Efficient speedy response to my initial enquiry, good price given, I got several quotes, Sheen Cleaning were competitive but not at the expense of quality. My slate tiled kitchen floor had suffered 15 years of 'traffic' from my 4 children and their friends and a dozen rescue dogs over the years, so it was very tired looking, I was on the point of ripping it up, but in just a day Adrian brought it back to life and I couldn't be more pleased

Adrian patched up our torn carpet, arrived within the time stated, very friendly and wore shoe covers, worked within the time he said he thought it would take, the carpet looks incredible so impressed, a carpet magician! From beginning to end this company were great to deal with, really professional I recently had this company in to clean a Fired Earth Blue state kitchen floor that had seen better days and been down for over 10 years . It had paint on it, plaster and goodness only knows what else. Adrian came said he could revive it, explaining in some detail what he would do to revive the floor and it would look great again.. I was not sure at all. We are so glad we went with them. Floor looks the best it ever has been. Honestly it looks fantastic. great depth of colours, nice sheen. We are really happy with the work. The service of this company is excellent. My 3 year old rug was looking really grubby - mostly dirt from my dog. Adrian came to the house, explained all the processes the rug goes through in the cleaning process. Very thorough and very knowledgable. Impossible to get hold of them. I've tried phoning, email, Instagram and twitter and still no reply. I ordered a hammock to replace the one I had purchased from them 7 years ago (I had been very happy with this one). I ordered the exact same name as my previous one thinking it would be a direct replacement but it has turned up and its completely different. I am trying to return it and find out what to get instead but despite trying various methods several times for 2 weeks now, I am still to get a response.

My £4000 Eilersen sofa has lasted just 2 years of use. The filling on the seating area has collapsed and it's no longer an enjoyment to sit in. Anton Dam has responded kindly, but refused to help me with what they describe as "my" problem.

Jeg har aldrig fået svar på de mails og efter 2 mdr og en del rykkere har vi fundet en anden forhandler, som klarede det hele på 2 dage. Så virkelig dårlig service og oplevelse, og vil derfor kraftigt anbefale Montana at finde en anden forhandler.

Bought a sofa set and wardrobe from castle davitt sligo. The staff were all so helpful especially lee who went through all the sofa options with us to make sure we made the right choice. There was a slight mishap with delivery which Lee sorted out promptly and our furniture was delivered the same day, Delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with. Will continue to shop at castle daviit in the furniture 😀

Do not buy classic pocket mattress from Castle Davitt. We purchased a double and king size mattress and on both the springs went and hollowed out after a few uses. We never had a problem with any other mattresses before, only this brand.

All 3 items delivered to me had a problem, although the staff seem very nice, there wasn't much help or apologies coming my way - after waiting 8 weeks for a replacement sideboard, I was then told it was due to arrive in Ireland in 2 weeks time, I cut my losses, I received a small amount of compensation for the damage and am holding onto it - I was very disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled.

Previous owner of our house recommended Harvey at the Carpet Gallery if we ever needed help. And we were not disappointed at all. Was always prompt to measure and quote up and discuss our needs for our house - even though we had picked a more expensive carpet initially he advised that with three young children maybe that would not be the best option and recommended an alternative which was cheaper. Allowed us to take time with the samples at home in our own setting. And then the best experience was the fitting itself. With building work ongoing and rooms fully occupied him and his team delivered a timely stress free result which we are delighted with. The price was competitive, could you get cheaper elsewhere. Who knows. But you won’t get the level of customer service like you do with Harvey and that’s priceless. Would highly recommend.

My experience with this company has been great! Got this for my grandson, 8 yrs old keep him safe! The product was easy set up, use & the battery good for about three days without charging! The unit charges fast! When I had concerns they were addressed properly with Paige & Andrew without delay. Weekend answering service had an issue one time. I would highly recommend this product! My organization uses these as a way to ensure safety during a land navigation class. The trackers work in areas without the best cell service and are accurate even in the middle of the woods. The customer service really sets this company apart, they're always willing to do whatever they can to ensure the device is working to meet or exceed your standards. Hands down the best company to deal with!

They have appropriately addressed my concerns and I understand that have upgraded there off-hour response although fortunately I have not had to use off-hour support since the service has performed flawlessly. Below is my initial feedback: Device is not reliable and customer support only available Monday to Friday. They do not respond to emails or contact on the website. They only troubleshoot issues but do not put permanent solutions in place. Their off-hour support will only react if child is lost - which is not practical if the unit is not working.

The Amber Alert GPS system has been awesome. The product arrived in a timely manner and was easy to setup and use. My son loves to wear it and it gives me peace of mind. My only suggestion is a wrist band case that is waterproof/resistant and has a clasp that is child resistant. My son has special needs and requires a band that is difficult for him to remove and resists water. The product itself, I would highly recommend. As for accessories I would love to see a wristband that is child and waterproof!

It's certainly "another gadget" but simple enough to master. The GPS locating is Canada is more or less precise but for a vulnerable adult, you get the idea. The product offers great peace of mind for the caretakers and more Liberty for the monitored individual. Customer service is informed and helpful. I recommend it for those who have real need to monitor the needy.

I purchased my device through amber alert and i really enjoy it. I have referred it to family, friends and co workers. It is an amazing device to have and you can really use it for anything and multiply uses. Its a great peace of mind! Customer service is very helpful when I have a question! I would recommend this product to anyone with small children, children with disabilities, even elderly people. GREAT PRODUCT!

We decided to get our daughter the Amber Alert GPS when she started riding the bus in second grade. It gave me peace of mind throughout the day knowing that she made it safe to school each day! Thank you Amber Alert GPS!

This company must be only 2 people. One in sales and one in technical support. I tried reaching them for 4 hours on Friday so I could activate my daughter's device and I never spoke to anyone. I left voicemail messages (every 30 minutes for 4 hours), emailed them and sent a message through their portal/site. No communication back from them ever. Now my daughter has a $112 paperweight that blinks and doesn't work. I tried activating it through their website and it was erroring as well and gave me a message saying to call them for support. The worst part, this is a replacement device. Her 1st device failed within the first few months, they said to send it in for repair. I asked for them to send a loaner and they told me they don't do that. I demanded a supervisor and was denied the right to speak to one. Finally the man I was speaking to agreed to send a loaner. Once received it didn't work for 3 days!! Then I sent in my broken one and it was never repaired. I had no communication with them. One day I called because the loaner was no misfinctioning and I was told that they destroyed her device because it couldn't be repaired. It had happened weeks before the conversation. Now I'm stuck with no device again because the loaner isn't working and the replacement that I bought, and had overnighted to me so she has it, isn't working because it's not activated. I do not recommend this company. Amber Alert should be ashamed to have their name on this device and linked to this company.

This is the perfect product for kids who are too young for a phone, but old enough to go on field trips without Mom and Dad. The mobile tracking app is fun for parents!
