Cellular hydration serum is the best moisturizer I ever used and believe me, I have tried dozens of various moisturizers through the years. I am 81 years old and I have discovered also that Cellular Restore Serum is by far the best product I ever used to beautifully smooth my skin. The only setback is that the cost plus shipping fees, as I live in Canada, becomes very expensive in Canadian dollars.

I have used many skincare brands, but I have to say Pureance Is absolutely an exceptional, beautiful, organic brand that makes your skin feel wonderful. I had the mole removal procedure carried out after a consultation meeting where I was under no obligation to go ahead should I choose not to. I decided I wanted to go ahead had 10 moles removed later the same day as I had many that were fleshy or skin tag types which caught/rubbed on clothing or jewellery. It was a very quick and simple procedure during my lunch hour. I felt very confident in my consultant who was very calm and reassuring. There was no pain during it, only the slightest discomfort with the anaesthetic injections under my skin. I am not scared of needles so that didn’t bother me in the slightest. The moles were reduced to scabs straight away which I had to be careful not to then catch or pick off to allow them to heal. They didn’t hurt in the slightest afterwards and I didn’t need any pain relief whatsoever. I had a follow up consultation 3 weeks later to check how they were healing and everything was absolutely fine. I was very pleased with how simple it was and I just wish I’d had it done years ago.

I have Had a number a facial procedures done today. Geri is absolutely brilliant, her experience and knowledge is superb. All the staff were great and made me feel totally at ease and welcome. De order viel enorm tegen. Naam was onleesbaar en klein. Reactie? Je krijgt 10% korting bij je volgende bestelling. Tip voor le olive personeel: heb contact met een klant over een bestelling als deze kleurstelling oid niet handig is. Dit voorkomt teleurstelling en geld verlies voor ons klanten.

Bevestiging ontvangen maar na 6 dagen nog niet geleverd. Te laat voor de gelegenheid waarvoor we meerdere artikelen hadden gekocht. En dan ook nog een zeer onduidelijke en standaard klachtenafhandeling.

De kleur van de geborduurde naam komt niet overeen met de kleuren die je kan aanduiden als keuze op de website. Op de kleurenfoto van de website was lichtroze donkerder dan dat ze erop geborduurd staat. Het lijkt bijna wit terwijl het op de site effectief roze is. Daarbij is de kwaliteit van de badjas niet goed. Deze kost zonder borduren rond de €60 á €70. De draden rafelen na 3 weken al uit en aan de mouw (bij mijn badjas) is er een kale plek omdat hier een deel van de draden is uitgerafeld. Dit is zeer jammer omdat het een dure aankoop is geweest.

Zeer slechte service en zoekt niet mee naar een oplossing. En wordt niet gereageerd als je vraagt naar een oplossing! Terwijl Le Olive de fout heeft gemaakt! De lettergrootte is niet duidelijk omschreven dus je gaat af op de foto welke op de site staat. ZEER teleurstellend wat ik dus heb ontvangen en komt totaal niet overeen met wat ik besteld heb. 1ste en laatste keer dat ik hier iets heb besteld en raad het zeker iedereen af en met name de lettergrootte.

De bamboe kindertandenborstels van by olive hebben een goede maat voor kinderen en leuke kleurtjes borstelharen. Onze kinderen van 2 en 5 kunnen er zelf goed mee overweg (napoetsen wel nodig). Ik heb de indruk dat de borstelharen wat minder lang meegaan dan reguliere (plastic, synthetische) tandenborstels. Om de tandenborstel goed te houden is aan te raden deze droog te bewaren (niet in plasje water op wasbak anders kan het bamboe schimmelplekjes krijgen). Al met al wat mij betreft wel een goed alternatief voor plastic. De tandenborstel voor volwassenen heb ik nog niet gebruikt, dus daar kan ik nog geen feedback over geven.

Unfortunately, this company doesnt realise its legal responsibility in the UK. I purchased L-Carnitine ampules and on delivery 4 of them where smashed. I had CCTV and Ring Doorbell footage of the parcel delivered (dent free) and I contacted them to let them know of the damage. I was given a very cold email stating that as I had not taken out the delivery insurance I would need to await the outcome of their investigations before any further actions could be taken. As a previous ecommerce business owner, I reminded them of their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and then they came back offering my refund on the damaged vials as well as on the postage which I didn't expect. Had they offered to refund or replace the four damaged vials, I would have been leaving a positive review and continue to use them going forward. Now they are receiving negative reviews and I won't buy from the company again. When I saw the offer of "Postage Insurance" it was a concern but I ordered anyway. Looking at the reviews around the net I now see they have an ongoing problem in selling insurance or I should say a problem for those who don't buy it. Know your rights, you do not need to buy insurance from any company online! 1. Seller’s Responsibility – The retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer, not the courier or the buyer. 2. Risk Does Not Transfer to Buyer Until Delivery – If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the retailer must provide a replacement or refund, even if the customer did not purchase additional postage insurance. ------------------ I absolutely love the fact that you reply and still try to justify insurance!! IT is a joke, you do not have the right to charge a customer to ensure they receive the goods they have ordered. THANK YOU SO MUCH (Just to add, the local agent for my make of hot tub had suggested it could be expensive to resolve, and, no pressure but had I considered purchasing a new hot tub!!!!)

Firstly I am new to owning a hot tub, I was especially given one under the understanding it would not work correctly and was no doubt not going to be a cheap luxury to have. It was clear that it needed a new filter pump and likely a heater so after waiting a week or two for the next available date a couple of pleasant chaps came and replaced these items as well as some seals. This service cost £850 which is a lot of money to me but I had roughly that figure in my head anyway, I was pleased to have a working tub. Concerns grew that the new heater might not be working as the team was still there an hour after installation and the temperature has not risen. As they left I was assured that they would come back and fix the problem for free as it was their recommendation ti change the heater. Sure enough the next morning it still was not heating so I called to arrange a come back, I called 3 times that week and 3 times the week after but everything I called it felt like the first and it was clear I was being ignored. After 2 weeks I received an email from Lauren stating that it MUST be the PCB and she quoted me £925 including fitting. There was an element of pressure to order ASAP and pay 50% deposit as they were putting an order in to the states that day. I was shocked by this stance as no one had come back to qualify the situation or test the circuit in any way, it is fact that the circuit board was not tested in any way during the heater installation. Naturally I refused and over this weekend paid a qualified electrician to look at the tub, he managed to fix the issue in 10 minutes, it was a simple wiring error!! This is the first review I have ever written because I’m an extremely chilled character but I have genuinely never felt more ignored, left in the lerch and potentially ripped off than I do with Hot Tub SOS. I want to warn others about these potential pit falls, hot tubs are great, they are expensive to run and maintain but it seems like this company views it’s customers as a license to print money.

The packaging was beautiful! The hair had a very pleasant, clean scent. The color was perfectly executed just as it was described on their website. The hair was full, yet a natural, everyday density. It was true to length and absolutely gorgeous. The hairline came pre-plucked and pre-bleached which was a huge plus for me. The lace blended very well and there was no shedding! I have been purchasing Royalme Units for over 5 years now. And believe it or not I still have my first unit and it is still in perfect condition. I must admit I had one disappointing order. I thought I was ordering a unit in a pony tail but can you imagine, it was just a pony tail. I was so very disappointed, and it was to complicated to return, so I did the next best thing and attached it to another one of my girls. I did inform Royalme that this is/was clearly false advertising and they should not have published the unit as a pony tail unit, just a pony tail This last unit, (which is my 5th or 6th lady,) about a month ago, I considered ordering it in a longer length, but after wearing it and receiving so many compliments, I thought this isn't bad at all. Very little maintenance is needed. As a mater of fact shake and go. I'm happy again I will continue getting my girls from RoyalMe hoping to continue to be happy

The staff would not take accountability for their employee's mistake, and instead of making things right, which would have only cost them about $8 USD, they taught me that this company has no customers service. All over their social media posts/ads, their emails, and their website, they used language to build a false sense of urgency and limited stock. They put a lottery system in place so customers could merely have a CHANCE at being drawn as one of the lucky few who'd be given the chance to buy one. All that was fine... except it wasn't limited edition. A few months after "selling out," they're now casually selling on their website, absent the original hype. Here's the issue... The language your marketing team used created a false sense of urgency that is AT BEST extremely unethical marketing; at worst, false advertisement. Personally, I was a loyal customer who was going to buy one regardless. But I bought a second one under the false impression that this would be a rare collector's item that wouldn't be around for long. I did not expect support to be this horrible. Dont make a mistake on ypur card info cuz they lock your account. LOCK. No message telling you it is locked. After trying password reset i called to ask if something was wrong w their site. Oooooo i had to talk to fraud people cuz i made a mistake on my card address. While the rest of the world gives you a message to try your card info again, these bafoons lock your account. I used PayPay to pay for my first order so i said ' there is no fraud with PayPal ' and i was told i was being agressive. Bafoons w a victim complex. No more orders from me. The free trail is a lie they never sent my product

I've been purchasing both supplements and courses from Onnit for years now. Recently I came to do a very simple task: Update my email address. After going through the process on their site I could no longer sign into my account. I email support numerous times for the past month and have received no response. I had a large amount of points I hadn't redeemed yet and I can no longer access the video courses I purchased. Saying I'm disappointed and frustrated would be an understatement.

Two of us took two capsules each of the Alpha Brain and Shroom Tech with food and felt sick all day at work. We have reached out for a refund.

Positives - My husband and I take the Total Human complete supplement packs. Have tried the coffee creamer, the focus shots and the new mood instant. Love the products. We sleep so much better at night, very alert during the day without the brain fog or the jitters. We are about 4 months into taking them. Negatives - (1) Joe's book, total disappointed this is a ebook not a hard back. (2) the point rewards program is bogus. You cannot use them on any sale items, which means even at the max 300 points $30 off you have to buy at full price to get the $30 off which ends up being the sale price anyway. Completely a useless program, it should be $30 any product like it states.

I happened upon this product after purchasing Rihanna's skin care line (I quickly determined that would be for my 20 year old) I've been using Urban skin Rx for about two months and I absolutely love my results. I had dark pigmentation around my mouth that has reduced in appearance by 80%!!! I must say, I've gone a day or so without completely or should I say thoroughly cleaning my face (water and moisturizer) you wouldn't know it unless I told you. My face is pliable, supple and hydrated. It's time to re-up as we say in the Chi!!! I definitely recommend this product. My skin is dry to dry, super thirsty. I've used Lancome' Absolue, Precious Cells, Tonique Comfort (Hydrating toner) and this doesn't compare to Urban skin Rx. I'm definitely a hard sell. UrbanSkinRx is a skin care company based in the USA who do skin care products for all skins and I would say non white skin. I am a black African woman and as my skin is aging, I felt it was important to start paying attention to my skin. I have dark circles forming and lines around the eyes. I really searched for a long time on the internet and tumbled on this company. Firstly they have a large range of products covering many issues that you might be facing (spots, aging, eyes, lips, acne etc...) It was easy to navigate their website and see what products they have and you can respond to an on-line questionnaire about your skin to help you understand which product might be the one for you. I think that their products can be considered as quite expensive, but you have special offers or they sell packs (I bought the 'ultimate pack' for example) and you make a great saving with the packs of products instead of buying the products individually. My first buy (ultimate pack) with many products in it. It enabled me to try many products and to figure out which one was good for my skin. They delivered my order on time (I live in France) and you can track your delivery. In reality you do not have to track your delivery because they send you a regular update directly to your email address. And then the shipping company send you a confirmation on when it will be delivered. Be aware that if you live outside of the USA, you pay a shipping cost of 25 USD with your order which I think is quite reasonable. But you will also pay the shipping company customs fees. So, my first buy cost me 200 USD (including shipping) + 66 Euros to DHL for custom fees. But I think the products are fantastic and worth every dime / centime. On all fronts, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UrbanSkinRx!

This is my third time ordering a unit. The first was great. The second was the wrong length. This time, the third, the wrong length was sent and the wig was very thin. I couldn’t use it. I’ve received no correspondence to my emails reaching out to the company.

The hair felt very synthetic initially but I was excited because the color was perfect after my stylist washed it that’s when everything started going wrong hair was falling out the in on clumps and a bald spot was found.

I ordered a hd lace 13x4 34” inch 613 wig and the wig is giving 30 inches, the lace is NOT hd and it’s also a LACE FRONT with limited parting! It’s been shedding like crazy even in the package and I spent over $400!! I am LIVID! Do not order from this company!

Let’s start with the good- the hair is true to length and had no scent. But that’s it. I have been buying from this company for years & generally it’s been great. However, this last purchase was disappointing. The hair came looking a mess. Reached out to customer service & they weren’t much help. In fact, this was a part of their response “But you had purchased hair from our website many times, you should know, our hair is good quality. You can comb the hair first, make the broken hair off, this way when you wearing it, won't meet a shed again, dear” which was ridiculous to me. So disappointed and will find elsewhere to buy wigs moving forward.

I would not recommend ever doing business with this company. I purchased products from them in December 2024 for my wife. When she tried the products, she had a very bad adverse reaction to it. I decided to return the product for a refund since I was still under the (60) day time frame for a return. I emailed customer service on multiple occasions without a response. Out of nowhere, weeks later, they decided to email me an adverse reaction form and stated that l would get a refund once I completed and returned it to them. I completed it and returned it back via email. I never heard back from them, completely ghosted me. I have tried over (25) times to contact them via their customer support line, you can never get through no matter what time you call, nobody will answer and you cannot even leave a message. The automated system states that I have never never placed an order either. By all means, please stay completely away from this company. My wife’s mouth has suffered tremendously because of their product. They do not have the decency, ethics nor morals to do the right thing for their customers. There’s something called kharma in life, they should be really concerned of that word, it’s coming for them…

My LED Whitening Electric Toothbrush (Gen 2) is the best electric toothbrush I have used in 20 years. I appreciate the difference it makes in my oral health; and I am 73 years old. I especially like their Microbiome Balancing Mouthwash. I can tell the difference when I use it. My gums are healthier. The Whitening Toothpaste is good, too.

Switched to dermatology m products as I felt my skin was becoming dry due to peri- menapause. Purchased honey suckle cleanser and rose otto cream. My skin feels absolutely amazing. My son has also been using the cleanser on his acne prone skin and the results have been remarkable. Excellent customer service and prompt delivery.

I've been struggling with excema for years and had many sleepless nights itching and scratching. So I took a chance on the soothing cream to lessen said nights. Oh, wow! From literally the first night I applied it, I haven't itched at all. Is this a wonder cream? It is for me!

Always well packaged and quick dispatch and delivery. I use the indigo cream for any Ezcema breakouts which drys them right up and removes the awful itch. I use the Sea buckthorn cream to regenerate my skin and I use the nourishing cream alongside the indigo cream. I love the products and they have made such a difference to my skin! I bought the dry eczema set. I appreciate there is no miracle cream for Eczema but the soothing (green) cream is so hard to apply. It leaves a green tinge on the face or gathers as you try to spread it. I contacted Dermatology M who told me to mix it with the nourishing cream and try it this, hence I opened the second product to use them both together, didn’t really help and the product again just gathered on parts of my face with green bits. Dermatology M told me they only refund unopened products, which is a little annoying as I would not have opened the nourishing to mix with the soothing cream had I known this. I don’t feel you should need a second product to make the first easier to apply. Expensive products that did nothing for my skin and I didn’t really get much from Dermatology who told me adverse reactions happen but I didn’t have an adverse reaction, I just couldn’t really apply the product as it leaves a green tinge and I was told by them I could apply it up ti 5 times a day. Anyway won’t be buying such an expensive product again.

Bought the eczema cream for my partner who suffers from quite severe eczema on his hands - across both palms and in his fingers, which is blistery and painful, and exacerbated by mild cat allergy (we have 3). I've been through a whole range of different creams for him to try, none of which have been particularly effective (e.g. Balmonds, Nursem, Thunderbird Skin) but I keep trying. So I didn't have the highest hopes for this. However. This has had a remarkable effect. The improvement was noticeable within a few days of use, and after a couple of weeks his eczema is almost unnoticeable. At present he is also moisturising with Cerave, which he has used for a long time, and his hands are almost free of blemish, not dry at all, not a blister in sight. He never got his skin this clear even with steroids. Absolutely recommend and will purchase again.
