It’s unfortunate that Manchester Massage and Manchester Chiropractors allows its reputation to be damaged by the unprofessional behavior of its receptionist, Lisa. Many customers have reported her hostile attitude, yet the issue persists. Rather than providing good customer service, she seems more interested in arguing with customers—both in person and in response to reviews. A business is only as strong as its customer service, and it’s disappointing to see a front-facing employee negatively impacting both customers and the hardworking staff. Based on past experiences, I expect this review will receive an argumentative response rather than any meaningful improvement. Edit: I’d like to stress how inaccurate the responses are on this review are. I did not demand that I get a free massage, I asked because I was told by the receptionist that if I booked I would get this deal, which my friend did receive and I did not. The nasty attitude in responses is the exact reason I am leaving a review like this, because you are more interested in arguing than being kind and addressing the issue and are well prepared to attempt to make a customer of yours look like they are in the problem, when it is not. This has been reported by many people now aside myself and you really need to rethink the way you address customers. I’ve had a lot of massages with yourselves and never expected to be treated the way I have been.

I feel completely shifted by these guys. I booked in for a sports massage with Anise, who I had done research on (since this was my first time) and so was hoping to have someone more experienced. When I arrive, I’m not told of any changes to my booking, I’m just given someone else entirely, who wasn’t even an option to book with (so I know nothing of her or her experience). I bring this up and say that I booked with Anise, and am met with a surprised look, as if they weren’t expecting me to say anything. Luckily for me, Anise overhears me saying this and says they’ll do a swap so she can work with me (like was agreed). So anyway, she doesn’t do anything, and I’m left with the same woman that I didn’t book with, didn’t ask for, and have now asked to have instead of Anise. It left what was supposed to be a relaxing experience, as one that had an air of awkward to it, all just because I wanted who I asked for. Who THEY asked me if I wanted! Why would Anise agree to the swap (swap?! I booked her time!!!) and then not swap? Why would they ask me who I/ you want, if they’re going to just completely overlook it anyway? Twice! And with someone who wasn’t even an option I could research on the site… Because this is my first time getting a sports massage, I have no bearing of reference to if my masseuse was actually any good, other than to say that I still have a lot of the pains I had prior to the massage, and despite asking for a focus on the lower back, it ended up feeling like it was ignored. Fundamentally, if you’re going to ask someone who they want to work with, and they’re paying, don’t neglect their decision. Because I don’t know how good Janet (I think her name was) actually was, and because she herself was nice, I will leave a star. I hope you contact me offering a partial refund, or a rebooking with Anise, but I doubt it, as honestly, I believe this was a strategy of some kind to give me someone less experienced so you can make more money.

I found OTO to be a mixed bag. The Sleep Drops relaxed me to an extent, but they weren’t a game-changer for a good night’s sleep, even after finishing the bottle. The flavour was pleasant, but I had issues with the applicator breaking, which was frustrating for the price paid. Customer service and other products seem to have positive reviews, so it might be worth exploring further, but personally, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Complete waste of Time, if you’re wanting a good night sleep. Felt absolutely no different even when the bottle was finished during which time the applicator on the stopper broke. Definitely not Worth the money.

This is definitely a product that is good in theory. I tested my water pressure at the spigot and at the end of the small brass connector and both are sending PSI of 46. I contacted Oto and they are saying that you need a minimum of 50 psi to reach the maximum 30 ft. This is simply not the case because they are also saying that at a PSI of 40 you should be able to go 25 ft and with my pressure at 46 I'm barely going 15 ft. Returning system and updating all social media accordingly

2/14/25 FedEx claim they tried to deliver, no ticket left on my my glass door..On 2/15/25 FedEx delivery my package to the wrong address, FedEx has pictures taken by the driver. I purchased a wig from Ebonyline. I spent $44. I accidentally selected the wrong color so I asked to do an exchange but they told me they don’t do exchanges but I could return the wig. I spent $11 to ship it back to them. I go look at my refund today and they only gave me $27. That means I got $17 back. I spent $37 with nothing to show for it. I would’ve kept the wig if I knew that would be my “refund.”

I was dubious about placing an order as the price seemed too cheap to be any good, but I took a chance and placed a small trial order. Six days later it arrived, very good considering the Christmas period, and earlier than I expected. The blades looked good, but so does other junk you can buy, the proof would be in their usefulness. Out came the multitool and blade after blade was fitted and tried. I've not tested all as yet, nor worked them to destruction, but I'm delighted with the results so far and unless I need a blade in less than six days I can't imagine buying them anywhere else.

The facilities are STUNNING and the equipment is the latest on the market. There's no shopping centre level equipment here! Next up - staff. The staff are AMAZING!! Everyone from the owners to the technicians, and the wonderful reception staff, I've never felt more comfortable and welcome. The staff are so knowledgeable, and most importantly, they're properly certified AND qualified!!!! Lastly, the treatments. I've never ever walked out if Facelab without feeling fabulous. When I first started going here my skin was flakey, I had hyperpigmentation, my pores were open and no products ever seemed to work properly. My first session with Mira and 80% of my pigmentation was gone, flakey skin was gone, pores were demonstrably smaller and my complexion was so much brighter and glowing. I've had plastic surgeons recommend specific treatments and it was the worst advice I could've been given. Mira knew those recommendations were wrong even before doing a test patch to check to see how my skin would react. I'm so glad I found Facelab before making a costly (and possibly permanent) mistake with my skin. But what I love the most is that the team at Facelab will never allow you to be (1) overtreated and looking like a plastic factory, and (2) they will refuse treatments if they believe that treatment could cause you more harm than good. I appreciate this because it demonstrates they have your best interests at heart, as opposed to just taking your money. Lastly, the accountability. The owners of Facelab stand behind their business, and they hold themselves and staff to high standards... and this shows in everything that Facelab does and represents. Even though COVID-19 has meant I've been without skin treatments for a while, I know one visit with Mira and Hillel will have me back on track like a pandemic never happened.

I placed an order 2 items was not in stock and i was given the option to wait for stock or to have a refund, I chose to have a refund which they confirmed on the 30.01.2025 that this was processed, all up till now I have not received the refund yet they are blaming some tech issues but there was lack in communication. Save your money and avoid the hassle—go elsewhere. Order 1: I purchased Minoxidil and Caffeine Shampoo. After seven days, I received no confirmation or tracking details—only a "processing" status. My email inquiries went unanswered. After calling three days later, I was told my order would ship that day. Another week passed with no updates, so I called again—only to be told the product was out of stock. As a "goodwill gesture," they offered a replacement shampoo, which never arrived. Three weeks later, I had nothing. Order 2: A few months later, I placed another order, which included: 5% Minoxidil No PG + Azelaic Acid + Caffeine + Retinol (1 Bottle) 15% Minoxidil No PG + Azelaic Acid + Caffeine + Retinol (1 Bottle) Serenoa Repens (DHT Blocker) (1 Bottle - 60 Capsules) Delivery was fast—just two days—but the vitamin capsules, advertised as a two-month supply, expired in two weeks. When I called, I was told, "Vitamins are like chocolates, you can eat them after they’ve expired." Completely unacceptable—I didn’t pay for expired products. I am updating this review from 1 to 3 star. After posting my original review online I got a call from a representative at Hair Medics and he was very helpful. He explained that the product had been sent to the wrong address and that was the reason for the delay. I received the product the next day and it appears to be well made high quality product and compared to other products with similar ingredients it is very good value for money. Old review I placed my order on December 10th and I still have yet to receive anything. I emailed them on December 28th they responded on January 2nd and they told me that they were away for the Christmas season and my order would be sent out on the next delivery day. 7 days later still nothing and I sent them another email asking for an update and no response. Yesterday another email, still no response and an hour ago another email still no response. Very poor service. I just want what I paid for.

Just had a fue transplant with dr bashar and his team on the temples area and honestly they were brilliant and professional, as I was so nervous he kept reassuring me throughout the surgery and he managed to do exactly as I wanted for the density I wanted. Can’t wait to see the final results.

I live in northern AZ where the humidity is 10-15 % I have dry skin to begin with and have suffered no matter where i live. THIS VITAMIN C cream is the only cream that keeps my face hydrated. I have used LaMer for 30 years and have tried many others of all pricings. It’s good but not the same. Underskin was recommended by my dermatologist in another state whom i visited recently. It is clearly different than all the rest. I love it and will never be without it now.

I have used your gentle skin cleaner and toner for the past 3-4 years after receiving several sample bottles from my daughter and son-in-law who are both practicing dermatologists. Your product is great and my wife and I use it daily for our morning and evening cleanse. Perfume all smells great, my fav is the blue bow. If you’re a fan- great to have BUT the bottles ares AWFUL quality and the customer service is bad. I received a bottle with a broken atomizer- I sent photos to customer service and they wanted video footage on top of detailed pics (attached) to show the atomizer was broken. I ended up using a pair of pliers to anchor the atomizer and fix it so it sprays- but in all honesty I can not recommend this fragrance house or purchasing as it seems I am not the only one who thinks the packaging is insanely cheap. EDIT- I sent the company photos and they wanted a video, just basically bad customer care. I needed up fixing the bad bottle with pliers myself but lost fragrance. They should have replaced the perfume. Then they said “sorry if asking for a video was hurtful” in an email- not sure if the person replying is emotionally stable

The delivery was fine, packaging was fine but the fragrance had zero staying power. Like gone in 10 mins. I have inexpensive B&B body spray that lasts longer! I am no stranger to fine fragrances but this one just did not deliver. I was very disappointed.

Michel germain has the best smelling colognes and perfumes that I've ever smelled. My favorite is sugarful pour homme and sexual noir pour homme. Favorite women's is sugarful dream, sugarful, and sexual tendre Paris. Also the free samples and free weekender bag is an amazing deal. The bag is huge and can probably fit almost a whole checked bag in it. Loveeee the bags style and quality!!!!

I ordered a 6 bottle sampler, which got to my door way faster than I expected. Unfortunately, one of the bottles has broken in shipment. I emailed Michel Germain to report the problem. They emailed me back immediately apologizing profusely about the broken bottle. They sent me a whole new 6 bottle set without blinking an eye. Also, they didn't ask me to return the other 5 bottles, which were in perfect shape. Super helpful and friendly. BTW, the broken bottle of "Secret" smelled out of this world; can't wait to get the replacement and smell it on my girl! Thanks for the great customer service!

I’m not sure if this is a legitimate company? I made an order. Chased for dispatch info and the customer services email was incorrect. Chased on social media and finally got a reply that promised correct customer services contacts and that my package was winging its way to me. Customer services email address is still wrong and now my order has been cancelled with no communication from that. At best this is terrible customer services, at what this company is taking customer money with no intention to supply or be contactable!

I would give no stars if i could, i tried to purchase an eyeshadow palette twice & on both occassions it WAS IN STOCK until i paid then got an e-mail informing me that it was out of stock, i checked the website again & said palette is INSTOCK but the price has been bumped up so i won't be purchasing a third time as i won't get the order i will get an email saying it's out of stock & i won't try buying anything else!!!!!!
