Sexcare is just your regular online Indian shop, where you can get Adult toys. I bought the Fleshlight Girls Masturbator, Lisa Ann/LOTUS texture. They sometimes keep decent products, but they really need to improve on their Customer service support, and delivery. Though, the options are very limited, because it's hard to get different varieties of Male toys, especially FLESHLIGHT. Can't comment on Female toys though. I wish they also improve on their product listing, and try to get more Legit toys from different brands, and try expanding their business legally.

Unglaublich schlechter "Kundenservice"
Ich hatte eine Bestellung im Wert von 250€ aufgegeben, bei der drei Paar Handschuhe enthalten waren. Zwei davon passten nicht, daher wollte ich sie zurücksenden. Das dritte Paar passte gut, daher wollte ich es behalten. Während ich die Rücksendung vorbereitet habe, lief eine Rabattaktion in dem Shop, bei der nochmal 20% auf bereits reduzierte Artikel gewährt wurden. Da ich den Rabatt auf das verbleibende Paar anwenden wollte, habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und darum gebeten, diesen Rabatt nachträglich zu berücksichtigen. Ich habe ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich auch einfach alle drei Handschuhe zurücksenden und das passende Paar neu bestellen könnte, um den Rabatt zu erhalten - da Versand und Rückversand für mich kostenlos sind, wäre das problemlos möglich gewesen. Allerdings wollte ich dies aus ökologischen Gründen und aus Nettigkeit zur Vermeidung unnötiger Kosten für das Unternehmen vermeiden. Deshalb habe ich stattdessen vorgeschlagen, den Rabatt direkt nachträglich auf das eine Paar anzuwenden. Dies wurde jedoch mit einer Ausrede abgelehnt, und man hat mit der Antwort extra gewartet bis der Aktionszeitraum ausgelaufen ist. Da möchte man dem Unternehmen entgegen kommen und denkt an die Umwelt, und dann bekommt man so eine unlogische, sinnlose Ausrede als Grund für eine Ablehnung genannt.

Lederjacke nicht echt!
Ich habe eine angeblich echte Lederjacke für 400 Euro gekauft. Bei einem Empfang erhielt ich einen Namensaufkleber, den ich auf der Jacke angebracht habe. Beim Abziehen haben sich Teile dieses angeblich „echten Leders“ gelöst. Das kann ja wohl nicht sein! Der Kundenservice schreibt dazu, es sei mein Eigenverschulden. Hände weg von diesem Shop!

Ich habe vor 3 Wochen Ware bestellt, der Betrag wurde per Apple Pay von K&Ö abgebucht. Ich habe keine Bestellbestätigung oder sonstige Antwort erhalten bis auf eine automatisch generierte Mail. Der Kundendienst antwortet nicht. Da ich nicht der einzige bin, ist das klarer Betrug. Finger weg von diesem Shop!

Jeg returnerede en jakke som jeg købte på deres online shop. Lynlåsen var i stykker da jeg modtog jakken. Sendte den retur dagen efter levering. De har modtaget min returvare d. 20/01, men jeg har fortsat ikke fået mine penge retur. Skal også sende nogle bukser retur og gruer for om jeg mon får mine penge retur?? Kundeservice kan ikke sige hvorfor, kun beklage forsinkelsen.

Terrible experience for customers. I love the brand. However, if you are in the US, I would not recommend buying from the store. If you need to return your order, the costs go on you (around $100), which is a lot, considering the high costs for the clothes and the shipping ($30 for shipping alone), and customer service does not help! I had never experienced such bad terms for customers. As much as I love the brand, I won't be ordering more things. It's a gamble. Moreover, the website is slow and hard to use. It's a premium brand with a worse customer experience than a fast fashion company.

A quick note to express my appreciation for this brand. I'm really impressed with the original style and high quality of clothes and fabrics; all the clothes are well made. Everything fits true to size, except for the sandals (heels) – I'd recommend going one size above for those, as they tend to run small. I've purchased jeans, tops, dresses, skirts, trousers and sandals from different multibrand sites which propose items from Rotate brand during sales (normal prices are still high I think). I've had no issues with delivery, normally it is DHL.

Jeg har både købt en jakke og et par bukser fra virksomheden. Flere af jakkens lynlåse gik i stykker efter 2 uger, syninger gik op efter 2,5 uge og overfladen på stoffet begyndte hurtigt at skalle af. Bukserne er super tynde, som gør at man tydeligt kan se lommerne igennem. Endvidere ryger similistenene virkelig hurtigt af, på trods af forsigtig behandling. Prisen stemmer slet ikke overens med, hvor ringe kvaliteten af produkterne er. Brug dine penge et andet sted.

I was shocked to receive a phone call from DhL today asking for £125 duty and vat on a £387 dress !!! I opted to return to sender . I can buy this dress elsewhere in the Uk without the extra charges . It would be very helpful if duty and vat charges were calculated and shown before the transaction Is completed .. giving the option to buy or decline , but you wont get any uk orders then will you ? I will make a note not to buy direct from you again .

2 mauvaises expériences
2 mauvaises expériences. En juillet 2024, 2 colis ont été envoyés et bien reçus sauf que je n'avais pas de notification de Prêt à Changer. Il a fallu que je contacte le service clients après avoir attendu un moment (1 mois de plus) et comme par magie les mises à jour ont été faites et les colis ont été retrouvés. Enfin, en décembre 2024, j'ai envoyé 2 nouveaux colis et soit disant il manquait 2 shorts de marque pour enfant (Hugo Boss et Ralph Lauren). Je sais faire les colis et je ne vois pas pourquoi je ne mettrai pas ces articles sachant qu'ils sont à présent trop petits. Où sont donc passés ces fameux shorts de marque qui étaient en parfait état ? Qui de l'entreprise s'est servi au passage ? Je ne suis pas dupe. Vous m'avez volé. J'ai quand même voulu laisser une 2ème chance mais on m'a volé. A éviter c'est une très grosse arnaque.

Aucune tracabilité sur les refus des vêtements
Aucune transparence dans le processus de rachat. Comment peut-on avoir confiance? 8 semaines pour avoir une évaluation des vêtements, 2 vêtements refusés alors qu'ils étaient impeccables, malheureusement pour moi, des vêtements qui valaient cher, car tres belle marque. Aucune traçabilité sur mes vêtements non rachetés ni preuve de leur défaillance ( des tâches) qui a amené à la décision de ne pas racheter les 2 vêtements. Ou sont vraiment parti mes deux vêtements? Gros mystère. C'est très très moyen. Et biensur, le support ne vous répond pas. Bref, pas confiance! Je ne recommande pas. Je n'ai toujours pas été payé, ça fait déjà 2 mois.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site du moins pour la partie rachat de vêtements. En effet, mon colis a mis 2 mois à être traité pour qu’au final il me refuse 6 articles sur 16. Il n’y a aucune preuve de la raison pour laquelle l’article est refusé alors j’ai juste l’impression de mettre fait arnaquer. Je voulais tester ce site car j’aimais bien le principe mais je ne recommencerais pas car je suis très déçu. Si vous voulez vous faire un peu d’argent en vendant vos vêtements, fuyaient ce site, il existe d’autres alternatives!!

Manque de transparence dans le processus de rachat
Plutôt séduit au début, je ressors finalement de cette première transaction de vente, déçu ! En effet, je trouve principalement que le processus manque de transparence : - Une fois le devis validé, nous n'avons plus le détail des montants de rachat par article - des vêtements sont refusés avec juste un type de défaut. Pas de commentaire précis et surtout pas de photo du défaut !! Vous imaginez bien que si on envoie un vêtement c'est qu'on le trouve en très bon état. J'ai en tête 2 polos dont le rachat m'a été refusé pour problème de Tâches alors que je ne les ai porté qu'une fois chacun et que je suis certain qu'il n'était pas taché mais en état comme neuf ! - Il m'a été indiqué également que deux articles étaient manquants alors que je suis sûr à 200% de les avoirs mis dans le colis ! - Au final, 17 articles sur 25 ont été rachetés mais pour finalement à peine 50% de la valeur de mon devis, à croire que comme par hasard, les pièces avec la valeur la plus importante n'ont pas été retenues car avec défaut ou "pas dans le colis"... ! Cette impression est accentuée par le fait qu'une fois la vente validée et le montant de rachat communiqué, nous n'ayons toujours pas le détail du rachat par article !!

Avoid buying from Cotswold
I had an old pair of Cotswold Abbeydale walking shoes, size 8, that I've had a few years and wanted to replace. I was very happy with them so wanted the same pair again. I didn't get my original ones direct from Cotswold Shoes (as they were bought with an All4one voucher) but thought I'd buy direct from them for a new pair. The Shoes arrived... same brand, style and size. Everything EXACTLY the same as my original pair, except a number on the label, which was prob the production batch. However they didn't fit. The width across the toes and front part of the foot was much narrower than my previous ones. I walked around the kitchen a bit, they were too tight and far to uncomfortable to walk in. I compared them to my previous pair and could see the width difference with the naked eye. So I checked and they don't do different width sizes. Either they'd purposely changed the width size or its a manufacturing error (The Shoes are made in China). This was the Christmas period so I emailed my concerns, and about getting a refund. Several days passed so I messaged them through their website. During this time I saw other reviews stating the same about the width of the shoes, also that Cotswold do not exchange, and they are awkward to deal with. Eventually I got a response, however as it was getting close to their 14 return policy, I'd already sent the shoes back at my own cost. Then they messaged me saying the same shoes would be sent back to me (no refund) as I'd worn them. I replied explaining they had only been worn in my kitchen (quarry tiles, two dogs and kids...so yeah there are bits walked in), also that they were just too tight for me to walk in comfortably. They responded saying they were returning them to me, I replied again, stating I'd only tried them on in the house again and wanted a refund. They then sent photos of some shoes (apparently mine?) with bits on the soles. They just would not accept that they hadn't been worn, other than to try them on. I gave up trying to explain again... I was quite exasperated at this point, and they are returning the shoes.... y'know... the ones that don't fit? They didn't even acknowledge that they have an issue with their product (they do... other people have also stated it). I will never buy Cotswold Shoes again, the quality issue aside, the way they treat customers is very poor.

Upper comes away from sole
I've had three pairs of Cotswold waterproof walking shoes. The last ones were the Maismore model. I like the style and comfort however they all suffer from the same problem. After 6 months of very light use the upper starts to come away from the sole long before the rest of the shoe is showing any signs of wear. Time to try another brand I think.

I asked quite a few questions before ordering. Being online I ordered two sizes of boot because I have a damaged foot and finding a size that fits and does not rub is difficult. I take a size 10.5 but Cotswold do not do half sizes. Anyway the 11 fitted so I am happy. Rather than send the 10's back I advertised them at the price I paid, on our local village web page and sold them in two days. Saved me the postage costs returning the unwanted pair.

Please don’t fall for the website and eBay accounts. High end bags at a price tempting enough take a punt. 100% fake, ask for proof of purchase which can never be provided. I have a friend who works at Gucci Sloan Street, London who assures me these are fake. The person has various eBay accounts, pestering for you to buy through their website of which you have no protection. Please don’t fall for the scam. How can you have several high end bags in the same condition? These bags have a high resale value, example. Gucci Diana (bamboo handle) rrp is £2400, even second hand in perfect condition the resale is £2000 yet these fraudsters are selling for £900. Would you sell your house, car or watch for 60% less of the real value?? Of course not.

Tralascerei il fatto delle comparazioni tra prodotti con diversi dati tecnici di utilizzo essendo una lista per ogni segmento di prodotto alquanto ridotta ma non per tutti i prodotti logicamente. Do tre stelle in quanto il sito è molto utile e ben strutturato sotto l'aspetto intuitivo.... A mio parere però mancano degli aspetti credo molto fondamentali per una ricerca del prodotto mirata, ad esempio sarebbe molto più semplice se nei filtri si potesse impostare la taglia del capo di abbigliamento o delle calzature, si potrebbe impostare una ricerca personalizzata in modo che la notifica push di un Articolo di tuo interesse sia relativa realmente al prodotto che Puoi comprare o indossare... è inutile sapere che una scarpa che mi piace è in offerta o in ribasso e poi non c'è la tua taglia disponibile o diversamente c'è ma il prezzo è completamente diverso....

Sono iscritto da mesi alla funzione "prezzo ideale" di Idealo. A prima vista sembrerebbe una opzione fantastica, se non fosse che le aziende che offrono i loro prodotti lo fanno in modo ingannevole; mi spiego meglio, quando un prodotto raggiunge il prezzo ideale di acquisto e si procede all'acquisizione, dopo aver processato l'acquisto arriva una mail che dice che il prodotto è esaurito e non è più disponibile,e procedono al rimborso della somma versata; poco dopo il prodotto risale di prezzo e torna in un attimo magicamente disponibile. Oppure, le offerte vengono fatte in orari notturni improbabili, e la mattina presto, con offerta ancora in vigore, si viene avvisati che il prodotto è esaurito e l'offerta non è più disponibile. Altro caso, appare un prezzo conveniente, ma quando si processa l'acquisto il prezzo non corrisponde, è molto più alto. Mi domando dopo mesi di tentativi, quale presa in giro sia questa funzione di Idealo. Idealo dovrebbe garantire la correttezza dei venditori, ne va del sua buona credibilità e reputazione. E si sa che sulla rete avere la fiducia dell'Utenza è la miglior cosa.

Too Long for Delivery
Maximum amount of days for delivery stated 21, which is well overdue and I have yet to receive or have any updates regarding my order. Not happy, as this order was for my fathers birthday which is in a few days time and I doubt the package will arrive by then.

Difficult to like this business
Poor quality product. Returned TIE Pilot belt but this shop wouldn't refund me, so had to open a dispute. Charged me premium shipping €18.25 (which was not refunded) and the return shipping cost me €14.50. A lot of money spent, they keep the belt and I've got nothing but bitterness and anger towards these rogue traders. Avoid. Edit: Okay, got fully refunded now, including shipping cost from them (I'm still out the return shipping). I would still not recommend.

The shop looks more like a junk shop
What a complete waste of my time This so called star wars shop on right next door to McDonald's in Northolt just off the A40 has absolutely nothing to do with Disney nor is it indeed in London - it is in Middlesex (which the post code UB5 5AW clearly shows) After spending half a day trying to find this shop that is in the middle of nowhere we found a tired looking shop that had overpriced items that was all dusty and resembled a junk shop than a bonafide Disney establishment I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my day going there

Good Website
I brought the mace Windu jedi costume with the boots and belt as well. The items arrived within 3 days and are to a decent quality especially the boots. The standard matches the price. But make sure to read and check the measurements carefully before you order. I had to look for sometime before I used this company because there are a lot of scam sites but this one is legit and they have a physical shop near London.

Can’t recommend Jedi-Robe
Bought a Anakin costume for our show. They stated it was THE BEST Anakin costume one could find on the internet. Hyperbole of course, but what came was hardly a good costume. The fabrics were cheap, the costume didn’t fit properly, so I contacted them to return the costume and get my money back. So far they haven’t responded. It has been days and two emails sent without any response from the shop. I can’t recommend this unprofessional behaviour.

Not in London,. But NORTHOLT IN MIDDLESEX
I took my kids here only to discover this shop is not anywhere near London as they like to claim. It is clearly in Middlesex (NORTHOLT) which is a London suburb. THE POST CODE THIS SHOP HAS IS UB5 WHICH IS ACTUALLY UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF UXBRIDGE This shop is zone 5 on the TFL train network and then a BUS RIDE on top of that.... Furthermore, we came in the suggested customer opening time on a Friday only to find the walk in store inside looks more like a boot sale,. My kids didn't like it at all, they said they don't want to go there again,. And I have to say I would support their decision Unhappy and won't be back to this outskirts of London

Failed to deliver or respond
I ordered a Darth Vader costume a week before Halloween. 2 days after ordering I received an email from Wayne stating the items I wanted were out of stock so he proposed either a replacement or refund. I opted for a replacement however the replacement was marginally cheaper so I proposed a replacement and partial refund. After that they stopped communicating with me. I tried phoning and emailing but all my messages went unanswered. Gave them one last chance to make good however they still refuse to communicate so I've had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back because this joke of a company don't seem to want to do the right thing. Avoid purchasing from them because they will happily take your money and then forget you exist.

Don't buy if you might return
I recently returned my order to Nanushka using the label they provided with DHL but am still waiting for my refund. The return shipment is on hold as they have an unpaid invoice outstanding with DHL and Nanushka won't refund me despite this being their problem. I have had to raise with Paypal.

But apparently there is no possibility to return the purchase after 3 days, which is very strange and not customer-friendly. It should 2 weeks as everywhere else. The consultant gave me a voucher for the same amount, but I didn’t want to buy anything else in the store.

Honest opinion requested by the team
I was sent an email by the Nanushka team to write a rating, so here it is: I wanna be very generous with my rating, because I love the brand itself (the designs mostly) and I had a great experience once in the London store. However, I have to say that I would have given a 2 as a rating if we’re talking about the clothes. The Hide jacket is my biggest disappointment in life. The material is awful for a price this high. Even if it was 20x less, the material is still not worth it, my jackets’ necks are crumbling after 1-2 years of use. I’m extremely disappointed so I recommend everyone to avoid the Hide jackets! In addition, EVERYTHING is so overpriced. If it were more affordable, I would probably give the clothes a 4.

Finally got my money back for Postage
Finally got back my full refund including the postage I paid to have the item delivered. It’s taken nearly 1 month for this to happen. Milano refused to take responsibility from breeching the Customer Contract Regulations. At the time of writing I have received NO APOLOGY. Remember even if you send an item back that you don’t want they have to refund you at least the basic postage you paid to have it delivered. They don’t have to refund you the postage you pay to return the item.

Pricey postage and inefficient refunds
Nice gymnastic clothing for my son, but comes up very small. Also, there are two postages you can select - FedEx, which is over £6, and Royal Mail, which is half that, but is mainly used for Scottish customers and the rest of the UK can’t select the cheaper mail option. Not impressed. I was going to exchange my son’s leotard for a bigger size, but they wanted to charge £6.60 postage again (would have meant spending over £13 on postage for order and exchange for just a leotard!), so I asked for a refund. Apparently it takes 10-14 working days to get a refund from this company. How inefficient is that? Update 4 March 2024: Milano’s reply to my review says they don’t control shipping rates - er, I know that (not sure if they’re being sarcastic or think I’m stupid!). But what THEY can control is allowing customers to choose Royal Mail as a postage option, which is half the price of the FedEx courier option that they only allow most UK customers to select.

The moody Boxinus
I have an item that costed me 69 usd coded LLMOELC and is a Nissan GTR emblem. Paid them 30 usd to ship it. They never ship it and they never respond to the email and they never answer the phone. In the end i lost the 69usd item and i lost the shipping charges 30 usd .Totally waste I dont recommend them to any one. Do not use this service
Please do not use this service, there are tons of other mail forwarding services out there. They have the worst customer services, shipping is extremely expensive and despite this, they do not properly and safely repackage the items, not even bubble wrap or anything to ensure the packages are protected. For the price we pay for shipping, this is a ripoff. Also be warned that there is no guarantee that your packages will be received at their mailbox. I ordered an item, USPS marked it as delivered and Boxinus told me that they had never received my item. Oh and must I talk about their customer service? Reply times are the longest and they never once provided me with the answers I needed. Please please beware.

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 5 days! No one answers the phone or emails the whole "live chat" thing is a lie there is no place to live chat and my item haven't been put into my box since Saturday (it's Tuesday) no explanation no emails back, I've tried Facebook, emails, calls NOTHING. Suspicious Website
I received a notification from my bank saying that BOXINUS charged my credit card with USD 0.04, although I don't know this site and didn't purchase anything. For me, this is very suspicious! Just be careful when you use them!! --------- Ok, I have changed my review from 1 to 3 stars after BOXINUS has contacted me. They said that someone has registered with my credit card and email address. When I said that I didn't receive any registration email, they said that the registered email was miss-spelled. So, I didn't receive the email and of course the account was not verified, however they still charged my credit card! Finally, they have cancelled my account, and I requested them to review their registration process. They shouldn't register an account and charge its credit card until the email is verified.

Refund request for cancelled order not put back on credit card yet
I put in an order to RPM Hardaware #43704 for a paper shredder. Christine Dy(the digital phone rep) told me it woul cost me $50.00 shipping charge fo the order and then I was not interested in the prder and cancelled and asked for the $3.50 charge for the product be refunded to my credit card. As of today, the refund has not showed being put back on my account. This request for a refund was on 1/30/2025 at 10:22A.M. PST. It is now 2/9/2025.

Jag är helt klart imponerad! Kläderna blir kanske inte som när de var nya i affären, men minst lika bra som efter första tvätten! Känns väldigt bra att förlänga livslängden på plagg på detta sätt. (Kan tillägga att jag typ aldrig skriver recensioner förutom när jag är riktigt tagen av vad jag köpt. Det händer kanske en gång om året) Det enda jag saknar är lite mer info i broschyren som säger hur det faktiskt fungerar. Och om man kommer kunna investera i bolaget haha

Var väldigt nyfiken på att prova Biorestore och vägde upp kläderna noga. Följde deras anvisningar om hur man går tillväga men är tyvärr otroligt besviken. Ingen skillnad alls. Jag vet inte om det är känsligt för vilken typ av tvättmaskin/ andra faktorer men resultatet uteblev helt. Tvätten gjordes på barnkläder i 100% bomull.

Motsatt effekt
Bomullstråden tunnades ut och gick sönder efter behandlingen. Sweatshirtmuddar blev helt trasiga med massa små hål. Det känns också som att plaggen tappade formen och blev större. Lite slätare yta på tyget var det enda positiva. Besviken då jag hoppades fräscha upp mina favoritplagg som tyvärr blev förstörda.

Tycker att det är en helt otrolig produkt, fick ett fantastiskt resultat på vissa plagg, framför allt de av 100% bomull med tryck! Perfekt för barnkläder som gått i arv eller som köpts second hand. Testade även på plagg med mindre än 70% (60%) bomull i och precis som det står funkade det mindre bra, men gav ändå lite resultat. Har lagt en andra beställning!

När jag fick hem paketen så såg jag på förpackningen att Biorestore bara fungerar för naturmaterial som ull, bomull, linne etc. Jag är kvinna och mina kläder innehåller främst syntetiska material. Kunde därmed inte använda produkten. Pengar i sjön...

O problema não são os sapatos que estão novos e impecáveis por nunca terem sido usados, é a falta de um saco plástico à volta da caixa que eles próprios mandaram. Acresce que esta empresa é muito pouco transparente, e quando demonstrei a minha insatisfação nas redes sociais, em vez de responder publicamente, bloqueou-me. I used to be a loyal navabi customer - even after the change(s) in ownership / management. The quality always remained very good. But for weeks, almost months now, the (German) website is telling us "We'll be back soon. Just get a fresh look". In what world does "quick" take that long? And why is there no information to be found on the web (let alone the homepage itself)? Are they out of business? Do they restategize? What ever it is ... let your customers know, for heaven's sake! You had a good thing going there ... But even the most loyal of costumers will run out of patience eventually. Very disappointed!

Was ist nur aus Navabi geworden?
Was habe ich früher dort bestellt- es gab eine Riesenauswahl! Man brauchte schon sehr viel Zeit sich dort durchzukämpfen. Der Kundenservice war erstklassig. Als ich mal wieder dort hineingeschaut habe, war ich entsetzt! Kaum mehr Auswahl, nun kommt die Kleidung aus England, warum? Was soll das? Wenn ich aus England mit Zollgebühren, hohem Porto und viel Aufwand bestellen möchte, dann wähle ich andere Firmen. Will ich aber nicht! Diese Firma ist leider komplett heruntergewirtschaftet, zweckentfremdt und zerstört worden. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen! Unmöglich, wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Zum Glück ist die Konkurrenz sehr groß und vielfältig!

Unseriöse Retoure und kundenunfreundlich
Seit Jahren bestelle ich bei navabi. Dieses Mal war mein letztes Mal. Für eine Retoure, für die man den Retourenschein anfordern musste und die wohl über England ging, musste ich knapp 10 Euro bezahlen. Dies, ohne dass vorher bei der Bestellung über die eventuell anfallenden Kosten informiert worden wäre. Dies finde ich unseriös. Ein Anruf bei der auf der deutschen Website angegebenen Kundentelefonnummer ,,lief“ ins Leere. Die Ansage war auf Englisch, man konnte dort lediglich eine Nachricht hinterlassen. Ich habe auch auf Englisch eine Nachricht hinterlassen, frage mich aber: ,,Was soll das?“ . Möchte man sich hier durch kundenunfreundliches Verhalten ( Nichterreichbarkeit und fremde Sprache) Reklamationen vom Leib halten? Das ist nicht Sinn eines ,,Kundenservices“. Ich bin verärgert und ziehe meine Konsequenzen. Es gibt noch andere gute Onlineshops

Navabi liefert nun aus UK. Rücksendekosten fast 10 Euro. Ein absolutes No Go. Zumal beim Kauf nicht darüber informiert wurde, dass sich die Rücksendebdingungen geändert haben. Schade, dass man diesen tollen Shop derart ruiniert und runtergewirtschaftet hat. Auch das Material lässt in Sachen Qualität zu wünschen übrig und erinnert sehr stark an einen anderen UK Shop für große Größen... billigste Stoffe, keine Schnitte, einfach nur Säcke. Theater bei der Rücksendung ist jetzt schon vorprogrammiert. Ärgere mich über mich selbst, hier nicht vorher recherchiert und blindlings mal wieder bei Navabi bestellt zu haben.

Ich habe mir vor einem Monat drei Kleider bestellt. Die Ware kam aus Großbritannien. Alle drei Kleider waren sehr schön. Aber nur eines hat gepasst. Die anderen beiden müsste ich zurück geben und 9.95 € wurden mir von der Gutschrift abgezogen. Ich fand das aber o.k. Die Bestätigung hat etwas gedauert. Ich bekam auch von DHL ein Schreiben über die Rücksendung nach GB. Dabei wurde auch nur ein Kleid erwähnt. Es wurden mir aber beide Kleider gutgeschrieben. Und somit war alles in Ordnung. Ich habe ein sehr schönes Kleid zu einem sehr fairen Preis behalten und für die Rücksendung die 9.95 € waren in Ordnung. Ich könnte auf Rechnung bestellen und werde es sicher wieder tun. Rücksendung unfassbar umständlich und zeitraubend
Ich kaufe Kleidung fast ausschließlich online ein, aber die Rücksendung an navabi ist derart kompliziert und teuer (€ 14,- aus Österreich!!!), dass ich mit Sicherheit NIE WIEDER bei navabi bestelle! Der nächste DHL-Shop, wo ich mein Rücksendepaket abgeben könnte, ist fast 1 Fahrstunde entfernt. Einen Kurier zu buchen, funktioniert nicht, da angeblich eine "Importsendung" nicht von DHL abgeholt werden kann. Ich bin unfassbar verärgert! In 40 Jahren online shopping habe ich so etwas noch nie erlebt!

Noch eine langjährige Kundin weniger
Ich habe über die Jahre viele sehr schöne Sachen bei Navabi bestellt. In 2022 schon waren die Größen für Kleidung & Schuhe völlig unpassend, viel zu groß. Musste mehrere Male in anderen Größen nachbestellen, bis es passte. In 2023 jetzt kommen die Sachen anscheinend aus England. Ich musste 2 Artikel retournieren, das Verfahren ist total kompliziert und obendrein muss man 9,95€ dafür bezahlen. Am 24.06.2023 habe ich die Retoure bei DHL abgegeben, jetzt bekomme ich von Klarna eine Mail zur Klärung der retournierten Ware - anscheinend ist diese nicht angekommen. Also wieder online Trackingnummer angeben und aufs Beste hoffen. Gleichzeitig bekomme ich Post von DHL mit einer Ausfuhrbescheinigung für Umsatzsteuerzwecke. Darin wird bestätigt, dass am 27.06.2023 1 Artikel nach UK versendet wurde. Ich hatte aber definitiv 2 Artikel zurück geschickt!!! Anscheinend wurde das Paket auch geöffnet, denn in dem Brief war exakt Farbe & Ausführung des einen zurück gesandten Artikels beschrieben. Ich befürchte nun dass der andere (teurere) Artikel beim auspacken „weggekommen“ ist und ich das Vergnügen haben kann werde, neben den 9,95€ auch noch den „verschollenen“ Artikel zu zahlen. Super ärgerlich alles und total umständlich. Früher war alles so easy. Bei Navabi kann und will ich darum in Zukunft nicht mehr shoppen, was ich sehr bedauerlich finde. Danke Brexit!

Eine treue Kundin weniger
Ich bin seit Jahren treue Kundin und war immer sehr zufrieden. Habe nun seit längerem nichts bestellt, da die Funktion "Rechnung" nicht funktionierte. Nun ging es wieder, plötzlich mit Klarna. Die Seite sah auch anders aus. Trotzdem wieder mal bestellt. Die Waren haben schlechte Qualität. Kommen zu 95% aus China und riechen auch entsprechend. Die verarbeiteten Materialien sind letztklassig und meine Lieblinsmarken gibt es auch nicht mehr. Welch Überraschung.... UND die Rücksendung kostet nun aus AT 14 Eur. Never again!

Old gas fire replaced with a new one
Nasir came to fit a new fire at my 91 year hold mother in law as she needs to be kept warm. He arrived on time and did the job in a thorough manner ensuring all the safety checks were completed to standard. He had a pleasant personality and would recommend him, and would use him again I believe he did a great job for a fair price He left after ensuring we understood the working of the fire controls Regards Brian A

Surrey County Council YOUR ESSENTIAL SERVICES LEAFLET
Have just completed one of their surveys on-line, covering Surrey Fire & Rescue Service to keep you safe & well. They will come & make a visit as they did to our bungalow on Sunday last. What we learnt was an eye opener to keep yourselves safe. If at any time the need did arise, we would recommend & advise any body to have one of these advise service visits. They will also fit smoke & carbon monoxide alarms (free of charge) during the visit. They were 2 very polite persons (to our surprise they came in the fire engine) Albert & Gill from Guildford

Continues to charge, no way to cancel
Signed up for a 30-day free trial, however never received the review cards from the company. Their website has absolutely no contact details for customer services, be it an email, phone number or contact form. I’ve tried to call a number listed for them on Google, however to date haven’t been able to get through. This company has continued to charge my card monthly with no way for me to contact this. The matter has now been referred to my bank. Avoid at all costs!!
