Have used these for over a year now and have had only 3 of them fail which is a fantastic improvement over the diapers I was using. I highly recommend this product. Probably easier to install if you are circumcised but still worth the effort compared to diapers.

8 year review of Men's Liberty.

I have used your product for 8+ years. I rate my incontinence problem as "severe". Everywhere I went I had to take along washcloths, extra pair of pants, and a very thick pad. Even with these items I was miserable, uncomfortable, and I withdrew from activities that required any sitting or exercise. Imagine a 250 lb man having to clean himself up and changing cloths in a aircraft bathroom? I will say that there is a definite learning curve in learning how to put on your product. But, the end result is phenomenal. I could not sit through a movie, fly in a plane, and socialize with groups without the the frustration of incontinence. Your catheter was the answer to my problem. I cannot recommend highly enough to those needing it. It was certainly the answer to a prayer.

Avoid at all costs!

The worst decision I ever made was to order this product. When I saw that it involved clamps, I was turned off immediately, and tried to return the product, which was totally undisturbed, and the company refused to do so. But the worst part of all this for me is the literal torrent of daily phone calls from other supposed Medical equipment suppliers (who were obviously given/sold my contact information for their mailing/calling list right after I ordered this product) and are wanting to charge my Medicare. Foreign accents, fake numbers from boiler room fraudsters, and up to eight calls a day, thereby disturbing my peace of mind and quality of life.

Have used this product for many years. Have found ways to make it work well, The new design that came out a while ago is not as good as the original and is cheaper to produce. Because it has a FAKE AIR INLET VALVE urine is always in contact with the skin.I can't overcome this problem. Such a shame a great device has taken a backward step due I think to manufacturing costs

My dad has used the product for 5…

My dad has used the product for 5 weeks. Only two times did the product work for 24 hours. He has used two or more most days due to leakage or they fall off. One day the plug on the small bag was stuck inside the big catheter. It broke off. I was the one who recommended the product and now fell awful. My parents constantly argue over this. Terrible product.

I echo the other 5 star product performance reviews. It took me awhile to get adapted, but it has made my life so much better!!! I have had one very bad part that I would give the lowest possible rating, and that is the distributor ML turned me over to. I am going to initiate all future reorders directly through Men's Liberty's webpage reorder form, and NOT through any distributor. Reordering through the distributor ML turned me over to has been impossible - look at some TrustPilot reviews of ML's listed distributors! I checked out via such unbiased review services, checking distributors of ML, starting with those listed on the ML website. One's website is gone, one gets horrible reviews, one's review page is discontinued because of its negative status. I have ALWAYS been pleased when dealing directly with Men's Liberty!

Occasional leaks, penis head raised, notch in tape?

I have used this product for about a month. It appears to work reasonably well. 1. I do have occasional leaks which makes it somewhat untrustworthy for me. 2. It also raises the tip of my penis like a welt or blister, which suggests that the escape valve may not be large enough(?). 3. When I use the toilet, I find I have to push to release urine. Should the opening be larger? 4. I sometimes have leakage through the notch on the tape. What is the notch for? I find if I put the notch on top of my penis, I leak less often. I would prefer tape with no notch and a little wider for better coverage. 5. Some of the application prep pads are dried out when I open them. That leaves me with no prep pad unless I take it from an unused product. In sum, this appears to be a decent product that needs some improvement. For the moment it works better than pads or pullups for me and is less limiting than normal condom catheters and leg bags. I would be happy for guidance about how to address my issues.

Nous les avons déballées puis installées et avons noté que la vitrine était défectueuse : le coulissant ne coulisse pas ! Immédiatement, nous avons demandé une prise en charge auprès de ProCold. Malheureusement, ils refusent et ne veulent rien entendre. La raison invoquée est que le devis initial ne prévoyait pas la main d’œuvre, bien que la garantie pièces soit d’un an. Ce qui est très contrariant, c’est que lors de l’achat, le discours de vente de PATRICE GROSS nous avait rassurés. Nous avions signé en toute confiance sans que le produit nous soit présenté, et sans nous rendre compte que la garantie avait été dégradée. Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications, Mr GROSS nous a expliqué que la remise commerciale dont nous avions bénéficié avait entraîné la suppression de la prise en charge de la main d’œuvre ! Nous ne voyons pas le lien entre un geste commercial et une garantie... C'est bien entendu totalement illégal et le tout sera régularisé par la voie légale. Mais quelle perte de temps inutile... Nous sommes franchisés d'une chaine de 300 points de vente et comprenons à présent pourquoi ce fournisseur a été blacklisté par notre centrale... ***************************** Réponse au fournisseur Monsieur Grosse, il existe des dispositions légales et vous ne pouvez pas vous extraire de vos obligations sur du matériel neuf livré endommagé et inutilisable. Vous avez enfreint à minima 2 textes de loi dont vous prendrez connaissance dans la mise en demeure qui vous est adressée. Je n'ai aucun doute sur le fait que le sujet sera résolu dans la mesure ou nous irons jusqu'au bout de la démarche. A ce moment là, selon le déroulé, nous supprimerons cet avis. En attendant, nous restons très mécontents de votre approche du commerce. Votre image chez Ange n'est pas bonne et vous le savez car vous n'en êtes pas à votre premier coup d'essai et c'est la raison pour laquelle Ange a rompu ses accords avec vous il y a quelques mois.

The generic BREO product we ordered was not the same as the branded BREO. It was made in India. Our Pulmonary doctor thought we could try it. My wife's condition deteriorated within 7 days of starting to use this product and she is back to using the branded BREO (quite expensive). We're disappointed this generic didn't work out and we wasted $165 trying to save money. The above is a review of the product we purchased. Silk Pharmacy’s service was good but we think they need to have feedback on customer experiences with the products they sell.

Silk Pharmacy saved me hundreds of dollars when I reached the medicare "donut hole" last year. Like many of us, I received the COVIC "vaccine" when it first ecame available. Within a year following the second vaccine, I found myself in the hospital with Artrilfibulation (heart not pumping properly). The cost of Eliquis 5mg costs about $500 for a 3 month supply. Be sure that the person you are speaking to has communication skills.

The person that I spoke to, I believe that his name was Nash, was not too fluent in English. He speaks English very well but, he has trouble writing in English. I tried several times to give him my address many times and I don't think that he ever got my address right. I got another company to handle my meds. for now and at the end of the year, to avoid the deductibles and co-pays, I will try your company again. Thank you.

Good price for the item. Website is easy to use. Communication via email is good but I could not connect by telephone. "No credit card" policy is acceptable since you can pay by scanned check. Took a while for the prescription to arrive but that too is acceptable if you plan ahead.

Product leaked during shipping

I ordered two gallons of isopropyl alcohol. I was satisfied with the price per gallon and appreciative of the free shipping (bought two gallons instead of one to meet the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping). I received an order confirmation email shortly after placing my order but did not receive an email that my order had been shipped. After about a week I emailed to ask about the status of my order. I received a very pleasant reply explaining that them items I had ordered were on back order but were expected in soon, along with an apology for the delay. Once shipped, I did receive a shipping confirmation email which included tracking information for the package. Several days (4?) later, my order was delivered. Although the bottles were well-packed with bubble wrap, the box was wet. Upon opening, my husband (I was at work) found that one of the bottles had leaked (although the foil safety seal was on the opening, it wasn’t sealed completely) and cap was loose. Since each bottle was in a sealed plastic bag, there was alcohol in the bag with the leaking gallon. My husband took out the leaking bottle and cut a hole in bottom of the plastic bag to put the alcohol back into the bottle. But the bag holding the leaky bottle had a small hole in it... hence the wet box. I took a photo to show how much alcohol we got in the leaky bottle after all was said and done but cannot see how to attach it to this review. Approximately two cups of alcohol had been lost. Perhaps shipping tape over the cap might help prevent (or at least lessen) such leakage in future shipments? I would have liked to have given five stars but with two separate issues, I did not feel it was warranted.

I did not give Ilajak a 5-star rating because they have a few small areas to shore-up but overall, they provided an outstanding service that I highly recommend. I’m unsure of the criticism that was leveled by a previous reviewer, but what they have posted is absolutely not what I experienced. I traveled from the US to Istanbul for a gastric sleeve revision. I had a gastric sleeve surgery performed in my home country 10 years ago and due to a number of complications, the sleeve failed. I contacted Ilajak, noting the urgency of my situation, and was scheduled to have surgery within 2-weeks. I was already on a liquid diet so that made it possible to be scheduled on such short notice. I met with my surgeon, Dr Kanaan (sp), for evaluation and after a thorough examination, he recommended that I opt for a transit loop partition surgery instead of a gastric sleeve revision. Many doctors have simply performed the standard surgeries used in weight loss clinics, but this special surgery was recommended to produce the most optimal results. Everything was tailored specifically for me and after my questioning, I felt comfortable with his recommendations. My surgery was scheduled for the very next day and everything went well and I was not in any significant pain. I had a private hospital room that was well equipped. Meals were bought on schedule even though I was prohibited from eating for the first 48 hours. The nursing staff was stellar. The nurses really made me comfortable and were always available if I needed their assistance. My resistance to issuing the 5th star above is something that I discussed with the Ilajak team and so posting it here will not be a surprise. My only complaint was the lack of an itinerary. It would be nice to know what the schedule is for each day leading up to the surgery and what to expect. I was given notification by WhatsApp usually the night before an event to be ready for pickup at the hotel lobby at a certain time. It would be better if there were a printed schedule of what to expect each day, understanding that there may need to be some flexibility in the appointment times. Secondly, if an appointment is scheduled for 10AM, then the team needs to make sure that we are on time for the appointment. Oftentimes, we were told to be ready to go at 10AM but the driver would not show up until 10:15 or 10:30. Getting to the hospital and waiting for an hour since you were late, is not a good feeling and so I am with-holding that 5th star to give them something to work on. They can be much more organized with their scheduling and time management. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. I had a wonderful team to work with. I did not get the feeling that they were about money. While that may be different for others, I did not get that feeling. Some services are more expensive than others but cheaper isn’t always better. I can assure you that for the money, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of services that I received. I will be going back to Turkey to follow up with the Ilajak team not because I have to, but because I want to. I want them to see the progress I’ve made and hopefully help reassure others that this is an excellent group to work with. I highly recommend.

Andrew was amazing when he came out, no question was too silly and he was so knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was recommending and why it would/could be better. He helped me go over my options and we came up with my chair specs together. Once the office had my order (and I remembered to add a belt!) and my deposit, off the order went to the manufacturer. Who managed to fluff up twice. First they sent the wrong chair, then the right chair with no back. Disappointed didn't cover it, but after Anna passed me on to Karen, she assured me she was chasing them and we were going to get it sorted, and Karen definitely got it sorted. It was a few months late, not due to Recare, but my chair arrived (thank you Andrew!) and it's perfect. I'm super happy with my chair, I couldn't have done it without Andrews knowledge and Karen chasing the manufacturer for me. Definitely worth the wait, even if I was beyond frustrated at points. I've been using Nextday contacts for over a year now - I've had only positive experiences so long as I am VERY careful about ordering way before the cut off time. The only time it was ever delayed was when UPS stopped delivering due to weather conditions in my area. Their prices are a bit high but ever since I realized that after I accounted for all the "processing fees" from other websites that I was paying the same amount of money, I just started using this company each time. My only complaint is that I wish they'd use PayPal for their payment processing instead of having to give them my credit card number each and every time.

Honestly shared with her extreme traumas I have been through, and explained to her that I am and have been in recovery for over 3 years now. She repeatedly told me over and over that I was in fact, not in recovery because I have been medically prescribed THC & CBD products for my PTSD. I am in recovery, and I've been beating crack/cocaine and painkiller addictions for over 3 years- how dare a provider belittle the journey I've been on. The worst, was probably when she told me she understood my addiction to crack and being in recovery- she has no idea. No empathy, no respect, a terrible appointment and I will never use these services again. Addicts are humans too.

It is the worst scam on earth. I made an appt and tried to cancel but there is no way to call anyone to actually contact a representative. I made the appointment and canceled 10 minutes later and they charged me 200 dollars for a cancellation fee. Even though they wouldn’t answer the phone. The woman who started the company is not qualified at all to prescribe the full spectrum of meds that deal with certain psychiatric conditions and has prescriber limitations due to the dea cracking down on Telehealth prescribers taking advantage of the relaxed rules during COVID. I use this visit for my six year old grandson at times it is hard to get him to go into the office. The visit was at home and he did participate in the visit. I have called different towns looking for a psychologist for my grandson. The wait is six months out. I think this is a very valuable tool for people that need help now not later.

YOU WILL BE JUDGED BEFORE YOU EVEN MEET THE DOCTOR. I made an appointment trying to get my Alazapram prescription renewed due to severe panic attacks that I've had since I was 21. My primary care doctor does not prescribe benzos to anyone, but is fully aware of my need for them and recommended I seek the aid of a mental health professional. I was also advised to go into detail as to why I'm asking for a specific drug, what other drugs I had tried that weren't successful, and to go into the background on my medication history, as there is a prescription for suboxone last filled in January (8 months ago) that would alarm a provider WITHOUT CONTEXT, however once discussed with the provider there would certainly be no issue, as I was not prescribed the medicine for an addiction or drug abuse, and was not made aware of how hard the drug was going to be to stop, and all of this is WELL documented and easily proven. I AM NOT A DRUG ABUSER, i am a grown man, almost 40 years old, who owns his own home with a wife and 2 year old daughter, and have worked for the same company for 7 straight years. This Doctor decided to determine I was not worthy of her time before she even spoke to me at all. Again, I must repeat, I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR. I knew that because it being a controlled substance request right off the bat it would throw up some red flags, but I'm in the middle of a anxiety attack and I shouldn't have to lie or beat around the bush with the person who is supposed to help me, and I also expected to have a conversation about my issues and history, so I was not concerned because I knew I had no reason to be. BOY, WAS I WRONG. I wrote a written request to the doctor with my appointment request letting her know the what and why, explaining that i was looking to be prescribed a controlled substance that I had been prescribed before, the reason i was requesting it, and what i had already tried that didn't work, just as another medical professional advised would be best. My appointment was at 1:30pm, in the middle of my work day, so when I had trouble deciding whether or not to take off for the day, the email I received sealed my decision. That email stated, exactly "We received your request, and yes, we CAN help". At 1:30pm, I was advised to join the video conference, but could not make it to the actual meeting until I processed the payment they were requesting. The EXACT SECOND I submitted the payment, I received a message from the doctor, Pascale Kidane, PNP, and it said I cannot prescribe you any medication, I don't have any referrals for you, your card won't be charged. BOOM, she canceled the appointment I just PAID for with no reason. When I asked her if I could kindly ask why, she said " your medication history". At this point I knew she was calling me a drug addict, and I REPEATEDLY requested this doctor to PLEASE TALK TO ME. She then got pretty rude, and doubled down on me being a drug addict by saying there was suspicious stuff even recently, which made no sense and is a flat out lie, and unsurprisingly she refused to elaborate. She then tried to tell me no doctor/patient relationship had been formed, even though she charged me the fee, was communicating with me over text about my medical history, and knew enough about me to call me a drug addict, so i would been to differ there. I was so mad and upset at this point i started having an anxiety attack, and this whole thing ended with me in tears in my wife's arms wondering how a medical health professional could treat a patient in distress line this. I tried to send a few more messages to explain, and contacted the marketing girl who sent out some of the emails to me, who promised me the provider was going to contact me, said she spoke to her herself and that she would call soon. That never happened, not yet anyways. I decided this treatment was unacceptable from anyone, especially a MENTAL HEALTH DOCTOR TALKING TO SOMEONE IN AN ANXIETY CRISIS, and this is just my first stop in my crusade to inform people about this particular provider. I also plan on filling a complaint with the BBB, the Virginia Department of Health, and will be posting this review on any website that contains the keywords Pascale Kidane, PNP or virtualpsychiatriccare.com.

Hello Paul, Thanks for your reply as it’s very important that any disputes are settled amicably. If you look at the invoice it doesn’t have an invoice number so it can’t be uniquely identified when your auditors pop round. The receipt has a unique number but it does not correspond with any invoices from your practice. You have just provided me with an invoice (without a number) so I’m baffled as to how you’ve managed to generate a receipt without an official invoice that can be uniquely identified with a number. I’m quite confident that your auditors and accountants won’t be happy with your practice ‘cooking up’ the books. Whatever happened to integrity, professionalism and accountability at every level of the dental profession. Trust between dentist and patient is earned, but your practice has failed to earn my trust !

Amazing dental treatment. I just can't believe what has been achieved over a series of dental treatments. The last was the fitting of an 'emax onlay' (crown) to a very damaged and quite awful tooth. The result is perfect, it's like I have my tooth backI Can't tell the difference between that and others- colour size and fit is perfect. So very pleased with the result. Sunny the dentist is just lovely and sooo very good at what he does. Not cheap, but then the amount of work, specialism and care, and the end result is well worth it. I'm very happy. They told me that I could pay out of pocket till my insurance kicked in and once my insurance kicked in I would get my money back. 6 years later I have not received the dime. I spoke with the representatives at Watershed for countless hours and my insurance company. So I say watershed is only there to bleed you out of all your money and Molina Healthcare of Texas is right up there with them. If I could give them zero stars on this review I would. On top of that their treatment is ridiculous they let people leave and go out and get high and then come back as long as they are back at a certain time they consider it okay. My son was in detox for meth in the Texas location. The Therapist Susan was very unprofessional and uncaring to him. She lied to me regarding his discharge process and about him talking to someone for a plan of after care before he left. Nobody EVER answers phone or returns calls no matter how many times you call and beg them on voicemail. I paid thousands out of pocket for this detox and as soon as they found out I couldn’t afford to pay for him to stay longer than 10 days it was like they were finished with us. My son says some of the staff talk down to you and even say they can’t wait for some of the patients to be gone. I’m very unhappy and angry right now. The only thing they did do is keep him there long enough to get him over the initial effects of not using meth.

Don’t sign up to this money grabber scammers, I realised the after I signed the contracts, which I was pushed in too, by first telling me how good this will help, for this event I am going to near the end of the year, I would feel so good and with lots of weight gone, told me how good I feel when my grand kids see me and I can sit down on the floor with them, she made it sound so good and all the support I would get, lots of nice people in the support room, well that is FB😳 well the, the private custom person, or the dietitian, well the dietitian appointment been and gone, which was a no show, supposed to download an app for exercise, that cost extra money after the nearly $5000 they charge one would think that is included. All my thought in the morning at the 2nd day, and will force to get out of this money grabbing scammers, in Australia which they claim they are, interesting they main address is in the USA, and all the fast talking they do and make it all sugar coated, they are from the USA, well in Australia has a 3 day cooling off period, if they will not comply, ACCC, ombudsman and the media, I am a pensioner and this kind of money is way over my head and will create hardship for me, I was coned into this on my part I should have been more vigilant, it sounded nice for the moment, the realisation hit overnight. All they offer is available online, besides the cardiologist, where I live they are none I got to travel a long way to see one. The rest nope it’s not worth it, WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Off to a great start!

Hi fellow Healthies I'm 2 weeks into the program and thought I'd share my thoughts and experiences so far... Since completing Jumpstart, which I found truly inspiring, I've been working on modifying my eating habits (eg, regulating portion size, reducing snacking between meals, drinking more water etc), dealing with that nasty little gremlin that sits on my shoulder called Negative Self Talk, and keeping up my exercise regime (despite a shoulder injury). Well, it's all working, because I've already lost 3.8kg! WOO HOO!!

I found the 7 day kickstart program helpful!!

I found the 7 day kickstart program helped me learn about my triggers and how to contend with them. The videos every day helped me know the direction that I am heading and what it will look like. Meeting with Customer Success trainers got some questions out of the way and made me feel supported. For me, having the declaration which is on the last day, was scary but exciting! It made me realise that I'm actually doing this and I will get the results that I am after.

I can’t tell you how impressed I was with this company. I bought a wheelchair from them sometime last year. For whatever reason the button on the armrest popped out and I lost one of the components. I contacted them by email and I was very surprised that I had a response the same day. When I explained the issue and asked for spares they were happy to send them. I couldn’t believe I received the spares within 3 days! I will certainly recommend lightweight wheelchairs to anyone and I will be using them again. So thank you Richard

Another company taking money for products the don't have in stock then holding on to it. There should be a law against this sort of thing. After saying the couldn't supply for what would be over three weeks (bear in mind disability products are necessities) they promised money back - not received - and have failed to even acknowledge my emails. Avoid at all costs.

Happy Wife and a very relieved Husband.

Ordered a battery package for my wife's Mobility scooter and received conformation same day and received the battery pack about 5 days later. installed it and the way my wife went on a ride to the park to meet her girl friends for coffee. She's happy and I am very happy. God Bless.

I placed my order, received confirmation of order received. The next day I received an email saying good news, your order has shipped. Estimated delivery June 9. I stayed home on June 9 awaiting my delivery. Package didn't come by 4 so I called the company. I was told my order could not ship before June 20, despite them sending the email and tracking number. My credit card was charged for a product that did not ship. I was then promised a shipment would go out that night. I am watching the tracking number and there is no movement. My next step is to contact the BBB and the attorney general of my state. I will also be disputing the charge on my credit card.

Achat de vitamines car prix compétitif. Afin de bénéficier de la livraison gratuite, j'ai commandé une boite de lait pour bébé en plus. Dès validation de ma commande, j'ai reçu un email me signalant le remboursement des vitamines sans aucune explication. J'ai bien reçu la boite de lait mais en l'ouvrant, j'ai retrouvé des morceaux de plastique cassé provenant du mécanisme d'ouverture de la boite... Bref, site internet à déconseiller. C'était ma première et dernière commande. Je vais me tourner vers testachat afin de voir comment me faire rembourse le lait que j'ai du jeter.

En ce qui concerne les produits tout est parfait et bien informé en plus. Le seul problème si on peut appeler ça un problème c'est que les emballages sont bourrés de gros boudin de plastique et plus on en tire plus il y en a bien souvent pour des petites choses donc évidemment l'écologie on n'y pense pas l'affaire mettrait bien les prix sont très bien mais il faudrait revoir peut-être de revoir de l'emballage peut-être avec du carton fin enfin je ne sais pas mais trop c'est trop quoi on sait plus où le mettre à part ça les produits sont très bien merci.

Une commande à 73 francs qui se laisse désirer toujours après 13 jours, j'ai dû envoyer mails et appels, en menant enquête pour trouver des informations, on me répond après 13 jours que la commande est partie et qu'il y a eu rupture de stock du produit. Ce qui est tout simplement faux puisque j'ai pu continuer à observer le dit produit sur leur site internet, toujours bien présent à l'achat. Qui ment ? J'ai fini par recevoir un mail de suivi mais de chez health and life AG. A éviter à tout prix surtout pour des traitements important et/ou suivi !

Rude and unprofessional

My dentist, Mehdi, is terrific, and this review does not reflect him or the rest of the staff at Sorriso. Unfortunately, the practice principal, Uppal, is extremely rude and unprofessional. After I inquired if there were any savings to be had by grouping several fillings in the same area of my mouth into one appointment and being told that the price of fillings is fixed, I decided to book them separately. Uppal contacted me to convince me to combine them into one appointment, as it would take less time and require fewer injections. I explained that as the price was fixed, that didn't sit well with me and that I had to object to it in an admittedly petty way by booking multiple appointments. At no point was I rude or offensive. I made my point and confirmed that the three dates would work for me. Uppal followed this up with an email to state, "If you think discounts and budget dentistry are so important, and we are so profit driven that you are only wishing to seek treatment with us to be petty, then sadly we are not the practice for you", and she then cancelled my appointments, thus refusing me the treatment Mehdi had planned for me. Uppal's impulsive and unprofessional behaviour is a disappointing end to what has been an excellent service until now.

I was looking for a new dentist after mine retired. I have been blown away by Uppal's diligence and standard of care. The whole team are lovely and very professional. I was nervous about a complex procedure but Uppal is an expert (she lectures in implant surgery) and I needn't have worried. If you are looking for the very best standard of dental care then I think this is it.
