I used to trust BioMD Plus and loved the pain cream, it was the best and I sent MANY people to their site. Recently, though, I ordered $72 worth of product and did not get a confirmation or shipping or product! I emailed twice, no reply. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, cancel my debit card and wait for a new card for a week. Seriously annoying, would give zero stars if I could! Do NOT order from these jerks!

Never received items and never heard from them either
I ordered from this company and paid $94.99 for two items on August 17th. I haven't heard back a thing since then and have emailed them and used their ContactUs on their site as well. No shipping info and no responses and definitely no packages in the mail. I'm thinking this might be a fake site now if nobody at the company is monitoring their site glitches and their emails...

Poor bottle design
I purchased a bottle of the CBD oil. To open it, you have to push down while turning. It requires more force than a prescription bottle. It is inevitable that the bottle will slip and spill expensive oil all over the place. Idk if the product works well. It's all over and down my sink after 2 weeks of use.

Biomdplus is no longer trustworthy
Biomdplus use to be a legitimate company. Unfortunately that is no longer true. They took my money and only sent half my order. They don’t respond to emails nor DMs. Their social media accounts have pretty much been inactive since late 2022. Do Not Purchase from these scam artists.

BioMD is a scam
BioMD is a scam! I am a physician myself and thought to order from a site with MD on it, thinking it would likely be more legitimate/better quality. Well, I ordered and I only received one product in my package out of everything I ordered. But they pocketed my entire order's money anyway. I have attempted to email customer service and they've disappeared on me. I would give 0/5 if I could. Don't recommend this site at all for CBD oil and other similar products!

A month without product and terrible customer service.
Found the company through a review sub on reddit. Ordered on 01/23, with it shipping out the next day. After a month, I had to reach out to them. "Oh that was lost" Couple issues. If I had not called would they have pocketed the money" No attempt at compensation or even friendly customer service. You don't have to do cartwheels, but a month and no contact? Terrible experience.

The Citrus CBD oil is GREAT!
Received my CBD tonight. Took first dose and could almost instantly feel a difference. For full spectrum high mg the taste was really pleasant and refreshing (Citrus).

I’ve done a lot of research on CBD creams. I wouldn’t have believed how great this works before trying it. I’ve had epidurals with no success for herniated discs as well as suffering from fibromyalgia. This cream is better then any pain killers I’ve been put in all these years too. I plan to keep this stocked on hand as it is amazing.

I've been using bioMDplus' 2000ml full spectrum tincture for two weeks. I started at one dose a day and upped it to two. Unfortunately, it hasn't ameliorated anxiety and pain as I had hoped.

This place is a total scam, the doctors and admin staff prey on foreign tourists. My son 7 was taken ill to the hospital; they refused to see him until we paid Euro 417 upfront. I had insurance and they still refused to communicate with my insurance provider to provide an initial diagnostic. They are a total scam and all the resorts in that area are participating in the same scam. Avoid getting sick in Antlyia if you can- do not go to this place.

Hi there! I'm super happy with my hair tansplant at Anatolian Health! 😄 They picked me up at the airrport on time and the drive to the hospital was smooth. The hotel was co-zy. What a horrible company
What a horrible company. Ordered Dec 3, today is Dec 23. They have not shipped. Called them today, as they charged my card on Dec 4th. I expect them only to charge me when the item ships. THey now say they cant ship one as it is discontinued, they say I will be refunded in 5 days. I wonder of the positive reviews are fake reviews.

Total scammers
Total scammers! I placed an order and used their coupon code that's on their website. After paying, I was told the coupon code was no longer valid and to re-send the correct amount and that I'd be refunded at time of delivery. So I paid the full amount only to be told I sent the wrong amount in bitcoins and to re-send the correct bit coin amount and again, that I'd be refunded at time of delivery. Sent another payment in bitcoins and was told I took too long that their system won't accept it and to send another payment so I again, sent another payment. This jerk name Bryan kept making excuses about the amount being wrong so I requested to cancel my order and give me a full refund. He said there's a processing fee of $270. After arguing that it's not stated on their website, he insisted it's on the policy within their website, which is a blatant lie. There's nothing that states I have to pay $270 in processing fees. I refused to communicate with this Bryan guy and someone named Steve contacted me saying a postcard was mailed to me and once I receive it, to call them and give the code on the postcard. Well I waited about a week and no postcard. He then said he'll mail me another postcard. He never mailed the so called postcard in the first place. All they do is extort people for money with their blatant lies and excuses. Harmony pharm is nothing but a scam and they will try to extort you for more money. If you don't want to lose your money, stay away from these scammers

Within less than 24 hours my crappy situation was turned around thanks to one upper manager. I wholly believe giving credit where credit is due so listed here is my updated response (with the original review still listed below) ... An upper level representative contacted me back saying that they had reviewed everything had were closing the case in my favor. They refunded me in whole, are going to coach the rep I had originally talked with, AND are reviewing the seller I had a problem with. I did not expect a response back, especially one that was so positive and professional. Because of this one person being so awesome I have decided to continue buying from Harmony Pharm, albeit with more discretion on who I do business with on there. I still strongly suggested having the option to edit or reopen dispute tickets as most of the problem could have been solved with that.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Ordered, after paying was asked to send more money, my ssn, photo of id, and my address though it was previously sent for the order ( i refused to send my personal information and my name was never requested for my order). Took my money, stopped answering texts, calls, and emails. Says you must give your ssn and if photo to go through their bank for a refund. Refused to answer the name of their bank to process a refund. Now there isnt any customer service at all. The site also has contradictions on different pages. I paid with cashapp after the website didnt work. The return policy isnt followed its simply used to gain the trust of the customer. I never received my money back to my account instantly unlike whats posted within the policy. Everything from start to end was a scam - i went through all this to understand if the service is real, if its worth taking a chance on, and to review the customer service. EVERY PART OF IT IS A FULL ON SCAM. There is no dispensary in zion for this fake company just low income apartment buildings. All the positive reviews are fake. Once i ordered they messaged me with other charges nothing is real. Its just one person scamming people. The questions asked before paying for your order arnt even the correct things from a real company. Every negative review is the absolute truth. Whatever you do make sure to an internet report about their site. My cashapp even gave me a warning notification that their account was had been flagged for scamming. That was another red flag and chose to go through to really see what would happen. And thats what happened. Everything negative that every single person mentioned happened.

Never work here if you value mental welfare!
I worked with PMO (Project Management Office) and it was the worst place of work I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working at. I started my time here loving the work I was doing, being passionate about the cause, the vision and wanting to make a real difference to the lives of the end users. However, that soon changed when I realised my job description had changed from what was originally agreed upon and sold at my interview. Infact, Blatchford has demonstrated that they are unable to define roles of employees (with job descriptors all missing) yet expected employees (as part of their annual appraisals) to discharge their duties perfectly. You cannot feel passionate about something if employer continually changes the goalpost and doesn't hold up their end of the bargain. Old school ways of working are commonplace and the norm. A large majority of the workforce is elderly and that naturally means a lack of vision/insight/foresigh as well as resistant to change (which R&D hoped). Blatchford has an excessively politically-charged and highly bureaucratic environment which makes discharging your role that much more difficult. You may almost need to be in a clique to ensure you get an easier ride. Promotions occur as a result of time-served rather than the employees own value contribution to the organisation. I may have heard from ex-employees who were Design Engineers that a new layer of middle management within engineering was formed but none of these individuals had any experience of managing budget AND people in the past. Middle management need re-training. In my experience and opinion, certain managers will command you to do things even when those same things are out of your control. During my time those same individuals failed to demonstrate any real competency, courage, conviction and charisma. As a result of middle management being placed in such positions, they lack all the necessary skills and competencies to be classed as a real manager of people. If you enjoy doing EXACTLY what you're told and when to do it, this is definitely the place for you. God forbid you ever care for the products or the end users because then you'd be tarnished as a troublemaker and squeezed out via the numerous and highly beauracratic 'processes'. My fellow PMO's just enjoyed hounding teams for times/dates and when things will be finished and do not possess any real technical (and frankly, necessary) knowledge of the products. If I was an end user I would not be comfortable wearing a blatchford prosthetic or orthotic device; just my personal preference. If you are a yes-man, then you may fit in well otherwise you will be forgotten. Also, the organisation operates a very dated 'flexible' working arrangement which is anything but. Being told to come to site at least 3 days per week showed how employees are deemed as numbers and not trusted to perform their work. Every other business I've worked at has always value integrity. Unfortunately it seems to be lost here. Also if the CTO can leave abruptly leaving everyone absent of his vision, only to return a few months later, that is telling you how great retention rates are. There is a very steady number of people leaving blatchford not because the work is not stimulating or challenging, but because management and HR are out to get you if you do not fit the mould. Be careful of working here because eventually it affect your mental welfare and by that time you'd have been squeezed out. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Northwood Estate agents. What an awful display of prejudice. They are! I rented Monument Mansions in Wigan. It didn't have fire alarms or carbon defector that is required by law. After nine years, the landlady decided to do a boiler check, and shortly after decided to sell. I got a text and shortly after I was burden with their viewings. I spoke with someone that assume I was gay. She spoke about tran people and her children having to mix. My friend is artisum and I'm a support to him. They are that awful. But for what it worth 'trans ' are an invisible sector and its more with bullying at school. Expect racism from their property manager that harbour and character assignation. The guy is artisum and the police had been there more than once to tell them to behave. What can I say, I'm glad I got out with my life. Its just scum. Landlord blocked

I am 17 and entitled to free prescriptions. I suffer from eczema and my mum had been buying products to control this condition. But like everyone else COVID has had an effect on her finances. I contacted the surgery at end of September 2020 as a flare up was extremely bad and had affected my neck and under my ears. Northwood had no telephone consultations and I received a call from Gracefield Gardens. The GP was knowledgeable and helpful and prescribed Aveeno and some other items. The Aveeno was great. I only used it on the affected area so it lasted a while. It ran out and I filled out the repeat prescription form only to be called and told I should purchase Aveeno myself. I explained the above and was told to book another phone consultation. Only a GP could not be bothered to ring me but sent a text stating she couldn’t give Aveeno instead of she wouldn’t as it’s been prescribed already. The text stated an alternative would be given. On collecting prescription I was prescribe Aqueous cream which my mum buys as it’s a pound and I can only use as a soap as it does not moisturise my skin type. The doctor would have known this had she bothered to call. So I am now to understand that even though Gracefield Gardens and Northwood are both Lambeth surgeries that one can prescribe Aveeno but the other cannot. I understand the Doctors are trying to save their budget but I am a non working student not by choice and now I will have to find a way to purchase Aveeno if it is not prescribed. Clearly I am not happy with the service or the GP taking the sky way out of not informing me by phone what she was prescribing or having the decency to see if what she prescribed would actually help.

I visited the surgery recently and was impressed not just by the spectrum of medical service provided but by the sincere interest that Dr. Karia has for the well being and good health of her patients. Her ethos of focusing on prevention and long term good health, as well as the treatment of immediate health concerns is refreshing and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to individuals and families looking for top notch healthcare.

SkinPen Procedure
My wife convinced me to have this new procedure for my face called SkinPen - apparently, it improves your appearance and the best part is that it's non-invasive i.e. no surgery :-) I can honestly say that it has worked and I do look 10 years younger !! The other thing is to make sure you get this done by a qualified expert. I would really recommend the team at The Northwood Surgery - they are definitely a safe pair of hands !!

I ordered on 11/3/23 and paid for it through Amazon Pay as they said they were having a problem with PayPal. I finally received the applicator on 12/5/23 but without the cartridges is it totally unusable. The cartridges have not arrived. Many emails, chats and phone calls go unanswered. There isn’t anyone there to answer the phone and they do not call back when you leave a message. It seems that a person named John is the only person running the entire show. It really is a scam and should be reported to the Attorney General for California.

Buyer beware
I ordered my device and cartridge’s in May 22. I received the cartridge’s 4 weeks later but no device although was promised it was in the mail. The excuse, a logistics issue. When my device came the 3rd week of July it was missing the o ring. It also seemed as if it didn’t function the same as the ones I was watching on YouTube. I was promised a new device and a box of cartridges for my inconvenience. The cartridges came but the device didn’t. After calling numerous times and many weeks later the second device came but it was obviously a return. The box had been opened and there was moisture in the the water cartridge. After calling and calling and emailing I never did receive a proper device. I purchased an o ring for my original device and used it 2x a day consistently for months. I still use it periodically but I don’t know if it really does anything. I have a few small veins in my legs and ankles but they have actually gotten worse not better over the last year. I bought the device because of the promise of rebuilding my circulatory system. Getting rid of the veins in my legs was just a hopeful bonus. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. When I initially spoke with John he was very informative and convincing of the great benefits of the product. One of his selling points was that the product is so great that they virtually never get returned. I even convinced my friend to buy one as well, as she has bad veins in her legs. She got her device before me even after ordering it 2 weeks after me. Then when it came to receiving the second device, somehow it was sent it to her! Now, she lives in an entirely different city an hour away from me. Tell me how does that happen??? Needless to say I’m not real impressed with the company nor the product. Oh and my friend didn’t get any results either with her veins. I ended up spending $1500 because I wanted my husband to do it too so I ordered enough co2 cartridges for both of us to do 3 months of treatments. I came here today because I wanted to see what people were saying since my veins are seemingly getting worse. I was hoping for some encouragement from others to continue use but I don’t know if I should even use it anymore. I don’t know if my device works properly as I explained before.

Your most recent review suggests it's sad that my negative approach prevents my husband from getting the help he needs. This is incorrect. My husband was actually the one who insisted on stopping doxyva because the results simply weren't there. Your statements are simply never correct and I always unfortunately need to correct them pretty much every time. My husband started using doxyva on May 7th 2022 and continued into mid-December 2022 after spending over $3,500. After 7 months and over 3,500 it should be more than sufficient for the great results the company boasts. It was so disturbing that you announced to the world on Trust pilot my husband's health condition even to the point of saying you were surprised he was alive. You had specifically told my husband in an email that the records he sent you that you requested would go no further than your doctors. How can I trust your company??? You then posted your company sent us dozens of emails that you do not guarantee results which was a complete 100% untruth. So when I asked you to post only the dates of those emails you replied that 'communication with your customers is private and confidential'. I do not know how your company can get away with such. We both know not one of those dozens of emails ever existed. It has been evident all along that you never address many of the issues in my review and the few that are always need to be corrected. I generally don't write a bad review. However, I am left with no other choice but to write one. I ordered Doxyva on 11/22 and even after 4 months I have ZERO updates. I have no idea when this product would be shipped or if it would be shipped at all. Is this a SCAM?? I have texted the listed number so many times and every time I get an excuse, "sorry we are overwhelmed, we'll get back to you today". I almost send the exact same message asking for status and I get similar response. Funny/Sad thing is that no one gets back with any updates. I keep asking but it's like they don't care. I asked for the contact info of the CEO, a Manger or somebody but no response. I think I should post all the chat messages so people know how mediocre all of this is. Very quick and responsive to meet with a sales consultant in January. Ordered 800+ for the aligners. Returned the impression kit. No notification of receipt after 10 days. I reached out to get confirmation. I received it via my inquiry. Another 15 days onward and no communication from them. I've reached out again and reading the reviews here I see that this is not an isolated or rare problem. I'm likely to dispute the charge and get a refund rather than chance they will follow through with the product and adequate service.

Highly DO NOT recommend
Run! Here we are over a month later with no treatment plan. No phone calls or anything. They’re quick to take your money but you’re left to deal with emails, and chat bots as customer service and no live person. That’s extremely unsettling when you are dealing with supposed medical professionals. The consultants are merely sales people and will sell you a dream. The extra money for a REAL orthodontist and convenience of being able to reach someone at an office would be worth the actual assurance that you will be treated by an actual dentist and other dental professionals. The only time I’ve spoken with a person was the initial consultation and they weren’t even dental assistants. Just sales people. Everyone else has been over chat or email and they don’t provide definitive answers. I would highly advise against this.

They're attentive and are eager and determined with getting their service and products right.
I had some reservations with resolving my retainer issues. In particular, my interactions were with a new company, staff, remote operations and different procedures with fitting with the retainers. Not shipping to UK anymore?
I paid for teeth alignment and then retainers a few years ago with Smile Direct Club. Gave me a fantastic smile, very happy! At the time I bought a lot of retainers for the years ahead. Now they’ve been bought out or sold to Smile Set, I’m now trying to continue my retainers and buy some more but it’s saying you’re unable to ship to the UK? What do I do now? SmileSet, formerly Dr. Direct retainers is partnered with a predatory financial service known as HFD (Health Finance Direct). HFD provided SmileSet my contact information after Smile Direct Club went bankrupt to spruce up some profits of customers affected by the loss - they did so without permission of the consumer which is a violation of FTC laws. I wish to warn everyone about these businesses that work with predatory financial institutions. When I tried these retainers (they are all the same) I was mislead from the beginning and nothing seemed to work for me.

Months later, 2 bad sets of retainers, still none that fit
I purchased an impression kit and retainer package, followed all the instructions, and the first set of retainers I received didn't fit and had sharp shards of plastic sticking up. After going through the "fit questionnaire" and submitting photos, they that they weren't manufactured correctly, and sent me a new set. Those fit even worse. I've asked them to make me a set based on my Smile Direct Club files instead of their impression kit. I paid for these retainers months ago and still haven't received a set that fit.

I cannot help but feel that this clinic id more about money than professional medical help. They have emailed clients offering hay fever vaccinations for £145 (more than central London)They state that if the patient is not suitable for this they will still have to pay £115 for attending. In London it is stated those who are not suitable to avoid incurring costs such as diabetes, epilepsy, blood pressure etc etc.Why can’t they?

The reason I paid to see a GP privately was because it is difficult to get an appointment at own GP. I saw Dr Ford who, unfortunately gave the incorrect diagnosis on my eye condition. I could have done some self help had it been correct. I understand GPs cannot know everything and he referred me to a consultant. The referral letter cost me and the letter had the wrong eye! Luckily it is obvious which eye is most affected. I will reconsider my choices in future.

Agonising coil insertion
I had a coil inserted at the clinic. I repeatedly asked for pain relief and was denied this. I didn’t scream when I gave birth but I did scream during this procedure. I was told it was difficult to insert it. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain and I bled for five days and felt emotionally shaky. Wish I’d spoken to my friends who had had the coil inserted on the nhs. They were given lignacane pain relief.

Not the level of service I paid for
Great consultation with the doctor but……One of the reasons you pay for a private a GP is to get things dealt with more quickly than you can through the NHS. As far as test results are concerned (blood and/or saliva) this GP Practice simply cannot deliver that speed as they send samples abroad to be tested and they tell you (after tests have been taken) results take 4 weeks. The further problem is they are hopelessly inefficient at getting results to you even if you chase them up. I’ve had tests carried out twice in the last 6 months and both times the wait times for results have been completely unacceptable (2 months last time) only to find the results had been sitting at the surgery for almost 4 weeks and I’d emailed and rung for them every week.

My experience was disappointing
My experience was disappointing. After initial consultation, the Doctor asked to see my recent blood teats done by NHS, which I sent as soon as I received them and within a few days of seeing him. I received no further contact despite a number of emails and phone calls, where I was told that I would be called back the next day and given some answers. I was never contacted and still haven't been and my appointment was April 30th so over 6 weeks ago. I was told that they would be reviewing my case as a group, last week but still have had no follow up.

After this happened, I checked reviews about them and found they stole other people Test Strips as well. I wish I checked the reviews before I sent in my Test Strips - very unfortunate. I filed reports with BBB, Attorney General, FTC, Police, and Postal Inspection Office.

Lack of care, empathy and professionalism
We contacted Jacob's clinic having had a frightening lack of care for my husband within the NHS. Having spoken to the team and shared some of the challenges we awaited a call back which was arranged. My husband was nervous beforehand and anxious and the call never came. I chased this up for him the following morning and finally one of the Dr's called him back to say that he was too complex a case ( without speaking to him) and that he needed NHS care. Which we can't get which is why we contacted the clinic. The shocking lack of empathy and understanding of the impact this message and it's delivery could have on someone really struggling to reach out and get support is worrying and very disappointing. My husband is still reeling from this now and the feeling that he is in someway a lost cause having repeatedly asked what was so complex and not being given an answer. Had we both not chased this clinic up a total of 3 times would they have even bothered to answer? We will never know but what I would say is think twice before letting your loved ones who may be struggling interact with this company. Having read their advertised services our experience has been the exact opposite.

Absolutely wonderful company. The staff are so lovely, kind, and understanding. And they go above and beyond to help. I was originally with ADHD360, who were fab, so I was anxious about being transferred to Jacobs. But they have been amazing, and so informative about the situation surrounding medication shortages too. I'm more than grateful for the experience I've had with them. Dr. Shokrian is the best!!!
Dr. Shokrian is outstanding. He added me to his schedule on a same-day emergency basis and worked late to finish the surgery, which yielded excellent results. He is personable, efficient, and most importantly an excellent surgeon. He also has the most effective and diligent administrative support staff I have encountered. They were available at all hours to answer all of my questions in the days immediately after my surgery.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the results from my surgery and experience with Millenial Plastic Surgery - including my surgical coordinator Sofia and the head nurse Nikki. I was given a contract with several errors. I reached out to Sofia to have it corrected and was told that the Doctor writes the contract, she has no control, and that I should sign it. Red Flag #1. But I was so excited and eager I signed anyways because the mistakes afforded me greater room for a revision period and so on. Fast forward to after the surgery, they did not place me in the clothes I brought for after surgery and ruined the clothes I came in. Not a big deal but I was also not placed in my compression socks after surgery. However, they made a huge deal about compression socks because of the risk of DVT. When I went in for my first post-op appointment, I made them aware I was not happy with my results. Before even hearing why, they kept telling me I was swollen and the swelling would go down. However, the issue was my butt was not big enough. So if the swelling is going to go down so is the butt that is already NOT BIG ENOUGH! Not to mention, Shokrian placed fat in my thighs, which I did not ask for. I asked for maximal projection and a shelf booty. I didnt receive that. My results are very similar borderline identical to my pre-op pictures. Anyways, they gave me a Large faja and had me try it on. It was not compressing anything. I told them that and gave them the comparison of being in my ballet tights - a form fitting garment. The lady became upset and told me this was the size I needed and would not give me a smaller size. When I saw the masseuse a day or two after, she immediately told me my faja was too big. I ended up having it altered less than 2 days after having it. I’ve been complaining over and over about my results. The first time, they had me come in to be seen and it wasn’t even with the doctor. I expressed my concerns and the assistant wasn’t even able to find my chart to tell me the amount of fat taken out or put it, she couldn’t explain his methods or the reasoning for placing fat in areas that I did not want fat in (my thighs). The second time I came in, the doctor was present and he poorly explained his reasoning and couldn’t recall why he wasn’t able to place more than 1L of fat into each side of my body and then miraculously told me that my skin elasticity was too great and couldn’t hold anymore fat and that it started spraying all over the room. He has stuck with this story up until this day. Not to mention, the lipo was uneven and I have several fat pads left on my torso. The biggest area of fat leftover is on my upper abdomen. I continued to voice my dissatisfaction and the surgical coordinator stopped responding. I received a phone call from Nikki who told me that Sofia, Surgical Coordinator, was the not the person to talk to and she went on a tangent about that. The conversation ended with her suggesting that I get radiasse or a revision. They just wanted more money from me. Despite my still having a credit because I refused to be fitted for another faja after the first incident. Now here we are coming up on 6 months! Im extremely dissatisfied! My butt looks the same as it did before the surgery and the best they can offer me is an additional procedure at an additional cost. I want a refund. I spent way too much money on a life changing procedure, took a non-paid leave of absence for work, and battled through recovery to not even feel let alone look better than I did before. At the time of my surgery, Shokrian was NOT A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON. He was was only board eligible. He still is only board eligible. He withheld information about the possible complications regarding certain factors of my health like lipodystrophy which he believes is the cause for my dissatisfaction. He has refused to send my full medical record Nonetheless, I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM for lipo or bbl. I honestly would just prefer a refund and be done with the situation. There is no way I should look exactly the same as pre-op.

One star is too high. Appalling. I thought the person speaking was a learner. When l discovered he was an 'industry specialist' l couldn't believe it. If this person was studying a GCSE course he'd fail. I have never in my lifetime listened to such misinformation and outdated terminology. To say that "...nowadays all the designers are coders who use HTML????" well, what rubbish - firstly HTML isn't code and no one has hand written HTML for over a decade. Seriously poor. I was fuming. He gave examples of software that he admitted he had 'stumble across' and didn't know how to use but he had a go and got there in the end. What the heck? I've worked in a school and my year 8 group would produce better work. Utter waste of time.

I was scammed by these guys too. Viewable and then Rhino. Although I was told that Roger Van Deelin was trying to fix the problem but couldn't? Then I'm reading on here that he was a con artist. I really don't know- except that I paid thousands to settle the finance agreement and almost went out of business. A guy called Andy sold me my screen. If there's anyone who knows anything else or if there's a joint law suit... Or a lynch mob I could join I'd happily do it. Hopefully Corona has caught these guys- although I don't believe in Karma. These lowlifes always seem to get away with it.

i was mislead into having a scree by rhino media, i also had credit agreements illegally and fraudulently signed on my behalf by rhino and ucfs. i was lucky to maintain copys of blank credit agreements and UCFS sent me the very same documents with a fake signature. I have not paid anything extra to them and last week they cancelled "the contract". I still have no answers to who signed these forms illegally and pretending to be me and struggled to get any replies at all. this company along with UCFS are absolute crooks and scammers. avoid at all costs and hopefully all the poor victims will soon get the justice they deserve.

Facts 1st It was viewable that caused the problem in the first place they went under and the business did try to be saved by Roger Who had taken on the business so the people in the first place didnt go under. If you can prove that It’s wrong instead of just saying it do it please. 2nd the sales people had no idea what was going on infact all of them where left out of pocket, abused by customers and worried sick as none of us wanted anyone to lose money. we had no clue what was really happening, we where all sold to as was everyone else. We where told that no one could lose out on the product, we where told that it’s completely cost neutral and there would be now worries or problems with any of it, we where just doing our job completely oblivious of what was happening behind closed doors. It’s none of the sales people’s faults and hearing about some of the abuse the old sales guys where getting was heart breaking. We also did try and find out how to get people out off it who where in it, spending days weeks and months looking for ways we could help. Before blaming the sales guys we all lost our jobs, money and our good reputations because of these. Please please dont blame the sales lads for something they had no clue about what was going on.

I have been refused a refund for 2 pcr…
I have been refused a refund for 2 pcr tests that I have paid over £100 for. Guidelines changed while I was abroad so I asked to be fully refunded as pcr tests for vaccinated people are now not mandatory. I was told to keep the tests for another day. I think this is disgraceful as a single mother who had to have major surgery abroad and I now have lost over £100 in tests that are still in a box that I could send back! I will be seeking legal advice.

If I could give 0 stars I’d 100% do so. Completely unreliable supplier and genuinely unacceptable customer service. I purchased a day 2 test on 03 December 2021(Order RKCHT207) - the reference/ID number appeared to be invalid in the PLF, hence hours later (after this supplier being totally unresponsive by email and over the phone) I was forced to purchase another test from one of the credible suppliers included in the list of recommended ones by gov.uk, which thankfully worked perfectly and was also cheaper. Since then, I’ve chased 01travetest for a refund via endless emails and calls. At some point they asked me to provide the proof of the second test’s purchase saying that they’d process my refund ASAP. I did so, I’ve sent another 3 emails on top of that and they just vanished. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. It was simply loss of time and money - a true shame under these unprecedented times...

I am a GP and need to return to work ASAP. I therefore paid the extra to secure a 12 hour test result. Royal Mail confirm they delivered the packages yesterday, yet 01TraveTest's tracking states the lab has yet to receive it. They don't answer their 'phone. Don't use this company.

Betalade via klarna men white om white kontaktade aldrig klarna så jag fick betala min famtida på saker som inte stämde med verkligheten och nu svarar white on white inte på Mail. Köp ej därifrån!
