This should be a five star 🌟 review. However real time stock levels are an issue and not just with me. The guys communicated excellently when my size 11 was not available after purchase and I was happy with the 10.5. Postage was a super quick 2 days and the Lowa Renegade Patrol boots the best price on the Internet. However I'm anxious to repurchase online again. Perhaps a good old fashion call will do during their very limited opening times.

Used Polimil a fair while back for something, can't remember what. I've been after a new pair of Lowa boots and trying to get any of the ones I wanted in my size has been impossible. On the off chance I checked Polimil and they had 1 pair of a model I liked in my size. I phoned them Friday afternoon to check they were in stock prior to ordering. Very helpful on phone and went away to physically check the shelf, confirmed it was the last pair. Ordered Friday afternoon, dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. All in all, a good experience

Amazing company to deal with. Currently most business are delayed shipping due to Covid (Polimil have also say this when you order). Ordered a Gerber bladeless multi tool on Friday and with standard shipping as the price was easily the best I could find. I didn’t expect to receive it for around 7-10 days in honesty but it came the next day! A Saturday too. Very impressed with that. Certainly I’ll be using them again for future purchases and recommending to friends and family.

Dishonest Company tell you they have stock Which they don't and then tell you days later its out of stock and then you have to chase them for a refund and 10 days later i still have not had my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay well Clear of Polimil they are nothing but a bunch Liars just look at all the other bad reviews will tell you the same.

Ordered a new "every day carry" bag for work as I'd been strung along by another online supplier for over a month. Emailed the company to determine whether the item was available, they replied quickly and courteously with all the information I'd requested. Having placed the order the item was delivered two days later by standard UK delivery. I'm entirely happy with the item I've purchased. Our five stars go to the laminate guys and our carpet fitters. My God! These guys are heros in their jobs! I've just had our kitchen fitted with laminate (wrong one given to the men at the depot,but I accepted it) and after a lot of stressful phone calls to the salesman,and eventually to the owner,we were given a discount for our grief.. they done an amazing job ☺️ The carpet men ( bloody hell, they have more than two Weetabix for breakfast!) All we can say is, these guys,all of them, are professional, polite, hardworking and honest. Tonight,our home feels like new. And it's all down to the workmen. They left our house clean and tidy,they cleaned up as they went along and worked at an incredible pace. 👍🏼

My experience,or should I say catalogue of disaster started March 2022 and has taken until last week to be corrected .Everything originally fitted had to be redone,which took a total of NINE appointments ,a few they just never turned up,but six cancelled which when having to book days off from 8am until 6pm is outrageous Happy my nightmare is over but never ,ever would I use this company again

First thought I was a good idea that I could pay weekly, but I've had a disgraceful experience, the lads rushed there work, was talking about women in a diogitry manner, foul language. I had to have 2 refits cos off poor standard, rips, creases, etc and let a bit of flooring to cut. I'm still waiting for a refit. For the 3rd time. Can't even get my washing in the gap or get to my sink cupboards,due to deep scraps on the flooring and washing machine being in thr way cant do no washing. My app was last week been waiting over a month. They just palmed me off and said the guy had left and they cancelled my app with out telling g only cos I phoned them I found out. when I said I had a recording off the guys foul language etc. They said manager would call me and they never did. Also take so longs answering the phone. #Job worths# obsolutely disgraceful. Terrible mismanaged company. Take my advice don't use them

The guys that come out didn't prep the floor, not cut flooring correctly to the line. Had a crease, rips and gaps, cuts in flooring. Just threw flooring round like a rag doll. The lads were even swearing, talking disgusting about women and sexual remarks. Have lumps and bumps under flooring. Buckled too. Terrible service. Paid way over the odds and had to wait for a refit a month and half. Disgraceful. Very poor quality of work and diogitry towards women. Being quite rude and chavvy. Disgraceful service. They scratched and dented fridge freezer. Won't be using them again. Buy your own lino and get a professional fitter to fit it

Been waiting for 12 months for blinds can't get intouch and told me they don't do refunds fraudsters need bringing to book.

This coop is of a much higher quality than previous kit coops we've seen or bought. Our chickens are really enjoying it. It's attractive, strong, durable, and relatively easy to put together. My only recommendation for improvement is to try to reduce small openings around the smaller doors and around the water tube. We live in an area with heavy rat pressure, so even smaller openings are a problem for us - we had to add wood to trim the doors inside to eliminate the gaps.

I have had a chicken coop from Roost & Root for over five years and just recently ordered another chicken coop. They are the best, high-quality cedar, easy to put together chicken coop. Goede duidelijke site. Bestelling wordt snel geleverd en het matras ligt net zoals wordt beloofd, TOP! Matras is eenvoudig naar wens in te stellen. Na heel veel matrassen te hebben uitgeprobeerd en te hebben geretourneerd, is eindelijk het juiste matras gevonden.

Het kussen is geweldig en de matrasbeschermer is ook goed. Gemakkelijk om het bed te trekken en af te halen.

Dit matras zag er top uit en het bestelproces en de levering waren goed. Het is een kwalitatief matras, maar het was niet voor mij geschikt dus heb ik deze retour gedaan. Het contact hierover was al moeizaam met de klantenservice via WhatsApp, maar dit is uiteindelijk wel gelukt. Volgens de voorwaarden wordt het aankoopbedrag binnen 30 dagen teruggestort en ontvangen ze normaal gesproken de retourmatrassen van PostNL binnen 14 dagen. Ondertussen zijn we anderhalve maand verder en ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Twee weken geleden heb ik gemaild, er werd me toen verteld dat ze het matras nog niet van PostNL hebben ontvangen. Daar hadden ze zelf twee weken eerder al zelf achteraan kunnen gaan. Maandag gebeld, het zou worden uitgezocht en er zou contact met me worden opgenomen. Niet gebeurd. Gisteren en vandaag geprobeerd te bellen. Er wordt niet opgenomen. Dat PostNL de afspraken met Morningstar Sleeps niet overeenkomt is vervelend, maar is simpel gezegd niet mijn probleem. Ik heb het matras netjes verpakt en retour gestuurd, dus dan verwacht ik ook een terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag. Edit: na nog een aantal belpogingen eindelijk goed contact weten te leggen en de terugbetaling is nu geregeld. Ik heb nog een persoonlijke verontschuldiging ontvangen en dat wordt zeker gewaardeerd!

Heerlijk matras. Service prima.

Fantastisch kussen! Enorm verschil met andere kussens die ik heb geprobeerd. Hij blijft de gehele nacht stevig en in vorm. Hierdoor ben ik veel beter uitgerust in de ochtend. Ook had ik jaren last van slapende armen en een stijf gevoel bij het wakker worden. Dit is voorbij, een echte aanrader dus!

Heerlijk matras, makkelijk besteld en netjes en op tijd bezorgd!

Na ongeveer 20 verschillende kussens te hebben geprobeerd, te hard/te zacht/te plat/te hoog en altijd wakker worden met pijnlijke schouders en hoofdpijn heb ik besloten om nog één keer te investeren in een ander kussen. Had ik dit maar eerder gedaan! Ik slaap nu ca 2 weken op een kussen van Morningstar Sleeps en kan niet anders zeggen dan dat ik echt veel beter slaap. Het kussen wordt geleverd met aardig wat vulling, maar eigenlijk slaapt dat helemaal goed, dus voor mij was wat vulling eruit halen niet nodig. Eindelijk geen hoofdpijn en nekklachten meer en ik word uitgerust wakker. Voor mij niks anders meer!

Voor het eerst een matras gevonden die echt lekker ligt en relatief ook betaalbaar is. Ik lig op de stevige kant, maar door de wat zachtere bovenlaag ligt dat toch heel comfortabel. En omdat ik zonder kussen slaap gebruik ik wel de zachtere schouderkant zodat mijn hoofd en schouders daar iets in wegzakken. Superblij dus met deze matras.

Køb ikke Bordplade hos NEROSTEIN!! NEROSTEIN arbejder sammen med El Giganten, dem skal man ikke handle med. De kom i en hel time og målte op. Da den blev leveret var den for lang, rev de listen ved dørkarmen af. Da de kom næste gang, passede hullet til vasken ikke, så de har savet så meget af køkken element neden under vasken, så den hænger ikke i meget. Så snart der var problemer blev montøren ubehagelig og uvenlig. Jeg kan jo ikke gøre for, at Ingen af de 2 firmaer er bistand til at måle op. NEROSTEIN er et lettisk firma og de vil jo at de måler op, bringer og monterer, så de tager ikke ansvar

Har netop modtaget og fået lagt en smuk bordplade fra Nerostein gennem Elgiganten. De er totalt professionelle og slipper ik før alt er perfekt. Vores køkken har umulige vinkler, men med en perfekt opmåling og dygtige håndværkere faldt alt i hak, som var den skåret på stedet. Håndværkerne er dygtige, yderst grundige og man føler sig tryg, de ved hvad de laver. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra. God pris.

Hej, Vi fick monterat bänkskiva, backsplash och köksö den 29/6 lördag med ett resultat som va under all kritik. Inte bara att varorna hade fått skador i frakten till oss, utan era montörer eller vad man nu vill kalla det förstörde bänkskivan, täcksidor/fronter på köket och även en vägg. Än idag, exakt 1 månad senare 29/7 så är inte detta fixat från Nerostein sin sida och då har vi legat på ordentligt i form av samtal, mailkontakt med både Head of Claim och vanliga kundtjänst. Vi har benyttet Nerostein som leverandør af "Silestone Eternal Statuario" og vi har været meget tilfredse med både professionel tilbudsgivning, opmåling og levering, som i alt tog 16 dage fra første henvendelse 🙂 Jeg har ikke nogen tilknytning til firmaet, men vil lige give min anbefaling til dem med herfra, hvis du selv er i markedet. Firmaet er fra Estland (opmåleren talte kun engelsk, men var meget venlig og de to montører var danske).

Leader floors was good and delivery was on time. The problem is the quality of the flooring. I left the floor to climate to the house and have started laying it yesterday but there is quite alot of the lvt that is scratched as its black flooring it is very noticeable

Don’t buy from here if you have builders lining up with renovation work. They accidentally delivered the scotia on wrong date/quantity and missed delivery for a week with me chasing daily for a week. The delivery supplier they use is not reliable (no notification/tracking and damaged the products). Have tried to sort it out with the sales team and just poor communication post order. Gave them 2 star because flooring looks ok.

Floorboards are beautiful however easily damaged on install which is a shame. Having to purchase more packets so it has been more costly to install than anticipated. Further boxes will be needed. I would go over the basic wastage calculation on the site. I would also have bought a recommended installation kit if they sold this, realised I needed one to put them together. It doesn’t just click into place.

I just ordered 190sqm of laminate flooring, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Recently bought 60M2 of wood floor from floor street . They have a what’s app contact for dealing with delivery which I found super easy and efficient as it was awkward to set a delivery time and day with the house being empty and myself away . They were super helpful customer service. After getting the wood floor and fitting there were a default with a few packs , the team at floor street done all corresponding with the floor manufacturer on my behalf and were very easy to deal with even tho the manufacturers were not being so accommodating. Due to the default of some of the planks at the fault of the manufacturers . I ended up short around 3M2 . After sending some pictures and videos to the customer service team they promptly sent out 4M2 of what I needed to finish the job . As well as continuing contact with me and chasing the manufacturer on my behalf . The floor it self is actually amazing and very nice just a shame the manufacturers won’t hold them selfs responsible when it’s clear to see the issues I was getting with the floor was a fault on their behalf. I do believe i just got unlucky with a bad batch as the reviews on the floor I got were all very good and also it was not budget floor . The manufacturer should spend more time trying to deal with customer satisfaction. Other than the manufacturer the floor street team are supper efficient and attentive and helped deal throughout.

Had a carpet delivered, got the carpet fitter to come out as soona s he rolled it out he called me to show the oil stuff on the roll which the carpet has been wrapped around, tried phoning it just rung, emailed straight away cam back with can be delivered in a week I said we are moving in and can't afford to get get carpet fitter out again and the movers are putting furniture in the room on Saturday and they said roll it up and have a new one or keep it and have 50 quid that won't even cover the carpet cleaner let alone the carpet fitter again. Really disappointed after using them before but you can only judge a company once something goes wrong lesson learned should have gone to tapi

I have bought many carpets from these before, but today have been really letdown. They have cut my carpet 10 cm too short so it’s unable to be fitted. I have been told that I should not have booked a fit there until I had rolled it out myself and checked they had cut it right. I think this is absolutely appalling that I should roll a five meter carpet out to check they have done their job correctly. Because of this I now have a room which is empty and my whole house is covered with bed, wardrobes etc And they are unable to send me another one and collect this for another week I have had to pay my Fitter for arriving today with no form of compensation towards me so now I am £100 out of pocket And have a bedroom with no furniture for over a week

Arrived today, absolutely shocking quality. Teach us to buy online never again and would not recommend this company. Spoke to customer services and they want £40 to return it, haven't got £40 spare so stuck with a carpet that is so inferior and not as advertised. Do not buy from them absolutely garbage quality. Placed an order for two wood effect linos, both the same for two rooms. Order arrived and one section was labelled correctly, however it was a bright white tile effect lino. This was returned, and my wife phoned to rectify this. a few days later the EXACT SAME incorrect lino was redelivered, the delivery driver was very cagey and difficult to deal with. My wife had to again phone Online carpets customer care, where Ashley told us he would make a note on the system and take care of it. A week went by and nothing, so I emailed customer care and was told they were unaware of any problem until I had contacted them! Eventually on the 3rd delivery attempt, the correct lino was delivered, hopeless.

Ordered carpet and door bars start of week, got the usual message day before delivery to make I am home. 30 mins before the delivery called and emailed to say the door bars were not in stock. Little late really as I booked in a fitter the next day. Now got to drive 45 mins to find some. Surely this should have been said when I made the order. Or a replacement sent out with the order.

Ordered carpet satisfied with price and communication with delivery date and times then falls short in fact customer care non existent. 2. Carpet delivered ok with getting assistance yes we do live in an apartment block 3.checked the carpet with carpet fitter and some idiot had cut it short hence it did not fit the room. 4. Contacted the customer care team who really don’t give a damn about customer care. This was after all a non fault incident in relation to the customer. 5. Point blank refused to do anything apart from feeble apology. It’s cost us to get fitter in and to get it up the stairs. The inconvenience of not having the carpet. When asked if they could at least send DPD with two man delivery : refused. They refused to send it any other way other than with the usual one man driver van. 6.Advice to others do not touch this company with a barge pole we wish we had headed to Tapi carpets were if mistakes do occur that are non fault customers associated it will be corrected with some dignity. I asked for a two men delivery : refused. Asked for compensation: refused it cost us £100 that day. 7. Had to get the carpet fitter back for second time which is my time and money. You think you are getting a good deal but this company are difficult and not customer focused don’t believe all the good reviews they have people in the warehouse that don’t know numbers and can’t read a tape measure major inconvenience.
