Around October time I have come across to security direct on my Google search I have spoken to customer service and lady has advise me what additional stuff I will require together with the slat. She advise me that I can collect my order from a local depot if I don't want to pay the delivery charges which is for heavy items, she advise me I can request a quote and someone will get back to me to fulfil my order. After this I forgot about it and I have been receiving calls from them but I forgot that I have sent quote and I was thinking it's spam calls so I have blocked them 😭 This is my DIY skills where I leave things half way and start doing something else. Around December time I realise that I think I have been receiving calls from security direct and I have blocked them thinking spam 😕. I then sent new quote and I have been communicating with mathew Yeo throughout until I receive the delivery. He helped me to find exact match for replacement slat. I really appreciate his help with this order. I have three shutters for my house and when I will replace them I will use security direct as I believe they are experienced and they know what they are doing. Thank you 🙏

I needed a replacement safety edge for my 2008-vintage Seceuroglide garage door. Security Direct's sales team responded quickly to my enquiry, and helped me to select the correct part for my door, which was delivered in a couple of days. When there was a minor snag with the order, their response was immediate and very fair. It is good to know that there are companies like Security Direct supplying spare parts so that we can repair rather than replace.

Die Bestellung wurde auftragsgemäß ausgeführt. Ich hatte einen Änderungswunsch, dem zeitnah entsprochen wurde. Mailkontakte waren stets sehr freundlich. Die Ware war einwandfrei, auch sehr gut verpackt. Einen Punkt Abzug, da die Ware mit Verzögerung geliefert wurde. Grund: Die Teile mussten erst beim Hersteller geordert werden und waren auch dort nichtvorrätig. Hier würde ich einen Hinweis im Shop bezüglich der Lieferfrist erwarten, wenn die Ware nicht vorrätig ist.

BMW M4 leather seat refurb
Took my BMW M4 in for a fix to discolouration on my drivers seat. After a few consultations took the car in for work doing. All the time Daniel kept me well informed on progress with pics and video. Had passenger seat centre rest done then full leather clean and Nano treatment. An absolute wow factor. Looks better than new and protected now more than before. Steve and Daniel were a pleasure to deal with and very meticulous in every aspect. I will definitely be back for any future needs should they arise in future cars. Thanks again guys.... top job

Transforming our house
I would just like to say how pleased we are with the very stylish Roman blinds we had made for us. We had them fitted just before the first lockdown. We have them in our lounge and in all our bedrooms and our landing too. The fabrics are super (so many to choose from too!!!) and look very classy and expensive. Lost a star because follow up help was very poor
Got 2 sets of nets, both nice and easy delivery. Shame the business is closing. Lost a star because I rang later and asked for advice re cleaning lace nets and the lady who answered the phone said she didn't know because she didn't have them at home. IMO its not very good that staff are selling a product that they cant advise buyers how to care for them.

Avoid this company
I ordered 4 cushions through Debenhams. This company sent the wrong colour. Now refusing to collect the wrong ones and send out the correct ones. Debenhams are passing the buck even though I paid them. They want me to lug 4 cushions to the post office to return when I have back problems which is why I ordered online in first place. No customer service. Avoid this company

Aurora 28 Cantilever Parasol
A very well made product which looks good and performs incredibly well. I have a parasol which is now over 7 years old and it looks as good now as when it was installed. It was definitely a good investment. The pre-sales, installation and after-sales service have been incredible.

If I could give Instashade more stars I would! We have never received customer service as outstanding as this! The day before installation I realised we had made a huge mistake in ordering a silver not black stand. With trepidation we phoned Instashade and honestly it was no problem! The next day the most helpful Chris came to install the base, showed us how it all worked. He took away the silver base parasol and less than a week later came back with the black framed parasol. No trouble... Absolutely first class product and first class service

Customer service is second to none.
Customer service is second to none. We had a small problem with the stitching on the roof and a new one was sent the next day. We would recommend Instashade to anybody who is serious about serious shade.

Great quality and fabulous service
The parasols are really good quality and definitely worth paying for when compared to the cheap versions available. I made a mistake with my measurements and Instashade didn’t hesitate to quickly make an exchange, without any fuss. I dealt with Amanda Percy, whose response times and service ethic were fantastic.

I ordered an Aurora cantilever parasol for my pool area and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me decide the size, the colour and the position of the parasol. An understanding and good company selling high quality products.
We bought a table sunshade at Chelsea Flower Show from InstaShade but ordered one too big for our courtyard. I contacted the company and nothing was too much trouble to get the right size to us. The two men in the van that delivered the new sunshade could not have been more helpful and had it all set up and checked before they left with the larger one. The van had been diverted to our house and although it was our mistake the company sorted it out very quickly We are very pleased with the new smaller sunshade. I recommend InstaShade without hesitation. They are a pleasure to do business with. Pop
