The final straw has been no phone signal this weekend with open reach saying it’s the providers problem and clear business having answerphone stating they are only open Monday to Friday !!! Appalling abd dangerous and I will be contacting local MP and financial omnibusman!!!!

That was on 28th January and AGAIN NO CONTACT from anyone connected with this so called company. Solicitors now involved. Please avoid using them.

Försök aldrig få dem att installera något åt dig. Dessa är säljare utan kunskap om hur installationstekniken fungerar. De finns där för pengarna och efter det kommer du att få kämpa dig fram för att få hjälp.

Update: our sales rep visited us to help rectify our situation. While we'll have to wait and see about production, they were eager to fix the drain pipe issue quickly and make sure we were taken care of. I will continue to update this review as I see promises fulfilled. For this reason I moved it up one star, so far. Original Review: DAMAGE DONE TO HOUSE Glyde sold us solar a year ago. Supposedly, their solar engineers configured our roof to make 110% of our electrical use. Well, a year later, we can ascertain using software from NREL that we were only given enough panels for 75%, leaving us with a payment every month. A Glyde rep happened to stop by a few weeks ago, we told him, and he said he'd follow up. Never did. Now, we've also discovered a water leak in our house because the installer, hired by Glyde, drilled a hole right through our house drain pipe when he installed the panel. When we called Glyde, guess what - no response. My husband had to literally fix it himself, pulling the wire out from the middle of our pipe. This company has no interest in anything but a sale. They will promise a certain output but not deliver. If they get something wrong, they won't answer or fix the problem. Very untrustworthy. So disappointing because we typically don't trust these types of people, and they've proven us right. Glyde has no customer service, and is not a company I recommend.

GLYDE SOLAR SURRENDERS ITS LICENSE - Will Its CEO Be Deported?
Solar contracts can span decades and cost more than a car. Before signing it makes sense to vet the solar provider. Based on what I have learned about Glyde Solar, I would NEVER have business dealings with the company. It began when I called the phone number listed on Glyde's website and received a "not in service" message. This led me to question if Glyde Solar was even licensed. Lo and behold, according to the Utah Division of Professional Licensing, Glyde Solar SURRENDERED its license in July 2024. On the surrender form Glyde "forfeits all right to practice in the construction trades in Utah." Bear in mind that Utah is Glyde Solar's home state. Under Utah law (§ 58-55-604), a contractor may not enforce its contracts unless it can prove that it was "appropriately licensed when the contract sued upon was entered into, AND when the alleged cause of action arose." You should check your contract with Glyde Solar to see if disputes must be litigated in Utah courts. You may have a strong case for voiding the contract. Of course, nobody surrenders a license when they could simply allow it to expire. Was there an issue with Glyde's application? It seems there was. The Utah application form required Glyde Solar to list ALL owners and affirm that none had been convicted of a felony. But when one compares Glyde's Utah application with information revealed during litigation (see Glyde Solar, LLC vs. Green House Solar and Air, Inc.), it is clear that Glyde failed to disclose its principal owner. Why would Glyde conceal its owner from licensing authorities? It turns outs that Glyde Solar's owner served time in federal prison for FELONY ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD. Something akin to bank fraud involving sensitive personal data. After the owner's release from prison a DEPORTATION ORDER was issued against him; courts have ruled that he is "not eligible for relief" from his deportation order. Perhaps this explains Glyde Solar's surrender of its Utah professional license. Perhaps Utah authorities discovered Glyde's concealment of its owner and gave the company a choice: surrender your license or go through a disciplinary proceeding that will result in your license being revoked. It is common for state licensing boards to reciprocate each other's actions. If Glyde was forced to surrender its license in its home state of Utah, then one could expect similar outcomes in other jurisdictions. Green House Solar leveled a serious charge against Glyde during the course of litigation: "Glyde sales agents have made various misstatements to actual and potential Green House customers regarding such customers’ power consumptions and the estimated offsets of Green House’s photovoltaic systems (i.e., the extent to which Green House’s photovoltaic systems would eliminate the customers’ need for traditional sources of electricity) so as to generate more sales and commissions for Glyde." Maybe there was some truth to Green House's claim. In early 2024, Glyde Solar filed yet another lawsuit in which it admitted: "[a]s a result of the Green House Lawsuit, Glyde . . . was forced to pay a substantial sum to resolve the lawsuit." Do litigants who have done no wrong pay substantial sums to settle? I would never enter a solar contract with a company that surrendered its professional license or felt a need to hide its owner from public authorities. Once the deportation order against the owner is finally enforced, where does this leave Glyde Solar? Where does this leave Glyde's customers? Once again, I would strongly encourage any person under contract with Glyde Solar to review the agreement to determine if disputes must be litigated in Utah courts.

11.68 KW - My Experience w. Glyde Solar: A Smart Investment & Sleek Upgrade
I recently had Glyde Solar install a solar system on my home in Erie, CO, and overall, my experience has been positive. We installed a fairly large 11.68 kW system, and while I’m happy with the performance so far, there are a few things I’d recommend for others considering solar. The Installation Process: Glyde Solar handled the installation efficiently and professionally. The team was communicative, and the process went smoothly without any major hiccups. We did have a pretty severe hailstorm in May 2023, with hen egg-sized hail, which resulted in two of our panels getting cracked. Out of the 36 panels on our roof, having just two with aesthetic damage was better than I expected. Despite the damage, the panels were still producing power, but we decided to get them replaced. Glyde was great about this—they replaced the panels at a minimal cost, and their crew made sure everything was back to full working order before they left. System Performance and Monitoring: Since the system went live, I’ve been able to monitor everything through SolarEdge’s app, which I really enjoy. It’s satisfying to see how much power I’m producing each day and to cross-check that with my utility bills. It’s worth noting that I don’t entirely trust utility companies to provide accurate readings, so having this monitoring capability is really important to me. Not only this, our system is overproducing about 4,000kwh extra a year… an unexpected free gift. Love for the Panels: I have to say, I absolutely love my solar panels. I never really understood why some people think solar looks cheap. I’ll agree that some of the older blue and white-trimmed panels aren’t the most attractive, but the ones that Glyde Solar installs are completely different. They use monocrystalline panels that look like sleek 65-inch TVs spread across my roof. They’re incredibly clean and modern looking. Living in Colorado, where we get a lot of sun and rain, these panels stay surprisingly clean. Even when it snows, the snow melts off the panels quickly, so they aren’t covered for long, and we’re still producing plenty of power throughout the winter, not just in the summer. Financial Considerations: If I had to do it again, I would definitely recommend going with the largest system your utility allows, especially considering how solar can increase your home’s resale value. For us, United Power only allows a 120% offset, but I’ve heard Excel Energy allows up to 200%. If I were in their service area, I’d absolutely go for the maximum offset—it’s just smart in terms of long-term value, especially if you ever plan to sell your home. A key point to consider is that you can only claim the federal tax credit once. This means if you plan to add a battery or additional panels later, you won’t get the same tax benefit as you did with the initial installation. Speaking of batteries, in hindsight, I wish I’d gone for one. With utilities finding new ways to charge customers—like demand charges even if you’re overproducing power—it seems like batteries are going to become increasingly valuable. I’m excited to see what new options come on the market and will probably look into it when we can. Final Thoughts: All in all, I’m happy with my solar system, and I feel it was a good investment. Glyde Solar did a solid job, and the system is performing well, but there are definitely things to consider if you’re thinking about going solar. If you can afford to max out your system size and add a battery, I think it’s worth it, especially given the potential financial and resale benefits down the line. Plus, the panels themselves are a sleek addition to the home, not just an energy solution.

Almost four years since my $10,000 + Solar system was installed with a Ten-year warranty PEDLEY’S promise, they have failed my family. IOvewr the past 3 + years I have called and emailed more times than I can remember, with one call returned with a promise that someone would call me back to assist - 2 years ago. For anyone thinking about getting a Solar System from Pedley’s, my issues for the past years are: 1. During a rain gutter clean, I found several clamps loose in the rain gutter that are used to hold the solar panel on the roof. I again contacted them and got no response. My Concerns is WHAT IS HOLDING THE SOLAR PANELS ON MY ROOF!! 2. I have requested a system service and offered to pay; as expected, still no response from them. 3. The system has digital access to see systems performance, I was never shown how it was to be connected, Pedleys failed as promised to show me. 4. I asked for a Battery system solution, no response 5. I am questioning the performance of the PEDLEY’S solar system to deliver I have seen PEDLEY’S Solar advertising, Google and Facebook, about how good they are, well that is until you pay and then you are on your own. All I want is what I paid for, nothing more and nothing less. As a business owner, I do not have time to chasing you up on things you advertise on your website and promise. Pedley’s call me back, or I am forced to take this to the Dept of Fair Trade and the ACCC.

Dodgy company and extremely poor customer care
They were very responsive during sales and have made us believe that they're a big company with their own installers and excellent after-sales customer care. We signed and come installation date (2 Dec 2020), a rude installer came who even gave us his own business card. He couldn't complete the monitoring system installation and rudely told us to just call the IT dept. Weeks and weeks and numerous unreturned calls after, our monitoring system is still not up and running. We're extremely disappointed and very worried on how a warranty claim will be handled.

Terrible customer service
Installer was 6 hours late with no explanation or apology. 6 weeks on and system is yet to be turned on. PEDLEYS does not return calls, emails or messages. A useless system sitting on our roof, we don't even know if it works! Clean Energy Council have also tried to advocate on our behalf with no response. The company are taking no responsibility for our situation and cannot tell us when our paperwork was submitted to trigger an inspector. Edited- it took over 2 months for them to finally have our install inspected. They tried to bribe us by telling us they'd push it through faster if we withdrew our complaints to the relevant authorities. They did not scan our QR code at install and kept pestering US, weeks after our system was finally signed off on. They sent what I can only describe as a disheveled, very unprofessional man from a totally unrelated company to my house on 2 occasions to threaten us if we didn't supply the qr code again. We had emailed this to them BEFORE the install and the installer took a photo of it on the day of install. Pedleys gave out our private information to this person for the sole purpose of intimidating us. The Clean Energy Council no longer approve them as installers, cancelling their membership in December 2020. They have called us on several occasions now to ensure they are up to date on our situation. They were mortified by the bribery offered, the threatening nature of person at our door and have advised they have added our file to a long and growing list of terrible business practices of Pedleys that have come to their attention. Unfortunately CEC was not at all surprised about our dealings with Pedleys are they are repeat offenders hence their membership being cancelled.

Lack of response
I will expand more in the coming days, this note is only to confirm the last review made by another person just below mine. After sales, this is installation and commissioning is extremely poor. At the moment I have asked for 4 times for Proof of ownership requested to complete the SEG application. This is e a copy of your paid in full invoice but no response, they do not care. I will expand in a further review about all the problems I have had due to a lack of professionalism and knowledge of this company

Not commisioning properly following G98/99 process resulting in export MPAN rejected by DNO. Contacted them and heard nothing. Uanble to apply for SEG and export back to grid. After sales is a joke right after they took your money. How can this not be regulated if process if not followed? What is the point of all this accreditation? Will write formal complaint to MCS

Terrible communication and responses from Wallop…
Communication and responses from Wallop Energy are slow and incredibly frustrating. It takes several emails and phone calls to get them to act. The solar system was originally incorrectly installed. It then took several emails and calls repeatedly to them to have it correctly fitted after which more time had passed. The system isn’t sending an export reading (and never did!) and again we are having to chase them repeatedly to get this fixed (1 month later still not yet done). Their after care service is overall very poor and lacking. ** Response to below - I confirm I am most definitely a customer.

Terrific Company
I dont know why there have been so many recent bad reviews, I can only assume its a malicious campaign. Its been a great experience dealing with Wallop Energy. The quote was very quick and accurate, all my questions and concerns were answered without delay and satisfactorily. The install went ahead on the planned day without any issues. The engineers were fantastic and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and how long it would take. I cannot recommend this company enough and have already told my friends and family to get quotes.

inverter blew up!
Terrible service. I have had to phone and email repeatedly to get a battery. This is just to buy one, the sale should be the easy bit, I’m extremely concerned about the support if anything goes wrong if this is how the sales perform. So, an update, battery installed and the ac inverter blew up. Told replacement would be a couple weeks. Avoid this company at all costs

All good bar the scafolding
The pre sales and installation from Wallop are first rate. We quickly got a proposal at a good price and the installation was arranged within a few weeks. Much to my delight as I had been messed around by a previous company for over a year. The installation team are very friendly and did a great job. I had recently reroofed my property and the roofer checked the job after saying it was of good quality. Unfortunately the scaffolding has been left up for over 4 weeks now. I have phone a few times each week and sometimes multiple times in a day, people are polite and sympathetic saying they will get back, but no one phones. Eventually I phoned and was told the scaffolding was coming down on the 23rd August, no one turned up. I had arranged to work from home that day. I've phone again today to inform and been told someone will get back. I'll write an update if/when it comes down. It’s a shame as up to this point I would have recommended without hesitation. Update 31/08/2022 We are working on this to get it removed. Seems I'm at the mercy of sub contractor, but these things do happen with any building project. Naz is helping sort it out.

Made an online enquiry for solar panels, was sent a quotation which are a month i decided to go-ahead with, a few questions and tweaks to the order were made, all no pressure at any point and emails were answered quickly , 4 weeks later 15 panels and 6.5kwh battery install, very impressed with communication throughout, installers Jim and Kieron arrived system installed same day all was left up and running, we was only quoted for 13 panels but the installers managed to get 15 installed only a deposit was paid originally till after i was happy a few days later. I was impressed by the performance and a week later had an additional 6.5kw battery. Aug so far we have only see 1/4 of our normal bills and most days totally off grid power. Very happy and look forward to seeing a saving over the next few year, Thanks Nav for keeping communication updates. Highly recommended, Pricing was very competitive with better than most.

Après un cour passage chez eux, je ne vous recommande pas l’expérience. Suite à une erreur de rib, ils m’ont facturé 12euros49 de frais. Après échanges avec le service client, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. J’ai testé un nouvel essai suite à la baisse des tarifs : résultat aucune réponse de leur part. Ils ne sont définitivement pas serieux.

PRIX FIXE .... FAUX HARCHI FAUX
J'ai souscrit un contrat prix fixe 2 ans en octobre 2024. Avec cette histoire de baisse de prix de EDF en février 2025, j'ai surveillé de plus près mon contrat de la Belle Energie en ce mois de février et il s'avère que mon abonnement et le prix fixe d'électricité avait augmenté. J'ai donc résilié pour passer chez TOTAL ENERGIE (ce qui m'a plus chez eux, ce sont les heures SUPER creuse, en plus des heures creuses). J'ai reçu ma facture la BELLE ENERGIE et là quelle surprise : mon contrat qui est prix fixe de 2 ans, a vu une augmentation au 01/11/2024 (abonnement + px élec), puis une 2è augmentation de tarif (abonnement + px élec) au 01/02/2025 .... En résumé, les contrats prix fixes c'est du GROS PIPO !!! Il faut surveiller et faites des impressions d'écrans de vos tarifs depuis votre compte, car ça passe inaperçu l'évolution du tarif .... Le problème, c'est qu'on a le détail des tarifs seulement lors de la réception de la facture ... imaginez, vous devez attendre un an ... Sinon, l'autre solution c'est de changer de fournisseur ... Donc moi, je compte bien changer régulièrement de fournisseur ... je vais bien surveiller TOTAL ENERGIE .... Sinon, je ferai un retour au bercail .... EDF Tarif Bleu ...

J'avais souscrit un contrat prix fixe un an en juillet 2024. Voyant que les prix TTC augmentaient, j'ai résilié le 04 février 2025. Je viens de recevoir ma facture de clôture et OH surprise le prix fixe HT promis à la souscription n'est pas du tout respecté : augmentation au 01/11/2024 et augmentation au 01/02/205. Donc le prix fixe garanti pour le KWh et l'abonnement en HT est de la poudre aux yeux. Il me semble que l'état à augmenter les taxes uniquement, ce qui est fait aussi. Serait ce de la malhonnêteté ??

Augmentation du prix du kWh malgré un contrat à prix fixe
Après seulement 3 mois de souscription à un contrat à prix fixe pour 3 ans, ils augmentent le prix du kWh en invoquant une hausse du TURPE, qui n'est pas une taxe en soi. Non seulement cela, mais cette augmentation devrait être compensée par la baisse des prix du TRVE, qui est significative à 15%. En d'autres termes, je souscris à un prix fixe par kWh pour trois ans, le prix baisse en février, mais ils augmentent le prix en contradiction avec le contrat. Comme je ne veux me battre avec personne, j'ai simplement annulé le contrat pour aller avec Octopus, qui offre un meilleur prix. Nous verrons si eux respectent un contrat sans faire de subterfuges pour ne pas le respecter.

Worst Business I have dealt with
I would never ever use this organisation again and would recommend no one use them! I had an ASHP installed by Allan and whilst Mark in his team is a great guy and good plumber, the design, installation and operation of our heat pump is terrible. Our costs have rocketed and I had to find, buy and get someone to install measuring equipment to evidence how bad the system is. Allan is the most arrogant and frustrating person I have ever come across. MCS have found in my favour in terms of complaint but Allan has still done nothing to rectify in over 12 months. We will be taking this business to court very soon.

Would avoid at all costs
Arrogant man Allan, with an exaggerated sense of self importance. Assured me whilst measuring up, that job was easy and installation would be sorted. Was due to fit solar thermal on GHG scheme. A web of intricate lies followed with one email after another with ‘poor me’ as the subject title. Months went by whilst I patiently waited. Basically he did not know how to make the installation and preferred to spend months of my time backtracking and being dishonest.

We have had a heat pump fitted by JRL Microgen and found the whole experience a lot less stressful than we imagined. Mark the fitter is a very nice young man and installed our heat pump and replaced the radiators very expertly and left everything clean and tied. The information we received was very clear and Allan explained everything very well. There quote was a lot less than than the other companies who did not explain anything. Update on the Mrs Kandasamy dispute. We are purchasing back the PV and solar thermal materials for the price she paid plus sorting the boiler & cylinder. To put this to bed we have decided to give all her money back rather than waste more time in court actions. Its a shame this client was not a little more reasonable as this could have been sorted a lot quicker. Good for her, money back and good for us to move on.

I would recommend Microgen to anyone considering an eco installation. I was left in a terrible situation following an installation that turned out to be dangerous even though it was accredited. Please be aware there are sub standard installers out to make 'quick' money. Then Microgen stepped in and fixed my system faults to the best standard out there. They were very professional, courteous and sympathetic to my needs after all I had been left without heating or hot water for 6months. I cannot thank them enough they are fantastic and continue to support me by taking a claim further on my behalf. Thank you isn't really enough I am so grateful I found you and look forward to your annual service checks to make sure all is working effectively

After being let down by several companies and not having heating for several months over winter, JRL Microgen were recommended to us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Allan came to look at the system within a couple of days after our first call. He talked us through several options for our system so we could decide what was best for our home and budget. They started the work quickly and did everything with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Mark who did the work was fantastic and his attention to detail meant we have been left with an excellently installed system thats also really neat. The post installation aftercare has been second to none. If you want a renewable energy system thats fitted by people who turn up when they say they will, with no hidden costs and first class service, I recommend JRL Mircogen.

Zeer slechte service na een melding van een lekkage op mijn warmtepompboiler. De melding dateert al vanaf november 2024 en tot heden nog geen oplossing vanuit sunlogics. Wij zijn het beu om alsmaar de zelfde excuses te horen dat ze op zoek zijn naar een monteur die dit kan oplossen voor ons en alleen op de juridische weg kunnen we nog verder komen. Dus bespaar jullie de stress en moeite en ga op zoek naar een betrouwbare bedrijf voor jullie aankoop......

Beginning ok + installation ok but after sales rly bad.
In the beginning, everything went well. Solar panels, battery and smart system. Everything nicely installed in May 2024 (solar panels only). At the end of July the battery. Then notification that the smart system is currently out of stock. But then it starts...... when will the smart system be there? Good question, meanwhile we are February 2025 with no idea. Few times called with always promise to install the system asap. Called today and I am in a communication center myself but who the hell was that on the line.. Like we say in Belgium, WA NE BOER. “YES if it's not there it can't be installed” Admitting something went wrong is ok. Denial on the other hand are not ok. :-)

Totalt inkompetenta. Montaget var en ren katastrof. Dom hade överhuvudtaget ingen kunskap om vad dom höll på med. Förstörde mängder med takpannor för att dom inte kunde dra ut varmgalvade spik på rätt sätt. Monterade skenorna fel vid flera tillfällen. Montaget såg så illa ut att mina grannar undrade. Läktfästena var inte justerade rätt så att panelerna och skenor var vridna och böjda med montagespänningar som följd. Läktfästen och skenor var felmonterade och satt i vissa fall bara med en skruv. Sa till Martin som är VD om detta redan efter några dagars montage. Han blev då arg och skällde ut mig och sa att jag får ju intyg på att allt är rätt gjort. Tog in extern besiktningsman från institutet för solenergikvalitet som verifierade mina misstankar och observationer. Han sa att det var bara och göra om alltihop. Han hittade dessutom ytterligare fel såsom felaktigt draget kablage, felaktiga kontaktdon mm mm. Finns besiktningsprotokoll på deras hemsida. Anmälde till konsumentombudsmannen och ARN. Martin gav långt om länge med sig och gick med på att häva köpet. Vid demontaget såg jag en hög med panelklämmor som håller panelerna i skenorna. Var ca 40 st av dessa var hälften felmonterade, hade inte suttit 90 grader i skenan utan legat an på 2 punkter istället för 4. Dragna med för stort moment så att dom var helt deformerade. Detta är otroligt svårt att kontrollera liksom mycket annat när allt är monterat. Ligger ju i dold förläggning. Ni som anlitat denna firma. Jag råder er till att besiktiga er anläggning för det är direkt livsfarliga montage dom utför. Borde få näringsförbud. Martin sökte dessutom Grönt Bidrag innan arbetet var klart och fakturorna betalda vilket är grundkriterier för att få det godkänt med avslag som följd. Han använder Derome som garant i bla offerter. Derome är passiv delägare i Paneltaket enl deras egen utsago. Jag försökte få hjälp genom dom då jag inte kom någonstans med Paneltaket, men förgäves. Min strategi var att mejla både Martin, Paneltakets och Deromes info korgar med information om montaget och mycket bilder. Gärna flera ggr om dagen med stora filer. Ringa är inte lönt.

Skötte installationen bra men skickar inte in färdiganmälan till skånska energi så vi kan få igång vår anläggning. Han svarade att det gör han när det passar honom. Vi har pratat med honom flertalet gånger men utan nån positiv framgång.

Installation nov 22 men glömdes bort att anmälas till Skånska Energi. Batteriet fungerade inte på flera månader och åtgärdades efter mycket och många felsökningar. Har nu igen problem men företaget återkommer inte som de lovat. Omöjligt att komma fram på telefon (väntade idag 90 minuter sammanlagt!). Verkar mer intresserad av att sälja och mycket mindre av kundvård. Många löfften under tiden men få har uppfyllts. Slutdokumentation skedde 10 månader efter leverans och betalning. Dock var elektrikerna ett trevligt gäng som verkligen försökte sitt bästa att reda ut problemen. Må ingen skugga falla över dem!

Vd:n är en duktig säljare men när problemen med min anläggning började såsom förstörd fasad efter deras ställning, nerriven takränna och felaktigt monterade paneler så förvandlades han från trevlig till arg, hotfull och gjorde sig otillgänglig. Avråder alla från detta företag.

Paneltaket AB, en seriös leverantör av solpaneler
Vid anbudsförfrågan levererade Paneltaket AB en genomarbetad och seriös offert som också var konkurrenskraftig i produktval och pris. Leverans, montage samt elinstallation skedde på ett proffsigt sätt, snygg installation av Dala Naturkraft mycket bra bemötande och på ett "arbetsmiljösäkert" arbetssätt. Bee-Connected utförde elinstallation och färdigamälan till nätägaren. Allt gick snabbt och smidigt. Efter färdig anläggning överlämnade Martin Johnsson på Paneltaket AB dokumentation och gick igenom utrustning och teknik.

De har en otroligt vedervärdigt kundbemötande. Ett bolag som är opålitligt och oetiskt. De har bundit mitt ett tre års avtal istället för ett års avtal som vi har diskuterat med sälj. Dessutom skickar de ut obefogade fakturor till mig! Jag känner mig inte hörs och känner mig otroligt otrygg som kund!

Jag ifrågasatte detta och skrev att det stod inte att det bara gällde den dagen. Enligt avtalslagen har man rätt att svara ”inom skälig tid om inte annat anges”. 2 dagar är absolut skälig tid. Trots detta gjorde Stockholms elbolag ett avtalsbrott och nekade mig att teckna det avtal som vi ingått avtal om. Ett avtal ingås när man accepterar att anbud! Till svar får jag ett nonchalant ”anbud är inte bindande”. De vet alltså inte svensk lag. Otroligt dåligt! De skrev även att ”du tecknade avtal via elskling”. Ja, efter att ni gjorde avtalsbrott och vägrade att låta mig teckna det avtal vi kommit överens om så då tecknade jag annat avtal, 11 dagar senare! De verkar inte kunna läsa varken mail eller några paragrafer i lagboken. Under all kritik! Uppdatering!!!! Jag syftar till mailet som är först i denna mail tråd!! Den 10/9 skriver ni en offert. Jag svarar 12/9 att jag accepterar. Då skriver ni tillbaks att detta pris inte längre gäller trots att ni EJ SKRIVIT HUR LÄNGE DET GÄLLER. Jag lyfter detta med er och då skriver ni ett annat pris och DÅ skriver ni med att det gäller ”idag” (13/9). Snälla läs hela mailkonversationen innan ni försöker försvara er med falsk information! Jag trodde att ni hade rätt i att neka mig anbudet men då jag nu läser juridik så fick jag veta att anbud är BINDANDE och att man som konsument har SKÄLIG TID på sig att acceptera anbudet om inte ni har angett hur länge det gäller, vilket ni inte hade. Jag kontaktade er 3 gånger i september gällande detta. Jag kontakta er nu igen i samband med att jag fick konsultation av min lärare där det visar sig att ni har brutit mot avtalslagen. Vi hade ett avtal som ni sedan vägrade att stå för. Ert nonchalanta svar är bara att ”anbud är inte alls bindande.”

Blev rejält lurad!
Allt gick bra så länge vi hade fast elpris. Men när jag gick över till "Frihet rörligt elpris" de debiterade fem gånger så mycket för el som det verkliga priset (vanligt medelpris under månaden var under 1 kr/kWh och dom debiterade över 4 kr/kWh).

Hade ett fastprisavtal med dem, de skickade ingen notis när avtalet skulle gå ut, när jag ringde dem så hade de inget lockande erbjudande, så jag bytte elbolag. Men de 30 dagarnas uppsägningstid, fastän mitt avtal gått ut, tog de nästan 4 kr/ kWh för, elpriser i landet var relativt låga då. Ren ocker helt enkelt. Kan ej rekommendera detta skräpbolag.

Den här har jag hämtat ur från energi inspektionen hade blivit lurat på samma sätt. 😡😡😡😡 Klagomål från småföretag gäller bland annat negativ säljmetod och företagets kundtjänst I klagomålen framkommer att Stockholms Elbolag startat avtal med småföretagare utan att det har tecknats ett elavtal. Småföretagare klagar på att Stockholms Elbolag sedan presenterar vaga bevis för att det faktiskt finns ett giltigt avtal. Precis som för konsumenter så förekommer det också i klagomålen hos småföretagare att Stockholms Elbolag, trots att det är företagets uppgift att bevisa att det finns ett giltigt avtal, vänder på bevisbördan och begär att småföretagaren ska visa att det saknas ett avtal. Vid uppsägning av elavtalet hävdar Stockholms Elbolag bland annat att kunden behöver skicka in en skriftlig uppsägning via ordinarie postgång och att uppsägningstiden är 24 månader utan att kunden har fått information om det tidigare. I fall där kunden tidigare har sagt upp avtalet menar Stockholms Elbolag enligt flera klagomål att det inte har skett en uppsägning. Småföretagare klagar också på att priset på fakturan är felaktigt och inte går att hitta i de ursprungliga avtalsvillkoren. Enligt klagomålen fakturerar Stockholms elbolag en brytavgift i storleksordningen 25 000 och hotar om frånkoppling när fakturor bestrids istället för att utreda tvisten. I många klagomål beskrivs problem vid kontakter med kundtjänst när det gäller att säga upp avtal, att få information om avtalets villkor samt att få bevis på att avtal har ingåtts.... Uppdatering på grund av företagets svar. Ni ringde in och låtsades vara vår befintliga elbolaget och ville förbättrade vår el avtal. Ni hade spelat in vår samtal men har klippt ut så att fördela är på er sidan. Ringde till energi inspektionen fick vi veta om att vi är inte enda som har blivit lurat på det sättet.

Riktigt dåligt elbolag som är svartlistat av Konsumentverkets energimarknadsbyrå. De har till exempel satt i system att inte skicka ut fakturor i tid för att få in mer pengar i påminnelser och se upp när ditt avtal är på väg att löpa ut för då har de en vana att förnya avtalet utan att informera och det till betydligt sämre vilkor än tidigare. Jag känner flera som har jobbat där och deras affärsmetoder är kriminella. Det är samma ägare bakom Svealands Elbolag och Cheap Energy. Se upp med alla dessa. De har dessutom ingenting med Stockholm att göra då de har sin bas i Löddeköpinge i Skåne.

I was quite happy when I first had my solar panels installed then after a short time I realised something was wrong. I wasn’t getting hot water at all so start solar sent out a man to fix it, the panels worked after that for a while then I noticed I was spending quite a lot more than I had expected to. They sent someone out again. This had happened a few times but the last time I complained they refused to send out anyone. I know for sure the panels aren’t doing what they should be doing ie saving me money on electricity. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to install panels for anyone else. Please go to a better firm to get your solar panels.

Bij de installatie 2 keer problemen gehad dat zij te laat waren en ik de premie ben misgelopen. Nu dat ze failliet zijn is er al helemaal geen hulp meer. De Fusion Solar app werkt niet meer en zij zijn blijkbaar de enige die dit kunnen resetten met hun paswoord. Heeft er nog iemand deze ervaring en hoe kan dit worden opgelost???

HS Power Solutions is niet failliet, zo blijkt uit een onderzoek van de deurwaarder.
Ik had een contract getekend met deze firma augustus 2023. Vijfmaal een datum gekregen voor plaatsing. Nooit opgedaagd. Zijn niet failliet volgens de deurwaarder, wel een lange lijst van schuldeisers, waaronder de belastingen. Zitten nu een Brussels concern, waar je blijkbaar niet aan kan raken. Ze blijven dus wel online en kunnen geld binnenstrijken via offertes enz. En dat wordt blijkbaar toegestaan volgens de Belgische wet!

Grosse arnaque, ils ont installé mes panneaux, jusqu’à là tout allait bien. Sauf que l’espère est passé mais ils n’ont jamais enregistré mes panneaux chez ORES. Je risque perdre l’avantage qu’il tourne a l’envers. C’était prévu qu’ils m’installe une borne de recharge, ils ne l’ont jamais fait. Impossible de les joindre. J’ai même fait intervenir un service de médiation, ils ne répondent pas. J’ai déjà contacté mon avocat. On va finir au tribunal.

Courrier envoyé à JPME le 13/02... toujours sans réponse à ce jour! Une plainte sera déposée cette semaine au médiateur national de l'énergie. Bonjour, J'ai investi 11247€ en mai 2019 pour la pose de 8 panneaux solaires avec l'équipement Elios4you. J'ai acheté une E-batterie à 599€ en mai 2021. J'ai reçu un virement de 100€ (!) en tout et pour tout, ce qui fait quand même peu vu l'investissement. Je soupçonne que toute l'électricité que j'ai pu produire va directement dans le réseau (et est sans doute vendue un bon prix par votre entreprise) car j'ai toujours une facture d'électricité très élevée (de l'ordre de 110€/mois) pour une consommation tout à fait raisonnable. Je vous ai fait un mail en juin 2024 (objet : Equipement de monitoring en panne, envoyé le 6 juin 2024) qui n'a jamais eu de réponse. J'ai eu (enfin !) la curiosité de consulter les avis au sujet de votre entreprise sur internet, et... c'est édifiant ! En conclusion, ou bien vous me payez rapidement ce que vous me devez, ou bien je considère que cette entreprise est une escroquerie organisée et je le fais savoir... J'ai signé un contrat avec JPME en avril 2024 suite à l'installation de mes panneaux solaires. Je suis prélevé depuis le moi de mai 2024. Ma batterie virtuelle est soi-disant active depuis le 8 août 2024. Malgré mes multiples relances par mails et mes tentatives de les joindre par téléphone, je n'ai à ce jour : aucun numéro client, aucune facture, aucun échéancier, aucun espace client pour suivre ma production, ma consommation et le niveau de ma batterie virtuelle. C'est lamentable !

Impayés de la part de JPME
Contrat passé début février 2023 avec le service JPME pour le rachat du surplus d'électricité. Depuis, aucune nouvelle et aucun courrier de JPME. Deux ans de surproduction impayé, environ 2700€, de très nombreux appels téléphoniques au service Jpme et dont la réponse est toujours identique : "on vous rappel". Bien entendu, aucun rappel. Enfin, je prends contact par mail et une réponse me parvient pour me dire de me rapprocher d'autres clients que je ne connais pas. Pour l’instant, je prends contact avec l’association "QUE CHOISIR" (étant abonné depuis plus de 15 ans), afin de regrouper les plaignants et voir les démarches que je dois engager pour rentrer dans mes fonds. En dernier lieu, une plainte sera déposée auprès du Tribunal de Grande Instance si aucune solution n'est trouvée.

Nous avons signé un contrat chez JPME en mars 2023 pour l'Offre E-BATTERIE SUPER + + consuel inclus pour un montant de 799€ à l'époque. Il est était convenu d'être remboursé de la somme de 150€ si la signature se faisait avant le 31 mars 2023. Ce que nous avons fait. Hors à ce jour nous n'avons toujours pas reçu un centime de remboursement. Ni d'ailleurs aucun paiement du surplus de production pour la fin d'année 2023 et maintenant pour toute l'année 2024 ?? Je conseille vivement de fuir cette société

The ombudsman awarded my dad £100 to be taken off the £300 bill.... then Neo totally ignored them, then totally ignored me!! their number stopped working and we had tried contacting them for the 3 years since dad passed then gave up. not once have they replied to messages or emails. All of a sudden another 2 years later they are harassing ME for payment!! They have still not taken off the £100 the Ombudsman instructed them to do, but are now threatening to take action to recover the money. This company is by far the worst energy company EVER avoid like the plague

Their record of my payments to Neo-Energy was OK, but their invoice was based on someone else's meter readings - not my meters. No reply to letters, emails or phonecalls. Must be a scam, even though the scammer has some of Neo-Energy customer data.

Sent a final bill for a spurious amount makes no sense tried contacting but as usual zero response back ombudsman now does not investigate this is a real problem particularly with vulnerable customers they threaten debt collectors but do not respond back to your emails and data you provide to them. An absolute shower this crew will go to court before I pay a spurious bill. If money owed will pay but their billing surprisingly makes no sense. Already had a ruling agreed by ombudsman for similar behaviour. Now they are at it again with no ombudsman to assist. Looks like a number of legal cases will be filed against this business for unfair practice.

I'm currently in communication with Octopus who are trying to resolve my account and recover the £697 credit I calculate they owe me! Luckily I cancelled my Direct Debits with them months ago. What a disorganised shower of a company... Hurrah for Octopus - today (10/02) Jake accepted my Neo account evidence and placed that credit into my Octopus account. So refreshing to have online statements which are based upon actual meter readings!! Though I do miss Neo's prices!
