a nutritionist. They only gave me one consultation and once they found out I was hospitalised they never contacted me again. I must be grateful that I am alive today. I recommend that you never go to that hospital and never hire services from this agency, they only care about money.
