Bought a sofa set and wardrobe from castle davitt sligo. The staff were all so helpful especially lee who went through all the sofa options with us to make sure we made the right choice. There was a slight mishap with delivery which Lee sorted out promptly and our furniture was delivered the same day, Delivery guys were also very pleasant to deal with. Will continue to shop at castle daviit in the furniture 😀

Do not buy classic pocket mattress from Castle Davitt. We purchased a double and king size mattress and on both the springs went and hollowed out after a few uses. We never had a problem with any other mattresses before, only this brand.

All 3 items delivered to me had a problem, although the staff seem very nice, there wasn't much help or apologies coming my way - after waiting 8 weeks for a replacement sideboard, I was then told it was due to arrive in Ireland in 2 weeks time, I cut my losses, I received a small amount of compensation for the damage and am holding onto it - I was very disappointed in the way the whole thing was handled.

A God send and no exaggeration! After being with a big company (Harveys Water Softeners) for over 4 years, I was very much disappointed and let down by their poor workmanship, terrible customer service and exorbitant prices. I came across Hydroworks when trying to have a water softener installed in my current property. Something that a big company like Harveys should have been able to have managed, but whom seemed incapable or unwilling to do - and so after 6 months of wasting my time I took my business elsewhere and this was how I came across Hydroworks. Laurence from Hydroworks came out and did a property survey and gave me a quote straightaway. I was so excited and relieved that the company were willing to try and provide me with a solution to my less than straightforward installation. Laurence was very patient and showed a genuine appreciation for my previous experiences and ongoing needs. He took time out to work out a viable solution and went through explaining all aspects in detail to me. I was very reassured and confident that he could make it work. I was provided with a reasonable quote and on the day, Jay came out and undertook the installation in a very timely and professional manner. Jay's knowledge and experience in the field, meant that he was able to turn what was initially going to be a tricky and prolonged installation, into a much simpler and less convoluted process. A water softener is essential for my family's needs, as we suffer with eczema and have found that without the softener, the flares are very bad and in truth unbearable to live with. I cannot give credence to just how important a water softener is to me and my family and just how much better our lives are now that the softener has been installed. The customer service, from Bradley at Reception, to Laurence and Jay has been the greatest! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to have a water softener system installed. They are miles apart from the likes of Harveys and have a genuine care for their customers. They are also very economical (so important in the current crisis). I only wish I could have found them sooner, could have saved me a lot of unnecessary costs and headache.

I recently got to know of Hydroworks after looking out of the window and seeing their van. Also after having a nightmare experience with Harvey water softener directly I decided to give them a go. First the care and service Lawrence administered to us assessing our requirements was second to none. Also their plumbers Dave was exceptional, literally doing the impossible ( Harvey’s plumbers initial assessment) it terms of careful expert fitting of pipe work in what was initially deemed a complicated water set up. Such a wonderful service by this team overall and very informative and patience by Dan and Harry to ensure all our extensive queries were addressed. If you want excellent service of fitting of a water softer there is literally no where else you need to look.

The whole installation went very smoothly with minimal disruption. Laurence the Company Director personally provided us with comprehensive and informed advice on the initial visit. Alex the installer was very helpful in accommodating our requests regarding location of the water softener and expertly fitted quite complex pipework without fuss. We experienced another aspect of Hydroworks today as they moved our existing softener to our new house.. Alex was on time and as usual, was immaculate.. the procedure went like clockwork.. describing to me what he was doing as he went. We made the short trip to our new home where he explained he had to use additional hoses as our current ones weren’t long enough then finished by disconnecting the water filter we didn’t need (drinking water) as we didn’t use it / one in our previous house. All in all .. excellent service agayand strongly recommend

Carly and Jessie were so knowledgeable about the background and history of where my rug came from, how it was thoughtfully made, and how I can best take care of it over the years. It can be so challenging to shop with intention but they make it so easy and do all of the heavy lifting of importing and making it easy to find in the US. My £4000 Eilersen sofa has lasted just 2 years of use. The filling on the seating area has collapsed and it's no longer an enjoyment to sit in. Anton Dam has responded kindly, but refused to help me with what they describe as "my" problem.

Da der var travlt blev betjeningen stresset og sendt hjem med at det kunne nemt klares i et tegneprogram og mail. Først tog det 14 dage og en rykker at få tegneprogrammet. Herefter havde jeg spørgsmål til programmet som jeg aldrig fik svar på, så endte med at tegne det ene i Excel og sende til Anton Dam. Jeg har aldrig fået svar på de mails og efter 2 mdr og en del rykkere har vi fundet en anden forhandler, som klarede det hele på 2 dage. Så virkelig dårlig service og oplevelse, og vil derfor kraftigt anbefale Montana at finde en anden forhandler.

I recently ordered a gift for a friend from Rowan & Hill and I found the process super streamlined and efficient. The gift arrived by post beautifully packaged and I was kept up to date of the tracking. The candles are top quality for the price, long lasting and even burn and the scents fill the whole room for hours. I used to buy a lot of Jo Malone and Diptique candles but I am buying Rowan & Hill candles from now on.

We were faced with renovating a Victorian house in a conservation area, so replacing the aluminium windows with traditional timber sashes was a priority.
