Die Ware war einwandfrei, auch sehr gut verpackt. Einen Punkt Abzug, da die Ware mit Verzögerung geliefert wurde. Grund: Die Teile mussten erst beim Hersteller geordert werden und waren auch dort nichtvorrätig. Hier würde ich einen Hinweis im Shop bezüglich der Lieferfrist erwarten, wenn die Ware nicht vorrätig ist.

Very quick response and great communication prior to ordering

Around October time I have come across to security direct on my Google search I have spoken to customer service and lady has advise me what additional stuff I will require together with the slat. She advise me that I can collect my order from a local depot if I don't want to pay the delivery charges which is for heavy items, she advise me I can request a quote and someone will get back to me to fulfil my order. After this I forgot about it and I have been receiving calls from them but I forgot that I have sent quote and I was thinking it's spam calls so I have blocked them 😭 This is my DIY skills where I leave things half way and start doing something else. Around December time I realise that I think I have been receiving calls from security direct and I have blocked them thinking spam 😕. I then sent new quote and I have been communicating with mathew Yeo throughout until I receive the delivery. He helped me to find exact match for replacement slat. I really appreciate his help with this order. I have three shutters for my house and when I will replace them I will use security direct as I believe they are experienced and they know what they are doing. Thank you 🙏

I needed a replacement safety edge for my 2008-vintage Seceuroglide garage door. When I went to pick them up, I asked if she could recommend any good plants for my apartment setup. I fitted the Tutti hinges on a wardrobe and it was a good fit, better mechanism than the ones replaced and the fact that the mounting plate was adjustable vertically was very useful to make sure the door didn’t rub. It was missing a mounting screw on the mounting plate but I managed to find one.

Dave has recently made us two blanket boxes to double as kitchen storage and dining room seating. From the beginning he was very friendly and helpful, offering advice. We had searched in vain for something to suit our needs but couldn’t find anything ‘off the shelf’ and it was difficult to explain the concept to have a custom piece of furniture made. In seeking out bespoke furniture makers (who usually concentrate on kitchens and bedrooms) we came across Dave, who was local. On his website was something very similar to what we wanted. We visited his workshop and, as we were local, Dave visited our home. Although we were able to buy two ‘standard’ units from his range, he made numerous adaptations to customise these for our needs, including a recess for the skirting board and a carefully measured hole to accommodate a power socket on the wall behind, so we could still use it! The units were complete in about five weeks and the craftsmanship superb. Prices are very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Having visited the showroom of Nicholas Anthony on wigmore st. Initially, I knew that l wanted a Seimatic (SLX PURE) kitchen. Having contacted & visited their Ascot branch, I was given immediate interest & attention by their branch manager - Sophie who continued to give her undivided support, importance & attention to my project. She had been completely professional through it all. Thank you so much Sophie. Just before the 'Fit' I was then introduced to Alan, a newly appointed project manager. Initially it was case of personality clash, but with time we seem to warm to each other. He too was very helpful & professional. Unfortunately though the, kitchen'fitters' were extremely unprofessional, unreliable & uncommunicative. Apparently they were recommended by Seimatic or so l was told and they took FOUR months to fit my kitchen. It was the most stressful & unsettling time for us. Nicholas Anthony need to revise this for future clients. Throughout all this the only 'constant' was Sophie whom I could call upon anytime for help. Eventually the kitchen was complete with the expertise of Alan. Having gone through troubled times I would still recommend Nicholas Anthony to others looking to install new kitchens. I am very happy, excited & satisfied with my new kitchen

The whole design process was really easy and Robert was amazing at listening to what we wanted and making it work in an awkward space. Nicholas Anthony recently re-fitted a new kitchen worktop for us which had been damaged and did so brilliantly, in spite of the inherent risk of causing damage to other areas of the kitchen. The workmen are so knowledgeable and skilled in their work, I would never go anywhere else!

Our project aimed to unlock previously unused space in our home and create a contemporary open plan family kitchen and living area. Nicholas Anthony's design team visited the site during construction and instinctively understood the brief. This was brought to life in 360 degree graphics which were presented to us in a relaxed customer meeting. Throughout the project they worked with us, the installation team and other trades involved, to project manage the works which were completed on time and on budget. We have been delighted with the results and very impressed with Nicholas Anthony’s aftercare. We are more than happy with our decision to work with Nicholas Anthony and would have no reservations in recommending them.

For some reason it appears I'm the first person to write a review about this company. Just received my two garden mirrors and we're very pleased with them. In addition they were competitively priced and the company communicated well with us. Also the delivery was fast and courteous.
