I have used multivitamins from different companies and after taking 1 tablet for 10 days I did not find any difference in activity and physical energy as I was expecting to be. May be the ingredients mentioned are not in the exact quantity as written on the label. I bought this because the ingredients are in so bioavailable form that I was expecting it to be very effective.

Canning town branch. I am not gonna go into details, but I have booked a sports massage and I have not received the service I asked for at all. I have paid a lot of money for this introductory service as a customer and I am very unhappy about the unprofessional service I have received from the moment i entered the premises to the moment I left the company. (To me that is not working to resolve this at all) Just for content for anyone else reading this, an email from Gavin was sent to my daughter Beth on 11/12/24 advising on the hours my daughter worked my daughter responded to this email on 13/12/24 with the hours etc which were fair and honest and I’m sure if we wouldn’t of emailed the contact on here she still wouldn’t of had a response from Gavin. It’s actually laughable, who ever is responding to this review page maybe needs to send another email to advise when Beth will be paid as this is from November and we are nearly in January and it is not acceptable. Maybe if you paid her for the work she did it and she didn’t have to chase it wouldn’t haven’t gotten to this. I will only think of removing the review when she has received her pay check.

On July 25th, I had a massage at the Camberley Branch, after a particularly stressful drive to get there. I parked in one of their designated spots but, unfortunately, I wasn’t informed by the staff that I needed to log my car registration, despite them knowing I was parked in their space. The massage itself was fantastic, and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated. However, to my dismay, I later received a parking ticket in the mail. I appealed the ticket and spoke with the Camberley staff, who agreed that I should have been advised to register my car and mentioned that my receipt should suffice as proof for my appeal. Despite providing evidence, my appeal was rejected, and now I have received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding £170. I plan to reach out to the branch again, as I believe they should be able to get this ticket cancelled given that I was a paying customer!

Great experience at the Reading branch, reception staff were warm and welcoming and my massage with Megan was so relaxing. She identified some points to work on and I signed up to a membership when the centre opened so I feel assured that we can sort my aches and pains :)

I really enjoy going to The Massage Company Harrow for regular massages. I love the ambiance of the place - dim lighting, relaxing music, the smell of essential oils from the diffuser - and I enjoy my sessions with my massage therapist. The massages are always relaxing and it's also nice to just have a little chat. There is one little thing I'm not entirely happy about when it comes to the service here - I prefer 'half-past' appointments as this fits in better around my work, but every time I book an appt for 13:30 this gets bumped to 1pm or 2pm. I understand that you want to fit in as many clients into the day but this is really annoying. Whilst I have a great experience every time I go, I am concerned about the welfare of your massage therapists. I gather that some of your massage therapists are feeling overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. I hope management can address this by speaking to their massage therapists and doing what they can to help their therapists feel more valued and motivated. I, and many others, would be very disappointed to lose our go-to massage therapist. I'm sure TMC would also be disappointed to lose one of their most popular massage therapists. I have visited The Massage Company for a few times now to treat an issue with my shoulder from playing tennis. I can safely say my shoulder is feeling better and better after each session after joining the membership. I have tried different therapists and all seem to be able to effectively treat the injury. Looks like I will not be going to my gym any time soon. The COVID-19 virus has closed all gyms for the foreseeable future. So I'll be working out at home. Purchased Resistance Bands (set of 5) from Black Mountain Products last week. The bands I received were of top quality. They came with a booklet with suggestions on different ways how to use them. With no gym, these bands will definitely help with my fitness routine.

LOVE LOVE this YOGA BALL I purchased a yoga ball chair a few months ago. For some reason the ball I was using started to lose air for no reason at all. Det kan godt være deres produkt virker, men det har været den rene umulighed at slippe for at modtage det, når man beder dem om at stoppe. Jeg laver på vegne af min mor en aftale om udmeldelse tilbage i efteråret. Her beder vi udtrykkeligt om, at min mor ikke kontaktes yderligere med henblik på salg. Vi betaler indeværende regning. Hun kontaktes af deres sælger i december og bliver i følge dem overtalt til alligevel at købe 120 kapsler af deres kosttilskud. Min mor kan ikke huske at have modtaget produktet efter denne samtale, men alligevel står Cealab fast på deres krav om betaling, fordi jeg ikke kan bevise, at "produktet ikke er på adressen" og de "ikke kan se det i deres system" - ej heller at der skulle være en note på min mors kontakt.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I subscribed to their service for 5 months. My cat is an indoor and outdoor cat. The first 3 months everything was fine, but in the last 2 months my cat kept scratching and I found fleas in my room. I canceled the subscription and ordered a cat collar which is £5. Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten. Ich habe mir jetzt zum 3. Mal Hairglow bestellt und es scheint zu wirken (keep in mind - consistency is key) Mir haben zwar die orangen Hairgums viel besser geschmeckt als die Neuen (roten Gummibären), aber solange sie beide genauso helfen bin ich fein damit. Ich hatte nach einer Coronainfektion enormen Haarausfall. Habe bestimmt die 2/3 meiner Haare verloren und hab auch 2 Jahre danach noch mit Haarausfall (leichterem als zuvor aber dennoch) zu kämpfen. Die Hairgums scheinen diesen jedenfalls zu reduzieren. Wichtig war mir auch zu sagen, dass alle Bestellungen super schnell angekommen sind, entgegen dem, was hier oft geschrieben wird. Also ich hatte nie Probleme, dass eine Lieferung nicht versendet wurde oder fehlerhaft angekommen ist. All in all, it's a thumbs up from me!

Habe am 26.11.2024 zwei Dosen Haargummis auf dem Portal von Shop Apotheke bestellt und nach mehrmaligen Schreiben und darauf folgenden Beschwichtigen auf nächste Woche vertröstet. Heute ist der 19.1.2025 und ich habe die bereits bezahlte Ware bis dato nicht erhalten. Bitte was sind das für Verkaufspraktiken?! Bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich mit dem Produkt davor schon gute Erfolge hatte. Ausserdem wollte ich die Hair Gummies am 14.12.2024 zum Geburtstag verschenken, da bis dahin nichts kam dachte ich , dann wird's halt ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Nun hoffe ich, dass ich sie vielleicht zu Ostern schenken kann.

Ich war eine zufriedene Kundin und hatte bereits mehrmals gute Erfahrungen mit Yuicy gemacht. Am 13.11.24 habe ich 2 verschiedene Vitamingummies bestellt. Am 16.11.24 kam ein Paket an, in dem eine Sorte (4 Dosen) fehlte. Anhand des auf dem Sendungsetikett stehenden Gewichts des Paketes lässt sich dies belegen. Der Kundenservice hat schnell reagiert. Es handle sich um einen Systemfehler und die fehlenden Dosen werden nachgeliefert. Dies passierte nicht. Auf meine letzte Anfrage Anfang Januar (ich bat um zeitnahe Zusendung oder Erstattung des Geldes) bekam ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Über PayPal habe ich mein Geld dann heute selbst zurück gefordert. Sehr schade, als Kundin hat Yuicy mich verloren.

Am Ende November habe ich Yuicy Vitamingummies durch die Shop Apotheke bestellt. Da die Zahlung bei Klarna erst in 30 Tage nach der Versandankündigung erfolgen soll, musste ich erstmal nicht zahlen. Nach ein paar Tage kam die Versandbestätigung. Eine falsche (irgendeine fremde Sendung von vor ein Paar Wochen), laut der aber, war meine Rechnung trotzdem zu begleichen . Nach meine Anfrage hat Yuicy es mit Systemfehler erklärt, doch hat weder die Rechnung storniert noch die Vitaminen geliefert, sondern drei Wochen lang mit Emails vertröstet, dass "diese Woche wird es wirklich rausgeschickt". Nach fast 4 Wochen habe ich es bei Klarna gemeldet, die dann für die Retoure und Rechnungsstorno gesorgt hat.

Ich habe Mitte November bestellt und immer noch nichts erhalten. Man wird immer nur mit der gleichen Email vertröstet. Auf explizite Fragen wird nicht eingegangen. Blöd wenn man schon bezahlt hat. Nie wieder

Wie bei allen anderen hier, habe ich ebenfalls nur eine Teilbestellung erhalten mit dem Versprechen, der Rest werde nachgeliefert. Bis heute ist davon nichts eingetroffen und der Kundendienst reagiert nicht mehr!

Jeg er ved at lave en DIY hot-splash pool, som skal støbes i beton med end-less effekt, hvilket er ret kompliceret samt at den skal kører på saltvand. Jeg har fået rigtig god support fra Poolworld til mit projekt - de virker både yderst profesionelle og meget ærlige i forhold til hvad de kan hjælpe med.

You only get 2 stars and they are for the quality of the goods! My order was placed on 16 Nov to provide some Christmas presents, but only arrived today (6th Jan), so not very satisfactory!

I am just giving four stars as I ordered the set of 3 bars of Rose soap which have not materialised as yet. That said, I love all the products I get from you on a regular basis and will continue to shop with your company. I think this is the first time that an item I have ordered has not arrived. You are forgiven! Your products are excellent. Every good wish to all at your company for 2022, especially your phone staff - it is a joy to deal with them.

The bee card has useless customer service. My son put 10 dollars on his bee card at 11 pm on Sunday night. By the following Thursday, it still had not been loaded and no one at bee card customer service can tell me why. I was told it can take up to 12 hours but it has now been 4 days. I asked for a refund and still no one has called me back from bee card customer service. Worst service ever!

Really love their cleanser, feels luxurious and has contributed massively to an improvement in my previously greasy and blackhead prone skin. I've not any new breakouts or new blackheads and my skin feels instantly moisturised. It hasn't dried out my skin like other cleansers, I'm really pleased with it, I can't recommend it enough, it's just a fantastic all-round cleanser. They were also kind enough to send me a very generously sized sample of their eye cream which has lasted me ages and is also fantastic! I'll be buying some of this when my sample runs out. The customer service is great as well, the orders are prepped and dispatched very quickly and I love the brand's purpose and message. I haven't planted any of my wildflower seeds yet (which are another amazing benefit to buying from Bee Good) but this summer I'm helping to clear my grandad's garden so the wildflowers will be planted there for the neighbour's bees, so hopefully the flowers will help to produce some nice honey too! This beats the most the most expensive cosmetics. It can be tough buying cosmetics for my partner. She has a friend in the business who gets free samples of all the super expensive brands, and then passes them on. But I took a flier with Bee Good and she loved them. This company has shady practices. They promise a full refund if the product does not work for you. However, you have to pay to send the product back. When you request a refund, they offer you partial refunds unless you push the issue for them to honor their policy. After shipping the items back, crickets. They failed to refund my money until I reached out to them via chat and pushed the issue. I am confident they had absolutely no intention of refunding my money until I followed up. This is unprofessional and bad business practice. Buyer beware.

I found the ordering process confusing. What you’re actually ordering is not clearly visible. The marketing techniques are very aggressive. I’ve emailed several times with regard to my order. Ten days later I’m still waiting for a reply. My confidence in this organization and the products has been adversely affected by my experience so far

I have been a long-term customer of gundry MD. I started my experience with the purchase of three bottles of Bio complete 3. Liking the product, I decided to subscribe to 6 month shipments. My first shipment was delivered on time. The next shipment was sent the following month. I called customer service to explain the problem. They kindly asked if I wouldn't mind keeping the extra 6 months and that they would set my next shipment date a year out. I agreed. Last month I ordered MCT Wellness. I ordered a 6-month Supply that said it would come with a free shaker bottle if I subscribed. After placing the order I noticed that my next 6 month shipment was scheduled to come next month. I called before the order was processed and the agent canceled my initial order, made the date correct and asked me if I was okay with the flavor that was originally ordered. I never saw the option for other flavors. She told me what they were and I changed the flavor. I specifically asked if I would still get the shaker bottle that was promised in the original order. She assured me that I would. I received my order today with no shaker bottle. I contacted gundry MD and chatted with an agent named eric, who told me that that offer was only while supplies last. I explained to him that it said nothing of that nature when I ordered it and that the agent who I spoke to to correct the shipping dates assured me that one would come. If it didn't come with my initial order I was told to contact gundry MD and one would be sent to me. Eric insisted that supplies were out. Dissatisfied with that response, I contacted another agent named Kristen. Kristen told me that the shaker bottle only came with the watermelon lemonade flavor and not with the flavor I changed it to. When I told her that the ordering agent indicated to me that I would get one, she told me that that agent was mistaken. She went on further to tell me that I could easily purchase a shaker bottle for $5 at Target. With two 6-month subscriptions for expensive products, what isn't, you would expect they could cough up a cheap little $5 shaker bottle. Needless to say it is not about the $5 shaker bottle it's about delivering on a promise. I give them a C where before I felt they were an A. The moral of this story, if there is one, is to watch very carefully your online orders, or better yet, call to place your order. However, calling doesn't ensure that you're going to get the right information either.

Used Biocomplete, Phenols, Reds and MCT Oil. Products perform ok but are overpriced when exactly the same formula can be bought elsewhere and cheaper. Product sells primarily on Gundy's name. One major problem is that some products fail to list fish oil and for those allergic they can cause shock and/or death without an Epi pen and hospitalization. Their CS seems unaware of the contents when questioned on the phone with a live person.

I got 3 orders I have been waiting for, more than a month.

I've used MCT Wellness for 6 months it's improved my digestion and cravings. I've used the Power Phenols for a month and my brain is functioning a bit better. I've used the Metabolic Advanced and have seen no improvement in my blood glucose level so I will not be ordering this product again.

I love olive oil so thot I’d try Gundry MD brand for all the benefits stated by them. It’s very expensive, 8oz for $39, I will say it’s really tasty, it’s very peppery, I’m vegan so I used it on just about everything. But other than the taste I didn’t experience any of the other benefits they promised within 99 days, my skin was about the same, didn’t drop a pound even tho I’m about 8lbs overweight, just really no changes. So I did return it and recd my refund 1 week after mailing back the bottles, that cost $20. I’m on the east coast and their address is in California, the further away you are the more expensive the postage, so I probably paid the maximum. Not a bad experience overall for sure, I was glad I could try it, but there’s many other brands if you search for high poly phenol olive oil.

I contacted Supervisor Kia and sent two emails requesting a refund. I used the product and decided to return it within 90 days, as your support representatives have consistently advised over the past five years. They always recommended giving the product the full 90 days to see if it provides any benefits. This time, I used it for 88 days from the date I received it but did not notice any difference. Now, I am being told that the 90-day period includes shipping time, making me two days past the trial window and ineligible for a refund. This contradicts the information I was previously given. I'm extremely disappointed. I had very high hopes for this product. Dr. Gundry was impressive. In a very long video sale - I don't think they warned that the product contained shellfish. I am allergic to shellfish and I'm sure many people interested in this product are similarly allergic. I wrote several email messages asking about returning the product. Not 1 response in over 7 days. I went to the chat - they kept trying to end the chat while I was typing and eventually did so. I am having to pay for the return shipping which I think is unfair because it's their fault that I was not warned about the allergen contained. I have spent a lot of time trying to get this far and now I will have to get them to discontinue monthly (membership) shipping which they are big on. This is uncommonly bad customer support.

Supplied me during the lockdown with the strange sounding NOHRD Slimbeam cable machine and Tria bench. Philip provided an excellent service and some really good product advise as we only have a small space allocated to be a home gym and was concerned about not having sufficient floor space. Thankfully, the install team liked our very large dogs

Do I trust Philip Turner Fitness? No. Why not? Because Philip himself ignores all data protection legislation .. he is a spammer, distributing his emails to any address he can get hold of, and he never reacts to complaints — you cannot get off his lists. I have emailed him. I have telephoned him. I have text messaged him. I have written to him on LinkedIn. I have noted the issues in google map review. I am noting it here: a company who show total disregard for legislation is a lawless company; do not trust them with your money.. Do you think they honour their sales terms and conditions? What about warranty terms? — I would score the company zero, except the minimum score is 1.

We had our backrub at Covent Garden .We had the luxurious backrub. It was absolutely fantastic. The therapist was very skilled and identified my areas of tension without being told. I left feeling a whole lot better. Highly recommend

My experience with Claudia at Fitzrovia was one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. The pressure was nonexistent, the technique lacked skill, and overall, it felt like a wasted session. I left feeling more tense and disappointed than when I arrived. Awful experience!

Popped in to their Covent Garden branch a few weekends back and was pleasantly surprised how nice the staff were and how good the back rub was. Done the job nicely. Might go back but finding the time very tricky. It is very convenient and like it says you can just walk in. You might have to wait ten mins or so here and there but the staff got to us fairly quick and we didn’t feel it was a rushed experience.

I’ve been going to the Walk-in Backrub for a number of years, and almost always they’re brilliant. I feel compelled to write about my experience yesterday though at their Neal’s Yard branch. The therapist didn’t ask me if I had any particular concerns (which they always normally do), or how I would like the pressure. She was so firm, but not in a nice way, that I had to ask her to back it off. The whole half hour was borderline unpleasant, with some really unusual and uncomfortable pulling on my wrists which I’ve never had before. Within half an hour of leaving I developed a splitting headache which I’m sure was due to the fact that I spent the whole time tensed up while I was being massaged. I should have said something, but frankly I was too self-conscious in such a quiet space to say anything, and I didn’t want to make a fuss as she was perfectly nice. So disappointing.

I have been visiting Tavistock branch since August once a month. Each time I have visited I have seen someone different, each time brilliant. I arrive with tense shoulders and tender shoulder blades and leave relaxed and pain free, what's more I sleep better and wake up without pain. I cannot recommend this enough, no booking required - just go when you need to!!

NO GO PLACE On 02nd October 2021 there was a bald person at Back Rub in Selfridges Central London. I have not come across a person so RUDE. Probably he is under the impression that he owns Selfridges. If he is busy then others too are. He has no right to be rude to customers. Have seen him before as well, always have a frown on his face. Never seen him smiling. People visit them to destress and not to spoil their day. I will never visit this place again.

A really bad experience. I hate deep tissue style massages and I got one without being asked about the level of pressure. In every other massage I’ve had, I’ve been asked this! I won’t be returning which is sad as it’s a great place to go to otherwise.

I usually go to the WIBR in Soho. It's very quiet and peaceful so it's possible to have a very relaxing back-rub in the middle of the day, despite its central London location! The team are very professional and well trained, and if there is a queue (which there often isn't) I never have to wait long. I highly recommend this place. It's also not expensive.

Ich bin beinahe auf eine Beraterin herein gefallen, die auf TikTok und Instagram von ihren Erfahrungen bei Migräne berichtete. Schnell war die Rede von „Du willst doch bestimmt was natürliches und nicht den Pharma-Dreck“. Konkret wurde sie lange nicht, wandt sich wenn es darum ging um welche Produkte es sich handeln würde. Aber man „könne mir die geeigneten Supplements zuschicken“. Durch Zufall herausbekommen, dass hier Ringana verkauft werden soll (stand klein auf einem Bild, welches sie schickte). Und nur Sprachbachrichten, keine Texte, die man hätte sichern können. Was soll so ein Geschäftsgebaren? Hier werden mit falschen Heilsversprechen Menschen hinters Licht geführt. Davon abgesehen unterstütze ich ein MLM nicht.

Ich verwende jetzt seit ca. 4 Wochen die Produkte von Ringana und mein Hautbild hat sich sehr zum Positiven verändert. Ich war erst sehr skeptisch, da die Produkte ja auch nicht gerade günstig sind. Bereits nach der ersten Woche habe ich eine Veränderung bemerkt. Meine Altersflecken wurden heller und das Haubild feiner. Meine Tochter meinte, man sieht einen leichten Glow-Effekt. Die Produkte haben einen angenehmen Geruch und machen die Haut schön weich. Ich bin begeistert!

RINGANA – Nachhaltigkeit als Tarnung für Abzocke! RINGANA gibt sich als nachhaltige Marke, doch dahinter steckt ein klassisches MLM-Schneeballsystem. Kundenservice? Nicht vorhanden. Reklamationen werden mit vorgefertigten Textbausteinen abgewimmelt, Rückerstattungen gibt es nicht. Ich habe die Produkte jahrelang über meine Schwester genutzt und war zufrieden – bis ich selbst bestellt habe. Plötzlich minderwertige Qualität und keinerlei Bereitschaft, das Problem zu lösen. Nach genauerer Recherche ist klar: Es geht hier nicht um hochwertige Produkte, sondern nur darum, ständig neue „Partner“ anzuwerben, die Geld ins System pumpen. Ein Pyramidensystem, bei dem nur die oberen Ebenen profitieren, während Kunden und neue Vertriebspartner ausgenutzt werden. Mein Fazit: Täuschung und Geldmacherei unter dem Deckmantel der Nachhaltigkeit. Finger weg!

Hago un pedido, me equivoco en el método de pago por qué no me aparece la opción de tarjeta bancaria y clico transferencia, cuál es mi sorpresa que al instante me llega el mensaje de pedido realizado sin haber pagado nada y un correo electrónico en el que indican que me lo envían, escribo inmediatamente para solicitar el cambio de la forma de pago me dicen que no es posible y le digo que entonces me cancelen el pedido para realizar uno nuevo y me dicen que no es viable que me envían el pedido y que tengo 14 días para devolverlo, y que además al recibirlo ellos tienen que tirar los productos…no doy crédito a la absurdez de la conversación …jamás volveré a hacer un pedido…voy a recibir algo que no he pagado, tengo que devolverlo y lo van a tirar….sin palabras….

Die Produkte sind an sich hochwertig, doch die ständigen Formulierungsänderungen haben eher Verschlechterungen als Verbesserungen gebracht. Was ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen kann: Trotz der hohen Preise gibt es kein Treuesystem für Kunden. Zudem sind Feedback oder Fragen beim Servicecenter unerwünscht – man wird recht schnippisch und wortkarg abgespeist. Das zeigt sich auch in den Antworten auf Bewertungen hier. So geht Kundenservice definitiv nicht!

Die Hautpflege der Frischekosmetik ist voll in Ordnung. Mein Hautbild ist sehr trocken und da hat das reichhaltige Sortiment ausgereicht. Es zieht halt logischerweise nicht so schnell ein, aber das geht halt wohl bei Frischekosmetik auch nicht ?! Alles recht ästhetisch gemacht, coole Verkaufsstrategie. Manches an Produkten erscheint mir allerdings leider etwas überteuert, aber auch da lässt sich es sich streiten, ob gute Qualität immer diesen Preis haben muss…?! Aber von den Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln bin ich leider von Ringana nicht überzeugt. Die haben bei mir gar nicht funktioniert. Deshalb gibt es von mir auch nur 3 Sterne …

Estoy muy contenta porque llevaba desde los 11 o 12 años diagnosticada por médicos y dermatólogos con "acné" Me llenaron durante años a tratamientos caros, cremas y jabones que no hacían efecto en absoluto y en las dos consultas anuales que me hacían siempre decían que era cosa mía que si que estaba mejor pero nada mejoró hasta que me dijeron que no podían hacer más por mi y ya no hubo más citas ni más tratamientos. Años después insistí en que algo me pasaba y tras un estudio por fin descubrieron que no era acné que era ovario poliquístico pero el único tratamiento eran anticonceptivos que tampoco mejoraban mi problema. Así quedó la cosa hasta que probé los productos de Ringana. Llevo dos semanas y noto que mi rostro no genera tanto sebo y que no me nacen tantos granitos a demás de que no están tan cargados son más pequeñitos y finitos. Decir también que las texturas y olores de los productos son agradables. Son algo caros pero es lo que tiene la calidad y la falta de conservantes y colorantes y todo ese tipo de productos que solo aportan problemas a la salud. Por mi parte solo puedo decir que estoy muy contenta y veo que mi problema de años se va solucionando.

he estado tomando dea ringana, y ha sido horrible, no podia dormir,tenia hambre constantemente ( yo no suelo tener hambre), y al final me puse fatal, un cansancio horrible, dias sin dormir. Yo lo probe como desintoxicacion despues de recibir radioterapia. Ha sido horrible.
