It's not worth it at all... Don't fall for it.
Two weeks ago I ordered clothes from Oqium for the very first time. Unfortunately the expected quality of some products did not meet my expectations. When I checked the packaging, there was no return label included. Neither was there any chance to request a return label on their website. For over a week now I have been trying to reach customer care, in order to clarify the returning of products and refund. So far I have not received any feedback, nor any support at all. It's just hilarious how little Oqium cares about their customers and does not comply to their return policy stated on their website at all. It just feels like being scammed, literally...

Customer's messages totally ignored.
Ordered a men's vest top on 9 Sept. size XL. Order confirmed as size L. I sent an e-mail immediately asking them to correct their error and send the XL size. However, size L has arrived and been invoiced and I have now sent three e-mails to this Company which remain unanswered. There is no phone number on their website, surprise, surprise! My advice - avoid using this Company. It is now 29th Sept still no response to my 3 in house e mails sent to this oufit on their own customer contact forms,except for a stupid e mail asking me to photograph the jumper in question. Belive it or not they say there is no trace of my 3 e mails to them !!!!!

Når pakken først var blitt sendt og kommet til Norge, fikk jeg vite at disse dustene i Tyskland mente at mitt nærmeste postkontor var 30 minutter unna. Til tross for at jeg har TO postkontor i fem minutters gange fra huset mitt. Etter å ha snakket med PostNord (Europas dårligste postfirma) - så fikk jeg vite at det var bonprix som måtte be om dette. Tok dermed kontakt med bonprix som sa «nei, det kan ikke vi gjøre. Det her er PostNord sin feil. Lykke til i neste bestilling». Produktene er også av samme kvalitet som temu. Men sendt fra Tyskland i stedet. Styr unna.

Jag väntar på pengar efter att ha returnerat paket. När jag väntat drygt 1 månad kontaktade jag dem. De hade inte fått returen, men vänta jo det har vi men vi behöver ditt konto nr. Bank, clearingnummer och kontonummer. Jag skrev det till dem 3 gånger sedan har jag inte hört nåt mer och det är väl snart en månad sedan. Får väl ringa och stöta på igen. Kommer inte att handla där mera.

Flotte produkter, riktige størrelser som er bra! MEN, elendige betalingsløsninger. De oppgir utenlandsk konto (MED IBAN OG BIC), når de har norsk konto. De har ikke klarna, faktura ser ikke ut som en faktura og er en del av returlappen og kan lett bli borte med papiravfall. Ikke efaktura eller vippsløsning.

Var i samtale med dem pr tlf. Siden det ble kluss med bestilling så ble 2 bestillinger der jeg valgte å kansellere den ene bestillingen å det var greit. Men neida kom 2 pakker på døra med 4 dobbelt opp av hva jeg skulle ha så ble 4 ganger så dyrt som det skulle bli. Frua har bare hatt problemer også med dem. Legg ned hele dritten!!

Jeg bestilte et produkt, fikk en bekreftelsesmail på at jeg hadde kjøpt produktet og penger ble reservert på min konto. Jeg mottok ingen ordrenummer, så jeg ringte inn til dere kundeservice og fikk beksjed om at min ordre ikke fantes i deres systemer, og han ba meg sende mail. Jeg har endt med å sende 18(!) mail frem og tilbake, hvor det blir stilt nye spm fra deres side i hver mail. De ber meg også opplyse om mitt kundenummer som jeg heller aldri har mottatt. Det blir en evig runddans som det er umulig å komme ut av, men nye personer som svarer på hver mail. Dårlig kundeservice og et elendig ordresystem. Styr unna!

Bij aanschaf zijn we goed geholpen. Ze waren erg behulpzaam om ons te adviseren en klant te laten worden. Bij het ophalen van de ring bleek plots dat de ring een groter formaat had. En dat was heel vreemd omdat wij eerder ook al een ring hadden gekocht met het juiste formaat. Volgens Steinberg hadden wij bewust voor een ander (groter) formaat gekozen. Tegen betaling konden wij de ring laten herstellen. De schuld wordt zonder schaamte in de schoenen van de klant geschoven en de service is ver te zoeken. Wij hebben ervoor gekozen om de ring ergens anders te laten herstellen. Ook omdat wij meerdere reviews hebben gelezen (helaas pas toen het kwaad al was geschiedt) waaruit blijkt dat het vaker voorkomt. Advies: doe goed onderzoek voordat je overweegt om hier iets te kopen.

Spent thousands of euros to an untrustworthy company.
I bought an engagement ring from Steinberg. The ring is beautiful and I think that they have fair prices (for a non online store) but there are some things which I cannot neglect. I would have been more satisfied if they were more honest and more careful with what they promise. In our first discussions the sales lady stated that they are flexible with the shapes and the designs of their ring bands and that if I want to apply any minor change then the jeweler will be able to make it. After I made an advanced payment for ordering the diamond, the behavior of the sales lady changed. She was trying to convince me (sometimes by using some poor excuses...) that it is not a good idea of applying any small changes to the ring band and generally she was very reluctant in deviating from the shapes and they designs that they have in their rings collection. I was not so annoyed by the above fact as much as I was from the fact that I ordered an inscription on the ring (for which I paid extra 50 euros) and they delivered it with the wrong font (which I specifically requested via an email exchange). The worst part from it is that they told me that I will have to pay 90 euros extra if I want the inscription to be fixed. That was a big foul from their side. EDIT We also bought our wedding rings from them. Upon this purchase, the seller mentioned that the cost of resizing a ring (in case it comes larger or smaller) is 50 euros and that there is no cost for cleaning them. Our rings came larger but due to the fact that we received them few days before the wedding we postponed their resizing for the future. When we visited Steinberg for the resizing my ring and for cleaning my wife's engagement and wedding rings (her wedding ring didn't need at that moment resizing), they mentioned that the cost of resizing my ring is 180 euros and the cleaning cost of each ring is 30 euros! Regarding the resizing, when I asked why the cost is not the one the seller originally mentioned us (50 euros), their excuse was that the ring had to be adjusted by 2 and a half sizes. One thing that surprised me was that the set for measuring the size of my ring used during my second visit was way different from the one used during my first visit. In the first visit they gave us a general measuring set for both me and my wife despite the fact that we bought different types of rings. During the second visit they gave me a set specific for the type of my ring. This makes me think that during our first visit we were given the wrong measuring set (on purpose?) and that is why we got rings of wrong size. Regarding the cleaning cost their excuse was that their cleaning equipment was broken. This was a cheap lie because another couple (friends of ours) who bought also their rings from them recently, upon picking up their wedding rings, they were informed that cleaning services cost 30 euros per ring. At the end of this second disappointing meeting the service lady mentioned that her manager will call us but we never received a call. In a nutshell, this a very untrustworthy company. It lies to its customers, it refuses to fix its own mistakes, it tries to make money on its own mistakes and it offers fake services. I really regret spending thousands of euros on them. I suggest to people that they want to buy an engagement ring or a wedding ring, to avoid this place.

Tijdens de aankoop erg fijn geholpen en een vriendelijk bejegend. Daarna ook telefonisch nog met ons meegedacht dat we last minute nog een afhaal afspraak konden maken op zondag. Echter bij aankomst zeer onvriendelijk benaderd en hebben we ons niet prettig en welkom gevoeld. Wat een bijzonder en leuk moment hoort te zijn bij het ophalen van je trouwringen, was bij ons niet zozeer het geval, helaas.

Geen service. Heel slecht!!! 3,5 jaar geleden kochten wij onze trouwringen bij Steinberg Rotterdam. In mijn ring van witgoud, zaten drie steentjes. Helaas zijn er nu na 3,5 jaar twee steentjes uitgevallen. Contact opgenomen en ik kon langskomen in de winkel. De dame vertelde me dat de ring naar de leverancier zou worden gestuurd en ik zou binnen 4 weken reactie krijgen. Al de volgende dag werd ik gebeld, ze hebben ze ring zelf even nagekeken en ze denken dat ik iets te hard een klink heb vastgepakt of een zwaar kratje heb getild, want er is een hap uit de ring en daardoor zijn de steentjes eruit gevallen. Maw eigen schuld dikke bult, ze geven geen garantie op aangekochte artikelen. Dus ik kan €150,- betalen voor een reparatie. Nou dat ga ik niet doen… je mag er vanuit gaan dat een ring wel een langere levensduur heeft dan 3,5 jaar. Daarnaast als het allemaal zo makkelijk kapot zou gaan, heb ik de kans dat na reparatie volgende week weer een hap uit mijn ri g valt als ik de deur wil openen?! Wat is dit voor idioterie. Zeer slecht deze service, ik werd ook echt heel onfatsoenlijk te woord gestaan. Want ze maken al minder omzet door corona dus het was volgens deze meneer belachelijk dat ik niet wilde betalen voor een reparatie, ik probeerde ze hun brood af te pakken. Haha hoe professioneel wil je het hebben.

Wat een slechte service en klantonvriendelijkheid! Ik raad deze bedrijf zeer af, laat je niet in de maling nemen, als je iets van ze koopt kan je het niet terug brengen omdat het zogenaamd special voor jou gemaakt is, kijk uit met deze oplichters!

Ringmaat aanpassen
Hier een verlovingsring besteld. De ring kwam vrij flot aan en zag er keurig uit. Omdat het om een verloving gaat was het onmogelijk om vooraf de ring te passen. Helaas bleek ook dat de ring iets te groot was. Geen probleem dat konden ze uiteraard oplossen. De kosten voor het verkleinen waren echter erg hoog. €120!? Het verhaal van hoe en waarom is uitgelegd, maar ik heb zo mijn eigen mening wat betreft service. Persoonlijk zou ik graag een (desnoods) eenmalige service zien voor het groter of kleiner maken van een ring. Helemaal gezien de ring nog geen maand geleden aangeschaft is. Mooie ring en verder goede service. Maar voor mij wel een reden om voortaan niet weer te bestellen.

Niet klantvriendelijk
Mooie trouwringen gekocht in Rotterdam. Eigenlijk boven ons budget, maar de verkoper vroeg ons eerst wat we mooi vonden en als laatst gingen we naar de prijs en evt kijken waar nog wat af kon (onze eigen fout) waardoor je toch nog een stuk boven je budget komt. We zijn wel heel blij met de ringen, erg mooi. En de uitleg was ook heel uitgebreid. Er was voldoende tijd (was een rustig tijdstip) om onze wensen door te nemen. Echter, door Corona is de bruiloft verplaatst en moesten wij onze gravering (datum) laten aanpassen. Bij het kopen van de ringen werd verteld dat dit makkelijk aangepast kon worden en werd ons geadviseerd de gravering toch al te plaatsen, ondanks Corona. Toen wij de gravering wilde aanpassen was dit €80 per ring! Als wij dit op voorhand hadden geweten hadden wij deze keuze niet gemaakt. We zijn het gesprek aangegaan, maar er was geen begrip voor onze situatie. Er werd vooral gezegd dat wij de keuze zelf gemaakt hadden en dat zij deze kosten ook niet wisten. Ook werd er nog gedoeld op de prijs van de ringen, voor ons veel geld, maar dit vonden ze nog wel meevallen (ruim €2600). Het was een pijnlijk gesprek. We hadden gehoopt dat ze klantvriendelijker zouden zijn. En vooral het niet erkennen van dat het vervelend is, en weggegooid geld is, vonden wij het ergste. Wij raden deze winkel dan ook echt niet aan. Helaas.

Mooiste ringen en de beste service!
Wij hebben zowel onze verlovingsring en trouwringen gekocht bij Steinberg en zijn beide keren super goed geholpen. Je krijgt de tijd om goed te onderzoeken wat bij je past en krijgt daarnaast ook goed advies hierover en de hulp die je nodig hebt! Onwijs veel keuze mogelijkheden en after service is helemaal top.

lightly disappointing... overall good
it took longer than expected/quoted for shipping, the whole dress seems to be thicker/more material layering than shown in the picture, therefore making it loos like it has more volume and heavier than the picture. maybe i'm new at this, maybe i have too high of an expectation. overall still a very well made product, and the customer service is superb!

Great Electric Board and support team
I spent a lot of time comparing electric skateboards before deciding on which one to buy as a newbie to electric boarding. I got the Isinwheel V10 off-road electric skateboard and I am very satisfied with it. I weigh about 205 lbs and the board is able to to take me uphill and through grass fairly easily. With the V10 you're receiving a lot quality high specs you'd find in other pricier boards for a much better deal. I had one small issue with one of the light bar accessories but I was able to get in contact with their very friendly and helpful support team and they were able to help me solve the issue the very next day. Definitely would shop with them again

I ordered two Isinwheel S9 Pro scooters and they arrived here fast and on time. They had the claimed top speed of 19 MPH (30 KMH). The install was easy, all I had to do was install the handlebars which was super easy, and then it was basically plug and play from there. One rear tire did pop which was an accident so I went to Isinwheel's support team and they were super nice and we're quick to respond to emails. I would recommend this company since this is my first electric scooter. Please consider this company when looking for a new electric scooter.

Loving my board!
I've already put +350 km on the board and enjoying it as much as the first day. Led light give a great touch at night. I though airless wheels would be hard, but they are comfortable enough, and you avoid flat tires.

Terrible company
The 2-3 day shipping is a lie, customer service seems to be nice and professional but they don’t actually do anything to help. The have no manager or higher up to escalate situations to and do not return your money when you cancel. They are a terrible company to do business with and i would strongly suggest not doing business with isinwheel.

Ordered the v10 skateboard and I absolutely love it. I'm 215lbs and the max weight is 245lbs, this thing moves so fast! I love it. Excellent Experience
Experience: it was shiny and cool! I was so afraid to touch it that I accidentally broke the plastic structure that holds the velcro strap while I attempting to attach the storage bag to the handle bar. Company: iSinWheel had great customer service that offered a free gift for my disappointment, just for a small error that I could've fixed with hot glue. Honestly: I was so confident in my ability to use the scooter that I didn't use the manual. The YouTube unboxing videos were good enough. I didn't realize that the speed was restricted to 15 MPH by default, though. It took a bit of googling to find what to do but experiments to know when to do it. The what is to press M five times; the when is to do that immediately after turning the scooter on. Safety: the pneumatic wheels and suspension make riding over bumps easier than my solid tire ES1-300 scooter. Security: The ability to set the max speed limit low ensures that if an unwittingly thief or child rides the scooter, they wouldn't go too fast for you.

With all honesty, my isinwheel v10 has been amazing. When I first received it, one of the lights was not working properly and the customer service was super helpful and shipped me out a replacement. The board is good quality, and a perfect mix of speed and acceleration. The double kingpin trucks give the board amazing carve and the battery has a great range as well. Misleading: Selling Polish goods at double price as ‘Scandinavian’
I bought a climbing ladder from Little Hugs, thinking it was a Scandinavian-designed product called “Rib Pure.” But when it arrived, I realized it was the exact same product sold by RinaGym, a Polish company — same design, same packaging, shipped from Poland — just sold here for almost double the price under a different name. There’s no mention of the real manufacturer on the website, and the way the product is branded makes it look like something local or exclusive. When I contacted support, they just said it’s normal to rename products and didn’t seem to care. Tip: Before you buy, try searching for the same product images online — you might find the original for much less.

Jeg bestilte en køjeseng fra little hugs, som hedder Home. I den størrelse, med madrasser, og malet træ endte prisen på ca. 8.000 kr. Jeg har givet 2 stjerner, egentlig ikke fordi virksomheden har ydet en dårlig service, men fordi kvaliteten af sengen vi har købt, er helt igennem elendig. Træet er i så dårlig kvalitet, at jeg kkke kan huske at jeg har set noget så ringe i mit 40 årige liv. De designvalg som man har fortaget da man designede sengen, gør at sengen ikke kan bruges til børn. Skruerne skal meget ofte efterspændes, alternativt falder sengen fra hinanden. Når man har efterspændt nogle gange, er det snæsten umuligt at undgå at overspænde skruerne, da træet er af så dårlig kvalitet.

Jeg bestilte en seng inkl. madras, forhæng og puder til siderne i starten af februar. Alle tingene undtagen forhænget blev leveret indenfor den lovede tidsramme. Jeg skrev til deres kundeservice på mail, for at høre angående levering af forhænget, og de svarede tilbage at der var lidt leveringsudfordringer hvilket selvfølgelig er helt fair. De gav mig nogle rigtig fine alternativer som kunne leveres hurtigere, og det var en rigtig fin behandling af kundeservice igennem processen. Leveringstiden var lang, men den er det værd!

Lang svar tid ved kundeservice og manglende kommunikation og information. Vi bestilte en seng og en madras den 1. marts 2025 og var indforstået med den lange leveringstid som var skrevet på siden. Den 18. marts modtager jeg en besked om, at madrassen alligevel ikke kan leveres, og jeg bliver bedt om at vælge en ny eller få pengene retur. Jeg vælger en ny madras og får aftalt en rabat, da jeg oprindeligt havde brugt en rabatkode ved bestillingen. Nu, en uge efter valg af madras, står jeg med sengen – men uden madrassen, som jeg havde en forventning om kom sammen med sengen. Det blev dsv. Ikke nævnt fra kundeservice side at jeg ville skulle vente længere på madrassen end på sengen. Da jeg vil i kontakt med kundeservicen igen, tager det nogle dage før der kommer et svar efter hvert spørgsmål, så en lille samtale kan dsv. tage flere dage. Vi valgte at afbestille madrassen og købe en et andet sted, og venter nu stadig på den Sengerand vi også bestilte d. 1 marts, selvom der står levering inden for 14 dage under den. Vi har tidligere bestilt flere gange uden problemer, men denne oplevelse har været en dårlig oplevelse grundet mangelende kommunikation omkring leveringen af madrassen, lange svartider og nu også en Sengerand som lader vente på sig på sjette ugen. Produktet fejler dog intet og vi er rigtige glade for sengen vi har bestilt.

D. 22. Januar bestiller vi en seng, hvor der skulle være 7-14 dages levering. Vi ser ingen seng og modtager ingen information om at leveringen er forsinket. Min mand forsøger at ringe til dem, men telefonen er nede, men har efter et par dage held med at komme igennem - han får fat på en utrolig ubehagelig dame, som siger at vi nok burde have læst det som stod med småt, for de havde ret til længere leveringstid end angivet. Hun ender med at sige sengen vil blive sendt den uge. Sengen afsendes ikke, min mand kontakter dem igen og vi får at vide at der er yderligere forsinkelser. De vil gerne slå lidt af prisen, for at vi ikke annullerer ordren og det godtager vi. Sengen bliver leveret d. 14 marts, altså efter næsten 3 måneder 😑😑 her opdager vi så, at der mangler skruer OG at de har trukket det fulde beløb, og ikke givet os den aftalte rabat. Jeg har før handlet uden problemer, men det kommer IKKE til at ske igen, det her er under alt kritik!

Stadig ingen svar!
Har stadig ikke modtaget min ordre og heller ej fået svar på mine henvendelser i snart 3 uger. Jeg har skrevet anmeldelsen “værste service” og efterfølgende skrev jeg en anmeldelse ang. deres svar, da man ikke kan besvare kommentaren og de valgte at slette den og undgår mig! 40 jeans : more than 20 in poor conditions
I placed an order for 40 jeans on June 29, and received them on July 31 (after several reminders). Once they arrived, I noticed that 2/3 of the jeans were not in the promised condition (grade A), with holes, missing labels, missing buttons... I get back in touch with the salesman, who tells me to list and photograph the jeans with problems and that he'll do what's necessary. He excludes jeans without labels (the Levis leather label on the back of the jeans), in the end, 17 jeans have serious defects once sorted on his terms. He assured me that he would send me back this number of jeans in good condition free of charge for the mistake he had made. After more than 10 reminders, no more news from the seller. Vorrei dare zero ma non mi è concesso. Compro 3 jeans, il pacco viene spedito con 10 giorni di ritardo. Non essendo presente alla consegna viene portato al deposito del corriere più vicino. Ad ogni modo, il pacco rimane bloccato per giorni. Contattando il corriere, mi viene riferito che è il mittente a dover sbloccare il pacco. Contatto l'assistenza di Future-Club, mi viene riferito più volte e con velato fastidio che devo andare personalmente al deposito del corriere per sbloccare il pacco altrimenti è destinato a tornare indietro e deve ripartire tutto il processo di spedizione. Comunico più volte la mia impossibilità di andare al prendere il pacco e ci accordiamo per far tornare il pacco indietro e rispedirlo. Mando ogni giorno messaggi all'assistenza nelle SETTIMANE successive, ma non ricevo mai una risposta concreta, né indicazioni di dove fosse finito il pacco. Really cool fan shirts which look almost exactly the same as on the website. Delivery takes about 2 weeks to Germany. If anyone wonders why the imprint isn't available and no one knows where the shop is located/ shipping its items from: It's Portugal. I have no idea why they are hiding it which gave me an untrustworthy impression at first. Personally I am very satisfied with the product, it fits well (usually S, I took S). However I find it a bit overpriced, with 45€ the 65€ shirts would be paid well, too.

Its a scam company. Do not use them
I ordered a pair of shorts from this website. They took over two weeks to arrive and were a size too small. I returned them as per the instructions by tracked and signed for post. I waited for weeks and weeks but heard nothing. I have emailed their 'customer services' and asked for a refund but have had no reply. They have basically stolen my money. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Order #75294 was sent back for a refund on 04/07/23. My communication and refund was not responded to until writing this initial review. 13 months after the fact, they have now unjustifiably flagged this review as fraudulent. Claiming my review deframes their business, of which it does not given it is strictly factual and therefore not applicable to slander. To conclude, I have received my refund following the initial review; but my one star review still stands given the lack of communication and time taken to resolve. As is the nature of a review I am able to not recommend.

Awful experience I received a shirt…
Awful experience I received a shirt from the company Woodson extra large. It was not. It was actually a small shirt. I tried it on It was too small. I immediately returned it, and now they’re claiming that the shirt was destroyed that it had streaks. All lies. The shirt was packed and returned right to the company. They refunded me instead of sending me a new shirt with the right size as they promised they would, and refunded me only 50% not even 50% to be perfectly honest shame on them I wouldn’t do business with them again I already filed a complaint with PayPal. If there’s another place to file a complaint I will do so the same.

Update April 2024: funally received my t shirt after a very long wait. Tbh, its a lovely t shirt with a great fit. Prevuously i rated them 0 due to me purchasing the top in January and constantly being told it was on order and not getting anymore updates. Glad i received it eventually.

Took my money with glee, and even received what looked like a genuine looking receipt, but that was the last email sent by them before I started questioning where my order was? Their emails were laughable as they we blaming "worldwide weather issues" for the "delay" in my order.....what a load of B******. I'd have more respect for this bunch of cowboys if they just admitted they were scammers and they had just pulled my pants down and robbed me blind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Delivery issue not resolved
Made two online orders (2020.and 2021.) and received clothes with no problem. Then made an Order in 2022. (Order #1000011624) which is about 500€ worth of clothing and accessories and never got the merchandise 😞 On 11.7.2022. wrote an email regarding this no delivery issue, taking in consideration all the covid late delivery problems. SOL responded saying they can send the merchandise again or make a refund. But no action regarding sending the merchandise or the money back was made. I have sent some emails since but they stopped replying to emails. I even had friend's come to there stand at BOOM Festival and Modem Festival to advocate about this issue but no use :( Hoping this gets resolved and they get me a back as customer and not a raging socialmedia anticustomer.

Very unpleasant customer service experience
Very unpleasant customer service experience. Most buyers will probably get what they ordered, but being unlucky enough to need support I found them greedy and unreasonable. My girlfriend and I visited them locally at a festival, where she bought two tops with different prints of the same model. She tried one on to get the size right, then asked the salesperson if the other one was also available in that size. She said that it was and handed my girlfriend a bag; we paid and left. Back at the tent and ready to head out the next day of the festival, my girlfriend takes the top out of the bag and puts it on, only to find out by getting stuck/squished in it that it's a size smaller than she asked for. Unfortunately, she'd already been wearing sunscreen, and merely trying to get the top on had gotten white stains on it. She went back to the store that day, asking them to correct their mistake by giving her the right top or her money back. Turns out then that they *didn't* actually have the right size in stock, and they wouldn't give her her money back either, on account of the article 'having been used'. They did let her exchange it for a different top, which she didn't really want, but settled for for lack of better options. When I heard that I thought it was pretty unfair: the only 'use' the top had seen was one attempt to put it on, right out of the bag, working from the perfectly reasonable assumption that they'd given her the item she'd asked and paid for. So I went back there to make my case for a refund, and that's when things got unpleasant. Right from the start, the saleswoman was interrupting everything I tried to say, and when I confronted her about the lack of respect in that she just bit back that *I* was being disrespectful because I was bigger than her and apparently my body language was angry. I did feel some anger at this point about the treatment we'd been getting, but I hadn't so much as raised my voice. Still, of course I hadn't been trying to intimidate her, so I made a point of saying that and taking a step back from her. I'm a peaceful, reasonable guy, and for me respectful resolution of differences means listening to each other with the intention of trying to understand, then building an agreement on that understanding - I always let people finish speaking, but I do get a bit peeved when people abuse that to shove me out of the conversation. Apparently not satisfied with that, she got the man who owned the stall in there instead. He let me finish roughly the first one-and-a-half sentences of my story before the first interruption, and that would be the only complete sentence I would get in for the rest of the 'dialogue'. After hearing roughly half of my case he just repeated his position - the clothing had been used, and their policy was no returns for used items - at me a bunch of times, interrupting me and shutting me down every time I tried to get a word in edgewise, then moved on to declaring that we had nothing left to talk about and telling me to get out of there. Frankly, returns policies are for when a customer changes their mind, not for when the vendor gives you something other than what you asked for. Still, I couldn't say that, because he literally wouldn't let me finish saying *anything*. To make matters worse, somewhere around this time he got *another* guy in there, clearly from the same group, who *also* started interrupting me and telling me to get out of there - at this point, I was beginning to wonder if *they* weren't trying to intimidate *me*. I tried and failed perhaps two more times to get a sentence in, then gave up, utterly dissatisfied. I'd been argued at and told to get lost for about fifteen minutes at this point, and not actually gotten to say *half* of what I thought was needed to pass judgment. They were clearly not even remotely interested in anything but getting me out of there without any money leaving their hands. Frankly, the sheer tenacity of their preference to hold on to the money leaves me wondering whether the original mistake had even been an accident, or whether seeing that they didn't have the requested item in stock they knowingly handed her the wrong size in hope that it wouldn't be noticed until the festival had finished and we were all in different countries again. Normally, I'd readily give people the benefit of the doubt on things like this, but the rest of my experience with them leaves me wondering.

Called the fast courier, I get an automated response that they are currently experiencing a large number of calls... I should rather contact them via Whatsapp, still not assisted on Whatsapp, instead I get automated messages...I can't even track my order. Refund due for goods not received
I am really disappointed the way that things turned out. There was no hustle when I placed an order & paid for it. The problem started when I tried to follow up on my order YST267985 on 12 August 2022, the phone rang unanswered, decided to call Fast Way Couriers to track my order after two failed attempts with YST, could not get help from the either. I spoke to Marshall & Fina (still waiting for a call back) to date. Finally got assisted by Nokuthula, who asked that I resent the email to: YST email address & confirmed receipt of email & contents. it is so improper for a Company of this magnitude to have ONLY 1 telephone line where on has to be on hold for more than 20 minutes only to be informed to send an email to be assisted.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von Qualität und Kundenservice!
Ich bin der Marke Ortlieb seit Jahren treu verbunden und eigentlich ein großer Fan, doch meine jüngsten Erfahrungen mit der Qualität und dem Kundenservice enttäuschen mich so sehr, dass ich fortan einen großen Bogen um Ortliebprodukte machen werde. Meine nagelneue Ortlieb Duffle RS 110 weist nach der ersten Reise bereits mehrere Löcher auf und der Reißverschluss ist irreparabel beschädigt. Der Kundenservice schließt aufgrund angeblichen Eigenverschuldens jegliche Garantieübernahme aus. Man bietet mir nur süffisant einen Rabatt von 25% beim Kauf einer neuen Tasche an. So habe ich 260€ zum Fenster herausgeschmissen - von einem Markenprodukt dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eine bessere Qualität und hätte mir von Ortlieb mehr Kulanz erhofft. Das machen andere Hersteller einfach deutlich besser und kundenorientierter!

Tolle Produkte und ein super Kundenservice
Wir sind mit mit den Ortlieb-Taschen immer gut gefahren. Bei unserer letzten Tour waren Taschen von Ortlieb dabei, die 30 Jahre alt waren. 2024 hatten wir das erste mal Probleme mit den Radtaschen aber der Kundenservice hat schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle für ihre Kulanz (Die Taschen waren ungebraucht, aber da es ein Geschenk war, fehlte der Kassenbon). Die Radtaschen sind schnell und einfach zu montieren, und es macht Freude damit auf die Reise zu gehen. Auch unsere Freunde fahren Fahrrad mit Ortliebtaschen und sind zufrieden. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle herzlich bedanken, dass meine Reklamation so schnell und kundenorientiert behandelt wurde. Wir haben im Internet bei einen Händler den Fahrradkorb Uptown von Ortlieb gekauft. Leider fehlten einige Teile. Der Händler gab an das es sich um den letzten handeln würde, also eine Neulieferung nicht möglich wäre. Wir haben dann die Firma Ortlieb angeschrieben, den Sachverhalt erklärt, und um Zusendung der fehlenden Teile gebeten. Mit dem Hinweis das wir für die Kosten aufkommen würden. Vielen Unternehmen hätten an dieser Stelle erklärt, bitte klären sie das mit dem Händler wo der Korb gekauft wurde. Ohne große Verzögerung wurde uns mitgeteilt das die fehlenden Teile uns selbstverständlich, KOSTENLOS, zugeschickt werden. Es gibt sie also noch, Unternehmen wo der Service nicht aufhört wenn ein Produkt gekauft wurde, sondern erst richtig anfängt!! Mal imprimacion y muy retrasado (mas de 2 semanas). No es lo que quería, no es lo que pedí y se retrasó 3 semanas. Lo pedí para un evento que pasó hace mucho cuando los recibí. De ninguna manera puedo recomendar Teefactory, aléjate de ellos.

Worse service ever. I went to the store to pick up the color and quality of the t-shirt, and instead of processing my request there, they gave me a card with the wrong color code. I've submitted my request and the color that arrived is not the one I choose My 50 t-shirts request for a conference is now worthless, and the team is not offering any solution nor compensation. Don't buy here: bad quality and expensive. El por servicio que he visto. Fui a la tienda, elegi el color y la calidad pero en vez de tomar mi pedido en la tienda, me dieron una tarjeta escrita a mano con la informacion equivocada. Las camisetas llegaron en un color que no es el que elegi, y ellos no se hacen responsables. Mi pedido de 50 camisetas para una conferencia (600 Euros) esta arruinado, no lo puedo usar y nadie se hace responsable u ofrecen compensacion. No compren aqui, es una estafa.

Dårligste vaskeri på markedet
Nok det værste vaskeri man kan forestille sig. Maskinerne går i stykker uge efter uge, tørretumblerne virker dårligt og maskinerne vedligeholdes på ingen måde. Jeg har fået så meget tøj ødelagt af maskinerne hvor jeg bor af store, sorte pletter. Jeg kan på ingen måder anbefale dem. 1/5 stjerner uden tvivl.

Hold jer langt væk Vaskemaskiner vedligeholdes ikke. Ved nedbrud reageres der ikke. Tørretumbler virker kun lejlighedsvis. Alle problemer ignoreres måned efter måned, imens beboerne må vaske deres tøj i hånden. Find for enhver pris en anden leverandør til jeres boligforening. Det vil hinsides enhver tvivl være den bedste beslutning, I har truffet i meget lang tid.

Som en anden skriver; Ville ønske at jeg kunne give 0 stjerner. Tørretumbleren virker fint☺️ NOGLE gange.. 50% af gangene er tøjet decideret vådt efter et program på 1 time og 5 minutter. Det er som at spille russisk roulette hver gang, til et punkt hvor jeg fra nu af ikke gider at bruge mine penge på tørretumbleren👍lidt irriterende når man bor i en, i forvejen, lille lejlighed. (Tilføjelse: jeg har også hørt fra min nabo at der har været skimmelsvamp i maskinerne, fordi de har været i udu over en længere periode, med vådt tøj eller fnuller inden i maskinen. Decideret ulækkert, siger jeg bare.)

Betalingssystem nede
Havde lige valgt 2 maskiner med min vaskebrik da systemet pludselig villd opdatere betalingssystemet. Efter endt opdatering var samtlige maskiner spærret ( rød farve )og vaskeriet ikke bruges. Ringede ind kl 15:30, jeres telefoner lukkede. Ikke fedt en fredag før pinsen i en ejendom fyldt med børnefamilier, og har systemet snuppet min betaling for 2 vaske ? Mit tøj sidder fast i vaskemaskinen og har gjordt det siden klokken 20:00 igår aftes lørdag aften. Klokken er nu 11:50 søndag og der er ingen udsigter til at det kommer ud før mandag..... Til den tid vil for mange tusind kroners tøj, købt for surt tjente penge muligvis være rådnet op. Rigtig dårlig løsning for normale mennesker der ikke har penge til at købe en ny garderobe lige op til jul.

Høje priser og elendige maskiner
Vi har Saniva på Falkoner Kollegiet. Deres priser er alt for høje hvis man tager det i betragtning, at det er et kollegie. Udover højde priser, så virker deres maskiner ikke optimalt. For omkring 60kr kan du få 2 timers tørretumbler tid, hvor tøjet stadig ikke er tørt!

The experience with them has been nothing but horrible. After the landlord switched our laundry provider to Saniva, we have been experiencing so many problems. The machines are constantly broken, after using the dryer clothes smell of old wet rags, the app and payment don’t work and when trying to call them all we get is someone will call you later or it’s not our problem. And these are not all of the problems we had to go through. Overall, worst experience ever.

Fra dårlig til god!
Jeg havde for nylig skrevet en dårlig anmeldelse (2 stjerner), grundet mine tidligere problemer med SaniPay appen. Denne er nu trukket tilbage, da problemerne er blevet løst. Kort fortalt handlede det om, at min egen telefon ikke kunne se maskinerne i appen, og der på baggrund af at større problem, ikke kunne betales til brug af maskinerne. Jeg skrev med Saniva over mail hen over sidste uge, som svarede tilbage meget hurtigt og med konkrete svar, hvilket jeg er glad for :) Som sagt er problemerne er nu løst og jeg kan igen få vasket mit tøj i vores maskinerne :)

AMAZING ONLINE SHOPPING
Dealt with this company over the last five years now and its Twin company Stuarts of London, I have never had any issues with both of them my orders have arrived the following day and in some cases there's been various multiple items and nothing has been missing from the order There sales and customer service has been excellent any issues regarding money and discounts have been sorted out immediately. I take my Hat off to them, and highly recommended to online shop with them great team and after sales.

Dubious online fashion website! I ordered items since 16 Dec 2022 and never received it, tracking stayed stationary till now, no status, poor customer service, they will not refund, I had to use PayPal dispute service to get my refund for items purchased, they are still holding my shipping fee and will not respond to my email so everyone beware, once they get your money you will receive NO item and NO refund!

SENT INCORRECT ITEM
Unable to leave a zero star rating but if I could I would!! Ordered shorts and sent a hoody, had to pay my own postage to return. In total cost me nearly £10 in postage for a picking error made by Dandy Fellow. They promised to pay initial postage but never did, refunding initial sale only. Avoid this outfit at all costs, they are chances hoping you will accept items you never ordered.

Overall ok, but the whole premise of online shopping is that you can send the item back if it doesn’t fit etc unfortuatly their returns policy is awful, i can understand paying to send it back but they deduct the original delivery cost. Next time i'll just pay more so i dont have to bother with this returns policy.

Diabolical customer service, I purchased new shoes online 08 Dec, the stitching came undone the next day, on first day of wearing - I sent photos and email requesting full refund to Trevor their “customer service manager”!!! be very careful when ordering any items from dandy fellow/stuarts of london they will offer you free shipping - but if you order a couple of sizes and you need to return or you just need to return because its not what you wanted - you have to pay for your return - which can be expensive if you need to ensure above £40. but the real kicker is that they will charge you for the original shipping - so free shipping turns into a a fee of £3.95 - so be very aware - you coul dbe out of pocket by £15 if your not careful - make sure you only order one size, you really want the item and that you know it will fit

This agency is good. They have nice staff, models, photographers and makeup artists that come in for shoots however I feel as though they favour some models over others. when I modelled for them a couple years back I only got 1 paid job and the rest were test shoots. although they can't control who gets the job from a specific company, they could put your forward for more jobs to allow equal opportunities for both in demand models and new models. *anon/fake email*

Obsługa porażka!
Co do jakości strojów nie mogę się wypowiedzieć, bo nawet ich nie otworzyłam. Zamówienie poszło 22 grudnia 24r., z gwarancją dostawy 30 grudnia. Zamówiłam je tylko i wyłącznie ze względu na zapewnienie dostawy przed sylwestrem. Stroje dotarły 3 stycznia- więc od razu w ten dzień dokonałam zwrotu. Na realizację czekałam cierpliwie 14 dni jak napisano na stronie, po czym upomniałam się o swój zwrot. Nie wystarczyło że podałam numer zwrotu. Musiałam przesłać jeszcze dowody na odesłanie przesyłki i 4 lutego otrzymałam zwrot pieniędzy na konto. Współpraca z firmą vegaoo to jakaś farsa. Nie polecam absolutnie! Tak przedmiotowego traktowania klienta jeszcze nie spotkałam. Stracony czas i w sumie 30 zł w plecy za przesyłki z nie swojej winy.

Virkelig dårlig kundeservice. Bestilte nogle helium balloner, fødselsdags tallerkener og andet pynt til min datters 3 års fødselsdag. Jeg bestilte mandag fordi de skrev at de kunne leveret torsdag (dagen før hendes fødselsdag). Fik en mail om at varene først blev sendt afsted tirsdag sent aften.Gls modtog derfor først pakken sent torsdag og den kan derfor først bliver leveret på mandag. Det betyder at vi står med ingenting til hendes fødselsdag. Lad være med at skrive at i kan leverer hvis i ikke kan eller først sender den 24 timer efter.

Wygląda to na oszustwo
Szkoda, że dopiero dziś to przeczytałam. Zamówiłam strój 13 stycznia 2025r. I czekam ...śledząc przesyłkę informacja, że nie została przekazana kurierowi....Na stronie się chwalą, że dostawa 24h/48h. Ciekawe czy towar w ogóle dotrze i czy będzie można dokonać zwrotu. Czemu w ogóle taka firma może sprzedawać swoje towary jak nie wywiązuje się z transakcji .... porażka

Zamówienie nie dotarło
Zamówiłam stroje na sylwestra dnia 23 grudnia. Zamówienie miało do mnie dotrzeć 27 grudnia. Tak się nie stało. Po wysłanych mailach dostałam informację, że moje zamówienie zostało wysłane. Wchodząc w opcje śledzenia zamówienia jest napisane : Nadawca nadal numer paczce - paczka nie zostala jeszcze przekazana kurierowi GLS. Napisałam kolejnego maila z zapytaniem dlaczego nie mogę śledzić mojego zamówienia, dostałam odpowiedź w języku angielskim że przepraszają za opóźnienia i że paczka w drodze i wystąpił błąd. Zapytałam mailowo jak mogę zrezygnować z zamowienia to dostałam odpowiedź że jak paczka dojdzie mogę jej nie odbierać i wtedy ona automatycznie wróci do nich i dostanę zwrot pieniędzy.Dziś znowu do nich napisałam i dostałam odpowiedź że moja paczka się zgubiła i że mogą wysłać ją jeszcze raz albo mogą mi zwrócić pieniądze. Poprosiłam o zwrot pieniądzy w zamian dostałam formularz do wypełnienia. EDIT 13.01 2025 ROK paczka została umieszczona w paczkomacie. Nie mam zamiaru jej odbierać. Męczę ich o zwrot pieniędzy, jeśli to się nie wydarzy zgłaszam sprawę na policję. ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM ZAMAWIANIA CZEGOKOLWIEK Z TEJ STRONY
