Unfortunate experience that turned pleasant
I purchased a few items for gifts and unfortunately they arrived way later than expected due to high demand in a sales period so didn’t end up gifting them. I had to follow up my orders a couple of times but the team were very responsive and apologetic once brought to their attention. I can’t fault Sarah the label’s “customer service and want” to turn it around to be a positive experience. Products I ordered were pretty and will gift them on to another friend when it’s their birthday. I can happily recommend this company.

Broken Earrings Saved by good Customer Service
I received the Boho moon earrings - they were not even attached. They were well packacged but no good if they are broken. However, I can’t fault Sarah the lLbel’s “customer service and want” to turn it around to be a positive experience. They gor i touch and reposted the same item with matching necklace I had not ordered. They seemed keen to turn a negative experience positive into a positive one.

Leider war nie jemand per Telefon zu erreichen. Rückruf wurde nie durchgeführt. Auf email wurde nicht reagiert. Vor der Bestellung wurde zeitnaher Versand zugesagt. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen auf dem Anrufbeantworter erfolgt selbst nach vier Wochen keine Auslieferung. Das hat mich zur Stornierung gezwungen. Schade, da das Produkt zwar hochpreisig aber eigentlich qualitativ in Ordnung ist. Eine nochmalige Bestellung wird nicht mehr erfolgen.

Silk scarf
I ordered a silk scarf from the website and the item was delivered quickly. I would have given 5 stars but I was a little embarrassed when the recipient open the packaging. The scarf was a gift for my partner to finish off his evening suit. When I received it, it was beautifully wrapped in H&H tissue paper so I didn't open it. I just placed it into a gift bag and presented it to him. He was really pleased with the item but pointed out that I "had left the price tag attached." So, if there is anything H&H could do to improve, it would be to remove any price tags from items that are ordered online. Other than that, as I said, my partner was very pleased with the gift and he is a very fussy person, haha.

Bought a slim fit shirt and not remotely slim , very baggy arms and around belly and back and nothing like the other slim fits I have ..and I’m 50 and not that slim …the sleeves are also poorly designed, because they are so baggy they have folds to bring in the width at the cuff and they are a nightmare to iron …

Good quality shirts, very poor service. I booked an sppointment in advance. When I arrived no one knew anything. Got the measutements done anyways. I ordered fullt bespoke, but they gave me mtm. Ordered four shirts, one waistcoat and several ties. They seemed totally uninterested in selling. When I should pick up the ordered I came in dresses in jeans and sneakers, and they did not beleive I had ordered anything. Had to discuss to Get him to look for it, and to his surprise there it was. Next time I order from Turnbull and Asser.

This dress is so comfortable
This dress is so comfortable. It doesn’t crease. It has pockets! I wore mine to travel long haul and it was perfect for travelling. The only negative I have is that the colour leaved onto my underwear (ruining it) and the top of my socks. It really spoilt my experience of it. Did not expect it to do that considering it is quite expensive.

Disappointing Quality | Not Worth the Price
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The quality of the fabric and stitching was nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. Even with the discount applied, the dress was still overpriced for what I received. It felt cheap and did not justify the cost at all. I had to return it, which was another inconvenience. Definitely not worth the price, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

Listing things you don't even have in stock
Tried to order some shorts from them for a cosplay. I placed my order on the 31st of March. I've had bad experiences with shopping online before, so I was getting a bit jumpy by the end of April 1st when I saw that the tracking information hadn't been updated beyond "shipping label created". Despite messaging them about it on April 2nd, they assured me that everything was going well. I sent them another message on April 4th to figure out why nothing was moving forward, which is when I finally was told that neither ThisNiche nor the original chinese manifacturer had the shorts in stock. I was offered to be sent another pair of shorts in lieu of the shorts I ordered, but excuse my french, they looked like a godawful arts and crafts project. The only good thing out of this experience is that I actually got my money back. Basically, I wasted 4 days because whoever is handling inventory in this store seems to be about as competent as the average politician.

Terrible Service & Lack of Transparency – Avoid! I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Fusion. Despite multiple requests, they have failed to provide a proper transaction statement from the Stripe payment gateway, instead sending incomplete and misleading reports. They claim data protection prevents them from sharing spreadsheets, yet they have previously sent similar files via WhatsApp. Their excuses are inconsistent, and their lack of transparency raises serious concerns. To make matters worse, my business payouts have been withheld for over a month, causing major financial disruption. Repeated follow-ups have led nowhere, and they ignore clear requests for accurate financial data. If you value honest service, timely payments, and clear communication, I strongly advise against using Fusion. Avoid at all costs!

I bought a corset from there, thinking how reasonably priced it was ... Very happy. Until the following week, when I was informed they didn't have my corset in stock. As I didn't want a different one I opted for a refund. I purchased my corset from Angel clothing UK and it arrived the following day! I'm still waiting on my refund, they marked it as 'urgent', but they're full of crap, it hasn't even been processed yet, it's been nearly 2 weeks ... She said refunds have to be approved by the manager, who never seems to be in.

Superb company with a beautiful selection
Shopping with Thahab has been an absolute pleasure and I sincerely look forward to purchasing from them again in the future. I've been looking for a particular Anna Quan skirt for several months and was thrilled to see that my size was available on Thahab. As this was my first time shopping from their website, I came to Trust Pilot and was quite concerned with some of the negative reviews. The primary issues I noticed were regarding shipping, not being refunded for items that were not delivered, and import charges. The first time I placed an order for this skirt was on November 10th. I received an extremely apologetic email from concierge, who informed me that my size was not available and my card was at no point charged. A few weeks later I checked again and noticed that my size was back in stock. I placed my order on November 22nd and on November 23rd I received an email with my DHL tracking information and an estimated arrival date. It is now November 27th and my skirt has been delivered in absolute perfect condition. My skirt was wrapped in a DHL bag, inside of which was a cardboard box, inside of which was the beautiful white Thahab box, wrapped with a tasteful black ribbon When you make a purchase from *any* country outside of your own, the tax and duty fees of your country will be applied when the item enters your country. For reference the item I purchased was approximately $700 (CAD) and the import charge was $85.72. This has nothing to do with the business you are purchasing from. Overall, I would highly recommend Thahab - they have an incredible collection, excellent customer service and fantastic shipping.

My experience was more than incredible. At first I thought that the prices of the dresses I bought were spam but I realized that they were serious people so I decided to buy them and in less than a week I had the merchandise in my hands packed in an elegant and impeccable way. I noticed that one of the dresses from Brox and Banco was missing the fabric belt and I wrote an email and via WhatsApp and the same day I received a response from them. The next day they wrote me that they would send it to me and in a few days I had it in my hands. There was follow-up of it and the reception. I was very impressed with the excellent service of the website. 100% recommended.

I placed the order on December 5th
I placed the order on December 5th. Then, I found out it takes three weeks minimum to receive the order. All shipping originates in China. I was also under the assumption this was made in Scotland. This has nothing to do with the quality. I will not know until I receive the product. Processing: 5-7 business days Shipping: 15-20 business days

WARNING IF YOUR PACKAGE GETS LOST
WARNING! When you make an order and the package gets lost or stolen the support is very bad will not help you to make a reclaim or nothing. My package is still gone and I made an police report and everything and still they can’t help me. It the senders responsibility to make sure it gets delivered to the customer hands. They buy the cheaper version and send it to your door and not to a postal agent even though I did not accept that. So be very careful when ordering from THIS WEBSITE.

I am so happy with natural baby shower. They took all of the stress out of baby shopping. They had the best price and offer out of all baby shops I looked at. Fast delivery and regular updates via email and text with a specified time slot for delivery. The customer service on phone and email were great when I needed to change my address. Honestly one of the best online companies I’ve used. I ordered something that turned out was out of stock and they messaged me so fast and refunded me straight away with minimal fuss also said they’d email me when the outfit came back in. The items I did receive came the day after where amazing quality and such a bargain. Vicky who I spoke to emailed me back within 10 minutes to answer all me questions! Will be using the site again the customer service is amazing!
