I love the sauna
I love the sauna! Its amazing. The staff are very friendly and it feels like a safe and relaxed space. I especially love that one can spend as much time as possible. I have KLIP CARDS and I will return, always... The only bit that could be super helpful is to have toilets on site, somewhere close by.

Faulty bottle since day 1, ordered about 3 months ago. Leaked since I got it which I just contented with and now it's completely dead. Just not working at all. Poor experience, I am being asked for videos of the bottle bot working, wtf like a video of a lifeless bottle.

I love my Evolv bottle

I've had a recent disgusting experience with this company a faulty bottle which was proven to be faulty as well as evident's provided to them showing that it was faulty in New Zealand we are protected by a great law called the consumer guarantees ACT that all companies must abide by that sell goods or services in New Zealand regardless of where their located. I repeatedly asked for a full refund from this company for my defective bottle they refused to provide a refund unless I returned the bottle to them at my expense costing me over $100 as it has a battery in it and what have to be shipped as containing lithium battery item which is very expensive we even had a lawyer draft up and email explaining to the consumer guarantees law and they were provided to issue a refund in a timely manner for the defective goods and they do not need to pay to return them and the consumer guarantees act over rides any of their company policies as it is law this is called severe stress and a huge amount of wasted time for me and my family dealing with this and they still will not provide a refund I would avoid this company at all costs because if you're in international customer like I am and something goes wrong they will try and dodge the laws in your country and make you pay to send the item back what can be very expensive and you do not have to do I am now and talks with a lawyer and more look at raising chargebacks compensation and filing a claim in the dispute tribunal with this company I have also let consumer New Zealand know of their dodgy business practices so they can warn all of the members not to purchase from them I'm hoping they will publish my story in the magazine as the more coverage this gets the more people I protect and save from being ripped off by this company that thinks they're above the law. Nobody is above the law UPDATE So they have finally refunded my money after a family member who is a lawyer in the consumer area wrote legal letters threatening to take them to court if they did not obey the law they finally did refund me. In regards to the parts they shipped yes that is true when I first received the bottle it would not charge after we tried everything I filmed a video footage proving there that would not charge just so there's no questions about me making this up sent it to them and yes they promptly sent a replacement base unit and they also sent some seals things went great for a while and it was working well then all of a sudden it just stopped producing hydrogen there were no bubbles coming up at all like this should have been and there was only one medium sized bubble again I documented everything filmed video evidence clearly showing the issue and sent it to them and this is when I requested a refund. They agreed that it was faulty and would only issue me a refund if I shipped the device back to them at my expense the device has a battery in it making shipping much more expensive and it was going to cost me a considerable amount of money. In New Zealand we have a very strong and robust law called the consumer guarantees ACT feel free to look it up at legislation.govt.nz and put in consumer guarantees ACT. It clearly states that if a product is faulty it is up to the retailer to collect the device if they want it returned at the expense also if their terms in conditions state that it must be returned at the purchases expense because the consumer guarantees act is law that overrides their terms and conditions. This is being reported to the New Zealand government consumer watchdog who have created a report which I doubt they would do if what I'm saying wasn't true. Regarding the request for free items or discounted items yes I did ask and it doesn't hurt to ask I have numerous serious health conditions and sadly due to those conditions I cannot work therefore I asked about a free product or discounted product as some retailers have programs where they donate or provide heavily discounted product to people with severe medical conditions so yes I asked they declined we waited until they had a sale on and my family and some friends put the money together and purchase it for me yes there was a small discount of around 30 to 40 dollars but that wasn't just specifically for me that was offered to everybody as it was Black Friday promotion from memory. I don't like writing negative reviews about companies but I'm not one to be bullied and pushed around when I know my rights and I will speak out it's sad that it came to this and I strongly believe evolve needs to train their staff to be a bit more compassionate and understanding not all of their staff were bad the staff members I originally dealt with for my first issue were fantastic and extremely helpful it was an until I requested someone from management believe the name was Lauren customer service manager that I found her to be quite unimpathetic and blunt

My husband bought this for Christmas…
My husband bought this for Christmas and I have stolen it from him. 😊 I struggle to drink water in large quantities and I wee all day. Reading this helps with absorption I thought it try it. Having this 3 times a day and no dashing to wee all the time. Also I have notice my gut is benefiting from it too! Cool little gadget. We had it shipped to the UK with no issues. Curious to see the long term effects... best wishes

Great Customer Care I received my H2GO within 10 days. This is an amazing bottle, much better than the one I had a few years ago. I received a lot of product information after placing an order. Then contacted them when I had a technical issue, and one of their Customers Care persons helped. Through the email conversation, my problem is solved. This is a great company and know how to care about their customer. I like it.

Ordered a bottle, After aa while finally got an email saying It was in customs and required a Health inspection, a letter of authorisation and charges that amounted to an extra 50% to the cost! Obviously this was not at all clear on Ordering. So i was a bit spooked and asked to simply send back, which Evolv tell me will cost me 125 dollars! I see plenty of suspect review online so good to get a trustpilot Page going about them

Esperienza deludente e assistenza cliente inesistente
Purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa relativamente al mio ultimo ordine 324177 del 15 gennaio 25 con Swanson e soprattutto per l'inesistenza del servizio di post-vendita. Su 4 prodotti ordinati e pagati, 1 non è arrivato, 2 sono arrivati con la data di scadenza cancellata (sembravano resti di magazzino) ed 1 è arrivato tutto schiaciato, ma tutto sommato è l'unico che sono riuscita ad utilizzare. Ho provato più volte a distanza di tempo a contattare (via mail) l'assistenza clienti dell'azienda all'unico riferimento esistente , ma ad oggi non ho ancora avuto nessuna risposta nonostante sul sito dichiarino un'assistenza entro le 24h. Vorrei tanto che qualcuno mi spiegasse come risolvere il problema anche perché sono prodotti che mi servono per continuare la cura che sto facendo. Grazie.

I have been using this site for some years now and it's been fine. But I bought their multivitamins a few months ago and had a bad reaction to them. Ended up in the Out of hours Drs. I emailed them to warn them that this might be an issue for others as I had never had any kind of reaction to vitamins before. I had to write several times before they got back to me, to recommend I buy another one of their products. No offer of replacing the one I had already bought. Then my husband said he would use them and got the same reaction. Luckily I still had some of the antihistamine left. I wrote again with photos of the product and the rash my husband broke out in to tell them they should check it out in case there was a bad batch. Again ignored until I said I was going to leave review. They offered a refund, which I still haven't received and a coupon which gives about 5% off next order. I can't understand why such a large company would be so apathetic in their response. I said they should put a warning on the bottle but as with all their replies, I received a lukewarm and what felt like an insincere reply. I will keep emailing till I get my refund but this has been going on for months now. They are an awful company to deal with if you have an issue. Check it again. I was using my other email with yahoo. tinamurphee. I know which company I've been dealing with

Customer service non existent
Sent me a product that will expire in 4 months. They have a page dedicated to expiration dates stating that products are at full potency when its 2 years bbe. I have sent 4 emails asking for compensation and I have been ignored. It is unlike swanson as I purchased products before but I will be shopping elsewhere now. Edit: You still ignored me and I had to contact the USA department to get you to email me. As I stated in the emails, these are vitamins and should have somewhere listed on the page the reason why they are discounted if they are expiring soon. Nobody is going to email a company why is there a sale going on. The product is just €20 so whatever I am keeping it but the irony is that this company wants you to accept and use an old batch from almost 2 years past production date as I have the same product I purchased in 2023. Negative review will remain.

The owner of this store is a rude…
The owner of this store is a rude unprofessional guy, his business shouldn't go on. I went to him before and their where people fighting outside his store and it was my first time with him, so I was nervous and then he told me that I have anxiety disorder whereas he doesn't even know me. He was being arrogant and not answering my questions properly. The facial was good, but his attitude was sh** and he puts on alot of hard chemicals and put on blue light on your face without sunglasses. Which can be damaging for your eyes. So the other day, I booked from his website and paid and it didn't give me a date or time and it just said you are booked for a facial. So I queried the website saying when is the facial it didn't let me choose and he replied saying it is at 6pm, whereas it was 6:03pm at that time, its not possible for me to be there. Then I asked him whether I can have a phone call and the website didn't let me choose, so he asked me when would you want it in a rude way and I said tomorrow and he like tomorrow when and I said morning and when do you open. He again saying morning when and I said 10am and he said we open at 1030am. So come then and i asked about would it consist of and he was being rude again.. I don't understand I paid £100 and this is the service I was getting. He said I'm busy now I have a customer which he probably didn't have or else my appointment wouldn't be booked at that time. Anyways, I asked for a refund because this guy was rude and he said get it from the website and I said the website has no option can't you do it because I'm asking on call. Then he asked why are you refunding, and I said he was unprofessional. So he said maybe the problem isn't your computer and it's you and I will refund you. So why was he chasing me to get the website to refund me? So then he sent an email saying you're refunded but didn't say when it would come back to my card, so I asked for an invoice and he replied back.. fu** off. Is this even legal to behave like this?

No aftercare advice was given to me about keeping my face free from dust for 2 days after a week dozens of spots showed on my forehead where the dust got into the open pores and caused infection . I contacted the clinic , the wanted to charge me full price for another facial with no offer to resolve the problem they caused. STAY AWAY from the overpriced clinic who has poor customer service

Never Buy from this website
I have placed an order on the 3rd of March and it was never delivered to my address as they have provided the courier company with a wrong zip code not the one I mentioned. I addressed them with the issue to find a solution or at least to refund the money back but unfortunately their customer service team has totally ignored my request saying the items are not yet returned to them after a month and 1 week.

Not authentic perfume
The problem that occurred with this company is that they sent me a perfume that doesn’t smell like the actual perfume brand I ordered, but they claim that the perfume is authentic. I’ve purchased this perfume in the past from trusted sellers and the smell was completely off. They did refund me my money, but it also took over two weeks to ship the bottle perfume on top of things.

Site qui propose de nombreuses références dont un certain nombre difficilement trouvables. Ils m’ont fait découvrir des marques. Ils ont maquillage, parfums, soins, maison,… Dernièrement ils ont commencé à restreindre les marques sur lesquelles les codes promo fonctionnent. C’est dommage et j’espère qu’ils ne vont pas finir comme Sephora. Il y a maintenant un programme de fidélité et une application. J’ai déjà passé plusieurs commandes et à part une fois où un parfum n’avait pas été protégé dans le carton, tout c’est toujours bien passé. J’ai pu joindre le service client facilement et après discussion j’ai eu une proposition qui m’a satisfaite.

Skin accumax didn’t work after 16 weeks
Been taking Skin Accumax and Skin clear biome for 16 weeks now. No improvement in my skin at all unfortunately. I’ve been taking the skin clear first thing before food and 4 accumax tablets a day (2 morning and 2 evening) but hormonal breakouts haven’t changed at all.

Disappointed that none of their supplements worked for me
In order to treat my persistent adult acne, I have been taking Skin Clear Biome, Skin Vitality and Skin Omegas for 11 months now. Also for the last 3 months I've taken 4 Skin Accumax capsules a day. These all add up to quite an expense and I'm afraid to say, there is no improvement. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Interesting how their website only shows all positive results*. As regards ordering from the company though, the delivery arrived earlier than I expected. *Before anyone says have you tried this and that....I've had Chemical Peels, IPL, LED light treatments, numerous creams, a prescribed topical antibiotic cream, blood test resulting in 4 months food elimination diet....the list goes on.

Ad ordine arrivato la settimana seguente 1 dei 3 vaporizzatori era assente, non hanno neppure avvisato prima della non disponibilità del dispositivo, che sul sito invece risultava disponibile, ma mi hanno inviato un ricambio che era in ordine...vorrei capire cosa mai dovrò farmene. A mia mail di richiesta spiegazione mi hanno risposto: "Sono in arrivo la nuova fornitura Fenix" senza neppure buongiorno o buonasera. Alla mia seconda mail per capire se pensano di spedirmi il vaporizzatore quando arriva, mi hanno risposto: "Appena arriva verrà informato" senza nessun convenevole ovviamente. Altid en fornøjelse at blive klippet hos Henri. Er blevet klippet der i en del år, af flere forskellige frisører i de forskellige forretninger (senest i dag). Kan virkelig lide den gode atmosphere, og en fem-stjerne professionel resultat. Hvis jeg kigger tilbage på mine cirka 50 besøg de sidste 5 år, så har jeg været super tilfreds mere end 95% af tiden. De resterende 5% var det stadigvæk ok, - det er håndværk og frisøren gør sit bedste.

Jeg blev klippet hos Henri på Christianshavn for første gang i dag efter at have haft den samme frisør i årevis. Jeg viste blot et billede af, hvordan jeg gerne vil klippes, og Tan gjorde et kanon stykke arbejde med at ramme inde for skiven. Jeg er godt tilfreds og vil klart komme igen.

Fremragende oplevelse Henri Østerbro
Jeg var nede hos Henri på Østerbro med min søn. Vi blev betjent af Ahmed, og det var en helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse fra start til slut. Ahmed udstråler en utrolig god energi, som smitter af på hele stemningen i salonen. Han tog sig tid til at forstå præcis, hvad vi ønskede, og leverede en klipning, der overgik alle forventninger. Min søn gik derfra med det flotteste hår, og selv da det begyndte at vokse ud, var det stadig stilfuldt og velklippet. Ahmeds øje for detaljen og hans evne til at kombinere teknik med personlighed gør ham til noget helt særligt. Det var en glædelig og smilende oplevelse, som vi ikke glemmer. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Ahmed – både for hans faglige dygtighed og den positive atmosfære, han skaber. 5 stjerner herfra!

Værste klip jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Dato 27/12 - 2024 Grønnegade 4 Kommer ind og beder om at få taget lidt af toppen, men så jeg stadig kan sætte det ordentligt. Lasse foreslår så at vi gør det en del kortere og et lidt tilfældigt look foran. Det går jeg med til og det ender med at ligne et dårligt forsøg på en High fade, efter vi var blevet enige om at der ikke skulle laves fade. Toppen havde jeg som sagt fortalt Lasse at jeg gerne ville kunne sætte det, så regnede slet ik med at han ville klippe det så kort som han gjorde. Alt i alt en rigtig træls situation, da jeg nu er nød til at gå med cap fordi det er blevet som det er. Vil rigtig gerne have fuld refundering, da klipningen på ingen måde lever op til jeres image.

Snusket - og intet forhold mellem pris og ydelse
Jeg prøvede at finde en frisør lidt nærmere på min arbejdsplads, og en google søgning på "herrefrisør i København" eller lignende, ledte mig hen til BedreEndBedst's liste over Københavns bedste herrefrisører, hvor man kan "få en exceptionel klipning i en indbydende atmosfære" hvor Henri (Torvegade) er øverst på listen. (bedreendbedst punktum dk) Forventningerne til en udsøgt oplevelse var derfor store da jeg gik ind ad døren til Salong Henri i Torvegade i går. Det første jeg lagde mærke til, var at salongen generelt var ret snusket, der var hår allevegne - og redskaberne så ikke ud til at have være rengjort i længere tid. Når det kommer til klipningen, så blev jeg klippet af en venlig mand, som var ærlig nok til at indrømme, at hans faglige uddannelse var et 14 dages kursus, og havde foriøvrigt den holdning, at det vigtigste var at give kunden en god oplevelse, fordi hvis kunden fik en god oplevelse, betød det mindre om klipningen var mere eller mindre perfekt (!) Alt dette kan mange sikkert leve med, hvis prisen havde været på 100 kroner eller måske 150, men skulle jeg af med ikke mindre end 549 kr. - hvilket ikke på nogen måde står i forhold til hverken klipning eller oplevelse i øvrigt - og så aldeles ikke når man møder op med de forventninger jeg havde på baggrund af nævnte artikel.

Gonzalo fra salonen i Grønnegade har i dag leveret et yderst professionelt stykke frisør og barber arbejde.. Stemningen i salonen er super afslappet, og man kan mærke at stemningen imellem de ansatte er god, hvilket betyder meget (ihvertfald for mig:) ) Det var min første barbering af en prof, men langt fra den sidste.. det er noget alle burde give sig selv (eller deres mand) i julegave :)

Jeg havde fornøjelsen af at få klippet mit hår af Viggo, og jeg kan ærligt sige, at det var en fantastisk oplevelse fra start til slut! Viggo er ikke bare utrolig dygtig til sit håndværk, men han har også en fantastisk evne til at få en til at føle sig velkommen med sin Sydafrikanske stil. Fra det øjeblik jeg trådte ind i salonen, blev jeg mødt med et smil og en fed atmosfære. Viggo tog sig tid til at lytte til mine ønsker og kom med professionelle forslag, der virkelig passede til min stil og ansigtsform. Resultatet var præcis, hvad jeg håbede på - og mere til! Hvis du leder efter en frisør, der virkelig går op i sit arbejde og sine kunder, så kan jeg varmt anbefale Viggo, fra Henri på Torvegade!. Jeg glæder mig allerede til mit næste besøg!

Interessati ai vostri soldi e non ai vostri problemi
Ho effettuato una visita questa estate in cui mi veniva semplicemente chiesto se altri componenti mia famiglia avesse problemi di calvizie e da quanto tempo fosse iniziata la perdita di capelli. Dopo una veloce visita sotto una luce uguale a quella della mia cameretta vi viene diagnosticato sempre lo stesso problema: alopecia androgenetica. Durante la spiegazione della diagnosi il loro "tricologo" già ti prescrive dei prodotti da acquistare alla modica cifra di 295€, che magicamente sono pronti in tempo 0 e ti vengono consegnati appena lasciata la stanza del controllo. I prodotti poi sono pessimi: una delle due lozioni che vi verranno vendute provoca un bruciore immane sulla cute e, infatti, ha accentuato il mio problema di calvizie. Per fortuna avendo 24 anni sono ancora in tempo e rivolgendomi a professionisti seri sto curando davvero il mio problema. Promemoria per il futuro: le visite gratuite non esistono dai dottori capaci. NON PERDETE TEMPO (E SOLDI) FATEVI UNA VACANZA.

Ho effettuato la prima visita che così si è svolta : 1 hai parenti con calvizia ? 2 mangi frutta e verdura ? 3 ecografia durante la quale il medico non ha mai osservato il monitor Durata totale circa 5 minuti Sulla base di ciò mi è stata fatta una diagnosi che comporta l assunzione d integratori da loro venduti con costi superiori ai 300 euro senza specifica della durata della cura e dei prodotti stessi , Un trapianto da effettuare immediatamente al costo totale di 6500 euro quando sul sito era specificato a partire da 2500 euro , mi sembra troppo 4000 euro in più considerando che non sono calvo . Il mio consiglio diffidate

Very very poor quality and poor customer service
I don't normally leave a review but I will for this seller. I purchased a ebike from this seller in January the seller told me it would take 3to5 days to be delivered. 21 days later I was still waiting and yes I said 21 days when it arrived I started putting the bike together there was bits missing and the bike was damaged when I contacted the seller about it they didn't even reply. That's not the best thing about the seller the pedal and the crank on the bike broke I had only had the bike for less than 3 months this is the best bit the seller said it wasn't guaranteed ps do not buy everything from this site

God service og returnering Min kone købte en knæbind med hængsel. Hun fik af vide af hun skylde købe sådan af Fysioterapeut. Hun kunde ikke bevæge knæet. Sende den retur. De hade den mandag. Og fik mail om de sende penge ind om tirsdagen. Kunde se at jeg hade dem tirsdag. Ringe til sport112 og fik en du anbefalet den koster kun det halve af den vi købte først til. Og det var den rigtige slags.

Kommunikation er ikke deres stærke side
Bestilte en vare, som jeg også fik, men lige fra starten var der problemer med den. Den blev sendt retur, hvor den blev undersøgt og bedømt i orden. Da jeg fik den tilbage, var samme fejl der stadigvæk. Igen sender jeg den retur og bliver lovet at jeg nok skal blive holdt informeret undervejs. Hvorefter jeg ikke hører en lyd. Jeg er nødt til selv at ringe of spørge efter om der er noget fremskridt. Men da jeg efter en måned igen ringer, får jeg at vide at den stadig ligger i Sverige og ikke er blevet kigget på endnu. Jeg vælger at bede om at få mine penge tilbage, hvilket de også accepterer, men må selv ringe og spørge hvornår de dukker op og bliver snakket meget nedladende til af en medarbejder.

God service med høj faglighed
Vi ledte efter en specifik skinne til vores datters albue. Hjemmesiden er overskuelig og intuitiv bygget op, så vi fandt hurtigt den rigtige model og størrelse. Da størrelsen ikke var på lager fik vi besked om at der ville gå en dag ekstra. Og da den kom, blev skinnen leveret personligt på vores adresse. Sport112 får vores bedste anbefalinger: stort udvalg på hjemmesiden, venlig og hurtig service med høj faglighed, information om hvert step i leveringsprocessen.

i ordered something from them from amazon , i was annoyed it took a month to get to me in the usa, but i was like whatever its fine. got my package and it was messed up . contacted them , and they replied faster than probably 95% of any other seller ive had issues with stuff on , and they were extremely polite and resolved the issue offering refund and to still replace my order . they sent my new order and i declined the refund . im extremely happy with how things went even though at first it was a bit slow.

What started with some good service
What started with some good service - easy to order. And delivery was always solid for the first 3 orders. With oOrder number 4 however, I was informed by the delivery company that the package was damaged and that Hawthorn Health would organise re-delivery. That was 1 month ago. Emails, customer service forms, even voice messages have resulted in nothing. Very poor customer service. I won't buy from them again.

Horrible customer service
This happened a while ago. I was sold a faulty motherboard, bought as new but shown signs of previous use with a rusty PCB. After 2 weeks of use the boot up process started freezing on the UEFI screen. I've returned the motherboard (in person) to the shop, got a ring to come pick up a replacement after about a week. Instead of getting a replacement, I got the same, still broken motherboard back. The person at the store explained that they were unable to process the return, because a sticker on the back of the motherboard was partially (!) peeled off. They accused me of lying and trying to swap the stickers with a broken motherboard I already owned. Every time I came into the store the person behind the counter would call his mate to 'deal' with my complaints - same bs accusing me of being a liar and trying to scam them. I've eventually given up, contacted the manufacturer of the motherboard directly and (surprise!) after sending in the motherboard and describing the horrible experience dealing with this place, they sent me a better motherboard free-of-charge. After leaving a review on other sites, they left a response, accusing me of being a liar on a public forum and attempted to bury my comment under numerous fake positive reviews - "The boss of this place is amazing. I bought the wrong power supply and they replaced it for free with a 1000W model - John Smith". Well, if that review was true, I do feel sorry for the guy, because knowing this place the power supply will probably explode and burn down his house. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!

Awful experince. I ordered a hatchimals egg for my son for xmas on 6th dec and still haven't recieved it even though they 'guaranteed' after the first complaint that it would be with me by 23rd Dec!! I'm £88 down because they are not replying to my emails and I do actually want the egg but am clearly not going to get it. Use your credit card in future so you can claim back from these terrible companies that should no way be allowed to continue trading after all of the people they have let down and not actually given money back to. Disgusting existence of a business!!

Advance tec trading under the name Savvibuy
I am one of thousands of people that were taken in by Advance Tec (trading under the name of Savvibuy). I paid my money to them in good faith for items that I just did not seem to be able to get anywhere else. Not only did they fail to deliver on the guaranteed date, but they then went about concocting a lie, telling people that their orders would be there on Christmas eve. This was just an act of deception, probably to buy them more time with our money. Once Christmas was out of the way they then sent out emails stating the following 'Your SavviBuy Order We would like to apologise to any of our customers who did not receive their orders in the delivery timeframes that were allocated. We have outlined all of the options below that may be applicable to your situation along with recommended steps to claim your refund.' They then go on to explain that I should go to my bank and get them to do a chargeback......basically get my back to attempt to recover the money from them. People are just starting to get money back now, but not from advance tec, it's coming from their own banks. I don't know if advance tec have any intentions of giving that money back or not.....who knows. What I do know though is that if you do business with these guys then it wont end well. Just look up Savvibuy and see for yourself. At the time of writing I still haven't received a refund, savvibuy websites, email servers and anything else relating to them have disappeared......along with everyone's hard earned cash. I would honestly recommend that you ignore any positive posts as they are probably written by people associated with this company

Bought a bike for my son was suppose to be delivered on his birthday, didn't get delivered that was 2 months ago, called several times, they cut you off, bike was faulty said they would repair and deliver with a £20 discount picked it up did not work, finally got thru after calling several times again was rude intimating and refused to give a refund saying it was NOT his problem and to come in another months time, it's a joke, in the meantime I have a bike that does not work and I'm £200 out of pocket...STAY AWAY!!!!! Ps trading standards shall be hearing about this!!!!

I'm a gaming enthusiast so I spend a lot of my time and money on this hobby, the guys at advance tec continue to help me spec up the best systems and ALWAYS are the cheapest on the market for me. I have arthritis in my thumbs, and very painful trigger finger in 2 fingers on both hands. The fingers on these gloves are so short they don't reach my middle knuckles, which is where the pain in the worse. After a few uses, the stiching is coming apart at the seams.

Very poor service and lack professionalism
I ordered and paid for 3 items on 30 December 2024. Received the therapy socks in early January 2025. On 15 January 2025, I wrote to enquire about the outstanding 2 items, copper knee sleeve and copper gloves, and received an email on the same day of some shipping delays. As of today 10 February 2025, I still have not gotten an update from Preisol nor have I received the products. I have sent them a request for a refund given such poor service and lack of professionalism.

Commande passée le 21 février, débitée bien sûr. Aucune nouvelle depuis. La moitié du site ne fonctionne pas, notamment la rubrique "Nous contacter", comme c'est étrange. Je vais le signaler à ma banque, pour peu qu'ils seraient capables de me vider mes comptes. Site frauduleux à éviter de toute urgence!!

Commande passée début févr 2024, jamais arrivé, retourné à l'expéditeur qui devait me l'a réexpédier. MAGDOS gérante de ce site ne donne plus de nouvelles m'a bloqué pour que je ne puisse plus la joindre ! Personne malhonnête et voleuse puisque j'ai quand même réglé les produits et que je n'en verrai jamais couleur !

Placed an ordered back in November 2023 when tracking it says Delivery delayed, well I’ve never received my order. Sent at least 20 emails but not getting any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are a joke!!! £66 out of pocket and no watch!! Terrible service!!

Ordered a smart watch which did not work from day one
Ordered a smart watch which did not charge among other things like the screen only stays lit for a few seconds at a time not giving you time to see or set anything. Tried to return it but response is really bad and virtually non existent. All you get is an email saying they are reviewing my request to return the goods. USELESS

Terrible customer service response
Terrible customer service response. Do they actually have a Customer Service Department ? Have e-mailed them several times using their own e-mail reply form, only to have the e-mail returned as "not valid address". Having first written to me, they now seem to have disappeared off the face of the earth. Trying to contact them is a nightmare. Beware any companyu that doesn't give out a phone contact number. Will not use this compmay again and would advise others to steer clear of buying from them.

Very disappointed with this secretive…
Very disappointed with this secretive company. Was able to track the package and received in good time, but the operating instructions supplied are useless and the app not much better. When I emailed the supplier for help there was no response on two occasions. If you leave anything less than 5* reviews on their website it’s not printed! Avoid in my opinion.

Ordered 2 watches, got email saying 1 only was shipped. When asked questions could not get an answer. They asked for £1.00 to get further information. I refused Had a tracking No for order when tried to check does not recognise the tracking No or my email and phone No. IE no record of sale. THE MONEY CAME SRTAIGHT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
