J’ai eu un problème d’adresse. J’ai demandé à ce que l’expéditeur appelle pour modifier l’adresse de livraison, car la poste m’a expliqué que seul l’expéditeur pouvait le faire. Je les ai contactés, mais ils m’ont fait tourner en rond, puis Il m’ont dit qu’ils ont modifié l’adresse et que mon colis sera livré à la bonne adresse , à ma grande surprise la poste me dit qu’aucune demande n’a été fait de la part de l’expéditeur. Au final, j’ai été obligé de faire 1h de route pour aller chercher mon colis dans une autre ville. Je ne trouve pas ça du tout professionnel En plus, il est impossible de les joindre par téléphone : le numéro indiqué sur leur site n’est même pas attribué !

J’ai acheté trois produits de cette marque, protéines, collagène et créatine, je ne sais pas ce Qu’il y a dedans, mais j’ai mon ventre enflammé avec des gaz insupportable. Les trois fois que j’ai pris mon ventre a enflé énormément, j’ai l’habitude de prendre de la protéine, je n’ai jamais eu des effet comme ça le collagène, je vous dis même pas pire encore.

Wish I could give them a good review, as all the other reviews have been glowing and are the reason I went with this company. They don’t advertise online that the “free shipping” has a minimum of $1000 purchase, and if you don’t meet that minimum you cannot purchase at all, they don’t offer paid shipping options? That’s not my issue though, it’s the lack of customer service. The first email I sent, I was surprised with how fast I got a response but then it went very down hill from there and lacked professionalism.. I have been waiting for a response on them to let me know if I can pay for shipping, as I truly don’t mind, I just wanted to know a price and if that’s an option! I got Macro Diffuser (Smart) on the 15.04.24, it’s been less than a year and already broke down. No complaints on the smells they are lovely. If u buy this Macro diffuser let me tell u it’s very noisy and I mean LOUD not something you can put on all day. Might aswell have bob the build renovate my house.

-My macro diffuser worked for a few sprays when I first received it and nothing has come out since- To start with, it hasn’t worked from the beginning (fully charged) off the charging cord mounted wirelessly on the wall we unfortunately drilled the screws in to have it be up in the hallway. I originally emailed about it and they requested a video of it not working ON the charger when I told them it didn’t work off the charge so I got discouraged by the weird response from them and just accepted I’d rather have it plugged in than not at all so I let it go. Then days later it stopped working even on the charge, it shoots out air but no scent/oil and the oil was still near full despite being on all day. I eventually had time to send the team two seperate emails two weeks apart with video evidence of me opening the bottom and showing the oil was attached properly, it was on charge and there was no damage and never received an email in return to resolve the problem. I’m so disappointed because the oils smell divine and I was very happy with those (hence the 1 star). The price doesn’t reflect the quality of the item I received.

I purchased the 400g baccarat candle which for the price $90 I thought would be premium quality. Its been burning for a couple of hours and there is no smell. I have previously bought the baccarat reed diffuser and absolutely loved it. The smell lasted for weeks so I bought a second one. The 2nd reed diffuser has no smell. Very disappointed considering the price.

I received my diffuser today which is supposed to be a luxurious item and feels cheap. Smells like a cheap bathroom spray. So incredibly disappointed for a $70 diffuser. I bought it for my living room but will move it to the bathroom.

Order hasn't been sent in over a week.

Took two months for the order to arrive and only after chasing them. One half delivered in late December and the other half mid Feb. It probably would have never got fulfilled. My subscription was supposedly shipped 22 Feb and it is yet to be delivered and its 1 March.

Sending the package took more than a week but it was before Christmas so understood. But customer service is just the worst. Asked for a return, had to talk to the chat ai that could not identify my order for the first about 10 tries. Sent an email, no reply for days. Tried again a week later, ai was finally able to get a return label. Of course I had to pay for return despite reading on the website that it would be free of charge. After almost 3 weeks I got a reply to my email with a new return label, by that time my package was already on the way back. It was delivered to them 2 weeks ago, still no refund or any update. I understand it might be busy after holidays but communication still shouldn't be this hard, absolutely terrible customer service experience. Product was okay by the way, just returned because I found a better price elsewhere.

Got charged for the same product twice

I have paid €9.99 for the yearly membership which is meant to give you free delivery and 10% discount but I'm not getting the discount or the free postage. I have tried to contact them on multiple platforms but my issue has still not been resolved. No customer service and if you pay the premium membership you will not get the service you paid for.

Update 06/01/25: my parcel managed to arrive just in time on the 24th and I received a full refund as well. Review was 1 start now changed to 4. I ordered a gift on the 2nd of December to ship with Evri to Ireland. I sent an email on the 10th and then the 12th because I couldn't get through on the phone. They took their time getting back to me and to which they said oh please check again in 5-6 days (very helpful) even though there hasn't been an update since the 04/12/24. I've then sent 2 emails after their update on the 17th and 19th to which I got no reply from so then I called. The said they'd look into this and get back to me. Then I was told it was because of Storm Darragh finally on the 23rd which they failed to mention in the email, did they even check when I first asked... definitely not. Now my stuff won't arrive until after Christmas even though the storm was at the start of December. So the courier has decided to close for the next 2 weeks after the storm or what's going on because how can it still not arrive, where is it even sitting??? I'd say it will be delightful experience to even request my money back so I can buy the gift I want from elsewhere. Won't be using this site again.

My grandmother was struggling with cancer so me and my sister decided to get a wig for her together. We both no nothing about wigs but my niece was telling me and my sister about lace front wigs and how they are the best. She then suggested Essence and said we should order from them. The wig was quite expensive. It was around $200. We ordered just a basic bob hair style for her, something similar to how her hair used to look. She loved it! My niece helped install the wig for her and she looked 20 years younger! I'm now considering getting one for myself when I have more money.

The lace front wig should have 6 inches of parting space in stead sadly there is only 3 inches these human hair wigs cost way too much to be having 3 or 4 inches of parting in the front

It was a hassle to figure out how to pay for my wigs once I selected the try on before I pay option. I was getting the run around before I was told what to do. The wigs were good, not as good as for how much I paid for synthetic wigs. The Cleopatra wig in black had a nicer hairline. The hair is not bad, but has a few tangles already. The best of both world wig in blonde has a nice feel to the hair, it's very soft. The hairline lace front is not that nice and I needed help plucking the front to make it look more natural.

This is my second review for this company as my situation with them is still unresolved they are refusing to refund my money even though they produced a custom fit wig 3 sizes to big in the back and not enough hair in the front there’s spots so thin on the top you can see the cap and so much more it’s completely unusable I paid 995 for this unit and cannot use it they emailed me back again pretty much calling me a liar saying it was made to my measurements when it clearly was not don’t order from this company don’t support these people they produce less than mediocre wigs and charge high end prices save your money don’t get ripped off like I did because they will not refund you no matter how bad the product it scammers and theives

I have found one of supplement product interesting. I went to manufacture site. I have purchased the product with confidence. Then ..... I searched for same product in Google. It came out that cytoplan.co.uk price was highest available! 14 minutes after placing order online (Thursday 07:00 hrs) I have emailed customer service AND sales back asking to cancel the order for me. They kept seating on the order and my request until after 16:00 hrs same day when they replied with return label. The product itself was physically dispatched a day later. When I received the parcel I used return label and sent it back. Few days later I received a refund with an amount LESS by £4.50 original delivery price. Update: I called Cytoplan customer service and requested a full refund including initial shipment charge. I got it with no question. Update2: I have reviewed a few products on their website. they look very good - as per ingredients. No any nasites there. It is rather difficult to find well composed multi-vitamin and minerals product on the market. Cytoplan has at least two good products. I'm impressed - ordered one.

Installed to existing shower fixture fine, but it will not stay in the holder when water is on. It fell out and hit me below the eye once. I thought I mis-positioned it and tried again. Just after I switched the flow from rain to massage, it jumped out and hit me on the eyebrow. Same thing happened to my boyfriend. Can't return due to it is at 45 days from shipping. I called to remove VIP charges, which I did not order, and they never responded. Very bad product and customer service.

after approximately 1 year this shower head popped the cover. it now shoots water out in several directions. I have called the customer service number 3 times and left messages. the email is non existent. This product turned out to be very disappointing and not durable.

BEWARE and be careful that you don't make the mistake I did and purchase the Shower Envy VIP plan! It was offered for free for the first month and I had purchased replacement stones for my 2 shower heads. But they they started charging me a monthly fee of $37.78. The items offered for free were total Chinese made junk. I called their customer service several times, and could never speak to anyone. I sent an email requesting the VIP membership be cancelled and a refund of the 2 months they charged me for only to be offered another shower head. I refused and received a measly refund of $18.89! The replacement stones were only $29.90 for 2 sets, but somehow I was scammed out of an additional $95.51!! You can purchase these shower heads at Home Depot!!!

Finally found something that doesn’t make my eczema worse. The mineral filtration really helps with my sensitive skin issues. Haven’t had any bad flare-ups since installing this.

Really happy with how gentle the rainfall setting is for my little one. The filtered water doesn’t irritate his sensitive skin like our old shower did. He actually gets excited about bath time now.

I like the shower head, but I somehow ended up with a monthly membership that kept billing to my account. I don't remember signing up for it. If I did, I just clicked a box and it wasn't clear that it was for a paying membership ("VIP") and it wasn't clear what I even got for these services, once I was trying to figure it out. I didn't want it and saw it popping up later in my PayPal account after I ordered an extra hose, not the orignal order of the shower head. I wrote customer service asking to cancel and refund and never heard back. Now I see there are still charges, so I called and finally was able to cancel. They wouldn't issue me any more than a 50% refund on my last month's payment. The woman I spoke with was polite but said I checked the box so I was seen as a customer willing to pay. I really don't recall checking it, and I know if it had been more clear that it was a paying membership, I wouldn't have checked it. It's possible it was checked already, even, as the ordering process was confusing with lots of pop ups and various offers. I just don't feel they were being above-board and can't figure out how this happened, so it's frustrating. In any case, I'm glad I was able to finally cancel it, I just wish they made it clearer what this was and how I signed up for it.

Ik raakte in paniek toen bleek dat de geleverde tenstem eco basic steeds afsloeg. Bij het bellen met het bedrijf vertelde Joan dat de bij geleverde elektrodes wsl te klein waren. Ze stuurde gelijk grotere elektrodes. Dat bleek idd de oorzaak.

Good products, perfect service.

I bought from Notino one Lancaster Tan Deepener Tinted Jelly and it was a fake - after 2 hours in the sun I got an extreme sunburn that required specialized treatment. Also the product resembles the original but does not have the same consistency. Other products I ordered from their website were: - The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer which again is fake , it doesn’t have the pigment and the consistency like the original, colored flour. - Dipbrow Pomade Anastasia Beverly Hills which was just all dry and old and could not say much about it because it couldn't be used anyway. They say the products are original but they are selling counterfeit products.

Very bad services. The products and prices are good, but their delivery and call-center services are awfull and very disrespectfull. I paid for the express deliver, as they asked and not even they didn't deliver in time, as expected, they didn't deliver not even in the next day. Nobody bothered to let me know this and when I called them, in the evening, they put all the blame on the delivery services. They are very rude and they talk over you, just to cover their mistakes. They deliver in 4-5 days, no matter if you pay the express transport for the next day, saying that " they don't have any contact with the delivery". I don't expect you to have contact with the couriers, I expect you to make things work for the services you charge in the site, it's not the Client problem how you do this, as long as he respects you, by paying. They knew that they had a problem with this and they didn't bothered to deliver at least the next day and for this there is no excuse. Think twice when you want to order something from them and don't pay in advance, not even the transport, it doesn't worth it. And if you find the product in another place, take it from there, it's more likely to receive it.

Cele 5 solicitari făcute prin email sau telefonic, au rămas fără răspuns. Concluzia poate fi trasă de fiecare persoana care citește acest comentariu.

Sunt dezamagita sa constat ca Notino publica doar recenziile favorabile la produse. Recenziile critice sunt omise, ceea ce face ca scorul din recenzii sa fie de fapt mincinos. Pentru cineva ca mine, care isi bazeaza alegerea pe scorul din recenzii, la produse cu caracteristici similare, acesta este un aspect important.

Compre en notino un perfume nicho, llego mal y vinieron a buscarlo, la cuestión es que llevo un mes casi esperando la devolución del perfume o del dinero. Es que encima no me han llamado ellos ni una vez, para decir como va todo. Pagaras y comprar en otro sitio, nunca me paso esto

Misleading promotions Had a really bad experience lately. They were advertising free shipping for a brand. Went online to buy a lip liner from that brand. All seemed fine - that particular lip liner was included in the free shipping list. I selected the shade I wanted and proceeded to checkout - just to be surprised that shipping was still charged. Contacted them and found out to my surprise that even if the product is on the list, the free shipping applies to only 2 out of 30 shades of that product (?!?!) And not even clearly mentioned anywhere. So - the promotion is only a click-bait and then they charge you extra anyway? No, thanks, this is not how you build trust with your customers. Honestly, I prefer a store which offers no deals whatsoever but it's trustworthy to one that tries to fool you into buying by using such tricks. A last point - the site is such a mess when you try to search for a product. You can't add multiple filters. When searching for a particular term you can't sort the results by price. Most of their product descriptions are automatic translations from god knows what language - with hilarious to plain confusing results. I'll take my custom somewhere else for a time.

I want to warn everyone about Heaven Prime LLC, as I had a terrible experience with them. I placed an order on 10th December and made the payment immediately. Initially, their chat support and email team were responding, but after I sent the payment screenshot, they stopped replying altogether. Despite sending 20-25 emails over the past several weeks, I haven’t received a single response. Neither their chat support nor their email support is functional now. I even tried calling their contact number multiple times, but no one answers. It’s been over 20 days, and there’s no way to contact them to either get the product or request a refund. This company seems to be a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and protect yourself from falling into their trap. Stay cautious!
