Educationally, the opportunity to create relationships (pen pals) with Embera children will further open their eyes to our human diversity and grow with them into their adulthood. For anyone who wants to see how other parts of the world live or expand their children's appreciation of humanity and make a difference, Woven Stories is all that. Great for home or school. It provides authentic opportunities to learn plus it will really help the Embera.

Great way to support a new neighbor across the globe. The interaction allowed my family to be engaged and learn about a similar aged child and how they live. An adventure from my laptop. When Thor sent the wrong item I had to purchase through Amazon, because at the time, Thor was not selling directly to the public, there was a link I could click on that directed me to Home Outlet. Micaela was my contact at this company, and I told her about the problem, and when Amazon confirmed the refund for the wrong purchase, I would be in contact with her again. Amazon did refund, and I placed an order for the correct item, a 30" elec cooktop, with Micaela. She gave me a price quote, (slightly lower than the previous cost through Amazon), which I was delighted with, and placed the order. She said it would take about 2 wks for delivery, but the item was delivered quicker than that. I installed the item, read the short operating directions, and was very happy with the purchase. Throughout this whole ordeal, Micaela was always on top of things and was exceptionally helpful. I could not be happier, and should an occasion come again where I am in need of an appliance, would not hesitate to contact Home Outlet Direct.

I have used Irvine Improvements on two occasions for plastering work for a living room wall and latterly my hall ceiling and it has been a 5 star service from start to finish. From arranging a quote to completion of the work everything was dealt with timeously and professionally and the work itself was completed to a high standard. Louis and his team took care to ensure carpets and walls were covered and they cleaned up when the work was finished. We had our whole house re-floored by Irvine Improvements who were recommended to us by the Flooring Superstore. I must admit, I have seldom come across people so dedicated to their work and you could tell that they really enjoyed their job. The work was done to very high standards. We sent a list of 3 snags (very minor) and those were fixed in the same week. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for piece of mind and job done professionally.

Irvine Improvements have just completed laying laminate flooring in our property. They did a fantastic job, finding solutions for the challenges the property presented. The work was completed as per the estimate, on schedule and with a first class standard of work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Irvine Improvements again, or hesitate to recommend them.

The salesman Andy at Project Solar told me that I could receive substantial intro fees for recommendations I made - I made 2 intros: one (my friend) wasn't contacted at all and the other (my brother) wasn't dealt with properly which meant that that didn't end up resulting in a sale either - as no sales were made, I was unable to earn referral fees so I am effectively hundreds of pounds out of pocket. They also didn't recommend bird proofing at time of installation, so that needed fitting retrospectively (as pigeons started nesting under my panels within 2 weeks of installation) and, lastly, they installed my battery and inverter in my loft which is against fire safety guidelines and therefore need moving which is apparently going to cost me £650. All in all, not sure I would recommend Project Solar unfortunately.

We’ve had a great service from start to finish. Larry explained everything that we would receive, earn, not have to worry over, etc. Scaffolding company came along, setup and were gone in a flash, the solar fitters were very similar, came along, setup and ran over everything before leaving. Again, can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend using them.

A brilliant service from start to finish with Project Solar. Simon Stanmore initially came out to do the assessment and talk me through it. He was very helpful, patient and informative. From the time of signing up, my installation was only days. The Electrician and fitters only took hours to install the system and were very friendly. Overall a very good experience and I would definately recommend.

Fast and efficient from start to finish. Quote was delivered extremely well with a breakdown of all costs and predicted savings. Installation was done within 2 weeks of accepting the quote. Battery and inverter was installed very securely and cables neat and tidy. The team were very polite and did not just throw it in and run. They also took me through the associated app.

The initial salesman who came to speak to us was very pushy and insistent that we sign a contract on the spot, which was strange and completely unreasonable. Installing a solar PV system with storage battery is pretty complex and there are lots of parameters to consider - there was no way I could make a decision there and then having only just seen the quotation. I declined and the whole experience put me off… … however, a different colleague from Project Solar (Nathan) called me back a few months later with a courtesy call to check the state of play, see where our thinking had got to and answer my questions. From this point onwards, the whole experience with Project Solar has genuinely been five-star - I couldn’t be happier. Nathan spent a lot of time and effort working through my questions, as did his colleagues Chris and Nathaniel. We considered different options for the installation, battery size, type of panels, they guided me through how this could fit with my existing panels in the best way, oversaw the DNO application, all with great responsiveness, technical knowledge and professionalism. The installation itself went smoothly - the guys who came on site were again very polite, professional and made sure they designed things with my needs in mind (discrete cable runs and conduits etc.) Derry led this as the electrician on site and was a pleasure to work with. He and his colleagues took the time to talk me through the Fox app, how it all worked and what I needed to do. Finally, the after care following the installation has again been superlative - Kane and colleagues in the office have been fantastic in helping me configure the system to make the most of my import/export tariffs, answering my questions and providing all manner of helpful advice. These guys really do care about their customers and I have been really impressed. Oh, and the system itself is top notch - working really well, easy to monitor and control, and integrated with Octopus’s tariffs and my electric vehicle. Even without much sunshine over the winter, the battery by itself has been a game changer in allowing us to use cheap overnight electric rates for all our usage. In short - great products, great company from design, through installation and aftercare, and a great customer experience with truly expert support. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a solar installation. I’m very glad Nathan called me back after our initial (oddly unfortunate) sales visit!!

The service is great. The only thing that let you down was the delivery company. He dumped the kitchen cupboard doors outside my door and went to walk off. I caught him and explained I’m disabled and couldn’t lift them just inside the door. He asked my name and walked off. He was rude and I was left with the doors outside in the garden. A couple of the packages were damaged. I just hope the doors aren’t damaged too when they get installed in early February.

Hele snelle levering .en precies de bouten die ik zocht .de vier bouten waren de verzendkosten waard. Bij de dhz handel hebben ze deze bouten niet eens en als ze ze hadden waren ze met zo duur als inclusief verzendkosten bij rbs paleis.bedankt ik ben geholpen

Bestel met enige regelmaat, tot volle tevredenheid. Ditmaal kabels met gelast eindstuk -terminal - Binnen drie dagen in huis, da's op zich al snel, was echter vergeten verloopstukjes te bestellen. Om een uur of vijf besteld, om een uur of acht de volgende ochtend al in de brievenbus. Niet normaal voor maatwerk. Hulde!

Een bepaalde maat schroef besteld, helaas niet de maat thuis gestuurd gekregen die ik besteld had. Contact opgenomen en vervolgens legt het bedrijf het probleem direct bij de klant neer, ik zou verkeerd gemeten hebben. Na een bezoekje aan de bouwmarkt er achter gekomen dat ik toch echt goed gemeten heb en dus niet de maat gekregen heb die ik besteld heb. Weer contact opgenomen, maar een retourlabel sturen deden ze niet aan. Via de mail, dus zwart op wit, heeft het bedrijf toegezegd dat ze de retourkosten die ik moet betalen om hun fout geleverde product terug te sturen, zouden crediteren. Vervolgens krijg ik na het terugsturen alleen de originele bestelwaarde terug en niet zoals het bedrijf gezegd heeft, ook de retourkosten. Uiteraard weer contact opgenomen en gaf het bedrijf aan dat ze de retourkosten niet vergoeden, terwijl zij dit ten eerste al wel toegezegd hebben en ten tweede verplicht zijn volgens de consumentenwet aangezien zij een fout product geleverd hebben. Nadat ik het bedrijf op deze afspraken gewezen heb krijg ik geen reactie meer. Wat een kinderachtig gedoe, absoluut geen aanrader om hier te bestellen!

Ik was op zoek naar kleine houtschroefjes rvs 4x9mm lang in geen een bouwmarkt te krijgen op internet gezocht kom ik bij rvs paleis uit en die hebben ze. Top zeer snel geleverd goeie service, donderdag besteld vrijdag in huis.

Ik las dat RVS Paleis in 2019 een prijs voor maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen heeft gewonnen. En dat de medewerkers een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt hebben. Er wordt echter zeer professioneel gewerkt. De webshop is wellicht eenvoudig maar goed van opzet. Alle boutjes en moertjes zijn prima te vinden en met uitvoerige detail informatie. Je vindt hier nog een beter boutje dan waar je naar op zoek bent. En per stuk te bestellen. Dat is echt een verademing aangezien je bij de bouwmarkt vaak met veel te veel wordt opgescheept. Verpakking is prima, verzending is snel. Echt niets op aan te merken. Ga zo door!

Fascinating to watch the mattress 'come alive' as you unpack it. Initially I was unsure about the safe packaging knife that came with it but it was extremely satisfying as the plastic separated like a warm knife through butter! And then the mattress kind of breathes and takes on a life of its own. When we checked the next morning it had fully grown, taken complete shape and was a joy to lay on. We have the IDYLL double mattress and can highly recommend it.

I won a mattress from Idyll at the start of the year. I’m incredibly impressed with the quality and level of comfort. I’ve had the best nights sleep on this mattress. Could not recommend enough!

Sleeping on my idyll mattress is the first time I’ve experienced peaceful nights of non-interrupted sleep. Not only is the mattress incredibly comfortable (no more backaches!) and super easy to install, the edge-to-edge support is a real game-changer. I’m able to sleep undisturbed, my side of the mattress doesn’t budge even when boyfriend jerks and twitches throughout the night. I wake up feeling SO much more well-rested.

Having tried other 'similar' mattresses like Eve, Casper and even Tempur, I finally settled on the Idyll. Having not heard of it before I had to try it, but it feels like it is there to help you sleep, and not just another bright yellow gimmick for Millennials. Comfortable, supportive, and my wife doesn't notice when I turn in the night. Perfect.

Where do I start? I asked Christian to supply and fit Hormann sectional garage door for us. From our initial call, to his first visit, through to installation was spot on. As we chose a non-standard colour it took a little extra time to come from the factory, but Christian provided regular updates on progress. As an engineer I'm really fussy, perhaps overly, but I had nothing to fret over as the fitting was exactly on point, and Christian's experience really shines through. I simply couldn't be happier! It's fantastic when you see a family run business flourish, and it won't be a surprise to see a fleet of Elevate branded vans countrywide soon. I have no doubt that the other reviews will say similar, but simply put... if you need a new garage door, servicing or repair, then just pick up the phone to Elevate Doors and it's a decision you won't regret!

Amazing service, after countless phone calls and emails to other companies I was be told it could be up to 6 weeks for delivery. I messaged Elevate Doors to be told delivery would be the following day, they were extremely helpful when they arrived. Price was cheaper than everybody too! Friendly and knowledgable company.

Ho ordinato una pentola, essendo allergica al nichel e avendo letto la dicitura nella descrizione "Non contengono PTFE (Teflon), PFAS, GenX, BPA, PFOA e NICKEL" Peccato che per essere nichel free non basta questa dicitura, ma quella a norma di legge che garantisce l'assenza (18/0) e nel loro sito non c'è scritto da nessuna parte. Chiedo spiegazioni in chat e l'assistente Giorgia risponde "Non c'è la certificazione in quanto il materiale di cui è composto il rivestimento è un brevetto di laboratorio del nostro produttore, ma ti confermo che è totalmente provo di nichel". Mi dispiace Giorgia che me lo confermi tu, che le pentole sono prive di nichel, non significa niente, anzi conferma che non avete certificazioni e non potete spacciare i vostri prodotti per nichel free. Senza dicitura non è nichel free. È come i prodotti con scritto "naturalmente senza glutine", non ha nessuna valenza, l'unica dicitura com valenza è "gluten free". Zero serietà e affidabilità, con le allergie non si scherza.

Sono rimasta veramente contenta dall'acquisto della pentola Cucinosano, le cotture dei piatti vengono perfette e c'è bisogno di pochissimo olio. Non vedo l'ora di acquistare la prossima!

Sono rimasta molto delusa. Ho acquistato con fiducia una padella media con 'l'intenzione di acquistarne altre nel tempo perchè lo consideravo un investimento. Ho seguito le istruzioni per poterla mantenere in condizioni ottimali ma ahimè, non mi sono trovata per niente bene. Impossibile fare frittate che non attacchino e così tutto il resto. Mi ritrovo con una padella che non è antiaderente, con "nero" da bruciature che non viene più via...morale :non la uso più ! Ho acquistato altra marca di qualità nettamente superiore e ad un costo inferiore

Scrivo dopo parecchio tempo dall'utilizzo di pentole e bistecchiera che ho prontamente buttato dopo qualche mese dall'utilizzo. Ho trattato tutto come da manuale, (olio, fiamma bassa, no lavastoviglie, non detersivi aggressivi). Ho chiesto spiegazione e sono stata liquidata con le solite risposte. Stamattina, confrontandomi con amiche che hanno acquistato cucinosano, ho scoperto che hanno avuto la medesime esperienza. Al contrario le teglie sono ottime. Un vero peccato e, oserei dire, anche mancanza di serietà, dal momento che ho letto parecchie recensioni come la mia.

Ho acquistato una padella con coperchio. Durante il pagamento, la prima transazione non è andata a buon fine, così ne ho effettuata una seconda che invece è andata a buon fine. Alla fine, mi sono arrivate due padelle con due coperchi. Nonostante avrei potuto ignorare la cosa, ho contattato l’assistenza clienti per segnalare l’errore e avvisarli di aver ricevuto un prodotto in più. Great service! I ordered a sample pack from their website a bit ago to check the colour and material I was ordering. This arrived within 2 days, placed my order on the website which was really easy to navigate btw. 6 weeks later my sofas were delivered by two very nice men who showed my home great respect and made sure everything was as it should be before they left. Bought a sofa set and wardrobe from castle davitt sligo. The staff were all so helpful especially lee who went through all the sofa options with us to make sure we made the right choice. There was a slight mishap with delivery which Lee sorted out promptly and our furniture was delivered the same day, Delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with. Will continue to shop at castle daviit in the furniture 😀

Customer service

Do not buy classic pocket mattress from Castle Davitt. We purchased a double and king size mattress and on both the springs went and hollowed out after a few uses. We never had a problem with any other mattresses before, only this brand.

All 3 items delivered to me had a problem, although the staff seem very nice, there wasn't much help or apologies coming my way - after waiting 8 weeks for a replacement sideboard, I was then told it was due to arrive in Ireland in 2 weeks time, I cut my losses, I received a small amount of compensation for the damage and am holding onto it - I was very disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled.
