Paczki pakowane staranie i ładnie, natomiast można było dostać produkt z bardzo krótkim terminem, a oni nie powiadamiali o tym na stronie.

Sklep usuwa negatywne komentarze. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona ze sklepu, szybka obsługa, produkty są dobre i starannie przygotowane. Made a purchase almost three months ago for a bolster and vinyl sanitiser. Was never advertised on the website that both products were out of stock, received an email only after payment was taken that it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Called after 5 weeks, both items were still out of stock and told another two weeks and they will be in. Called after 3 more weeks and then had forgotten to send my sanitiser even though it was in stock, still no bolster. It has been almost three months and it has finally been shipped out. Zero communication unless I reached out first which is incredibly unprofessional. And to be out of stock of a product and a three month waiting period is a joke. Yes there are issues with shipping containers but no communication is unacceptable. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because staff were friendly on the phone. Probably won’t be ordering off here again after this experience.

Very poor follow up with good purchased after you pay for them. You have to ring them ( after 10 days) to find out what is happening, only to be told, your purchase order ( you already paid for) is way down the list and usually wont get to sent it out for ages. Im April- August 24 wurde bei mir eine Wurzelbehandlung durchgeführt.Leider sind die Schmerzen auch nach dieser langwierigen Behandlung nicht gänzlich verschwunden.Es hieß dann muß eine Wurzelspitzenresektion als letzte Möglichkeit durchgeführt werden.Jetzt kam Citricidal zum Einsatz,denn ich wollte die Resektion vermeiden.Hatte bereits damit keine guten Erfahrungen.Ich nahm von Ende September bis heute 9.Oktober 3x 15 Tropfen in Wasser und die Schmerzen sind tatsächlich fast weg.Ein weiterer positiver Effekt war das sich eine Erkältung anbahnte während unseres Kretaurlaubs.Die Erkältung verlief sehr mild und innerhalb 4 Tagen war ich komplett Beschwerdefrei,so daß ich den Urlaub trotzdem genießen konnte.Ich nehme es noch eine Woche weiter und werde dann runter gehen auf dauerhafte 3Tropfen pro Tag.Ich habe das Buch mit dem Titel das Wunder im Kern.Dort findet man zahlreiche Anwendungsgebiete und gute Erklärungen und Tipps.Bis Dato nahm ich Citrosept von Dr.Harich,aber ich habe das Gefühl das mir Citricidal besser hilft warum auch immer.Und den Preis finde ich auch top.Vielen Dank für dieses super Produkt,werde es weiter kaufen.

I have completed my ytt200 and I am halfway through ytt300. I have booked onto a couple of CPD courses to do later. I really like the way MVP teaches. The concepts are introduced, revisited and expanded upon throughout the training in the form of basic lectures, activities and journal prompts and the more in depth weekend lectures. This has continued from ytt200 to ytt300. It means that I have learnt some new and sometimes complicated concepts with ease and retained the knowledge. The teachers are very knowledgeable and clicking on their personal Yoga Alliance pages, show an impressive range of trainings, teaching and experiences and they continually refer back to the sutras and various teachers of our lineage. There is always someone available to answer my questions and they do so kindly and compassionately. Feedback on practicums is thorough and includes ways to grow as a teacher. As well as the weekend lectures I mentioned, there are also "office hours" where lead trainers teach a wide variety of related topics, including breakdowns of asanas, chanting, book clubs and so much more. There is even free yoga therapy on offer for students. There was a recent update to MVP website and I found it to be a smooth and well thought out transition with email reminders and training opportunities on how to use and migrate to the new platform for people who needed the extra support. I like the new platform and I also like the new structure of weekend lectures. I think the earlier ones were great but could be occasionally a bit hit and miss in parts, though rarely but the more recent lectures are smooth and MVP have obviously looked carefully at their previous material and grown from there. The earlier lectures remain available to students and there is so much value in these earlier lectures too. I love that I have lifetime access and I love being able to learn towards my own interests. I can also binge watch different lectures on a particular concept I'm not getting, until it is integrated. Some of the practices in the lectures are mind blowing. These ladies are true artists of yoga and have gently taken me to places on my spiritual path, which has changed me; now I know who I truly am. For balance, there are a couple of nighles. I don't think the introductory video lectures for each module represent MVP well. They are quite dry and I think the content is being read from a glitchy autocue. I also understand that particular content must be covered to satisfy Yoga Alliance and to provide a scaffolding for the weekend lectures and this does seem like the best way to do it, so it's not a criticism, rather an observation. It can also be a bit confusing to be asked to create and teach classes at the end of module sections, without having had the information from the weekend lectures. It also took me a while to realise that the weekend lectures were part of the required training, and it might be helpful to be signposted to relevant lectures from the platform. These are only very minor points though. I am delighted that I chose MVP and I am proud to say I have been taught by them.

The content itself has been great, but I cannot access the courses that I have paid for through the mvp website, the only course that shows up is the yoga therapy for anxiety course that I have not paid for.(I do have my receipt and bank statements) I had paid for the 200 hour ytt training and can access it on teachable but since they are discontinuing it on that platform I’m worried all my progress and money will be lost, I’ve tried to get ahold of the company and got the automated email reply but the website is discontinued tomorrow so I’m not sure if I will be able to get into my course.

I am currently only about 35% through my 200YTT and I have to say, I'm loving it. I was skeptical going the online school route, let alone a YTT that wasn't as expensive as what I'd been used to seeing in the YTT programs at all the studios where I live. I've always been fascinated/nerdy about ancient eastern philosophy/religion but never really studied yoga--though I've been practicing vinyasa on/off for the last ten years--and I wasn't even expecting to be diving as deep into the history and Sanskrit as I've had the pleasure to. Also really learning in inside outs of the body systems and how asana poses function for our bodies and minds when practiced correctly. Like another reviewer, the organization of the google folders at first was a little confusing, but everything was there and it just took some learning format as I went. If you're reasonably tech savvy, this shouldn't be much of a problem to navigate. Live lectures and office hours have been a great way to engage in dialogue with students ranging from brand new to having completed their 500YTTs who are just extending their education. Even though I'm still early on, I have found this place to exceed my expectations on what becoming a yoga teacher is. I feel excited to continue growing and expanding the knowledge I learn to give to my future students when that time comes, and to keep learning yoga in myself. In a nutshell, I would recommend this to anyone who is self motivated, and willing to do a lot of self reflection/inner work.

I received my 200hr YTT certification through another school. I decided to sign up for MVP's 95hr Children's Yoga Teacher Training as they were one of very few affordable children's training that was also the full 95 hours required by Yoga Alliance. I think the program has the potential to be good but is lacking in a few crucial areas. My first impression was a lack of information. When I first logged into my course and watched the introduction video, I was still left with many unanswered questions. I was provided a PDF list of assignments, but no information on how to submit these assignments (or if I even needed to) and no instruction whether my assignments such as journaling should be typed (for easy submission) or hand-written. Another area I think could be improved is the quality and content of the videos provided in the training. The videos were poor quality and the instructor was just reading a script instead of teaching. I understand having notes to keep your teaching on track, but reading a script word for word is something I can do on my own. This left me feeling like the videos were a waste of time. I was discouraged by the inability to speak with anyone. I requested to join the Facebook group, which seems fairly inactive as I was never added into the group. Inside the course, it said the instructor would be doing office Zoom meetings every other Thursday, with a list of dates starting in April. So apparently no Zoom meetings through March. When I looked at her schedule from a google doc, the dates were all crossed off until August. I then went to a page where you can set up an appointment for one on one with peer support and there was nothing available, not even a single time or date. I was also a little disappointed that I wasn't informed of the need for purchasing books until I was already enrolled in the course. You are not permitted to proceed through the course without completing previous modules first. This combined with me having to order the books and wait for them to arrive in the mail made it so I was at a standstill and unable to work on the coursework. While I think there is good information in the course and especially in the books assigned, the lack of resources and crucial information caused a lot of frustration and wasted time trying to find these resources. In the end, these are the reasons I requested a refund and have chose another program for children's yoga teacher training.

I think this training was detailed and helped me be well educated and informed on how to be the best yoga teacher possible. I do think some tangible class structure resources of how to sequence various different types of classes would be helpful. I also think things could be slightly more streamlined. The portal is great, but the google folders can be a little confusing, not too bad, you all have it well organized, but I find myself thinking I am missing things. Overall, great training, very glad to have done it through My Vinyasa Practice.

Als Crossfit und Hyrox Enthusiast muss ich leider sagen, dass die Art und Weise, wie Lesmills Kurse durchgeführt werden, mir keinerlei Freude bereitet. Für mich ist das angeleitete Bewegungstherapie im Takt der Musik ohne jegliche Korrektur durch den Trainer, der im straffen Programm gar keine Zeit hierfür hat. Die Grundidee, dass alle Sportler zur gleichen Zeit die exakt gleichen Bewegungen und Reps machen ist komplett falsch. Es ist ausgeschlossen, dass ein 2m Mann und eine 1.60m Frau im gleichen Takt und in der gleichen Geschwindigkeit die gleiche Anzahl von z.B Squads machen. Das funktioniert physiologisch einfach nicht. Völliger Unsinn, der auch noch Verletzungen fördert.

Last year I used Les Mills Vic Park and I’d highly recommend, great equipment and sufficient space, awesome class options, good coaches and friendly teams. My rating is based on my experience with Les Mills Newmarket. The class timing and options are avg, the parking isn’t ideal, the hairdryers etc are always out of order. I was on a flexible membership purely because of my work. The membership is a one weeks notice period and they made me give a full paid months notice. Would not rejoin Newmarket.

LM On Demand signature increased 100% from 2024 to 2025, that is a shame. I even got a discount of 33% , still it is too much! First of all, Les Mills must understand that people who oft subscribe is ALSO paying GYM membership. On Demand was born after the pandemic, as an option for people to train at home. And so it is: a plan B for people training at home or travelling. Second, the app is very limited, the conection is poor, it runs very slowly, often the training which I select "is not available in my region" then I need to choose another one. The "search" option must be improved. Also there is no option like in many other training apps to see the training history, show statistics like number of trainings, hours, type of trainings, that would be a value added. I will wait until LM they review their price, currently is overestimated, even for being Les MiIlls. And listen! There are many other good options out there!

I booked and hour relaxing massage at short notice. No nonsense introduction to the lovely Fiona. She gave a fantastic rub-down, and it seems my calves were in bits as Fiona's attentions really showed up some tensions. Everything ended really well and I'll be back.

No dia 21/03/2023, encomendei 2 caixas de Bomba Stick. A entrega foi rápida e correu tudo bem. Hoje dia 30, tirei as 2 caixas da embalagem de plástico de bolhas. Uma das caixas estava um pouco amachucada, o que me levou a contar os sticks. Contei a primeira caixa, a qual tinha apenas 29 sticks! Quando deveria ter 30(como indica na própria caixa)... Contei várias vezes, mas não era engano! Eram mesmo 29! Como é lógico contei os sticks da segunda caixa, esta também vem com menos um stick!!! Numa caixa ainda podia ser uma falha... Mas um stick a menos nas 2 caixas??? É realmente inadmissível!!! Espero que a Zonpharma resolva a falha grave o mais rápido possível. E como é lógico, não voltarei a fazer encomendas com a Zonpharma!

Como ainda não tinha classificações sobre o site aqui, fiquei um pouco de pé atrás em encomendar, mas correu tudo bem e os preços são acessiveis. This place is great! They have a really hard to find nail polish that I had to have shipped internationally. The price was excellent and they kept me posted the whole delivery process. It came super fast too. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and it won’t be the last. Thank you very much.

It started out marginally well, along the lines of what others have written: They did not have stock of what I ordered, so they offered alternatives on WhatsApp. I did not want those alternatives. That's where it took a turn: They said they did have what I'd ordered, and I received a box ... different from what I had ordered. They offered to retrieve the mis-delivered package via DHL. I responded that I was travelling overseas and would respond upon my return. The next business day, a DHL van surprised my family at the house; they had no idea what was going on. I received a phone call in the middle of an intense business meeting in China. They've gone silent on WhatsApp. The reason for 2 stars instead of 0 is that they appeared to try in the beginning to satisfy this customer. But compounding errors followed by silence is no way to run a company. You've been warned --todd

I wasn’t sure at first but saw other reviews on Trust Pilot that the site was legit and went for it. Am glad I took the chance! My order was shipped promptly, the delivery group offered tracking and day of en-route location data. Had the option to sign in advance for package drop off which was nice. This went more smoothly than many within-the-US online purchases. Really impressed!
