Essendo un servizio a pagamento dagli medici con abbonamenti vari tra basic a top ( Che trae nel inganno xche il medico essendo descritto come top fa pensare che sia migliore invece ha solamente sganciato un sacco di soldi per essere nella classifica top.) , lasciano scegliere i professionisti quale recensione pubblicare e quale nascondere, addirittura non lasciano cancellare recensione positiva in caso di problematiche dicendo che non è possibile e al massimo levano il volto ecc . Sito totalmente inutile e danoso. Consiglio affidarsi da professionisti verificati dagli amici parenti e fonti vere.

Ho pubblicato una richiesta di consulto e l’app non funziona. La bacheca risulta completamente bianca senza alcuna traccia di consulti pubblicati o risposte. Se provo a fare il login dal computer o dal browser del telefono non escono nemmeno le schermate dove poter inserire i dati. Vergogna, un servizio cosi scadente e mal funzionante non l’ho mai visto. Se offrite la possibilità di avere un consulto online dovete poter mettere le persone nelle condizioni di poter pubblicare il consulto e ricevere risposte. PESSIMI. Voglio una risposta o voglio che il mio consulto sia non solo pubblicato ma anche leggibile dall’App che fa letteralmente pena.

Mi hanno cancellato una recensione negativa. Non diffamatoria ma veritiera e corredata di foto, su un medico sponsorizzato con banner vari... è successo circa un paio d'anni fa. La data indicata è approssimativa perché mi scocciava andare indietro.

Buongiorno, stavo cercando un chirurgo, rusulto già iscritto con la mia mail ma non sono riuscito a reimpostare la password: nonostante abbia seguito tutti i criteri di numero di lettere, numeri, caratteri speciali mi da sempre password non corretta. Non capisco perchè, non credo di aver sbagliato nulla anche perchè ne ho reimpostate a decine di pass dimenticate. Ora non mi arriva neppure più la mail per il ripristino. After visiting Dr Marta, I believe she is a doctor to be feared!!!! I went to her for a Botox treatment after which after about 12 days my eyebrows and eyelids drooped so that I had difficulty opening my eyes especially in the evening. After a year at home when the lockdown finally ended I looked like I was crying every time I looked in the mirror, Dr Marta, instead of a few injections in my forehead (as previous doctors had done) did about 30, paralysing all the muscles in my upper face. I reported the case to the Portuguese Medical Association because I am running out of tears at what this lady did to my face.

Have been TTC for 16months, been on all the supplements etc and started fertility investigations. I came across the fertility cup and read the reviews, and thought well it’s worth a go as cheaper than treatments. On our first cycle using it, I have just got my first ever positive pregnancy test. It is much easier to use than some of the reviews are suggesting. And so much easier than if you have ever tried a moon cup, which I could never get to work. If you are TTC Just give it a go, honestly worth every penny!

Onze ervaring met de FERTI·LILY cup is helaas niet zoals gehoopt. We hebben het product vier maanden op rij gebruikt, maar zwanger worden is niet gelukt, ondanks dat we beiden medisch zijn gecontroleerd en alles in orde bleek te zijn. De cup is wel gemakkelijk in te brengen, wat een pluspunt is. Echter, we merkten dat er alsnog ''vloeistof'' langs lekte, wat mogelijk de effectiviteit beïnvloedt. Ik vraag me af of eerdere bevallingen invloed kunnen hebben op hoe goed de cup werkt, vanwege mogelijke veranderingen in de vorm van de baarmoedermond of vaginale opening. Hoewel de gebruiksvriendelijkheid goed is, heeft het product ons helaas niet het gewenste resultaat opgeleverd. Dat maakt het moeilijk om een hogere score te geven. Wellicht werkt het beter voor anderen, maar voor ons was het helaas geen succes.

Niet erg positief na het lezen van vele reviews. Maar omdat zwanger worden helaas niet lukte toch maar geprobeerd. De eerste 2 keer wat onwennig inbrengen. Zat denk ik ook niet goed want alles liep er weer uit. Maar de pogingen daarna gingen beter. Na de daad inbrengen, nog even 10 minuten met de benen omhoog, voor de zekerheid. Daarna nog een uurtje met de cup in gelopen. Merk je weinig van. Ongeveer 7x om de dag tijdens mn vruchtbare dagen gebruikt. Deze eerste poging met de cup was het meteen raak want ik heb een positieve zwangerschapstest.

Prima in gebruik, er lekt soms nog wel wat langs in het begin.. Gebruik het nu 3 maanden, ik ben er nog niet zwanger geworden dus ik weet niet of het echt bijdraagt.

Ik ben er oprecht van overtuigd dat de Ferti Lily helpt. Vorige x bijna 1,5 jaar over gedaan, vanaf Ferti Lily toen na 2 mnd zwanger. Nu 5 maanden aan het proberen soms met de ferti lily en afgelopen maand eens echt de eisprong gemeten, ferti lily die dagen in gehad ( soms gewoon een hele nacht ) en ja hoor, het is raak! Zo snel hadden we het niet verwacht. Dit kan geen toeval zijn.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen. Mijn vriendin en ik zijn 37 en 41 en probeerden vorig jaar zwangerschap te worden. Na 5 maanden geen resultaat, toch de FERTI-LILY gebruikt....en na 2 rondes was het wél raak. Na de geboorte van onze kleine is het, met gebruik van dit product, binnen een jaar weer de 1e keer raak. Uiteraard weet je nooit wat de correlatie is maar het is wel heel opvallend. Baat het niet dan schaad het niet. Wij hebben het gevoel dat dit enorm geholpen heeft. Het is uiteraard geen garantie op zwangerschap, maar wel een fijn en makkelijk product.

Snelle levering, duidelijke instructies erbij. Je moet wel even oefenen. Het ziet er netjes uit. En na een ronde was het raak!

Misschien heb ik geluk, maar de eerste keer dat ik de cup (en het bijbehorende glijmiddel) gebruikte was het raak. Ik was nog maar twee maanden bezig om zwanger te worden dus het is mede door de cup nog sneller gegaan! Ook was ik bang dat het heel oncomfortabel zou zijn, maar dat was het zeker niet. Je kan er zelfs mee plassen. Wel een tip: probeer voordat je de cup gaat gebruiken het 1x uit om uit te testen, dan weet je zeker hoe het moet op het juiste moment.

I had a great experience with Physiotherapist Nick. So i's interesting seeing some of the other reviews here. There seems to be a person/people who are pushing overpriced and unnecessary procedures, who are letting the very professional staff down. Owner: take note!

I have very good experience with this clinic. The staff is friendly and was very helpfull. I have been in other clinic in oxford for the same problem and I paid awful lot of money without results and i felt like there they have been trying to tale my money. On the other hand at Fab clinic i felt they really wanted to help me they have managed to find a solution for my problem and it costs me half of the price than the clinic before. I can highly recommend 👌.

I recently attended a private physiotherapy appointment at this establishment for an assessment following a lumbar spine/left hip problems confirmed by X-ray resulting in an unusual gait when walking. I was recommended to see a physio called Nick, but was told he was booked up for 2 weeks and was persuaded to see another named Zahra .The physiotherapist named Zahra (no name badge) arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, no apology for lateness, and conducted the 30 minute assessment. I have asked for her full name but they have failed to provide it. She visually diagnosed my problem was severe osteoarthritis in my right knee, zero pain, full movement and tried to persuade me that I needed an experimental treatment involving injection of platelets prepared from my blood (according to their website £300 single inj or £750 for the recommended 3 injections)). If I was going to consider any such treatment I would want it done in a true clinical environment and have some imaging information about the severity. She appeared to loose interest once I had declined this expensive therapy and really didn’t listen to my story of the development of my problems. At the end she recommended a sole insert for my left foot and produced a single unit with a heel lift of less than 0.5 cm for which I was charged £10, could have bought a pair on the Internet for £3.50. I of course paid for the assessment and the heel insert but no summary report arrived, and when I emailed them to ask for it was informed i would be charged a further £30 for it and it would take 48 working hours to produce. What use is an assessment if the client doesn’t see the results? I as a retired healthcare professional, albeit in a completely different discipline, would not recommend this clinic.

The clinic is very well run and their physio Nicholas is a miracle worker, I have always practised sport and have a lot of experience of Physio therapist and Fab are one of the few who deliver a solution without protracted therapy. I believe them to be excellent!

I haven’t a bad word to say about this clinic. I came here following a whiplash injury and have had a very positive experience. My physiotherapist was excellent. He gave me helpful exercises to do at home as well as proving me with beneficial treatment in clinic. The manager of the clinic is extremely friendly, always accommodating and ensures you are seen on time, fitting you in when you are running late/are able to come earlier. Overall experience, I’d honestly give 10/10.

Très déçue d'avoir choisi la Dresse Essia Romdhane pour mes interventions. J'avais pensé qu'étant une femme elle serait plus sensible à mes demandes et à l'écoute. Mais pas du tout. Les coupures de mes seins ont été faites de façon exagérée et aux mauvais endroits, laissant des cicatrices trop longues et visibles au niveau du décolleté. Travail pas du tout fin. De plus, elle a oublié une de mes demandes pendant l'intervention, qu'elle n'a pas honoré. J'ai aussi payé cher une intervention au niveau du menton et des hanches avec des résultats invisibles. Lorsque questionnée, elle a répondu que je cicatrisais mal et que parfois dû à mon âge les résultats étaient insatisfaisants... M'a conseillé de faire du sport et au revoir. Faites attention ! PS : l'accompagnement avec Manel s'est très bien passé par contre. Mais c'est loin d'être suffisant malheureusement.

J’ai été opéré d’une sleeve il y a quelques jours en Turquie avec le Professeur Sumer Vraiment c’était parfait de l’accueil à l’aéroport jusqu’à la clinique. Les infirmières sont aux petits soins. Nahed l’organisatrice et Filiz la traductrice étaient parfaite toujours disponible et surtout elle m’ont soutenu tout au long de la semaine étant donné que j’étais venue seule. Filiz a également rassuré ma famille avant et après l’opération et leur a donné des nouvelles régulièrement quand je ne pouvais pas le faire. Les soins sont effectués tous les jours avec une grande douceur. Et les chirurgiens et le professeur viennent en personne quotidiennement avant, et après l’opération dans la chambre pour voir si tout va bien, un suivi parfait. Avant mon retour en France on m’a remis les soins à effectuer ainsi que tous les documents détaillés du protocole à suivre. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe!!!!!

I ordered my first test in March 2024. It was faulty, and I didn't receive any information or SMS to tell me so. After a long e-mail exchange, I was sent a 2nd test. That too was faulty (the label could not be detached without ripping the reference number). I was sent a 3rd kit. Again, no SMS about results was sent, and I finally got my results (after a long exchange of e-mails) a couple of days ago, late January 2025. I was very disappointed at the service and lack of communication, as I requested an SMS each time to tell me when my results were ready. The report is a little tricky to read, has no page numbers, and is not well labelled. The bits relating to my own DNA was interesting, but a lot of the information on diet, training etc. which bulks out the report is pretty general.

Känns som att de råd man får är generella, vanliga råd man i princip redan vet innan. Som att man ska vara känsligare mot koffein, så därav bör man undvika mer än 200mg om dagen... For whatever reason unbeknownst to me and the intended recipient, the delivery was returned sight unseen. A request was NOT made to refund or exchange the ordered items per an emailed "return confirmation". Perhaps the package was not addressed sufficiently for the assisted living facility to know the intended recipient. Also, I'm displeased about being placed on the Easy Comfort mailing list as well as having that information shared with other entities without my consent.

I placed an order and my card was declined and then I tried again and declined. Then I checked my card and they took out twice for the amount. I called them and they could not find the transactions. So I finally called my credit card and had them cancel all transactions to easycomfort. I will never order from them again!!!!

I couldn't make something work (I've forgotten what it was) so I asked for help. My income is so little I never pay any taxes or get any refunds except $25 from the state. The lady who helped me said there would be no charge. Looking back at my bank statement I see you charged me over $300. How did that happen?

Good price fast shipping decent variety

I ordered a sheet / blanket support. When I recieved it I tried putting it together . It was impossible because it wouldn't fit in the holes to connect the pieces together.. I was told I could get a refund . I agreed to the amount, but I realized after wards I did not get the shipping and handling fee back . They sent me a defective product and I should have gotten ALL my money back including the $10.00 I paid for shipping and handling ! I guess they dont check their merchandise before they send it out! I will never buy anything from them again .

If I could give a lower review in the minuses I would. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor patient care and management. It’s like they don’t care at all. After refusing to validate my last invoice I was given an invoice today without notice that anything was wrong. My travel letter was sent with incorrect details, the online identification and medication list has not been updated and I can not hear anyone on the other side of the phone lines at all. It’s a joke. Not only that my initial concerns over incorrect information being written up on my consultation has been all but ignored treat it attempted to have my review removed on trustpilot. I feel let down and don’t feel I can trust this service anymore

Medication list out of date, find alternatives in stock to find out the desired product is in stock. Prescription gone out with out of stock items unnecessarily. Poor responses to requests for contact. Frustating as was convinced the issues were resolved prior to me transferring over. Definitely not organised well enough to be depended on at present

These companies do no treat you like a patient big instead a easy way to get money and taking advantage that the NHS is failing people.

I am amending my initial review as the clinic reached out to me for my details via TripAdvisor after reading my first review, and I think it's fair to reflect on the service since then. Once they had my information a Dr called me within the hour. I thought this was particularly good. The Dr was very nice and friendly and we discussed which strains could possibly work for me. He wrote the prescription there and then and I contacted customer services 4 days later to make sure the pharmacy had received it. I got an email from customer services that day to log into the portal and pay for my prescription. I received my medication the next day. This is great service! This is what I was expecting. After having had my medication for 3 days I could see the portal wasn't showing it had been delivered. I contacted customer services and later that day it was amended, which is good. I can now see that there is a reorder button on the portal (with a countdown in days as to when I can reorder). I think this tool is fantastic. If this service continues I will happily recommend this clinic and put the first month down to teething problems. I really hope I can change my strains as and when to suit my needs and also hope reordering will not be an issue. I will leave my first review further down the page, but I will say I am satisfied for now and recognise the improved experience. Thank you Treat It for coming through for me. Avoid and try another clinic! Would not recommend. I paid the subscription fee on 14th February. It was quick to have my initial consultation, which was the 18th and I thought this is a good company. I was accepted and told I would receive a call the week after with a Dr to get my first prescription. It's been 2 weeks and the Dr hasn't called me. I was told every day this week I would get a call. I received a message on the portal yesterday to say my call went to voicemail in the morning. But I didn't receive a voice message or a missed call notification which I always get, so I disbelieve the message. The message also said the Dr would call me back yesterday afternoon, which didn't happen. I have contacted customer services every day this week to be told the Dr will call me that day. This hasn't happened. Again I was told this morning the Dr would call me today. This hasn't happened. Don't trust this company. I want to cancel my subscription now as how can I get my much needed medicine?! I advise to look at an alternative clinic which I'll be doing. Bad clinic as far as I'm concerned. It needs more Dr's as they are obviously struggling to cope with their clients they have. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm very unhappy as now I'm locked into a 12 month subscription and don't want to use this clinic.

Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn't resolved. Money has been taken and I’ve received no email confirmation or order number. I’ve called the number on the website - no one picked up. Emailed and no reply. Terrible service - or it is just a scam? Worst of all I’m left with a dire need for my medication.

I ordered 200 mebeverene on 20/05/24 for £29.99..The money has been taken out of my account the next day but l have yet to receive them and it is now 02/06/24. Only 2 days before the booking, I realised my mistake and called to see if anything could be done. Just found DR Clozza here 5 different practices hiding his shoddy work and lack of insurance. It is a genuine review of Dr Clozza regardless of which practice he avails himself to. Be advised he did not have correct insurance to cover remedial work. This practice to date has refused to supply me with a copy of Dr Clozzas insurance. Hence court proceeedings prevail. Considering the practice has not offered to confirm that you are covered for shoddy work. Buyer beware. Pitiful excuse they are using. Further i would never register or use a company inolved with Dr Clozza. His lack of insurance and shoddy work means i am still in a position of getting further treatment at further cost. Once again please check you are covered before treatment.

Made an appointment to see a hygienist at this brand new dental surgery. The friendly and helful receptionist was able to find me an appointment within a few days. On the day of the treatment a very professional hygienist Kiri worked expertly on my teeth with minimal pain and discomfort I hardly felt a thing. Afterwards my teeth were sparkling cleaned without any sore after effects, something I have experienced at other practices. She even gave me samples of tools to try at home. I recently had a Prostatectomy and purchased the Pacey Cuff on the recommendation of my Pelvic Floor Therapist. I tried for 6 weeks to get it to fit correctly and not pinch or be too loose so I just leaked by. I called customer service and they were no help. Customer service asked me if I could see my toes and if I had trouble tying my shoes. I am 190 walk 5 miles a day and do yoga 3-4 days a week. I asked for a refund and have never heard back. I purchased a Wiesner Clamp. After working with it for 1 day it fits and works great.

Since I tried it I have not had success. It is just embarrassing when it starts to leak and you can feel the warmth, not knowing how much has escaped and what to do now. Maybe it’s me but it’s not from lack of trying and I will keep trying until I hear from you as to what the problem might be.

I used 101 Testing for PCR testing for an international trip in 2021. All went well. Results came in time. Like the option of being able to drop off my samples myself to the lab (which is situated close to Birmingham University) to ensure samples didn't get lost in the post. On my return I needed a pre return to work PCR. Results came within 48hrs. On departure it was getting a little close with my result being returned but I was able to ring customer service at 6pm and speak to someone who chased it for me, and I got it that evening. Awful company with no customer service! I've ordered a test on the 2nd of May early morning, 3 days later still didn't showed up.I sent the several email and I called them at least 50 times, no answer. I had to book another test at extra costs, panicking that I'm going to miss my flight. I ordered my PCR test to be delivered to my home and it got there the day after. Instructions were really simple to follow and I posted everything back the same day. I got my results in around 18 hours, not bad for the price I guess! Think they will get a 5 star if they ever make the site a little simpler to navigate for my wife...for me it was fine.

I’m very disappointed with the service received. I booked this day 2 test for myself and my son via 101 COVID - COVID Travel Clinics last Wednesday 29/12/21 and understood it would be mailed the following day to my UK address where I would collect and test upon arrival in the UK on 1/1/22. It seems this only was mailed on 4/1/22 and due to arrive after hours on 5/1/22 - almost one week after promised on the site and several days beyond the day 2 requirement. I’m waiting for news on a refund as service was not delivered as described.

I changed Pharmacies my prescriptions cost $3.95, $2.00, $3.25 and my last prescription was not refilled by Scripx but was billed to the insurance company. Wow!! Business going downhill rapidly.

I ordered an item 3 months ago that was back-ordered. Company gave several dates that the item would be delivered, each time they never came. Finally was getting no updates, so called the company and they said it would be another 2 weeks. I asked if there was a comparable item, and they said yes but it woud be more expensive. I asked if I could get the item for the same price as the item I originally ordered since I've been waiting for 3 months, and the customer service rep was not very friendly and said no we don't do that. I asked to talk to a superviser and got a lady named Nancy. She was short with me and not very friendly either and said we won't do that. I then asked to talk to someone over her, and she said his name is Dan and that he won't do it. She went to talk to him and he approved the lower price, which I appreciate. Overall, not friendly people. I don't think my request was unreasonable as the price difference was not that much. You would think they would wan't to keep a long-time customer happy.
