Dr bekir atik has great vision and is a warm respectful surgeon. I came to safe medical for a extended tummy tuck, muscle repair, mons lift and breast implants. My nurses Liva and alyana where very caring and respectful. I was very thankful for their support and care. I feel like I've made friends for life. Neslihan was wonderfully knowledgeable and warm ensuring she will be there for any issue from wifi issues to concerns about medication or pain. Dr Mehmet who assists Dr atik is a lovely and humorous man who is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr bekir is a genius yet humble man and despite issues with the after care medical hotel (which he was quick to try and repair) I have been left with positive memories and amazing results.

Dr. Celal Candirli botched my double jaw surgery. I wanted to correct a slight overbite, but his surgery left me with an open bite and facial assymetry. He performed the surgery poorly prepared. We met for a consultation at 6 pm and the next day at 9 am, there was the surgery. In fact, he operated on me on Nov 13 and on Nov 15 he decided to do a revision. The whole process resulted in injury. I now have difficulty speaking and eating. I have a constant pain in my right jaw. He disregarded all my concerns and blamed me for being an anxious patient. He is so arrogant and never took responsibility for his horrible surgery. I consulted with three maxillofacial surgeons,who said I need a revision surgery for both jaws. Avoid Dr Celal Candirli at all costs.

Professor Dr Bekir Atik and his team consisting of another very talented doctor Dr. Memet, his lovely assistant Neslihan and his very helpful and kind nurses Livanur and Kardelen are simply top league in terms of knowledge, implementation and follow-up on aesthetic issues and procedures. At the end of August I had a very long aesthetic combination surgery. My arms, legs and tummy were tightened because I had a lot skinsaging after I lost 50 kg of weight. When I was researching for clinics and asking around, some clinics turned me down, some doctors didn't want to do such a big surgery, recommended that I do this surgery step by step, or money was the issue. With Professor Dr. Bekir Atik wasn't like that. It took a short while before I got a clear yes or no after my request. But his decision was solid and well thought. Dr Bekir Atik is honest and has a lot of experience. He accomplishes in collaboration with Dr. Memet masterful performance on the human body. I was skeptical at first because Dr. Bekir seemed aloof but upon examination, his actions and skill spoke more than words. After a while I got warm with him. I trusted the skills of both doctors blindly. These two doctors are just over the top! Super professional and still honest and human. Treatments are not just a money issue. Neslihan is the chief nurse, the patient advisor and the all-rounder on this team. In addition to medical questions, she never left me alone for a second with any other questions. I can attest to the fact that I have both cried and laughed with her. Just a great and professional person. I can write to her at any time, even after the treatment, if I have any questions. The two nurses, Kardelen and Livanur, are made of sugar. They are patient, open, understanding and respond to all questions and requests. Very warm and professional. If anything is unclear, the team is very well connected. You won't be forgotten. And feedback comes quickly. The only criticism of the "Safe Medical Istanbul" concept is the aftercare of the procedures. Points such as raised seats for the restroom or possible lymphatic massages or massage rollers would be the bonus, THE EXTRA that would make this team and the concept perfect. After the surgery it was very difficult for me to use the bathroom because everything was sore and painful and the seat in the bathroom in the clinic was too low. The massages or massage rollers could also have worked against swelling. I was not in the hotel a few days after the operation. I preferred to stay at the Ersoy Clinic with the two nurses at my side. I would like to thank Professor Dr. Bekir Atik and his team. I can recommend this doctor and his team with the respective concept with a clear conscience at any time and aesthetic intervention.

I highly recommend Istanbul Safe Medical if you are considering eyelid correction. I flew to Instanbul for my procedure and was put at ease right from the start. The whole process was explained to me and all my questions were answered. On the day of my procedure, I was really nervous but once I got there the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was very quick to reply and let me know what Dr. Bekir can do and what to expect from the pictures I sent. Excellent English, like speaking with a native. Yusuf, my assigned driver was always on time and polite. He also spoke excellent English, which is nice as we were having conversations during the trips. Finally on the day of the procedure at Ersoy Hospital, I had my own private room and met Dr. Bekir for the first time. He asked me to describe what type of result I want and what he is going to do. My assigned nurse Kardelen helped me a lot before and after the procedure. Coming over from Dublin, Ireland, to a foreign country to receive cosmetic work was an issue as it is so hard to trust anyone with something so important, but I fully trust Dr. Bekir and his team. I am on the road to recovery from a Mommy makeover surgery. Istanbul Safe Medical have been fantastic, I’m so pleased I chose them. The whole team have been incredible, very professional, welcoming and most of all supportive. Excellent communication and advice given throughout. My new shape is even better than I could have imagined. During surgery I also needed a hernia repair and my stomach muscles had separated by 10cm which was repaired. Dr. Bekir and Istanbul safe medical is an excellent place to go and get what you need done. From the doctor to the staff, all around excellent and genuine care and professionalism. I went back to see Dr Bekir two years later for a follow up appointment, I was treated the same way I was when I first came to Istanbul for the procedure. The engineer was rather off hand, unfriendly. When ordering the stairlift, I was advised by the rep' that after the existing safety rails were removed,the hole left would be filled in and made good. I was therefore surprised when this was denied and the comment given "I am an engineer not a plasterer" I didn't expect a repaint but at least be polite. When the engineer left he hadn't even swept up the mess leaving plaster all over the staircase. He moaned about the traffic getting to me, the width of the staircase ("reps will tell you any thing to get a sale and commission") these type of remarks are unwelcome and unprofessional. Had it not been for the fact that he had already removed the rails I would have asked him to leave. I only hope I don't have to.call you for repair etc, because I would definitely refuse him entry. May I suggest you retrain your staff and point out that had I been frail/elderly I would have been very upset. I'm lucky although elderly(81), I have my marbles and wits about me so can deal with people such as he.

My daughter-in-law arranged this with her friend Debbie and I am some time in doing my own review so sorry. I am delighted with my stairlift as I would not be able to get upstairs with out it. Even though I have a narrow staircase with a small return at the top, the engineer sorted it efficiently. Well done Bradshaw Lifts.

Pros: good selection of products, fast shipping and easy shopping/checkout experience. Cons: Way overpriced. The things that I have purchased were marked up considerably and it's much less expensive to take your hsa card and purchase the items at the store. For instance, a 44ct pack of overnight training pants is $44.99 on the HSA site. Same brand, size, and count is $29.99 at Target, Walmart and other stores. Honestly feels like I'm wasting money using the funds in the HSA store -- you get a better bang for your buck by purchasing items elsewhere, at least for the items I buy.

I came across the HSA online store, looked extensively, then decided to try an order. I'm pregnant and was relying on the items. Once my order was placed I got a confirmation email. Everything said 5-7 business days to ship. I waited 7 days (checking my email and account), no emails ever sent and nothing changed on my account. I decided to use the chat to ask about it. I was told that my order was flagged for fraud and canceled. With every question, I kept getting "I know how disappointing it must be to have your order canceled". Finally I said, "that doesn't state why my order was flagged as fraud". The answer I got? To call. So I'm done with the site. Some people may have good experience, but that doesn't seem to go for me. Nor was it helpful trying to ask.

Or better yet... Order from a diffent store! Be very careful with this store. I purchased enough of a product to last about 2 years. Found out that these items expired after 4 months of receiving. When I realized, I contacted them. They refused to do anything for me because it was past their 30 day policy. In my opinion that is very dishonest. Clearly this store tries to sell items close to expiry and hope people do not notice.

Don’t bother with the “Perks” rewards program.. in order to actually redeem your points, you have to build them up to earn a reward… but the points expire after only 180 days/ 6 months.. what’s the point?? Why create a points savings program where you can’t actually SAVE up the points?? You would literally have to spend at least $350 and then purchase something else within 5 months just to save $10. If you are spending that much, that often, on this site, you don’t need to save $10. It’s just a scam to get you to spend more and not save any money.

I was told that in order to get my perks points for the $600 order I made this morning (not even 12 hours ago) I would need to return the box the HSA Store just shipped out (I got a tracking number this evening so the box is on its way), then create a loyalty perks account, reorder the same items, and have these items reshipped to me just to get my points! What a waste of resources & terrible customer service! This issue could & should have been fixed with a few clicks on a computer. Such a shame. :( I have screen shots of the conversation to verify this review.

I just bought a stethescope but I asked to return they gave me return number but Said they well review to approve return however they never issue return label. I emailed them and chatted with them few times and promise to email me return label but never done so. they keep lying. this the worst experience do not use them.

I purchased two pairs of bi-focals, one from a different website. I wore those while talking to these clowns about why it is taking so long to get my glasses. When they finally arrived the lens kept falling off. Worse part, I paid expedite fee for this. It is Dec 13, almost a month and no glasses. Buy elsewhere! But wait! There’s more! They repaired my glasses. And when I got them back, the other lens did same thing and was loose bouncing around in the case. So they checked the one that was defective but didn’t check the second one. Never again.

The team at PSTG have been friendly and helpful the whole way through. I certainly had my fears coming all the way from Australia alone and not speaking the language. It was not necessary as the lovely İlayda spoke perfect English and helped me with everything. The nursing staff at the hospital were so lovely and caring. My surgeon was great and I’m happy so far with my results. The only downside is my particular surgery takes such a long time to see the final results (rhinoplasty & fat transfer to cheeks) but so far 2 weeks out I’m happy. If I hadn’t have missed my flight there I would’ve liked to have had more time to meet with my surgeon to discuss possible results and maybe do a computerised photo of what to expect also the option to do Skype calls prior to booking surgery. Either way I had a great experience and I will be back!!

This was hands down the worst decision of my life. DO NOT go to these plastic surgeons if you care about your body, your health, or your sanity. I travelled all the way from Australia to Turkey for what was supposed to be a professional surgery, but this place is a NIGHTMARE. They cancelled my consultation right after I arrived, only bothering to see me on the actual day of surgery. The surgeon looked tired and completely unprepared, like I was an afterthought. They took double the original payment because it was the start of December and gave me results that are absolutely botched and horrifying. My breasts are now disgusting, with one nipple half the size of the other—and the belly button that has a hideous scar with barely any opening at all. These people have zero care for their patients and only see dollar signs. As soon as they had my money, I meant nothing to them. To make things worse, the hospital staff were shockingly unprofessional, leaving me in severe pain without giving my medications on time. They treated me with indifference and no compassion whatsoever. The surgeon apologised and had to fix his own mistakes because my stitches were too tight around my nipples because it cut off the blood flow throug my nipples. This team treats patients like objects to make money from, not people with real lives and real feelings. I went to fix my insecurities and left with more damage than I ever thought possible. DO NOT GO to this place at all costs unless you want to pay a fortune to be treated like garbage and walk away more scarred than when you arrived. I am scared for LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arranged telephone interview but wasn't called. Arranged 2nd telephone interview and for the 2nd time not called. They are advertising a job that is miles away from where the position actually is. Keep changing the wording on the advertisement and still not getting the job location right. Need to be a lot more professional and learn to read a map.

Hi! I went to turkey in August to do my teeth's Treatment with Angelic Esthetic and I really loved the results, is more perfect than I was thinking it will be! I'm very happy after 6 months. In December, I had a terrible experience with this clinic. At first, when I started talking to Ramy (a person who consults with people from Spain), I asked clearly: “Regarding health, how does it work? Before putting on the crowns, will you treat my teeth?” He said, “Yes, of course, the doctor will treat you before placing the crowns,” because I had some issues to fix. In the end, when I arrived at the clinic, the first thing I noticed is that it’s small, and you don’t speak directly with the doctors; you have a translator who translates for you. But you get the feeling that they are not being clear and it seems like they’re not really listening to you. When I mentioned this to Ramy, he replied, “Yes, several clients have told me the same thing, but the doctors simply do the work they have to do.” But that’s not how things should be. I paid 3,500 euros for the treatment, and later I found out that another patient from Ukraine paid 3,200 euros because his consultant gave him a discount. Does this mean there is no fixed price for everyone? While I was at the hotel, I spoke to Ramy quite loudly, saying, “So, after your treatment, I might have to go to doctors in Spain, or what?” He replied, “So you don’t trust us?” I said, “I do trust you; I came here based on a recommendation. I recently completed my dental treatment at angelic esthetic Istanbul. I would personally like to thank Abeera who from the initial contact kept the communication avenues open. In fact she was a great influence in my decision to do my dental treatment there. She was very reassuring.and answered my questions with as much information as she could. On both occasions my stay at the hotel was pleasant. It's proximity to the mall and the promenade are a bonus. The staff were all very polite and pleasant. I booked a mobile service appointment with Sparkling White smile (via email) and received a confirmation of my appointment through the Fresha app. On the day of my appointment no one arrived. I was provided with a mobile number (which is also on their website) but it is disconnected. The email that I booked the appointment through was also blocked when I tried to contact them regarding my appointment. Overall, quite disappointed as the website and the Instagram page looked legitimate.

I have bought a teeth whitening machine in March for $3000 still paying it off until next year, I havnt received any information about the product or the tracking apart from they “accidentally” sent it to a girl in Melbourne and will send me another one that was in June and I still havnt heard back then when I messaged to ask about it she asked “who is this” when it has our whole conversation at the top of the messages and I havnt heard back yet again

Worst online experience ever. Received an open box containing 2 tubes of Oral B whitening toothpaste? WHaaAt!? Have emailed them numerous times, posted under their Insta account - nothing back. I know a service is horrible when I feel the need to write an opinion to warn other people. I made an order with Mr BlancTeeth through their website. Shortly, I received an update saying the order was shipped on the 28th of May. 2 weeks passed and I tried to reach out to them. I emailed twice. I filled the contact form on the website. I messaged on FB twice. Commented on Instagram. I'm not in the UK, but I CALLED. No one picked up, I was on hold waiting for customer support for 1 min and a half and the call just ended saying there was no one there to take my call. It was 10 am on a business day, the lines open at 8 am. I finally decided to start making a negative review on their site on every item saying I didn't receive my order. They had 9 products at the time, I reviewed a total of 6 and was contacted via Facebook. So I'm going to say this is the ONLY way of getting their attention, otherwise, you'll be out of product AND Money. I even asked if they knew where the package was, they had no idea. How was I supposed to receive shipping updates if THE COMPANY doesn't even know where the package is? I have now been issued a refund for the order I never got, it's been a full month. I'm waiting for the refund to reach my account. Let's hope that happens.

Only TWO TABLETS out 30 were delivered!!!! The no hassle of having to chase up your medications and it being delivered at your doorstep on the day of the repeat prescription. My wife had a horrible experience w this Doctor Lu and her unprofessional staff .Here's her expereince Malou Amor From Day 1 this Dr Lu treats you like a number on an assembly line . She is impatient , super rude , dismissive and very unprofessional . Except for a few good assistant PT the rest of her support staff are horrible , a bunch of untrained kids , who are left on their own to manage patient exercises ( is this even legal ? are they even licensed ? ) and make up rules on their own . She relies on these kids to give us instructions unsupervised by any licensed Therapist. This is just to kill time . This doctor only wants to collect her money , When one tries to clarify w her all the conflicting rules , she s impatient and screams at her patients . Dr Lu is a typical . chinese authoritarian doctor who expects patients to just swallow all her and her staff's mistakes and does not want to be questioned when they are out of line .She lets kids run and manage the clinic . theyre not even licensed. horrible Doctor , horrible staff . This is a very ghetto place and very unprofessional . I would run away from this place There are much much better places to go to .

I am extremely happy with the quality of service and healing process with 360 Physical Therapy. Whether Dr. Raj is speaking with me or any other patient, his kindness, concern, bed side manner, sense of humor, explanation of what is doing on with your treated area and how he maps out the plan of the day is wonderful. I was in the lobby, since I arrived early, and I heard him talking with an elderly lady about her treatment plan. His kind tone, patience, and warmth in his voice as he spoke to her about her situation was incredible. He was so respectful and was mapping out what she needed to do with her other doctors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was heart warming. I first needed to go to Dr Raj for my right shoulder. Within a month of PT my shoulder was back to normal. Then I lifted something that was very light and tweaked it, so back to Dr. Raj. Withing 2 weeks it was fixed and I haven't had any issues since then. Then the right hip started acting up so started the process with Dr. Raj. It's been a few weeks and it is starting to feel better and the limp is almost gone. I still have work to do on my hip, but I know Dr. Raj will get me back to my normal hip health soon.

I went to 360pt for rehab after rotator cuff surgery followed immediately by rehab for a knee replacement. In total I spent 3 days a week for nearly 8 months there. And now after all that time, I can say that I feel great, my joints are functioning well, and I have been able to return to the gym. Dr Kumar is knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. His facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped. His commitment to excellence is obvious.

Grâce à la perfection de ce matériel, qui s'avère être très performant pour rééduquer en profondeur, j'ai une vie normal malgré mon handicap. Pour la rééducation du périnée, j'ai utilisé la sonde Perisize 4 pendant 10 ans depuis c'est avec la sonde Optima 3 pour les douleurs névralgiques, les fuites urinaires et pour renforcer le plancher pelvien. J'ai constaté un retour de la sensibilité à tout point de vue, un arrêt des fuites, une marche plus renforcer. Les sondes vendus dans le commerce n'ont pas les mêmes particularités et je ne pourrais pas y revenir comme à mes débuts. Je trouve dommage que ses différents matériels ne sont pas suffisamment connus.
