Look no further than Baba West! I have been so impressed by the products from Baba West; once you discover them, there really is no turning back. We have been using the Mulitvitamin powder since my daughter was born in July 2020 and it is a firm favourite in our household for the ease of use and taste. It is so good to now add the Vitamin D spray to this which is equally easy to use and my daughter loves the flavour. Baba West has all you need to ensure baby is getting the right supplements. I have been using the eye cream for two months now to no effect, so, I’m stopping and will never buy it again. The online colour match tool for an eye concealer gets it seriously wrong - the one, that was recommended to me, looked way lighter than my natural skin and reminded me of a “panda eyes” effect when I tried to use it, so, I stopped. The social media advertising is way over-promising, but there are many ads like this nowadays, so, this company is no different. The customer service is superb though - the response is fast and you get your money back if you are not happy. So, it’s worth giving it a go to find out for yourself whether it’s worth it. Weak CBD, no matter what strain you get (tested 3, popcorn, light widow and another one) they all smell, crumble (verry dry), look the same. Effects? Almost none. I'm starting to think it's just the same strain (a weak one too) under various names. Better find something else, or grow your own plant. A good CBD flower should be green and sticky, not brown and dry. 🌿

Ich habe am 03.12.2024 zwei Duftkerzen von Diptyque, "Biscuit", zum Preis von 120 € bei Essenza bestellt. Die Kerze wurde zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr produziert und ist limitiert. In vielen anderen Onlineshops und Boutiquen war sie bereits ausverkauft, weshalb ich mich für den Kauf bei Essenza entschied, da mir die Kerzen zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung als sofort verfügbar angezeigt wurden. Leider begann der Ärger schon bald nach der Bestellung: Am 17.12.2024 erhielt ich die Mitteilung, dass sich der Liefertermin verzögert. Der Kundensupport behauptete später, dass ich ein nicht lagerndes Produkt bestellt habe, was einfach nicht zutraf, da ich ja gerade aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit bei Essenza bestellt hatte. Am 31.12.2024 forderten wir Essenza zur Lieferung auf. Am 02.01.2025 wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Kerzen immer noch nicht verfügbar seien und es wurde mir angeboten, die Bestellung zu stornieren. Nachdem ich auf die lange Wartezeit und die unzureichende Kommunikation hinwies, wurde mir erneut angeboten, die Bestellung zu stornieren. Da die Kerzen überwiegend in wenigen Shops im Ausland zu höheren Preisen verfügbar sind, haben wir uns entschieden, die Bestellung nicht zu stornieren. Seitdem – also seit dem 03.01.2025 – habe ich jedoch nichts mehr von Essenza gehört. Fast zweieinhalb Monate nach der Bestellung stehen wir immer noch ohne die Kerzen da. Essenza hat bereits den vollen Kaufpreis erhalten und bislang weder geliefert noch ausreichend kommuniziert. Am heutigen Tag, den 18.02.2025, habe ich mich erneut bei Essenza gemeldet und vorgeschlagen, dass sie die Kerzen bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellen könnten, um die Lieferung zu ermöglichen. Die Links zweier Onlineshops, in denen die Kerze als verfügbar angezeigt wird, habe ich der Email beigefügt. Da es sich bei der Kerze um ein immer schwieriger verfügbares Produkt handelt und wir als "Fans" der Kerze unbedingt die Bestellung erhalten möchten, hoffe ich, dass Essenza mit diesem Vorschlag eine Lösung herbeiführen kann. Zusammenfassend möchte ich bemerken, dass der gesamte Ablauf der Bestellung bisher enttäuschend und frustrierend war. Es ist für mich unverständlich, warum Essenza in dieser langen Wartezeit keine Lösung finden konnte und warum man uns gegenüber nicht offen kommuniziert hat, dass der Lieferant nicht in der Lage ist, die Kerzen zu liefern. Ich kann diesen Onlineshop aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Vor etwa acht Monaten habe ich bei Essenza Nobile Duftproben bestellt und leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Mein ursprünglicher Erfahrungsbericht wurde gelöscht, daher teile ich ihn hier erneut. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung erhielt ich eine Probe, die bereits ein Jahr alt war. Das Etikett war überklebt, und das Abfülldatum stimmte nicht mit der tatsächlichen Abfüllung überein. Auf Nachfrage erklärte der Kundenservice, dass sie mir die Probe geschickt hätten, damit ich den Duft dennoch testen könne, da er nicht mehr auf Lager sei. Trotz dieser Erfahrung wollte ich dem Unternehmen eine zweite Chance geben und bestellte erneut mehrere Proben. Leider wurden die angegebenen Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten, und eine Probe fehlte, da der Duft erneut nicht verfügbar war. Es stellt sich die Frage, warum ein nicht vorrätiger Duft weiterhin auf der Website angeboten wird. Zudem erhielt ich erst auf eigene Nachfrage eine Rückmeldung zur fehlenden Probe, da der Kundenservice nicht proaktiv informierte. Ich bin mir sicher, dass diese Vorfälle nicht den Standards des Unternehmens entsprechen, dennoch hat mich meine Erfahrung enttäuscht. Ich hoffe, dass Essenza Nobile seine Abläufe verbessert und wünsche dem Unternehmen weiterhin alles Gute.

Bad customer service keep you waiting with their answers. If there is an original size item not in stock (but it was on stock at the time of ordering!!!!) they even not inform their customers about delay or missing item. They do not care about the case that customers having plan to order and get a gift on New year. Simply do not care. Samples have sticky label that unsticks very soon after arrival.

I placed an order for 157€ as a New Year’s gift and waited several days for the order to be processed. When I requested an invoice, they also failed to provide it. Then, I asked them for a link on their website with detailed information about order processing and delivery terms. Instead of answering, they canceled my order without any explanation. They didn’t send me an invoice or a credit note for the cancellation either. No documentation was provided at all, and they left me waiting for days only to cancel without a reason. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Now, on top of everything, I’ll have to wait up to ten days to get my money back. I did not give my consent for the cancellation of the order, and their actions are unlawful, violating consumer protection rights. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since this was meant to be a New Year’s gift I only mentioned that I would contact the tax authorities and consumer protection agency if they failed to provide me with the invoice, as not providing an invoice is a violation of the law. Additionally, not providing customers with information about order processing and shipping on the website itself is also a legal violation. This is not a threat; it is simply a statement of fact. All I asked was for them to comply with the law and adhere to the terms of purchase and sale of goods. Instead, they canceled my order and are trying to make me look like the one at fault. UPDATED 4 December: I wrote a review after you refused to give me an invoice, a link with shipping information and cancelled the order, no need to lie. Your shop is not geared to the business customer. I asked you for a bonus as I already had a bonus in my basket, just a different brand. You could have offered to replace it and that's it. For me the lack of bonuses is not a problem, I am able to buy any product, it's just that you didn't have a sample available on your site. I buy perfume almost every day from different online shops. I also see that you noted that this review is not based on real experience, as if I did not order from you. You are even trying to trick this review site into deleting my review. Funny. So you still haven't provided a link with a detailed description of order processing and delivery, which is a violation of Googleadwords snd Googlemerchants, I have sent a request to my colleagues to fully check your advertising campaigns that are misleading potential customers. Additionally, on October 22, I placed an order with you, and you didn’t send any gifts then, nor did anyone leave you negative reviews for that. Für mich der beste Online Shop für Nischendüfte! Ein herzlicher Kundensupport und ein Online Shop der an bestens kuratiertem Sortiment kaum zu übertreffen ist. Da es der Shop der Kurfürsten Parfümerie in Mannheim ist, weiß ich, dass ich hier ausschließlich Originalprodukte erhalte, wo man sich ja leider sonst nicht mehr sicher sein kann. Besonders fair: Wenn man einen Duft kauft, von dem man vorher ein Abfüllung bestellt hatte, bekommt man den Kaufpreis der Abfüllung wieder gutgeschrieben! So fair ist sonst kein anderer Shop. Angenehm fand ich auch, dass ich den Support per WhatsApp erreichen und zeitnah freundliche Antworten erhalten habe.

My last and final response to this lunacy (since you keep adding comments here) - I live in Cyprus not Barbados, and yes I expect to be treated with the same respect when I order 20 euro sample or 400 euro perfume. My first time using Scent city I wanted to get a couple of samples of Nobile 1942 which are very nice indeed and this has prompted me to contact the makers direct in Italy to get 9 of their scents more dedicated for men to wear. They will prepare a 9 sample discovery set for me. Scent City I believe at the ordering process gave you the option of choosing 2 free scents which I ordered, but only one of these was sent out which is a shame. Overall the service is good, the process from ordering to delivery was good and the email communication was also good. I would use them again for niche perfume.

While the prices may be slightly higher than average, the value is enhanced by the complimentary samples and free postage. The attention to detail in packaging and handwritten notes adds a special touch. However, there was a slight hiccup with stock management, as I received a generic email and refund due to an out-of-stock item. Improved communication in such cases would be appreciated. Overall, a very efficient service that's worth considering again. Four stars!

I have always used hunter and gather products and absolutely love their collagen vanilla creamer but since being told I have high cholesterol and because the collagen vanilla creamer is extremely high in saturated fat I have to now stop taking it what a shame !

Have used the bovine collagen for ages now - I add it to smoothies, which gives it a creamy taste which I love. Love this company and their products

I purchased the Rise and Glow collagen a couple of weeks ago. I read a review specifically stating that the product could be drank by itself as it did not taste fishy. Unfortunately this is not the case. Despite the efforts, the product testes extremely fishy and I cannot drink it without mixing it in a juice. Even when mixed, it is hard to swallow. The upside though is that I can see a great difference in my wrinkles, nail ridges, hair etc. The results are truly amazing. I am just slightly disappointed about the very fishy taste.

I ordered avocado oil on Amazon. It smells vile and rancid. This is not returnable with Amazon. The sell by/use by date is October 2026 so not out of date. I ordered in December but have only just used it. I have contacted Hunter & Gather and await a reply.

I'm adding this to a review I did earlier? I have now had this issue resolved to my satisfaction, with apologies. I have every respect for the products they produce and wouldn't want anyone put off buying them, I will continue to do so. This was a subscription/ delivery issue and I'm glad it has been resolved. It is something they should keep an eye on.

Good products, great mission statement, but woeful customer service. Paying on a subscription basis has meant lots of deliveries coming far too early and no one interested to get back to me to resolve this. I am paying for my order way in advance of being ready to use the product. Second time this has happened. I've had enough. Emails, phone messages [during a 2.5hr time slot only] but no response. Don't understand why this small company is happy with this service?

I have just received a message that my monthly order is being made ready to ship to me! I DID NOT sign up for future purchases. I tried to contact them but the customer service is only open in the mornings and not weekends.. When I made my order they did not ship to the shipping address. They seem to make a lot of errors!! I have emailed them but will have to wait till they open their customer service. I am very unhappy and feel this is a scam. I have noted someone else also has mentioned the same problem.

Don’t order from this company they automatically subscribe you even when you choose a “one time” purchase. I was just debited £25 from my bank account and there is no way to get hold of them except through an email so now I must wait for a response to get my money back. I did not authorise the subscription or if I did it is because their system is rigged for you to subscribe. I don’t want a subscription. I don’t need any more product and yet they decided they would just take the money from my account. I tried to end their (not mine because they did it) subscription and the website said they would send me a 4 digit code I requested the code 2x and did not receive it. I checked my email and it is correct and still did not receive the code. These people are out to take your money the whole website is rigged to take your money as a matter of fact the have a sliding scale when you log on to get you to pay more money if you reach a certain amount. Thieves! I don’t want to hear about authorising as it is the company’s responsibility to make it clear and I should be doing it knowingly and freely. I was so careful to check one time purchase but their website defaulted me to subscription. I want my money back NOW and the subscription cancelled NOW. I gave reported this to UK.Gov and ICO.

I've been using hunter@gather for a few months now and tbh I genuinely can't recommend it enough. The quality is outstanding, I've tried few other brands before but the difference with this one is SO CLEAR! My skin is glowing and my hair feels thicker. THanks!

I ordered a trio of soap for my mum as a Christmas present. I got in touch with the company to see if they could present the soaps nicely for me to give as a gift and received a response right away. Not only were the soaps delivered quickly, but the company had gone out of their way to beautifully gift wrap them. I haven't seen the soaps yet, but can smell them through the box and they smell great! Over the moon!

Hard to find a shampoo without sulphates, parabens, or alcohol. Soapy Nut was one of a very few. Cleans well, hair looks great. Does not lather well but that's a fair price to pay for clean ingredients. Scents and packaging great too but, as a bloke, I'd be happy with scentless version too.

The oil was for beards which was not advertised clearly. The smell was not like oudh. Label very hard to read Don't know if its good for the hair. Will need to use it regularly to tell if it makes a difference. So cannot comment on its effectiveness.

Brilliant product, soap smelt lovely and looks great, leaves skin super soft. Packaging is minimal, which is a good thing in my eyes when trying to reduce plastic waste, the only criticism I have is that all my soaps smelt the same due to the strong scent of the lemoniser, but without adding to the packaging I'm not sure how you'd overcome this slight issue.

Everything as I expected, great quality! Eco-friendly too. All items were in one box, no uncessary plastic bags etc. I'll definitely order from soapynut again :-)

Originally ordered an 18 in wig 250% density that came in amazing condition. Realized that I wanted a longer length and the company quickly worked with me to have the wig exchanged for a longer length along with my request for a 6x6 closure. Amazing customer service and the hair is full and luscious. Will definitely be purchasing again!

Ordered curly wig 26 inches hair 180 % density and still came super nice and full true to length minimal shedding the curls are beautiful wet or dry definitely would order again or order a different style wig

I initially ordered the Water Wave texture, but unfortunately, the hair did not look like the photos advertised and appeared very frizzy right out of the package. I exchanged it for the Deep Wave texture, hoping for better quality, but was met with the same issue—excessive frizz. After washing the hair, I noticed significant shedding, and the frizz remained unmanageable despite my efforts. As a first-time customer, I was genuinely disappointed with the quality and expected a better product. I even requested that they send a better-quality bundle, but my concerns were not fully resolved. That said, their customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the exchange process, and the shipping was impressively fast. The hair was also true to length and density, which I appreciated. Overall, while the customer service and delivery were excellent, I would not recommend this hair due to the poor quality and high maintenance required.

I’m beyond disappointed with this wig. I had high expectations based on Asteria’s reputation for curly hair, but this is by far the worst curly wig I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve worn and maintained curly wigs for years, and I also have natural curly hair, so I know how to care for textured hair, but nothing could save this one. Within just 3 to 4 days, the tangling became unbearable. No matter how often I detangled and refreshed it with water, it would knot up again within 10 minutes. The back matted so badly that the wig became stiff and unwearable. I tried everything, deep conditioning three times, adding and omitting oils, experimenting with different product amounts, including leave-in conditioners, curl creams, gels, and serums. Nothing worked. This hair is clearly over-processed. It has no elasticity or softness, just excessive dryness and tangling. And let’s not forget the awful fishy smell, it took ages to wash out! At £200, I expected at least a few weeks of quality wear, not a wig that barely lasted a few days before becoming unmanageable. If you’re looking for a long-lasting curly wig, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. This one is not it.

This is a terrible company. The lie the quality of the hair is very bad and they pretend they are busy when you have tell the the hair you received is wrong! I have evidence of what they did, They don't answer questions they ignore you for a whole week. They lie to you when you say go buy custom hair , then they send you something they designed wrong so they can claim it as not there product. They are lying!! PayPal said because it's custom they can't enroll in my favour, if you read properly or answer ther question you will see it for yourself. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! I always ordered from this website, but this was a travesty for my birthday. I ordered a 22-inch 5x5 lace and high density and received a thin shedding 20-inch or less wig, and the color is in patches. I contacted the support team. Not only did they call me by the wrong name like they copied and paste a response, but the told me that will not refund me even after my suggestion of returning it, because they claimed I did it because they “did not send it out in that state that it’s in.” Even after me stating that I did an unveiling video to find my wig like this, that I will share on platforms. I will NEVER order from this place again! Do not waste your money! I paid over $330 for this bullshit that I can’t even wear!

The wig has some terrible hair. It will not hold a curl, the texture is horrible like doll hair, it's also very thin. The reviews are lies! Also Asteria hair does not honor your points. They will state that you can use the points on your next order.

Extract seems really good but labeling is probably out of date as customer service says their current kushen extract is standardized for Oxymatrine not Lupeol. Opposite of what label says. Apparently that's leftover from a previous version of the product. Not important to me... Might be problematic for someone else *Edit* given reply below I'd like to simply again point out to you that the label says 40% lupeol. Which both you and customer service agree it doesn't have (you just said 20% Lupeol). I don't care about Lupeol. I mean it's inclusion is fine. But I want oxymatrine (or alternatively matrine.) Apparently you removed matrine altogether. I probably don't prefer that, but whatever. I'd just again point out the label doesn't match anything either of your reps have said. Might want to work on that part.

In all honesty, the vast majority of supplements that I use--and I do use many--do not yield objective results that leave no doubt as to which supplement caused a particular result. This holds true for those that make use of senolytic research. In fact, logically, one might infer that noticeable results with products like Neuromergence wouldn't demonstrate noticeable results for, perhaps years. Therefore I am trusting that this MDS Labs product will benefit me in the long-run. Creatine and a few pre-workout thermogenic formulas are the only supplements I've ever taken that have produced obvious, immediate results.

I booked GBG for my daughters 9th birthday - the platinum package and she had 11 guests !! The party was amazing and both of the ladies were amazing!!! Every each of the girls enjoyed the party and i had so many good comments from their parents!! I didn't do anything and all the party went so well!!!! The set up was so lush and girls were feeling pampered and they were super happy! Definitely recommend Grumpy But Gorgeous- thank you ladies

They arrived 50 minutes late and made me so stressed. The package was supposed to be fashionista, which included dance and music and game as well. But it took so long to make the girls ready for the catwalk, and they ran out of time to play music, dance and play game. When I asked them about the game part, they just spent 5 minutes for a game and finished the party. In total, I didn’t see any proper connection between kids and entertainment skills in them. It was also like they were just looking to finish the party, not really interested in their job. In addition, the make-up product was a very cheap one and not even for the kids. I’m not really happy with their service and definitely not worth the price.

I ordered the foundation nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them multiple times, I have messaged them on instagram and Facebook and I have no received one reply. A very disgraceful service. Such a pity as I loved their foundation.

Amazing value with the buy one get one free on foundations. I am set for the year!! Took a gamble with various shades but it paid off as they are buildable. Lovely coverage on all four types especially loving the half measure in creme brulee. Gorgeous long lasting pigment on both the palettes and lip glosses. I am not normally a blush wearer but loving the full house palette. My only gripe is that the pipette for the illumination base does not have good suction, however I can work around this. Got a lovely face mask also and blender for free which I have not yet used. I'm now a Carter beauty convert.
