WORST COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years and I can honestly say this is the worst hair I have ever received. The hair was as my hairdresser quoted 'synthetic mix and clearly curly hair' not the straight that I had brought. I had it in my hair for a matter of weeks before I asked my hairdresser to remove it due to it being such poor quality. I then had to buy a whole set of hair from another brand as I was sick and tired of having to use half a bottle of £20 conditioner everytime I wash my hair just so I could get a brush through it. I have followed aftercare and used the best products and never had a proble with any other brwnd. I thought I would try a cheaper brand and it unfortunately has been the worse mistake of my life and ended up costing me twice having to replace with a new brand. Anyways, I sent back for there so called testing of there Z grade hair and kept getting ignored, months have passed now and a generic email that they have sent the hair back with a cover letter of there findings. I do not live at that address anymore- and why would I want faulty unuseable hair that I can't do anything with. The bin wouldn't want it. Why would you not communicate your findings via email and ask for a return address to return it to, instead of ignoring me and sending an AI style message saying it wa sent week ago with so called findings to an address I do not live at. All a big scam-will be filing a chargeback. Pay a bit more and get useable hair, for what I pay nearly £400 for I could probably get better quality down the hair shop for £30. Gutted that I trusted this company to look into this and do the right thing instead of filing a chargeback straight away. If you care about how your hair looks and care about your money, customer service and finding a solution if something goes wrong then please do not shop here. No one likes being scammed

I had a really bad experience with another hair extensions salon. So made an appointment at foxy hair extensions and oh my word they look and feel amazing. The blend is beautiful. Felt so relaxed in salon even tho I was extremely nervous from my previous salon as you could see the extensions on the back of my head .was made too feel really welcome and calm even had a glass of prosseco. If your thinking of extensions don't look any further n waste your money else where go direct to foxys n look n feel a million dollars like I do

I have only had this hair in for 8 weeks and I have used extensions for years and I have used foxy hair numerous times and this has got to be the worst hair I have had in a long time I always take good care of my extensions. This time the hair is constantly knotting, frizzy, dry, shedding can’t even put my fingers though it I’m not 100% sure if this could be a bad batch but this hair is very expensive and i will not be purchasing again.

Even though the wrong items were sent out to me first time round I was so pleased with their customer service and how quickly the mistake was rectified and I received the correct items they even wanted to pay for the postage for the items I sent back ! Super impressed and the hair is beautiful too ! Thank you !!

These are the worst clip in hair extensions I’ve ever had. I’ve bought 240g for almost £400 and each weft is so thin with barely any hair on it (15g per weft I think). It’s such bad design and it’s difficult to make them look nice and blend with your own hair, especially if you’ve got thick hair. Also the hair quality is not great, I only used them once and they became very tatty and lifeless very quick. These used to be my favourite but I won’t buy again now. A positive is that the girls in the shop are really friendly and took the time to colour match perfectly. It’s just a shame the extensions themselves suck.

Do not buy . If the items get lost in transit they will not refund you or resend the hair . I use a few different companies for over twenty years . I have never seen this problem before . It keeps happening. I won’t risk it again !!!

Less than satisfied to say the least. I purchased 5 x flat tip extensions on Tuesday. I received the package on Wednesday (wonderfully fast service) however opened the package to see that only 3 sets received. Allegedly their stock levels are correct, the weight of the so called package was correct and the size of the zip lock bag is correct, amazing they allegedly checked this within minutes. However what isn't correct is the amount of extensions received. I have sent photo evidence!! This is for my daughters prom and her fitting appointment is Monday coming so this won't be happening!! Stress of GCSEs and this is a joke!! They expect me to wait to speak to MD on 11th July??? The stress this has caused is crazy. I tried calling within 3 minutes of receiving the package but no answer as they were closed. I emailed then a minute after that!! I'd avoid this company at all costs as they're scam artists. I have sought legal counsel as this is less than acceptable and against my consumer rights. Avoid avoid avoid and i will take to social media too to have this put out there...esepcially with the massive following my daughter has too, await the storm!!!

Hate to leave a bad review but this hair is awful, very dry and shedding like crazy! Also, the colour wasn’t like the colour I ordered. I’ve had to take them out which is a shame as I’m still paying for them. All the correct after used, just thought I’d try a new brand but won’t be purchasing again, sorry

Well I was so so pleased at the start - the colour, the texture the look of my weft was amazing… 4/5 weeks later the hair is shedding, matting soooo badly, breaking and so dry. I’ve been using their products religiously but nothing helps. Shame . Would not recommend. Care items were purchased as a gift from family member

Den er virkelig god :) Jeg har redt mit hår for første gang uden smerte og uden det filtre! Kæmpe anbefaling .. Der var også hurtig leverings, kæmpe plus.

Jeg er meget glad for mine køb herinde har fundet den helt rigtige shampoo og balsam osv for mig, udover det er kundeservicen helt i top, er en meget glad kunde her, 5 stjerner herfra!

Jeg er lidt overrasket over de dårlige anmelderser af hårvitaminer. Har selv brugt Yuaia håtvitaminer i snart et år, og har aldrig haft flottere hår. Mit hår er blevet meget tykkere, særlig i spidserne, som endelig ser flot ud. Jeg kan også mærke, når jeg vasker hår, at jeg taber/mister meeeget mindre hår. Desuden har de vingummi form, som er et plus da jeg hader at sluge piller. Jeg er en kæmpe fan 🥰

Jeg har brugt produkterne fra Grow and Glow (shampoo, balsam, hårmaske og serum) samt hårvitamimer i ca. halvanden måned. Mit hår er blevet mere tørt og kruset siden opstart. Det virker konstant fedtet, og er overhovedet ikke lige så blødt og sundt at se på som før jeg startede med produkterne. Jeg har fortsat fordi produkterne var meget dyre og i håb om at det blev bedre. Jeg er nu nået dertil, hvor jeg giver op - det er ikke blevet bedre, og mit hår virker mere skadet og tørt end nogensinde før. Øv.

Jeg prøvede for første gang hår vitaminerne for nogle år siden, og efter 2 ugers tid begyndte jeg at få meget uren hud! Jeg er normalt ikke typen som får urenheder i det hele taget, så det var meget uvant for mig. Jeg måtte tage en meget hård aknepille kur for at få bumserne væk. Har så forsøgt igen her for nylig, og præcis som sidst fik vitaminerne min hud til at gå amok! Jeg har smidt resten ud! Og HELDIGVIS i tide da min hud ikke blev værre ligesom første gang….

Slettede min bedømmelse på deres facebook. Fordi jeg ikke ville anbefale deres produkter :).. Købte en af deres Shampo og balsam (den blå serie). Gjorder bare mit hår tørt og virkede ikke slet ikke.. spild af penge

Jeg er så sindsygt glad for min hårbørste. Alle pengene værd. Vil anbefale den til alle jeg kender. Bruger den selv og til min datter på 7 år med hår helt ned til lænden.

Børsten er god, den bruger jeg hver dag.. Men vitaminer, de 2 shampoo og balsam serier og de 2 typer serum lever ikke op til det lovede. Mistede meget hår og mit hår har aldrig været tyndere og mere tørt end da jeg brugte produkterne. Serum har ingen anti statisk effekt som lovet ved det ene og ingen antifrizz effekt ved det andet. Det dufter godt, og det er så det. Jeg brugte produkterne 1 år og brugte en formue uden at få noget som helst ud af det, andet end tabte penge. Æv æv..

Hver gang jeg bruger yuaia’s shampoo og balsam taber jeg VOLDSOMT meget hår, jeg står med kæmpe store totter i hænderne efter hver vask med dette produkt. Jeg fik så af vide at det ikke kunne skyldes deres shampoo/balsam. Jeg prøvede i et langt stykke tid så et helt andet mærke og mit hår blev meget bedre. Idag prøvede jeg så for sjovt yuaia’s shampoo og balsam igen, og jeg har IGEN tabt voldsomt meget hår, ved brug af det blot en enkelt gang! Pas på der ude. I mister håret og man får bare en besked hvor det benægtes. Øv :(

Czuję się oszukana przez salon w Londynie . Jeżeli chodzi o samą usługę byłam zadowolona i niemam żadnych zastrzeżeń oprócz tego że moje włosy były tylko wyrownane na końcach i nic więcej bo pani fryzjerka była zajęta i tylko na moją prośbę delikatnie wymodelowane przez panią która zakłada mi włosy . Największe rozczarowanie , szok przeżyłam gdy chciałam dokupić produkty Hollywood Hair na stronie internetowej ponieważ zaopatrzyłam się w szampon i odżywkę oraz szczotkę w salonie na mniejscu i co się okazało że salon sprzedaje produkty o 100 % drożej jak na stronie internetowej . Dzwoniłam do nich i pytałam się dlaczego panie sprzedają w salonie produkty 100% drożej , pani tłumaczyła się że na koniec transakcji przy płatności cena powinna wzrosnąć ale w takim przypadku jest to oszukiwanie klientów . Pani poinformowała mnie że ze to zmienia i wręcz mi podziękowali że na to zwróciłam uwagę ale od 3 miesięcy nic się nie zmieniło i wątpię bo jak idziesz do płatności cena nie wzrasta o 100% także przestrzegam klientki przed kupowaniem produktów w salonie HH w Londynie . Kolejna sprawa o ilość gramów włosów która została mi założona , zapłaciłam za 130 gram włosów które podobno mnialam założone i z moich obliczeń i i ilości doczepię na mojej głowie wynikało ze mam maximum 100 gram . Czekałam z opinia do sprawdzenia ilości włosów przy podciąganiu , okazało się ze włosy po ściągnięciu miały gramaturę 75 gram razem z dodatkowymi 8 pasmami które dostałam do domu i oczywiście plus 4szt które mi odpadły w trakcie 3 miesięcy i włosy się nie wyczesywały dużo dlatego jeżeli chodzi o jakość założenia nie mam zastrzeżeń . TAK ŻE PRESTRZEGAM PRZEDTUM SALONEM.

Przedłużałam włosy w Hollywood Hair i jestem naprawdę zadowolona. Efekt wygląda bardzo naturalnie, włosy są miękkie, gęste i świetnie się układają. Obsługa jest profesjonalna i miła, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i w dobrej atmosferze :)

My first visit was refit from another saloon, I want to keep hair for another few months as I was going for a holiday and just didn’t want to waist fresh hair, it was done brilliantly, colour and fit. My second visit last week was for colour and new set of hair, it looks awesome , everything, colour, fit and hair. False advertising. Ordered the product shown online and was sent something I did not want without anyone ever checking in to see if that would be suitable. Also, my receipt does not have my name on it. It auto populated the name of the person I was gifting it to, which is problematic for my business and taxes. Feels sloppy.

Ordered gifted touch Exam chair on 5/17/2022: very prompt phone call. friendly and courteous salesman. called at 9 pm to take order: placed 6 exam table combo with three motor bed. Supposed to be deliver after June 1, 2022 as I still have previous tenant in there. they delivered within week time unfortunately in this case early shipment caused previous tenant by accident took 6 x 2= 12 large package with them. once I called previous tenant, they said yes they have it and I had to get two friends and rent a U-Haul to get those box back to my facility. MISSING ITEM: gifted touch supposed to send 6 paper holders with same order, separately delivered: to the date I have not received it. WRONG ITEM: stool combo supposed to be with back rest: all stool came without any backrest. Damaged ITEM: 3 Exam table Cushion were damaged, sent them pictures three separate occasion. Yet to hear response. Called them 4 times as well. I was told Lady name Lydia will call as she is over customer service department: no correspondence yet. one out of six tables base. screw would not go in tried to change around as other table that trick worked. no luck for 1 table. as its not stable: no response yet. many scratches on back side of cushion but no one is going to see that as it is screwed on the base so I have no issue there but indeed many scratches on back side. very friendly and polite staff but every time I talked to them they said we will have someone name lydia call. and I am yet to hear anything. Overall three chairs that did get assembled without any damaged seen is good quality for what I paid for. All I ask is resolution or hear back to see what it is they need me to send them. I have sent them picture of damaged part. DO NOT KNOW what else to do. IF you don't have patience stay away. I hope I am not being too harsh here. Sam and the team at Active Potential Therapy have spent the last 3 years keeping me on the road through 4 marathons and numerous other distance road races. Sam will always do what she can to fit me in allowing for my work and has presented to our Company Man Versus Mountain team. I have to say an hour with Sam before a Marathon is what gets me round those 26.2ish miles

I get a really bad neck and shoulder, (too many hours in the office). After a visit to Sam I'm always amazed by how it should feel to be able to look over your shoulder pain free.

I have been using Active Potential Therapy for a while now, after they were recommended to me by a friend. I cant express my gratitude enough for what they have done for me. I started playing 6 a side football when i turned 50 and i have picked up several injuries, without the excellent work that APT does i have no doubt that i would not now be fit enough to play on the pitch for a full hour each week. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was dubious about the effectiveness of deep tissue sports massage/ therapy at first and whether it produced comfort only. However, Sam Cox has had the misfortune to deal with my various injuries breakages and simple wear and tear over the years and is invaluable in keeping my non athletic physique capable of marathons tennis and triathlons including long Ironman distances. Ironically the therapy does not provide comfort (this is a compliment) as Sam pummels scar tissue and recalcitrant muscles into submission. APT have clean pleasant clinical premises which are easy to reach at Bumpers Farm and parking is easy. Admin seems very efficient and it is good to know there is a whole team.

I am so glad I found Sam and Active Potential Therapy, she has helped me so much. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and with massage I can stay mobile and active. My husband and daughter have also benefited from the brilliant team here. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Sarah

I have been going to Active Potential for Physio treatment for over 5 years. I am always happy with the quality of the treatment and leave feeling amazing. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable and you know that their main concern is that you get the right treatment for you even if that is not the same as it was the last time they saw you.

I got intouch with 23md to enquire about the emsella chair. I'm so glad I did. Whilst I am going through perimeonpause I had an increased leaking bladder and my confidence was becoming worse with the worry of being out as it was a daily struggle. I am so amazed at the results of the emsella chair. My pelvic floor muscles are so much stronger and my confidence is back. I didnt realise how bad it was affecting me until after I finished a course on the chair. The staff are amazing and to think that I sat on the chair for a short amount of time fully clothed and to get the results I have now is well worth every penny. No amount of excercise would have given me the results in the time it took to have this course. I would fully recommend it for every woman experiencing bladder leakage. We shouldn't have to wear pads and loose confidence when there is a solution that works. Thankyou 23md for everything

Dr Kesh is absolutly the best. I am writing this review after been her patient for almost 5 years and trying another cosmetic consultant abroad for a quick botox. I utterly regretted my treatment abroad but from this bad experience I have realised how unique dr Kersh is. So after 5 years I have decided to write her a review. I will never "cheat" on her again!

Dylan came to clean our windows and did a fantastically thorough job. He was very friendly, professional and efficient and we would highly recommend.

I consulted 23 MD following a dreadful experience where a Mayfair beauty salon used a very strong glycol treatment instead of the level 1 glycol it had said it would use for a light skin cleanse. My smooth skin was left extremely dry, wrinkled severly, and one area of my skin (about the size of an index finger nail) was slightly gouged out. I then turned to a facialist in a well know hair salon in Knightsbridge. A fatal error. This time, the damage increased, and I was left with a very large area of the skin on my chest which looked bleached. A consulation with another facialist confirmed that all the melatonin in that area of my skin had been bleached out by the severe treatment carried out by the hair salon facialist. I took my courage in hand two weeks ago and, having waited for approximately a year and a half following the severly damaging treatment by the hair salon facialst, I consulted 23 MD, my faith is restord. Dr. Kursh is sensitive and very delicate in her treatments. The salon's facialist is extraordinary too. One facial later, my skin is much closer to where it was two years ago when my skin was first severely damaged. I am grateful beyond words. I was devasted when my skin was so badly damaged. Thanks to 23 MD, I am no certain that the quality of my skin will be entirely restored. Thank you so much, 23MD. Facials are very expensive at this salon. However, if it is possible to have even one treatment, I feel confident that anyone with damaged skin will feel that the cost was worth it. I think of it as more of a medical experience because one treatment transformed my skin.

I just had an ‘orbital rejuvenation’ with Dr Kersh. I have to tell you... she worked magic with that needle. I don’t know how she did it but she completely eliminated my ‘slightly sunken and baggy’ 48 year old eyes and I look 40 again. (Maybe even 35!) The result is beautifully natural and NO BRUSING or injection marks. The skin under my eyes is smooth and gorgeous again and it does not look like I had a thing done. Just crease-free, non-wrinkly eyes. I seriously cannot believe how well this treatment worked - results are as good as surgery with ZERO downtime. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first thing you will notice about 23MD as soon as you step foot into their clinic is that the place is absolutely spotless and pristine. The staff there definitely makes sure to provide their customers with top-notch and high quality experience. The receptionist (whom I'm afraid I don't remember her name, but she has red hair) is friendly and kind. After waiting for a bit, I was greeted by Dr. Galy and he was very patient, professional, and made sure that I knew exactly what I was getting into and felt comfortable the entire time.

This place is amazing! And juta is wonderful. I have been coming for 2 years and my skin has never looked better. They never try to sell products and give honest advice. I would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered online with a very straightforward form type procedure, the very next day I began receiving automatic updates on the status of my order which then arrived just one day after. The courier couldn't have been more helpful and contacted me for directions to my location. I'm very happy with the online clinic. The web side is easy to use and quick. For general medication it saves me a trip to the medical center . The only thing I didn't like the last time I orderd something was that I couldn't choos the country I'm living in so I had to use the chat which wasn't a big deal but it took me longer to get the order done. Personally I'd appriciate if you were starting to post medication outside the UK again.

I ordered the set of 15 multi-colored hair nets. I received my order in two days...so complaint there. However, the colors that were pictured and featured on the Cover Your Hair website were not at all the colors I received. Instead of the somewhat pastels pictured I received all dark and florescent colors. Not happy! I have tried to reach them by email. So far it has been a week and I have yet to receive a response to my question as to why I did not receive what was represented to me that I would receive. I looked for any disclosures that would advise me that "at will" the company could make substitutions for products pictured and did not come across such information. Sadly, I am inclined to right this review...hoping it will catch the eye of someone who can explain this deception or error in the shipment I received.

Better quality scarves and berets than some others that I have purchased from Macy's and other department stores. The CoverYourHair Web site isn't super-sleek like some other big e-commerce platforms, but who cares if it gets the job done?

There are lots of hair accessories on this site. One of the items I ordered became out of stock and the company quickly emailed to let me know and they immediately refunded my money for the one item. All other items came as described on the website. I only have one suggestion, and it's based on personal preference: you have really short netted snoods and the extra long netted snoods - how about a medium length netted snood? That would be great.
