We, and our parents have used HTSS before. Our latest experience was the same 100% dedicated staff, from sales to install to technical. I would never buy a tub from anywhere else. Very good communication with regards to delivery, and power requirements. Lads showed up on time, installed exactly where we wanted it. Ross was excellent and allowed us to upgrade the steps for minimal cost, and made sure they came with the tub. Slight issue with a faulty topside, which is no fault of htss, but this was fixed in literally 2 hours as their main technical engineer came out to swap it, on NEW YEARS EVE. OK, I'm not far from their base, but even still, that certainly goes over and above. Thank you Guy. Our old tub 'died' after 15 years of service. We popped into Hot Tub Superstore in Blackpool to see what was available. My heart said go with the Michael Phelps all singing and dancing, my head (called Sheila) dictated a more measured approach. We settled on the Clarity Precision 7 as we prefer a seat in each corner. Andrea was very helpful. Order placed. Lucky us, as its planned 8 week delivery reduced down to 4. On the agreed delivery day, living 1000 feet up in the Pennines, meant snow halted our plans. No problem for Hot Tub Superstore. date re-arranged for the following week. Tub and install team arrived on time. Bitter cold and slippery underfoot phased then not one bit.. a few hours and a couple of brews saw the tub fully installed and warming up. Faultless service from start to finish. What a great company starting with the dealings with Ross who gave us a good price on a demo tub, then the engineers did a great job installing the tub, coming back a second time as I had not done the base to the required standard. Back up and customer service is spot on as well.

We purchased the Getaway 5 hot tub for our holiday let business, as we needed a regulations compliant hot tub that could be enjoyed by our guests renting the lodge. We ordered a fire pit 6/24/24…..with estimated delivery in July…then they said they encountered production problems and delayed delivery till October…it is now 10/26/24 and I’ve emailed and called with no results…I clicked track my order and it says not found…we’ve paid $2000….are they a scam???

I purchased a fire pit that I was told had slight damage. Mari in sales was very friendly and sent me several photos of the unit. Upon receipt of the unit, it was obvious there were manufacturing quality issues, and some poorly done rework to the finish as well as the damage disclosed. The chip and cracked corner Mari showed clearly were no big deal. The real issue is you can see the honeycomb layup material bleeding through the surface, and there are hairs/fibers embedded in the paint. Poor quality manufacturing workmanship, and these areas were not identified in the photos. The entire unit needs to be refinished properly. I reached out with my concerns and was promptly contacted by Steven Kinsey from Customer Service. I was pleased he said customer service was important, and he asked me what I wanted to be satisfied. I explained the entire unit needed to be refinished, and he repeated the terms of the sale and again asked what I wanted. I don't know the cost to properly refinish their product. Regardless, what I wanted was good professional customer service and recognition that the quality was substandard. Instead, I was floored at the fact Steven stated that the quality of this unit was indeed what they consider to be standard new quality, and perfectly acceptable to them... For this reason alone, beware! See pictures below of this new quality finish, and you be the judge... We love to enjoy the outdoors so spending a lot of money on our landscape and then having to figure out what furniture will accentuate our landscape was not easy. Starfire Direct is the most professional on-line shopping experience I have ever had! Scott Nunes and Steve Kinsey were all over the problem I was having after purchasing a log set and burner, but having only a few inches of flames. (Turns out the gas pipe was packed with lots of debris/ashes so only a small amount of gas could get through). But trying to troubleshoot this, they sent me videos, and other ideas to help out and I talked to Scott on the phone several times, both when purchasing and troubleshooting. Converting to gas logs is not simple; I was glad to have these two experts, ready to help in any way! It is a level of customer service I am not used to anymore!

I ordered flowers for valentines day for my wife,they never arrived so called customer service. It to multiple times before I could actually talk to someone.They said the address was entered wrong.She said they would call the delivery to fix it.I waited 2 days for them to get back to me,they never did.I called again. Again it took multiple times to talk to someone. She told I was basically out of luck,no refund,no complimentary delivery.The only thing she said she would help with was shipping on a new order.

Best subscription box EVER!!! I bought this for my mom for Christmas a couple years ago and she absolutely loves getting her Bloomsy flowers every month. They are always fresh and last for several weeks. The cost is very reasonable considering what you would pay for an arrangement through one of the online florists. I can't say enough good things about Bloomsy.

In the autumn you were able to identify the rose for me by a single bloom. We were unable to drive to Apuldram this spring so ordered online for the first time. The following day the 6 roses came beautifully packed and the carrier said they were always like that & a pleasure to deliver. When we unpacked them they are so strong and healthy the leaves are shining!. They came with very helpful instructions and tips for care. We are thrilled with them.

We could not be more pleased with the sofas and service (thanks Arbinder!) that we received from Living It Up! We were looking for sofas for over a year for our living room and a new bar space we were adding to our house, and we just never really found anything that we loved from a company with convincing enough reviews. I saw Living It Up on Facebook but was a bit dubious about a sofa company without a proper showroom - how wrong I was!!!! I was looking for a very particular plum color (we ended up going with Juniper Berry on the Helena sofas) and got swatches, but (even with great reviews) just didn’t feel great about ordering sofas we hadn’t sat on. Furthermore, we were looking for a loveseat, and the Helena only came in armchair and then much larger. When we emailed, Arbinder said that they did bespoke sizing (!!) and they had some ex-models in their warehouse in Leicester we could visit - not the Helena model that we wanted, but we still thought it was worth the trip to see and feel the quality of their products. We were incredibly impressed!! Of the probably 10 or so sofas they had, all except one would have suited us comfort-wise (one was very firm). When visiting, Arbinder was really gracious and made us feel welcome to spend however long we wanted checking out the models. We left definitely wanting to order from them, but unsure if we would go with the Helena (which we loved the look of, but didn’t sit on) or the Astoria (which we also liked and did sit on). Now the shocking part - the very next day, Arbinder calls to tell us that a Helena had just been returned by a customer. She offered to have it delivered to our house for us to try out, and we would keep it until our sofas came (if we moved forward with an order)!! It was absolutely incredible and so over-and-above what we would have expected!! Within days, we had a Helena (wrong color, but I’m not complaining!) in our house. Within 5 minutes of the delivery, we knew we 100% NEEDED this sofa and got our order placed. The sofas are beyond gorgeous and incredibly comfortable - really the perfect sofa. It doesn’t have cushions that need fluffing, the quality feels top-notch, the velvet fabric is lovely, and it’s a wonderful not-too-hard-not-too-soft seat. It just feels made to last. We received our sofas in a shocking 4-5 weeks. Delivery was incredibly quick and smooth, and they took away the loaner sofa we had. One notable thing is that our bespoke sofa was between the armchair and 2.5-seater size-wise, and I was shocked to see that the price also fell between those two stock sizes! There was no up-charge just for our piece being a bespoke size - it was simply based on cost of materials, which felt really refreshing. Furthermore, the cost of the sofas themselves seemed on par with anything (of much lower quality) that you would buy from Furniture Village or the like. While in their warehouse, we also sat on a (shockingly comfortable) sofa bed from their sister company Stay in Bed, and we have every intention of ordering those for our living room. Overall, I could not be more pleased with our experience. Arbinder was incredibly kind, caring, and responsive throughout. She really seemed to care that we were happy with our purchase. The sofas themselves are wonderful, and delivery was incredibly easy and professional. If you’re searching for sofas, your search is over. Go with Living It Up. You won’t regret it!

I’ve purchased from here twice now and they have THE BEST service and product, start to finish. In fact I’ve never dealt with such a decent company. Product: the product is second to none. They use heavy duty screws, heavy baseboards, very thick and padded furniture - it’s what you pay for. Theres so many crappy furniture stores now days and even when you pay top price, everything is flimsy and breaks after a while/doesn’t hold together. This stuff is STRONG and STURDY. Service: they let you know your three hour time slot a few days before and they always answer the phone sooo quickly, so you can call them and change the date to whenever suites you. When they arrive, they take pictures of previous scratches before they come in which goes to show how much detail and care they put. They were very careful and meticulous about bringing the furniture in - didn’t scuff or scratch the walls. Installation: they installed it very quickly but properly and didn’t rush anything, just naturally efficient and clean. Rubbish: at the end of the service, they took all the rubbish away and asked me to check if everything is fine. Cannot recommend this company enough, and I strongly recommend to get their storage bed, the hydraulic lift system is very powerful and doesn’t require much effort to lift for the average feeble/weak person. There is an abundance of space so it’s worth it for the large suitcases you don’t want to free up from communal/general storage. All in all, love this company!

Such a shame that the amazing products are let down by poor advice in terms of delivery. I am one week away from being able to take delivery of a product (need carpet laid first) and mow being charged £60 a week storage which was never advised at point of booking - apparently this is stated on website but doubt many people search the website looking for this detail.....

Got 2 king size beds with underbed storage. A bit pricey but worth the money. Very good quality headrests and great finishing. Helpful staff and accurate delivery lead times. Delivery and assembly staff were also very efficient, professional and polite and left no trace of any mess.

We ordered 2 kingsize beds and a sofa bed. All fantastic quality products and extremely good value for money. Delivery timeline managed perfectly and the guys that delivered and built each item were really nice too!!!

Delivery people were very nice & great web site. Sadly for me the Arhur Bed isnt for the money that great. My key grumble is we had to move the bed the parts used are really awful. The plastic fixings for the slats are the worst things Ive ever had to work with (moved a lot of bed frames for a removals firm) they are not designed for owners to move houses to change rooms with the frame. Needs a rethink.

I saw this furniture design online whilst searching specifically for a Bed in a Box. I live in a 1 bed apartment and accommodating guests isn’t always easy. However this furniture item is perfect as a stylish addition to my lounge and a practical solution to accommodating a guest to stay over. I ordered the Alison as a two seater size option in the fabric Beaufort which is velvet to touch and in the colour English Goldenrod. The overall cost of the item was more than I had originally budgeted for when looking for a bed in a box however the quality of this item is worth every penny! The Delivery was at my convenience and great communication between the customer service team and myself was ensured. The delivery team on the day of the delivery to my address were very friendly and helpful with successfully bringing the large item into my home. I highly recommend using ‘Living it Up’ as a trusted and professional company and I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

I never received my item or a response back from customer service via live chat or emails that I have sent. As soon as I gave them my name and email they ghosted me on live chat. I ordered these candles three weeks ago. Also there was no tracking number available to me either but the money was taken out of my account. I was told that the owner is on holiday in Taiwan by a mutual friend. I was not aware that no one was running the business in the meantime.

I ordered a candle on the Wednesday night, it arrived on the Friday morning. It smells amazing, before even lit can smell it all over room. Also comes with paper embedded with seeds of wild flowers to use in the lovely pot the candle comes in once its finished. Highly recommended.

He tenido una experiencia muy frustrante con Habitat et Jardin. Realicé un pedido el 12 de noviembre de 2024 y, en lugar de la mesa de jardín que pedí, me enviaron un cabecero de cama. Notifiqué el error de y, tras varias propuestas de recogida y cambios de fecha, la empresa canceló la recogida sin previo aviso. Pese a mis múltiples intentos por coordinar una solución, no he recibido respuesta ni el reembolso que me corresponde. Como consumidor, me siento totalmente desatendido. No me han devuelto el dinero, no me han enviado el producto que compré y no se hacen cargo de la recogida de este que me enviaron. No recomendaría esta empresa.

Une expérience vraiment catastrophique de commande avec Habitat et Jardin. Nous sommes passés par la marketplace de Leroy Merlin. Nous avons commandé un composteur qui a été livré mi décembre mais il manquait toutes les pièces pour le monter (vis,...). Nous avons reçu seulement les planches. Cela fait 1 mois et demi que je suis en discussion avec le SAV d'Habitat et Jardin qui est d'une incompétence rare. Après des échanges totalement lunaires dont je vous passe la description, je n'ai à ce jour toujours pas reçu les vis permettant de monter le composteur, malgré une dizaine de relances. Ma mère est même passée en magasin Leroy Merlin, un vendeur lui a indiqué que les pièces étaient en route (il a été informé par Habitat et Jardin) mais à ce stade nous n'avons toujours rien reçu. Passez votre chemin et commandez auprès d'un autre vendeur si vous voulez quelque chose de sérieux.

Le livreur m’a téléphoné 20 minutes avant d’arriver à mon domicile et a été ponctuel très poli. La livraison s’est passée très bien. Je recommande ce Livreur qui fait la tournée de Narbonne très gentil. Très satisfaite du site Habitat Et Jardin toujours très réactif en cas de petits problèmes et l’équipe est très gentille. Les prix sont très intéressant. Je recommande vraiment ce site.

Total SCAM SPRIGFIELD Parkside, the worst experience ever with heating Company “with energy” my heating and hot water is off for about 2 week but my account show minus after I cleared the balance!!! They assuming the bill is right but I am working full time, spending just night at home, so maximum I take a 5 min shower, my heating is turned off, my monthly bill is around £300 which is horrible. The system with website is a mess, nothing clear, usage is not shown, only you can se is the balance which increasing a lot daily…..

Honestly the worst energy company I have ever had to use. I say had to use as I couldn’t move as they provided a joint system for a whole building. There user interface is absolutely horrendous struggle to pay bills on it. Struggle to find bills on it. Numbers don’t match on it feels like a big scam going on there. There was an issue at one point in the building where they couldn’t read meters or charge. They didn’t tell anyone - carried on taking the standard charge then on the 28th December sent me £300 bill out of the blue. Customer service is extremely poor if not non-existent maybe wait 3 weeks for someone to get back to you. Absolutely awful will be surprised if this hasn’t disappeared in the next 5 years.

After trawling the internet for some PVC cladding and being let down by other companies, I tried Celplas and I couldn't be happier. they have a great range and have it in stock. The prices are competitive. I ordered on the 29th and it was on my doorstep 2 days later in good packaging and in perfect condition. could not comment on customer service as I did not need to contact them, but mine was a 100% positive experience. Would recommend Celplas without hesitation.

Went to celplas for the first time the guy behind counter was constantly dropping the f bomb at least 10 times in 5 minutes i found it funny but he is clearly having a breakdown.

After visiting the Celplas PVC Ltd.s showroom I have been trying to make contact with the company just to ask delivery times as the colour we chose was not in stock. After numerous attempts by telephone and the sending of 2 emails which I have no reply from I have decided to go elsewhere.

After years of using this company i had a cladding board I had bought and wanted to swap for a different colour, this board had not even been unloaded since purchasing it but was told I had bent it and they would no swap it. Bye bye celpas hello Eurocell.

Found Celplas on the internet and ordered some samples online. When they did not arrive I rang them and was told them that they had been sent. When they still did not arrive my wife rang them and was told they would be here within 4-5 days. Two weeks later still no samples. To me the service was very poor I will be warning my friends not to even attempt to use them. What a way to run a business. However have found an extremely helpful company in Wales called Easy Panels.My order will be here next week.

In 2018 I purchased PVC shower panels with a 10 year guarantee on the product, less than 18 months later the product failed with the lacquer peeling off leaving the shower cubical looking atrocious. When I complained to the company they blamed my choice of cleaning product which was a standard cleaning product nothing special purchased from a supermarket. I have now been left with a very expensive bill to replace there shoddy product.

The product was as advertised and was exactly what I wanted. Also, the time taken to deliver from time of order was quite quick.

Good price delivered as promised, I wish I had realised they were local and I would have picked up rather than paying for postage but that was my problem. I will go straight to the shop next time

J’ai effectué une commande le 1er février et depuis le 6 février le statut du colis est toujours « colis va bientôt nous être confié par l’expéditeur ». Après réclamation, la seule réponse de Francis Batt : « nous avons transmis le colis au transporteur et nous devons attendre l’enquête ».

Filter meegenomen naar Alicante om kraanwater om te zetten naar goed drinkwater. Na 9 dagen gebruik was de filter uitgewerkt en smaakt en rook het water naar chloor met waarde boven de 400. Maximaal 20x waterkan gevuld. Enorme tegenvaller, ik loop nu maar weer met waterflessen te sjouwen. Jammer

Zeer goede filters die het water letterlijk tot 0 TDS filteren. Het water smaakt heerlijk zacht. Ook de klantenservice is prima, bij vragen wordt je snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Zerowater is wat mij betreft veruit de beste in vergelijking met z’n concurrentie en ik ben een hele kritische klant die zijn gezondheid heel belangrijk vindt.

Fijne waterkant en filter. Ook handig om het water tussendoor te controleren. Het deksel krijgen we er helaas niet goed af vanwege de te ondiepe greep die steeds uit de vingers glijdt. Ook handig zou zijn is wanneer je kan net met water gevuld hebt en er al een laagje instaat, dit al in te schudden in je glas. Helaas gaat dit niet want dan komt het ongefilterde water er boven weer uit in tegenstelling met een andere waterfilter kan waar dat wel kan. Misschien iets om mee te nemen bij een volgend ontwerp. Verder heel tevreden met deze waterfilter kan.

We zijn al meer dan 10 jaar gebruikers van het zerro water filter. Dit jaar is er een verandering gekomen in het filter. Voorheen konden we twee maanden met het filter doen. We gebruiken een TDS meter. Nu doen we er hooguit 3 weken mee, daarna komt er een chemische smaak aan het water en de TDS meter geeft aan het filter te vernieuwen 006 op de meter. Wij gaan dit zerro filter niet meer gebruiken.

We have had the Zero Water Filter now for a month are are happy about the taste of the water. However, the filters do not last long. The water starts to smell/taste like fish. We already used 2 filters within 1 month. After a call with Customer Service, they said that the filter should last much longer, but that is definitely not the case.

Integendeel, filters verhogen de kans op bacteriën en verlagen andere stoffen tot een schadelijk laag niveau. Het enige positieve is het verwijderen van de pfas, maar voor het verminderen van pfas kan je beter geen verpakkingsmateriaal voor voedingsmiddelen gebruiken aangezien daar de hoeveelheden veel hoger zijn dan in het Nederlandse drinkwater. This filter is dangerous because of bacterie growth. My dad worked 40 years for a water company. Tapwater is safe, it is being filteren by the earth before it is pumped up and then its filtered again. Uv-Light kills bacterie. This company spreads lies Just to sell their filters.

Mooie winkel en vriendelijk personeel. Wij waren op zoek naar een bank waarin we specifieke wensen hadden, namelijk een geheel uitschuifgedeelte. Deze is bijna nergens te krijgen. Zittmaxx had er maar liefst 5 staan terwijl andere winkels het niet hadden. Prachtige droombank uitgekozen. Ik kan niet wachten.

Wij zijn zeer goed geholpen bij Zitmaxx en hebben dan ook de perfecte bank gevonden. De wensen die wij hadden bracht de verkoper ons naar de juiste bank. Ze nemen de tijd voor je en luisteren goed naar je wensen. Het was enorm druk in de winkel maar ondanks dat heeft de verkoper goed de tijd genomen. Nu wachten tot de bank Nottingham geleverd wordt. Ik ben naar de winkel gegaan om een tafel te kopen maar ik heb uiteindelijk een bank gekocht. Ik was meteen verliefde op mijn droom bank. De dame die mij heeft geholpen was zo behulpzaam en geduldig want ik wist precies de afmetingen maar ik kon niet kiezen tussen een hoekbank of twee losse banken. Maar ze heeft me goed geadviseerd en voor mij makkelijker gemaakt om de juiste keuze te maken Top winkel en top service! Ik ga snel terug voor een tafel die bij mijn bank gaat passen.

Op advies van Kennisen zijn wij voor de meubels van ons 1e huis gaan kijken bij Zitmaxx Wonen. Op voorhand hadden we al een beetje research gedaan op de website.Aan het begin werd ons netjes uitgelegd dat we even konden rondkijken en later indien nodig even met iemand konden zitten om de mogelijkheden te bespreken. Naarmate wij verschillende Meubels hadden bekeken en een keus hadden gemaakt kwamen wij uiteindelijk in contact met Louis die ons hiermee verder heeft geholpen. Vanaf het 1e moment nam Louis echt de tijd om naar onze wensen te luisteren en dacht actief met ons mee naar de mogelijkheden. Dankzij het deskundige advies hebben we de meubels gevonden die precies bij ons en onze interieurstijl passen. Tussendoor hebben we ook over andere dingen gepraat en erg gelachen,dat maakte het bezoek erg leuk en ontspannen.Geen standaard verkooppraatje maar echt persoonlijke aandacht. Het is verdeeld in genummerde vakken en de stoelen, tafels , banken ,fauteuils bankenmooi gerangschikt in de ruimte. Duidelijke infokaartjes per object. Als je keus hebt gemaakt en je wil verdere uitleg komt er een medewerkster naar je toe . Met een kopje koffie wordt er goed naar je geluisterd wat je wensen zijn . Uiteindelijk goed geslaagd en heel blij naar huis gegaan.

Het is een ontzettend grote winkel met super veel keuze. Dit zorgt ervoor dat er altijd iets tussen zit wat bij jouw smaak past. Daarna wordt je snel en goed geholpen door het personeel.

Moeite gedaan om te kijken waarom een eetkamerstoel wel zichtbaar was op de site , maar niet meer te bestellen was. Met leverancier gebeld en ervoor kunnen zorgen dat toch nog besteld kon worden. Minpuntje is dus wel zichtbaar op de site , maar niet in de winkel (om stoel te bekijken) en niet om de hoek dus was bijna voor niets gekomen. Vriendelijk/behulpzaam personeel, snel geholpen en genoeg tijd en aandacht voor klant .

Alles in allem richtig gut und klasse Produkte nur der Größenschlüssel ist manchmal verbesserungsbedürftig. Mal passt z.b. ein 105 cm Gürtel perfekt,beim zweiten Mal ist der zu kurz und nimmt man alternativ die 110 ist der wieder zu lang. Natürlich wird einem sofort geholfen und umgetauscht und alles ist gut aber wenn es gleich beim ersten Mal klappt ist das sicherlich besser.
