Bought a Ben Sherman t shirt. Its very poor quality thin and the neck is slack. Not like the quality I expect from Ben Sherman. I have just received my first two orders from Big Fish, and I’m delighted! They have a full range of denim jeans and joggers to choose from and when I couldn’t quite find my size online I called and within minutes a very helpful gentleman had found exactly the item and size I required in the warehouse and I could order with confidence. On arrival a few days later I found both items to be excellent quality and fit and am so relieved to have found a supplier who caters for my tall slim frame!

I purchased one wrist watch from this company and returned it by following all their instructions as it was not useful to me. Company received the said returned item in good condition. However they have not issued me full refund as per their assurance in return policy. On my repeated requests on phone calls and request on whats app chat, they kept me on giving false assurances such as account mistake etc. This was not expected from such big and renowned clock company. I spent a long time researching for a behaviourist for my dog and found many cowboys out there trying to be a professional but causing more issues/harm to dogs with poor training. Then I found Donna who is so amazing ! I had an Alaskan malamute who was extremely nervous of entire males. He also like the chase livestock and Donna turned this dogs behaviour around. His behaviour improved very quickly using clicker training and rewarding good behaviour. Donna spent time showing me how to train him and this worked very well. He was very anxious of entire males and she showed me how to train him to overcome this and worked with us. We also used Donna for our family Staffie who needed muzzle training and she worked with us and resolved this problem. Donna has made progress with our dogs and is fantastic at her job. She has qualifications and the most important thing is is that our dogs love her!!! I would use Donna again if i needed support with my animals. I asked Donna for her registration number and she gave it to me straight away. Other behaviourists cannot provide this registration number so make sure you ask for this! it is very important as some just follow YouTube to learn and pass this on however that is what can be done by anyone. Asking for qualifications and registration details shows they are real and know their stuff. Also vets and insurance companies are aware of the details, qualifications and have access to the register, I know from experience!

I had a very good experience with my order and also with the customer service. The situation was as followed: I was given a refund on parts of my order and therefore thought it was almost cancelled. Due to the higher amount of packaging & delivery costs I also wanted to cancel the solemn item which would lay below the delivery costs. So it made no sense to me to order only one item, which normally just was thought to be the additionally and not the main product I targeted. But it turned out that everything was complete and it was only a confusing error. The customer service also informed me on that immediately and confirmed my delivery for today, which also happened exactly so. Apprezzato buono sconto per scusarsi del piccolo disagio e fruibilità della lista nascita. In generale però abbiamo altri in ordini in ballo e va segnalato un grande problema di gestione logistica per una migrazione di magazzino che va avanti da mesi (molti prodotti in lista nascita diventano facilmente non disponibili, con tempi di riordino biblici, altri esauriti, per cui non risultano più disponibili nella lista). In un mondo in cui un ordine diretto dal fornitore stesso verrebbe evaso in 5-6 gg max e i futuri genitori hanno bisogno di certezze su tempi di consegna, tutto questo abbastanza inaccettabile. Personale in negozio non sempre formato sui processi, ma nota di merito alla responsabile che prova in tutti i modi di tamponare un’organizzazione dietro non ottimale.

Desværre har vi haft en dårlig oplevelse, at priser mellem hjemmesiden og den fysiske butik ikke stemmer overens. Vi er blevet opkrævet 95 kr mere for en halskæde i den fysiske butik end hvis vi havde købt den på hjemmesiden i stedet for. Super ærgerligt, at man opdager det en fredag, når man kommer hjem og gaven skal gives søndag og der er intet at gøre. Kunne være rart at priserne er opdateret mellem butik og hjemmeside.

Vi købte de flotteste vielsesringe hos Perlen i Odense, og blev kun mødt af god service fra besøget til vi modtog dem 😊 alle de varmeste anbefalinger herfra!🌟

Biggest mistake to order from a company not stay behind their products, I ordered a gas tandoor for over $2000 in feb of 2022 to be delivered in may 2022, when tandoor arrived no owner manual how to maintain and operate contacted the seller they transferred me to a third party in Pennsylvania, it was nightmare to get a hold of that person, After using the tandoor for few months start getting cracks inside tandoor contacted the seller they never helped me with the repair the just sent me an email you purchased it a year ago, I was not asking them to give me another tandoor which was under warranty for a year as of may 2022, I had to another company which they carry tandoor to get help for fixing the crack and maintenance.

A wonderfully mundane experience - I got the product I ordered quickly and exactly as described.

Een aanrader! Items snel in huis zoals beloofd. Een product was iets anders dan op de afgebeelde foto’s, hiervoor werd meteen een oplossing aangeboden en werd ook daadwerkelijk gelijk gedaan. Geeft een klant een vertrouwd gevoel en zeker reden om terug te komen.

Waardeloze retour afhandeling , retour in Okt al door Kixx ontvangen en nog steeds niet verwerkt op 21-11??? Heeft niks met drukte te maken… maar misschien met niet terug kunnen betalen?

Retour is zo slecht geregeld! Ik wacht al 2 weken op mijn geld die ik moet krijgen van ze. Telkens krijg ik een mail dat het in behandeling is, en binnen 2 weken dus betaald zou worden! Nou nog steeds niks! Zelfs een grotere bedrijf heeft zijn retour in orde! Ik wacht op mijn geld!

Ik ben super tevreden over de levering van de kleding. Echter , retouren... Ik heb nu Riverty moeten betalen (a €146), omdat de retouren belachelijk laat verwerkt worden. Morgen vervalt nog een retour van mij en dan zou ik weer een bedrag van €132 moeten betalen. Gemaild en dit is het antwoord ; "De retour is ontvangen, maar nog niet verwerkt door onze retourafdeling. Normaal gesproken hebben we twee weken om de retourzending te verwerken, helaas duurt het momenteel wat langer. We doen er alles aan om uw zending zo snel mogelijk te verwerken." Ja zo snel mogelijk ?? Een dag, nog 2 weken? Echt bijzonder en jammer. Normaal erg tevreden over Kixx.

Voor het eerst hier besteld, maar de verwerking van de retour duurt te lang. Ik moest hierdoor de retour in Riverty betalen. Heb ik nog nooit eerder ergens gehad, is dus gewoon slecht. Ik zoek toch even verder om mijn kinderkleding te shoppen.

Slechte beoordeling.. Let op 4 kledingstukken retour gestuurd. 3 kledingstukken (zeggen ze) hebben ze ontvangen. Ik heb niks gehouden. Dus heel apart.. En krijg toch een rekening Wat gaat er mis??

Schandalig bedrijf. Komt afspraken niet na.

Al 3 keer gemaild en nog geen reactie. Product terug gestuurd maar geen enkele reactie schandalig.

Voor 20 uur besteld dezelfde werkdag verzonden? Goede reclame maar niet voor dit bedrijf. Dit maken ze niet waar en telefonisch onbereikbaar. Ik haak af

Mooie producten en snelle verzending. Helaas vielen producten klein en is het retour gegaan. 1 ster omdat ik de producten 3,5 weken geleden retour heb gestuurd en kixx nog steeds mijn geld niet heeft teruggestort. Contact krijgen lukt niet, ik heb de afgelopen week meer dan 3 uur aan de telefoon gehangen. Maar iemand spreken is niet gelukt.

PESSIMI!!!! A dir poco pessimi! Il servizio post vendita, il peggiore che abbia mai riscontrato. Li ho contattati per dire che la spedizione era in ritardo e nulla. Quando finalmente arriva il pacco, non c’è né’ ricevuta né’ certificato di autenticità. Chiamo e, assolutamente svogliati, come a farmi un favore che mi stavano rispondendo, mi dicono che è così e mi deve andare bene. Sono rimasta basita. Non hanno neanche salutato nel riattaccare il telefono. Sarebbe da restituire la merce oltretutto carissima! MAI PIÙ COMPRERÒ DA LORO E ANZI GLI FARÒ UNA PESSIMA PUBBLICITÀ.

Anello molto bello. Unica piccola, trascurabile pecca, l'interno dell anello con una punzonatura non precisa per l'indicazione della placcatura in platino. Dato che ha un costo un po' più alto della concorrenza....

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti, ho chiamato il contatto telefonico e mi ha risolto rapidamente un piccolo problema che avevo. Ho preso un paio di orecchini per mia moglie e devo dire che sono splendidi, consigliatissimo insomma, tornerò sicuramente a comprare da loro!

Per mia esperienza posso dire che questa azienda ha prodotti discreti ma prezzi decisamente alti. Ho acquistato un tennis, è arrivato difettoso, era in parte morbido e in parte rigido, praticamente storto. Ho chiesto il cambio e con l'occasione ho decido che avrei preferito una misura di pietre più grande. Al momento del pagamento mi hanno chiesto 11 euro in più, ovviamente oltre l'integrazione del prezzo, solo per il cambio di un oggetto difettoso Sono rimasta malissimo. Ciò nonostante, ho voluto fare un secondo ordine, e in questo caso, ho dovuto aspettare un mese, prima che il corriere riuscisse a consegnarlo. Dubito fortemente che mi serviro' nuovamente da loro.

Extremely poor customer service. Bracelet tarnished and went a dark grey after wearing it on a couple of occasions. Avoid buying from them. Newbridge silverware is much better quality. Complained in December 2024 and they have still not resolved it

Can highly recommend Tipperary Crystal. Bought some Graham Knuttel items and they delivered today. What a brilliant service. Will be back.

Not a good experience unfortunately..I ordered sunglasses that were half price and was sent the wrong ones..I gave them to my sister and reordered the glasses I wanted only to be sent the same wrong ones again...😏

Five stars. Lovely products, reasonably priced.my only critique is when there is a free gift it either arrives loose in the box or maybe in an envelope ( if you’re lucky!) If the free gift is worth so much why is it not put either in a cardboard pouch or something more secure. I almost threw out my free gift once as is was just loose in the box mixed among the paper packaging used to protect the other items. Please Tipperary Crystal find a better way of providing safely protecting the free gift we receive. I’ve purchased many times from this company and will do again. I love the products and the value they offer.

Everything was great from ordering to delivery very quick and efficient.

Had received a damaged item, but. Customer service could not have been more helpful. There was initially a slight delay in their response to my emails, so they decided to just send me a new item as a replacement. Have since bought fun them again with no issues
