Also they are very understanding & knowledgeable in regards to me living with Bipolar Affective Disorder type II. Am also dealing with after effects of Linear Beam Radiotherapy 7wks of treatment in 2023 Bowel Damaged ect. Didn't work for me and they haven't honoured the money back guarantee
I tried to use this but it didn't stop me snoring even after following further advice when I contacted the company. I returned the device for my refund and received an email in July saying the refund was being processed. It's now mid November and I've had no refund despite emailing the company several times. The most recent time they asked for confirmation of a detail they already had so they appear to just keep delaying things until people give up. I won't be giving up.

Rang the company and they never answer the phone! even tried to use the WhatsApp messaging and it says its an INVALID whatsapp group.. And now the website seems to be down or not working VERY VERY poor and completely disappointed.. Been fraudulently sold a product and not been able to honour the 31day policy AVOID! BE WARNED...

Received mine a few days ago and it does definitely work and was easy to fit, however is bulky. I can wear it for a good few hours without too much annoyance but around 4-5 am I seem to always wake with a weird feeling in my teeth, so have to remove it. Hopefully I get used to it....

Yes!!!! This mouthpiece is fantastic. Holds my lower jaw in place. While this product is great simply as an anti-snoring product, it has also helped with nightitime teeth grinding taking all of the pressure off of my painful molars. This mouthpiece is very easy to use, and is pretty comfortable once it's molded. The instructions included are very clear and fast delivery.

Been sleeping with the device for 5+ years. Since I started it been working outstanding. To the point that when I forget to wear it I sleep like I have it on! In the beginning it was rough and I even had a car accident because I doze off while driving the second day using it. But I kept at it and that night slept the best in years! The only issue is my mouth still gets dry. So the last thing I do before turning off the lights is rise with dry mouth rise. And again in the middle of the night when I do a RestRoom run! ;)

Somnomed really works!
I had a Somnomed dental device for 5 or 6 years until I lost it on vacation. I loved this device as it worked perfectly for me. I slept well every night and woke up rested in the morning with no headaches. I have been unable to get a new one as the dentist I was seeing for this retired and I have not been able to find another dentist to see for sleep apnea who provides Somnomed devices.I gave this review only 4 stars because I have been unable to get a new device.

Changed My Life
I was fine using my CPAP but I’m young and my doctor didn’t want me using a CPAP machine my whole life. My oral appliance is amazing and I am so grateful I have it. In fact, this is my second SomnoMed. I specifically asked for this kind again and thank goodness insurance covered this kind. Otherwise I would’ve figured something out to get it again because I sleep so well with it. I also have to take meds in the middle of the night so I prefer having two separate pieces to my oral appliance so I can easily drink water. I also love that it is easy to travel with (so much easier than a CPAP).

I have been using the SomnoMed Avant for 4 months and it has been brilliant. I was diagnosed with mild to moderate sleep apnea and snored quite often. My dentist (Best St Dental) recommended the oral device and it was perfect from day one. The support of my dentist was excellent and they made the process very easy. I love the portability of the device and the positive effect it has had on my sleep. I don’t like sleeping without it. It fits perfectly and it took very little time to adjust to. Very easy to clean and maintain. My wife is also extremely happy which is fantastic. Highly recommend!!

The dentist visit was so well organized, the dental technician was so skilled in the use of the instrument, and the visit was not long at all. A short time later and the appliances arrived and I picked them up and the visit was wonderful.

I am using my second appliance after being told by my dentist the original unit looked like it was wearing out after about 18 months of usage. I still have the old one which I sometimes use.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z leczenia. Co prawda planowany czas leczenia wydłużył się, ale efekty są bardzo mocno widoczne i jestem coraz bliżej uzyskania planowanego efektu końcowego. Kontakt z Dr Smile uważam za bardzo poprawny (korzystałam z chatu i maila)zawsze bardzo szybkie i konkretne odpowiedzi. Aplikacja działa zawsze jak należy, umówione wizyty zawsze punktualne i profesjonalne (zajmuje się mną lekarz a nie asystent). Podsumowując jestem bardzo na tak, polecam.

Ortodonta w Zielonej Górze bardzo dobry, leczenie nakładkami szybkie, jestem zadowolona z mojego uśmiechu. Niestety nie jestem zadowolona z retencji proponowanej po zakończeniu leczenia. Gwarancja na klej to tylko 2 miesiące a retainer odpadł mi już 5 razy w ciagu 11 miesięcy.

Kansloze winkel. Ik heb 2 producten besteld en betaald. Uiteindelijk via onbekende koerierdienst TrunkRs maar 1 item geleverd. Met de onwaarschijnlijke geschatte leveringstijd van ergens tussen 17-22u ... Daarop heb ik TrunkRs gecontacteerd via online chat. Volgens hen lag de fout echt wel bij willie.nl want er was maar 1 pakje aangemeld. Dan een mail gestuurd op 7juni naar willie.nl want het was al na kantooruren. Op 10 juni een email terug gekregen dat het item 'bij navraag op het magazijn' niet leverbaar is. Dus je kunt blijkbaar items bestellen en betalen die je nooit aankrijgt. Daarop werd er voorgesteld om een vergelijkbaar product te kiezen of het geld te laten terug te storten. Ik koos voor het laatste en dus 6 dagen na aankoop later ben ik uiteindelijk terug betaald. Wat een slechte webwinkel en service; ik bestel hier nooit meer.

Super slecht bedrijf, zoals alle andere mensen hieronder gedupeerd door een ongeopend product terug te sturen, niks te horen en na maanden het bedrijf te stalken om contact proberen te krijgen hoor ik via Riverty de tussenpartij betaaldienst dat mijn retour niet geaccepteerd is en ik gewoon moet betalen. Intussen via Rivery incassokosten bij gekomen omdat ik maanden de klantenservice heb geprobeerd te bereiken. Riverty hierin dus ook super slecht en totaal niet behulpzaam om de consument te beschermen tegen dit soort internet dieven. Zij hebben het product dus ze kunnen het net zo goed zelf hebben geopend of zeggen dat het geopend is en het voor dezelfde prijs opnieuw verkopen. Zo kunnen ze een product tig keer ‘verkopen’.

Terrible customer service
Don’t buy from them! I used to have no problems with this company, but like the other reviewers are saying, something has changed. On my last order I was shorted one item on a buy one get two offer. They said they would replace the missing bottle but never did. I went ahead and placed one more order a week ago and I still haven’t received a shipping notice. I hope it eventually ships, but that was my last order with Puritan’s Pride.

I purchased a colon cleansing tea from Puritans Pride. It was on back order I didn't think much of it and when I finally received my tea, I was deathly ill. I didn't know what was going on, I didn't know it was the tea and 6 months later I got a letter stating the product was contaminated with e-coli poison. I almost died from it. I had test after test to see what was wrong before I got that letter. These people are very sneaky and they shouldn't be in business and shouldn't be allowed to hurt anyone ever again. They didn't ever take accountability for their actions or try to make anything right and for the last 15 years I have suffered from health conditions from my immune system being compromised. Shame on you and know that you won't and didn't get away with anything God sees everything and your time will come. I do not recommend Puritans Pride or any of their products. I hope this review can help someone out there from suffering the way I have.

Since the website doesn't work much of the time, customer service is the only option to order something and that is now outsourced to another country. After five "verification" questions, they don't understand my question anyway!

Lousy customer service
I ordered three different items from them. Expiration dates on two of them were 30 months from now. Expiration date on the third was only six months from now. Obviously old stock. When I tried to email them with my complaint I was referred to a chatbot that told me to give a credit card number on a form and I would be charged $5.00 by something called Just Answer Experts which would later be refunded and I would be connected to someone to answer my question. Really !!

I changed the payment information for an auto-ship order scheduled for 9/5/2024. I updated the payment information, and it was confirmed and accepted so I placed the order, the funds were debited from my account but the order still hasn't shipped out. I received an email at 8 p.m. on the evening of September 5, asking me to check my payment, and billing & shipping information because the order could not be processed, there was nothing different on any of the payment information, billing, and shipping address. I called customer service and spoke to a representative, that spent 45 mins on the phone with me trying to figure out why my order did not get processed. She had me re-enter my new payment information, and still no change to the order. I spent 45 minutes with her on the phone trying to figure out the issue. I checked my order history at 2:48 a.m. and it still shows pending even though my billing & shipping information is all up to date. This is not the first time I've had issues with delay shipping even after my payment was debited. This is the last time I'm making any purchases through the PP website, I will purchase their items through Amazon even if I pay a little more. I am giving a one star because of the customer service rep spending 45 mins. trying to figure out the issue.

This is the most disgusting thing in our 80's that we experienced!!!! We had to move to an independent living facility SO we had to change our mailing address. I tried ALL DAY yesterday to get that done, could not, treated as if I was a SCAM disgusting. For ALL the years we have been a customer, it's terrible, all the money we've spent buying all our drugs. disgusting. SO if your moving? A fraud for sure, don’t buy from them and be careful. My order number was 27421. I bought a pair of lenses on the 10th of April and there has been no response since I ordered, no confirmation and no nothing. If it was not a scam they would have at least replied to the email or the many many messages I sent through instagram. They would have at least refunded me!! Even the number they give is not right and some guy answered and said that, like what kind of customer service is this? there is none. Probably the good reviews are written by them so they can keep scamming the people who don’t know. Wish I had known before ordering but I will not stop spreading this information and I won’t stop till I find you and get my money back. Please do NOT buy from them!

Can't recommend this dermatology clinic, did a not great job on removal of a facial mole, (one raised skin coloured mole, now left with 2 raised bumps instead) Asked if they could fix it, manager actually called me which I thought was good, booked in to have it fixed, travelled all the way into central London, to just be told they can't do anything for 6 months after treatment.. (another 4 months) Cost me money and wasted my whole Saturday afternoon, beautiful weather out too. Not pleased. Spent over £1200 (including £80 for a 1 minute consultation which basically consisted of "i'd like these moles removed - ok yes we can do that") Wanted these few moles removed before starting a new job that requires me to be clean shaven every single day. Now will have to wait and have this fixed during that job. Not ideal..

Awful experience - she made me feel like I was a nuisance and inconvenience - rude and no personal skills or interest whatsoever - a complete waste of money. Do no recommend!

Dear Sir, On October 06, 2018 I was admitted to your clinic to undergo my second hair transplant. My first transplant was done in a different clinic and I was beyond happy with the results. I came to your clinic for the second transplant because you were recommended by a friend. After seeing my photographs before I came there, you said that you can transplant 2500 to 3000 hairs, and I agreed. When I got there, one of your doctors told me that you can transplant 1300 to 1700 hairs, and I agreed to that too because I had no choice and you told me I had no more hair left to transplant and that that was the last session. After the treatment, I realized that several things about it were suspicious: 1. After my first session in another clinic I had some minor bleeding on my head where the hairs were taken from, and some red spots. After your treatment there was no bleeding or red spots. 2. When washing the section with the transplanted hair there is supposed to be some hair loss. This can be noticed when washing the hair the first time, as I was told in the first clinic. However, this did not happen after your treatment, and no hair was lost, which makes me think you didn't actually transplant anything. It's been 9 months since this happened, and I sent you an inquiry with new photos after the 2nd session and you told me that you can transplant 2500 to 3000 hairs. This is clearly fraud, and unprofessional. I will share my dissatisfaction on social networks where you publish your ads, so people can see what they can expect if they go to you. I regret that this happened and that I'm dissatisfied. I ordered a gluten test for my son on 8th January, I paid for the express service. However today's date is 17th February and still no test. I have sent emails still waiting on reply, I telephoned and a girl answered she stated she did not work there ?? But would leave a message and someone would call me back.. still waiting on that call. I telephoned again and it went to answering machine. Left a message and I am sure you can quess what happened.. Nobody returned call. When trying to contact you get an auto reply saying 'Ben is out of the office for family reasons'. How convenient is that as customers have no other way to contact this fraudulent company. Do not use, and do not buy from this dubious company. Zero stars would be too much for this company.

I placed an order on the 25th Jan for a cholesterol test. Paid £4.00 for 1-2 day delivery. I have still not received the order. I have submitted messages and got a call which I missed and an answerphone message to call back. I have tried to call back but the number won’t connect. I have again submitted more messages and emails saying I can’t get through to them. I have still had no reply. I am now demanding my money back but still yet to hear anything. Terrible customer service.

Dreadful service - ordered a fertility testing kit on 9th October, with promise of quick delivery. Hadn't arrived after a week - emailed. No response. 2 further phone calls. Each time, was told they would call me back in next 15 minutes after they'd chased with supplier/dispatch. No call backs....Finally told them on Monday 31st October I want my money back. Promised it the same day. Still waiting for this as of Wednesday 2nd Nov, now told "they do refunds on a Thursday" (which was never mentioned previously LOL...). Very poor service, what more can I say....

Dreadful company with zero customer…
Dreadful company with zero customer service. I paid £23.38 for an item that arrived promptly but was way too big - bigger than the size 10 it was supposed to be. Delivery charge was £5.50 and the return postage was £4.69. The item was returned on Sept 5th and after chasing twice I received a refund of £11.88 on Sept 18th. They took a 15% restocking fee from the £23.38 which included the p&p and didn't refund the VAT. After a protracted debate on the phone they did agree to also refund the restocking fee and the VAT but I'm still more than £10 out of pocket. I will never order from them again and recommend that you look elsewhere for your supplies.

Poor sellers items defective or do not arrive
Item cam after expected delivery date not functional! Had to wait two weeks for pick up . At same time other item was expected to be delivered in 7 days had to chase them while trying to get defected item picked up and was told we don’t have delivery date and don’t know when you’d receive it ! Even though I was given delivery date when purchased! Rubbish sellers poor communication and then tried to worm out giving me a refund for defected item and now I’m out of pocket until they supposedly check its functionality. I have told my employers and colleagues how usesles at his company is and not to buy from them

We bestelden een doucherolstoel die stond aangeduid als 'op voorraad', na enkele dagen een bericht dat hij niet op voorraad was. Dan opeens wordt een stoel geleverd die niet overeenkomt met hetgeen werd afgebeeld op de site (had maar 2 geremde wielen ipv 4 geremde wielen). De accessoires die ik erbij had besteld werden ook niet geleverd. Nu al een maand aan het mailen met dit bedrijf en er komt geen oplossing. Ze laten niet weten hoe de stoel terug te sturen en nog steeds geen geld ontvangen voor de niet geleverde accessoires en wij zitten met een stoel die we niet kunnen gebruiken en worden genoodzaakt om terug geld op tafel te leggen om de correcte stoel bij een andere leverancier te kopen zonder dat we ons geld terug zien van Hulpmiddelwereld.

Bijna de beste rollator.
Ik heb de rollator nu sinds enkele dagen in gebruik. Hij is heel mooi en zeer stevig en stabiel. De handgrepen zijn een verademing voor de handen mooi breed en soft. Helaas 1 best wel serieus minpunt: de banden (hard kunststof) zij glad en schuiven overal op door, ook op het trottoir en op de weg. Een ander minpuntje zijn de plastic dopjes die de schroeven van het zitje moeten verzinken, deze zijn nogal scherp en bij het inklappen kunnen ze nog een kleine verwonding aan de hand veroorzaken. Als deze 2 puntjes aangepast kunnen worden, is dit DE ULTIME rollator ik durf te stellen, de beste die te koop is.

Black Friday aanbieding besteld, gezien de drukte vlot geleverd, slechts 4 dagen. Er bleek een eenvoudig en belangrijk onderdeel te ontbreken, email gestuurd, klantenservice neemt vlot contact op. Met een goede oplossing is er geen probleem meer! Webshop is een aanrader.

Artikelen prima, levertijd jammer
Op zich met de artikelen niets mis. Alleen jammer dat er wordt gezegd "voor 16:00 uur besteld, volgende werkdag geleverd". Want op vrijdag om 15:45 besteld is niet maandag geleverd. Maar de levertijd schijnt tegenwoordig fictief te zijn, bij de meeste bedrijven en Hulpmiddelwereld is daar blijkbaar geen uitzondering op.

na 2 maand nog steeds geen levering
Op 6/10 (week 40) bestel en betaal ik een paar schoenen die volgens de website voorradig waren. 's avonds krijg ik een e-mail om te zeggen dat de schoenen toch niet voorradig zijn en ze zullen geleverd worden in week 44. Gezien ik in week 44 niets ontving en ook geen bericht daaromtrent ontving, stuur ik zelf een mail. Ik krijg antwoord dat ze zullen geleverd worden in week 48. Vandaag, laatste dag van week 48, hetzelfde scenario: geen berichten van hulpmiddelwereld en geen levering!!!! Nu zullen ze week 51 geleverd worden. :-) Dit is totaal GEEN service en dus voor mij zeker geen 2de keer meer bij deze firma.

I took my wife to Vine Medical centre this morning She had an appointment today at 9.00 am Booked in and sat in the waiting area Receptionist came over and said my appointment is now cancelled due to Nurse being sick. I was asked if I would like Another appointment (I asked if someone else would see me and they said no we’re to busy but I could change doctors practice if I wanted to) I was not happy as this was the practice that misdiagnosed me for an ear infection and the next day I was rushed to hospital with a stroke and spent 3 months there and still not recovered. They don’t care at all

Ways in which they have failed me
1) when booking an early morning appointment due to my work schedule, while waiting I directly witnessed the nurse I was waiting for arrive to the surgery 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was the first patient. Reception was deceptive about nurse's lateness. 2) when booking an appointment over the phone (because the online service does not specify the nature of my request,) I am told I must use the extremely flawed online service only after waiting for 1.5hrs for a call back. Despite the lengthy automated message and need for further information that the online service didn't allow for. 3)Lack of transparency about my own diagnoses, and also recording inaccurate information within my records. ie it was recorded that I have substance abuse issues when that has never been the case. 4)Refusal to examine me when I was experiencing severe back pain. Made me walk across the entire medical centre when experiencing severe back pain, and then informed me that this choice was deliberate. 5)Revoking my prescriptions without warning or reason. One medication is for asthma that I have been on my whole life and has never been revoked. the other is a medication that is very dangerous to stop suddenly and requires supervision to phase out. I have more examples of ways in which this surgery has let me down; too many to list

One of the worst surgeries in the area!
I am so frustrated and disgusted with this surgery. I don't think they could make it any harder to get an appointment or order medication. I am on HRT and every time I want a repeat prescription, it is a battle. The toll its taking on my mental health is ridiculous! The staff don't seem to know their own processes as I get passed from pillar to post and go round in circles. I am fortunate that I have been able to go to private health care to get properly tested and it seems I may have to use this route again as the NHS is letting me down. The prescription and medication lines and links on the website close after a few hours as they have reached capacity. That should tell you that your system of making people talk to 3 or 4 people and still get nowhere is not working. It has not improved your service and I feel extremely sorry for those patients who don't know or are unable to use a computer, and those who cannot afford private care when they so desperately need treatment.

What a Faff
Task: Get a Doctor's appointment at Vine Medical Group. Equipment Required: Very Accurate Clock Some Guesswork Laptop or Smartphone Pre Prepared Synopsis of your Symptoms. Some Luck Patience of a Saint Method: 1: Take your Pre-prepared synopsis of your symptoms and save it to the VMG website - noting that access is limited by time and availability. 2: Save your Synopsis to the website as a draft or similar - failure to do so will mean that you will likely be too far down in the queue to be seen by the time you fill in all the info answer all the questions - you may use some patience if required at this time. 3: Taking your highly accurate clock wait until the lines are supposed to open and then guess and keep trying to gain access to the portal or an open telephone line. Again feel free to use some patience. 4:If you have gained access submit your synopsis or wait on hold in the queue. More Patience may be needed 5: Make a cup of tea or coffee, unless of course you think you might have to be fasting and wait to see if you get an appointment. At which point if you have any left do feel free to use the rest of your patience. Good Luck! Observations and Summary: I recall a time when you could phone up a doctor's surgery and actually talk to a human receptionist get an appointment, often on the same day and certainly within a week. All this technology seems to be doing is slowing down / preventing communication and stopping appointments from being made. As for the ANIMA app (not to be taken orally) well, I think we all know where that should go... Put patients in touch with your excellent reception staff, if need be get some more. And Please Stop treating us like ROBOTS.

after seeing Cardiology Dept QA Hubby was sent to make Dr appointment as got fluid on lungs. was told by the receptionist I can’t make appointment you have phone in! we are there, why can’t she make an appointment??? when we rang in from the Drs Car park my hubby is no 13in queue! bloody ridiculous that receptionist can’t make appointments when you’re actually in the surgery ! and no he’s still not got an appointment! hot to wait 48hrs to read notes !

Attended the Milton Road Health Centre for a fasting blood test. I had booked the follow up appointment face to face just over a week ago and turned up as per my booking. Unfortunately no record could be found of my booking, perhaps I should have suspected something when I received a text Monday reminding me to book the blood test. However the receptionist said she would see what could be done. I was asked to wait, a few minutes and I was called by the HCA (Tania) in room 6 and the blood sample was taken painlessly and quickly and I could get back to work. I know the appointment went wrong but I really cannot fault the service I received.

Do not go there for composite bonding - do your research!
This review is being written after complaining directly to the dentist who carried out my composite bonding in April this year (Corsham clinic), I also sought independent advice and I have paid for a second opinion at another dentist (not Aurora). I have since had the original composite bonding removed at the dentist who provided the 2nd opinion, at my own cost. In summary - - The end result from Aurora resulted in people thinking that my after picture was actually my before picture. (Which means my original teeth before the composite bonding looked better) - The composite caused my teeth to no longer look straight, they slanted towards one side and food would sit between some of the teeth after I ate, the dentist that provided the 2nd opinion also identified these issues, I did not have to point them out. - Aesthetically they were too big for my mouth and looked like blocks/horse teeth. - I paid £4270 for the composite which included whitening, fixed retainer and removable retainer. - I have paid more than half that again to have the composite removed at another dentist, Aurora offered to remove the composite free of charge but I was not happy to undergo any further treatment after the composite bonding they left me with. This was their only offer and confirmed that no refund (full or partial) would be provided, this remained unchanged after the independent dental body contacted Aurora about the complaint. Please do your research, in hindsight I realised I based my decision on one composite bonding image I saw on Instagram that this dentist had done and the locality of the clinic.

Aurora Dental - Chippenham - amazing customer service
Aurora have a customer satisfaction focused brand promise and they truly live up to it. I joined Aurora last year and have had nothing but amazing service from the Devizes and Chippenham practices. After being an NHS patient for many years, it was finally time to find a new dentist after moving out of catchment. I really liked how Aurora's brand was presented, how easy it was for a new customer to register and book online. Plus they have several practices which would be useful if I moved within Wiltshire. It was a bit of an overhaul when it came to the hygienist work as it had been a fair while, plus my NHS guys were not very vigilant nor helped guide. After this I then signed up a member for regular ongoing appointments. All my appointments felt relaxed, like you weren’t being rushed out of the chair for the next patient and no shaming when it came to relearning how to manage my oral health. Once my gums were back in good nick, it was time to work out a solution to fix my two front teeth which had long-standing markings on them. There was a new chemical treatment which we thought might do the job to level out the colour but unfortunately due to the deep rooted nature of the stains, it left me with no markings but darker base colour as my stains were actually the whiter bits. This resulted in the teeth looking more out of place than before and after speaking to the very lovely managers on the team, they recommended Dr Carl had a look to make some recommendations. After some great mock-ups, we went with composite veneers and I’ve never looked back. I’m going to invest in the two veneers either side which will leave me with a smile better than I could have ever imagined! I’m truly very grateful to the team who helped me get the finished result I was hoping for, Dr Carl, Sam, Charlotte, the nurses and the reception team. They have all been such a friendly, fantastic team and have been very patient with me.

Very expensive for new patients
I have just moved from London to Wiltshire and needed to find a new dentist. I found Aurora on line and was given an emergency appointment. I was told I needed to make a deposit before they confirmed my appointment. I had a 20 minute appointment and although the treatment was good with one xray and a simple treatment on my impacted wisdom tooth. As a pensioner, I was a little stunned to be charged 175 pounds. If I want further treatment, I still need to pay for an expensive 1 hr registering assessment appointment and if I want to have my teeth cleaned, there is another expensive assessment, Their policy seems to penalise new patients. The charges for members seem similar to my previous private dentist but the additional charges for new patients is something I have never heard of and means I will not be going back to Aurora

Aurora Dental Clinic Corsham
I am so disappointed with my experiences at the Corsham branch of Aurora Dental Practice. Having recently moved I needed to change dentists and came across Aurora which was recommended to me. I needed a filling and paid almost £300 for it, however, the filling fell out within a couple of weeks. This was corrected by the practice and I therefore made an appointment with the hygienist. When it came to paying the bill I was shocked to be charged £150 for having my teeth cleaned. My mouth was excessively sore and bleeding for several days following this procedure. I put it down to experience and made an appointment for a check up, I was fitted in for February 2023. The following day I received a phone call from the practice demanding a £50 deposit. Having spent some £450 with Aurora I could not afford to do this for an appointment not available until next year. (I am reliant upon a pension) I was told in no uncertain terms that I had to pay this if I wanted to keep the appointment, I simply could not afford to do this and therefore the practice cancelled my appointment. I really felt I was held over a barrel. It wasn’t as if I hadn’t paid them what to me is a substantial amount of money. I am so disappointed with this dentist and have been left feeling that Aurora Dental Practice places more emphasis on money than they do on quality patient care.

First Class
My partner has just had his denture completed. The dentist was amazing and did a first class job and also went above and beyond to ensure the dentures were perfect. Everyone says my partner looks like a new man. The reception stall are really lovely and happy and remind you about the appointments. We have never had an experience like it even with other private dentists. I can’t say enough good about them except if you have a dental problem, that’s the place to go.
