Incredible team at Eco Partners installed Jinko Tiger Neo 54c 415W N-Type solar panels and batteries across 5 buildings on site at Northcliffe Environmental Enterprises Team (NEET) in Shipley. They also provided after care support and help with understanding the Enphase app so we can already see how we will be saving money and are less reliant on the national grid. Had a battery and inverter installed and the experience was great from quotation to installation and follow up. Post the installation I had a problem with my car charger Eco Partners reacted professionally and were the ones who came up with a solution. Recently had a system installed and so far I’m extremely happy. I spent quite sometime choosing whom I’d like to supply and fit my PV and battery setup, and eventually went with Ecopartners. All emails and questions that I sent were answered promptly and professionally. On the morning of installation the team arrived on time, and efficiently went ahead with installation. By late afternoon my system was up and running. Any subsequent questions that I’ve had since installation either by phone or email have been answered almost immediately. Just over 12 months ago Eco Partners fitted my system, it is a 5kw Gen3 inverter, 16.4kwh of batteries and 7.8kw of panels east/west. I've been leaving the review for 12 months to see how it went on. I've also got a heat pump and ditched the gas 2 years ago (not by Eco Partners) and very please how everything has worked out with all the systems together. I've worked out the total cost of our energy bill for 2023 and we are actually £67 in profit. This is due to the charging and discharging on octopus flux in summer and using octopus go in winter, this makes a saving of almost £3k of energy which now gives me a payback time of 7 years for everything. They also replaced my whole roof while they was installing the panels which was a bonus so no need to touch it again in my lifetime. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt and I wish I'd have known them when I was having my heat pump done as they would have been my first choice as well.

EcoPartners installed a GivEnergy Solar and battery system in for me last year. The sales consultation lead up and final installation was all completed very professionally. When I had a problem earlier this year with one of the key components under warranty, the boss stepped in personally and got things moving. Longer, sunnier days are fast approaching and with help from Octopus Flux I’m now hopefully going to be reaping the benefits and actually profiting from this system. I’ll be ordering more from EcoPartners when I can afford it.

After being recommended by a friend to consider GHP to install a solar system for us, I can’t recommend Eliot and team highly enough - they were great. Eliot was very responsive throughout the quoting and design process of our solar and battery system. The installation was handled very professionally and everything was left exceptionally neat and tidy. After installation Eliot remained on hand to tweak and advise on usage as needed - including recently coming over the very next day when some building work disrupted the set up. Within a few minutes he had everything working perfectly again. GHP did a fantastic job and I’m very happy I decided to go with them.

I came across Metis as they are working with Oxfordshire County Council on a government trial, to retrofit houses with various systems including solar PV to assess tariff uptake. In my case the scheme covers the provision and installation of the solar panels and battery with a monthly cost to cover maintenance and optimisation of the system. There's an app that shows potential savings, so I used the quote from Metis to understand the equipment being provided rather than accessing the benefits. The whole process has been extremely efficiently co-ordinated. I signed the Docusign documents Friday morning, scaffolding was up by the afternoon and the installation started on the Tuesday morning, and the main system including the battery was commissioned by the end of the day. A small hiccup as additional scaffolding was required for a separate part of the roof, but you look at how companies handle problems to access how professional they are. In this case, the scaffolding was here first thing the following morning and the final panels installed and connected immediately. All of this handled by themselves, they just informed me of the issue, so it didn't need my involvement in any way. A totally professional installation, and the scaffolding should be down later this week, all right before Christmas, so I am very happy I can now look forward to saving money on my electricity bills and taking part in the government trial, and hoping the information they gather can help the adoption of greener energy systems for others too.

I switched to Amber Electric with EnergyIQ and saved $1300!! Here I was thinking all energy providers charge the same amount for electricity. Clearly not! I really wish I did this sooner. I’m so happy that on top of the savings we made, I’m now with a provider who gets their power from clean energy sources.

I switched to OVO Energy with EnergyIQ and couldn't be happier with the process, it was super quick and painless. I ended up saving more than $700 just from switching too! Here I was thinking that I was on the best plan already but clearly I've been paying more for electricity than I should be! We have had heat pumps, solar panels and insulation in our home – and the house is so cosy and comfortable. Menai Heating have offered a very professional service throughout, from initial contact through to completion. All people involved i.e. surveyors, office staff, installers and customer liaison were professional, friendly, efficient and polite. If an appointment had been arranged, the staff would always phone to inform us when they were planning to arrive. The sub-contractors were excellent – the insulation/plastering team, plumbers, roofers and electricians. Thank you!

The help from Energy Saving Grants was excellent. They clearly explained the process and what we would be eligible for and were available to answer any questions. We were fortunate enough to qualify for the government ECO-4 grant and they arranged for us (via a separate company) to have installed new and high quality air source heat pump, new central heating & hot water system, solar panels, loft insulation and if it was possible, we could have had cavity wall insualtion as well, all for zero cost to us or our landlord. There are a lot of companies out there offering access to ECO-4 funding, but not all of them provide all of the options we made use of, and not all of them are totally funded. We waited approximately 3 weeks from initial enquiry until a surveyor came to our house (with Christmas in beween, so likely 2 weeks in usual conditions) and the work was all completed by the middle of March, so a total of perhaps 5 weeks once we had word that funding had been secured. The company they employed to do the work were proficient, tidy and polite and left our home in a good state (and also much warmer!!!). A lot of people arent aware of the ECO-4 funding, and often believe it to be a scam, but I can safley say that this company and the available grat is indeed genuine, so long as you are eligible. The whole process was totally hands-off for us (other than some basic form filling), so required very little time.

We had Kerosene for cooking,and coal as our only source of heating. From start to finish our installation team from Summit Energy where fantastic good bunch of guy's who did a professional job. All I can say is WOW From my first point of contact to the finally day I can’t not fault this company at all. When reading about what I could possible have fitted within my home I was very sceptical thinking NO WAY, I work as an End of life carer but with low hours I also get topped up with UC so I was thinking maybe I wouldn’t qualify.
