I contacted this company for help with testosterone levels they signed me up for £65 per month now I was not told 4 months later prices were going to go up to £95 so I told them this possible increase should of been made aware to me from very outset same for bloodwork which went from £90 to £275 I complained that this company was like Drug Dealers in that it got me started on A treatment which is supposed to be a lifetime commitment and then Hiked up the price to were I couldn't afford it. So I asked to be helped medically to be weened off this as I heard there's medications that can be taken to make it less stressful on the body mental health etc. They told me they have nothing only a phone call. So I'm warning anybody who goes to this company be warned of the Shady practices of these I'm seeing if I can take a medical negledgence case against these over what these have done to me. So please be aware I have emails to prove everything I've stated here.

I can't bring myself to rate higher than 1 star because i had to throw away £40 worth of cbd vape oil. I ordered the apple and blackcurrent crumble and the strawberry flavoured oils. As soon as i opened the delivery i was holding my nose. The smell made me want to throw up and i've never experienced gagging before i bought these. I just had to get rid of the smell/taste of these two products. I'm sure the business itself is good but those two vape oils were frankly disgusting.

Not happy at all with the result. Got infected in the donor area with small wounds. Surgery has been performed under low quality of medical equipment. Have seen a rusted scissor at the clinic while I was coming out from the surgery on that day. I guess the needles might be the same. Members of the staff were supportive and friendly but it doesn’t mean the surgery or the results are great. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service. They say they'll give you your money back, but do not respond when emailed. There isn't even an option to cancel your account on their website. I've been waiting for a response for nearly a month now. I accidentally created an account thinking it was comparable to Curology, got sent to the sign up page directly from another site that didn't specify the distinction; my bad, no big deal though, right? Wrong. Reached out to them & didn't even receive a response. It's been nearly a month & I haven't even received the services they offer. It takes nearly a month to create a plan? Don't even bother. Update: My requests to cancel my account have yet to completely confirmed, though the $10 for an additional month of services I was NOT being provided was refunded (but only after contacting my bank & leaving bad reviews everywhere). I've yet to receive any sort of services from them & all the sudden my login home page has removed the note that said: "We've got your consultation and are working hard on it! An in-depth report from your esthetician will be sent in 12 hours!" (this was on the page for over a month) & Instead shows a "Start Consultation" button. I have screenshots of this crap Glowism. I completed the original consultation on July 7th & never received a report in all this time, it's now August 19th. Give me my money back. Update: August 30th Received a highly unprofessional response on Facebook (of all places) about how I shouldn't have been charged because they're business has "been on pause", but didn't receive any acknowledgement whatsoever via email, confirmation that my account was cancelled & will never be charged again, nor any kind of refund or update about my original $25 transaction. The site is showing that I submitted on the 7th of July for a consultation, along with payment, but that no consultation was provided & now the site is suddenly prompting me to start a consultation as if it never happened to begin with. Yeah, no. Give me my money back & cancel my account Glowism. Loving the fact that nearly all your previous reviews were submitted by invited users. On pause? More like your services are entirely unnecessary & redundant. Stop piggybacking on companies that offer a real product. Final Update: So after submitting a full fraud review to my bank for, "Services Not Rendered", I received my $25 refund from MY BANK on Oct. 3rd. THREE MONTHS... This matter took 3 months to close out & Glowism provided almost ZERO customer service or clarity during that entire period save a single, unprofessional, response/excuse on Facebook (just to save their "public image", I'm sure) & a refund for the illegitimate membership fee. Do yourself a HUGE favor, don't use this company or any like it. If you need real help for your skin use Curology or Dermatica (I recommend the latter if you have a synthetic ascorbic acid allergy) or go see a Dermatologist. Glowism didn't even use Dermatologists, they used estheticians with credentials from God knows where. If you want a more tailored experience with tons of advice & don't have an allergy like mine, use Curology! They offer one consultation per month & it's more than enough!

Wie weet wat er aan de hand is? Je kunt reageren via de mail, op de site van ckwelzijn vind je mijn emailadres. Mvg

1,5 week geleden (18 september 2024) heb ik een supplement besteld en betaald via de webshop op advies van mijn orthomoleculair therapeut. Ik kreeg netjes een betaalbevestiging per e-mail van Cellcare.nl Alleen de levering blijft uit. Via e-mail en telefoon krijg ik geen gehoor bij dit bedrijf. Wat is hier aan de hand?

Jeg fik en rykker d 7.1.25, som jeg skyndte mig at betale med det samme, da jeg troede, at der var gået noget galt ifht at godkende med NemID. Det viste så, at jeg havde betalt regningen d. 30.10.24. Jeg sendte et screenshot til Yves Rocher. De påstår, at de ikke har modtaget beløbet på 1297 kr d 30.10.24 og har også undladt at forholde sig til de senest indbetalte. Ifølge banken er de nået frem. Jeg har ventet tålmodigt på de sidst indbetalte kr på 1297 men har end ikke fået at vide, at jeg får pengene retur. Der er tilsyneladende ikke nogen regnskabskyndig. Det kan ikke være meningen, at jeg skal bruge så meget energi på at få mine penge retur

Der var sket en fejl ifm. bestilling og fakturering, så "min gamle mor" fik en rykker og et inkassovarsel på varer, hun ikke havde modtaget. Venlig og kompetent kundeservice gjorde at rykker og inkassovarsel blev annulleret med en undskyldning. Fejl kan ske, god service ifm. at rette den :-)

Yves Rocher har lukket online salg, for at kunne give kunderne rykkere igen, en FULDSTÆNDIG forældet platform, længere leveringstid og et meget uoverskueligt bestillingskatalog, det virker kraftigt til at ledelsen er ved, at sabotere deres egen forretning, er i ikke skredet som kunder endnu, så gør i det nok snart.

Bestilte varer kommer ikke. Jeg bestilte nogle varer fra jeres postordre katalog, men har ikke modtaget dem. Det er helt tilbage til april. Har skrevet adskillige mails, men får aldrig svar. Dengang jeg kunne købe online, var der ingen problemer.

Har været medlem mange år. De sidste par gange har jeg nu været ude for at jeg ikke har fået en faktura sammen med de bestilte varer og heller ikke får den på min gmail - til gengæld kommer der efter 3 mdr. en rykker med et gebyr på ekstra kr. 100 for mine varer til kr. ca. 266!!!! Er det ikke en nem måde at tjene penge på?

I am utterly disappointed of two things: first, the quality of the goods (I always ordered shower gels) has become simply terrible, they smell like cheap chemicals (especially cocos and vanilla) and went down the toilet. I was simply scared to get cancer out of using these chemical on my skin. The worst is that I got a fine of not paying the invoice and charged 100 dkk extra, BUT I DID NOT GET ANY INVOICE. It is very difficult to pay something that you haven't got! I see in the reviews that I am not the only one with fines like that, so it looks like SCAM to me. Summing up: quality decreased dramatically! Shower gels simply smell dangerous. Customer service does not exist. Please think twice before order - it is NOT the same Yves Rocher it was years ago.

Jeg har ikke noget imod at bestille via postordre, hvis det fungere. Jeg er meget nervøs for hvor det her køb ender. Tænker ikke at købe noget herfra igen, på trods af at jeg elsker produkterne. Kundeoplevelsen er simpelthen for dårlig

Jeg har altid været en tilfreds kunde, men efter de lukkede for hjemmesiden, og man skal benytte sig af postordre, kommer jeg ikke til at handle der mere. Produkterne er fantastiske, og jeg savner allerede produkterne, men det er simpelthen for besværligt at skulle udfylde og finde en rød postkasse for at postere brevet. Der er endvidere tale om et begrænset udvalg at vælge imellem, og jeg skal derfor "time", hvornår jeg ville løbe tør for produkterne. Det er helt gakket.

Jeg har i 25 år været kunde hos jer, og har altid været yderst tilfreds. Men min seneste ordre har jeg ventet knap fire uger på at modtage. Det er ikke godt nok. De sidste to gange var nogle af de tilsendte varer ikke dem, som jeg havde bestilt. De varer, som jeg modtog i stedet var fine nok, men stadig ikke dem, jeg bestilte. Fakturaen til betaling, var derfor heller ikke med det beløb, som jeg havde regnet ud. Det synes som om, at der er sket en ændring i firmaet som gør, at serviceniveauet er ændret.

Jeg har bestilt 3 Comme une Evidence Parfumed Shower Gel. På bestillingen var flasken den samme som jeg plejer, men dem jeg fik tilsendt er super grimme og ser billige ud. Man kunne måske skifte billedet ud, så man ved hvad man får tilsendt. Jeg ville have brugt en som værtindegave, men det vil jeg ikke være bekendt som de ser ud nu. 😟😟😟 Vh Søs Lynard

It's more than 9 business days and the tracking information of the order still shows its being prepared while I paid extra to get it from 9-12 business days. And I still haven't received it nor any information about it
