Bounce installed an ashp system for us in November 24. The company proved to be highly professional in our dealings with them and the install was carried out to a high standard by a highly professional, flexible and engaging team. Any subsequent snagging was undertaken at the earliest convenient time for us and again done to a high standard. Lee kept in touch throughout the whole process, honouring his original quote even after a rise in costs due to a change to our choice of radiators. Whilst this review is arguably academic as the company no longer trades, it would be unfair not to recognise the commitment and professionalism of Lee in his dealings with us and delivery of the ashp system.

good admin, questionable install
Lee is super nice and i had a lot of information leading up to install with quick responses, however installers were noncommunicative and did a lot of things without letting me know beforehand, and caused property damage. Bounce were pretty good and fast at replacing and sorting things afterwards but the loss of some of the original house floorboards and damage to personal items from being moved carelessly isn't great, and was very avoidable. The system seems to be working well though I haven't had it in for very long at time of writing.

Excellent service from Bounce
Had my ASHP installed in August but wanted to wait until I was using it regularly before writing a review. I have to say I’m more than satisfied with both the service I got from Bounce and the performance of the system since. Initially I requested 3 quotes but Bounce stood out straight away giving the impression that they not only knew what they were talking about, but also that they really wanted to work with me. Nothing seemed too much trouble, even allowing me to modify their proposal to accommodate the quirky nature of my 175yo cottage. They treated us and our property with respect and the installation was both quick and efficient with minimal mess which they cleared up before leaving. I would have no reservations recommending Bounce to anyone looking for an ASHP.

SIMPLY THE BEST
SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST. It is true, before I found Bounce Renewables, I was going to give up on Air Source heating. Several companies I tried ranged from nationals who were completely inflexible, some others who just slagged of rival companies and everything in between; through to another that I believe were con artists who promised much verbally, but altered everything once they had my deposit. I had to threaten them with court action to get my deposit back. Bounce, were like a breath of fresh air, they listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that and at the agreed price. Their people are true craftsmen and everything they did from high standard of their plumbing through to the cleanliness while carrying out their work, it showed they took pride in what they did. They took their time to explain the controls and how things like the i-Boost works and set up apps on both my wife’s and my i-Pads. They needed the patience of a Saint, as I am 80 and a bit of a Luddite. Get estimates from others of course (but get them in writing before handing over a deposit) but do go to Bounce Renewables, you will not be disappointed.

From the minute I first spoke to Bounce Renewables I hoped there would be no hard sell and mercifully I was right, they were very professional from start to finish. Lee came out to see me and was fantastic, like the other reviewer on here I’m a single lady and also very wary when making appointments but he did everything to put me at ease, very straightforward and talked me through all the options and how an air source heat pump is different to a boiler. I didn’t place a deposit on the appointment but Lee wasn’t pushy at all and was always on the end of the phone for my numerous questions after! When I did finally decide to make the leap and go with them, I was dreading the installation process but I needn’t have worried; Luke and the guys were very professional and cleaned up as they went along and also took all the rubbish with them instead of leaving an unsightly skip on my drive. There wasn't an aspect of dealing with Bounce that wasn't excellent; Lee told me that they pride theirselves on their customer care and he was spot on and I was so impressed that he’s now installing my brothers heat pump and solar so I think that tells you all you need to know!

I highly recommend Warmworks - the service we received from them was absolutely wonderful. They assessed my elderly mothers heating system, confirmed it was faulty and offered her complete new heating system (including a combi-boiler). It has made such a huge difference already. Everything was explained clearly to me, any questions I had were answered and nothing too much trouble. I was impressed by how smoothly everything went from start to finish...and the contractors were so clean and tidy that I'd no cleaning to do afterwards either!

Kinectid recently (Dec 2024) undertook the installation of a new air-source heat pump system in my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and exceeded our expectations. From our initial contact with Ali, Kinectid were attentive and responsive to our needs, providing an in-depth understanding of the systems on offer and what would be most suited to our requirements. The work was carried out with exceptional skill and despite the complexities of working with the existing pipework and working with us still living in the house, Kinectid went above and beyond minimise disruption. Their care and respect for our home and comfort were always evident. Of specific value to us was Kinectid’s ability to prioritise our project, due to our ineffective heating system and how cold the weather was. They understood the urgency of the situation and worked hard to ensure we had a warm house in time for Christmas. Their ability to make this accommodation, with members of their team working through the weekend, made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their efficiency and commitment. Flexible and knowledgeable
We had a great experience with Kinetid who installed our heat pump which replaced an inefficient old gas boiler. They thought of a clever solution which involved taking pipes through the ceiling of the floor above rather than lifting an existing floor on the ground floor; they were flexible and answered endless questions from us about the process and where we could site the heat pump and pipes etc. Roy also came back to fix small issues quickly on a weekend. Would absolutely use again. The only small thing I'd say is that they seemed to be very busy and it took us a while to get a slot - which is usually a sign of a good firm!

Poor communication and follow up process
Initially provide a very competitive quote online, but then fail on their promise of a follow up call form their sales team. When you try and contact them, you are promised call backs, but no one bothers to. They must not want any new customers at this rate, as I have emailed several times expressing interest, but no one seems very bothered to take responsibility and reply to a potential customer. Warning sign if you do go ahead to use them and have any support queries, I would be worried about their customer support! RED FLAG

Amazing! Don't hesitate to pick Kinectid over anyone else.
We were initially not sure whether to go with Kinectid as we could not find any reviews from the public about them. So, we gave Ellie in their sales team a call and she explained that they're a new outfit with employees all owning a share in the company and a few other bits and pieces which for us, sealed the deal. She was extremely professional and not pushy. The installation team were just WOW WOW and more WOW. We have never seen anyone work so hard and be so dedicated to such a job. The workmanship is outstanding. It's taken us a few weeks to adjust to having a heat pump but the Kinectid team showed us how it all works, downloaded the app for us and programmed everything. They even took a look at our solar panel system and tweaked that to optimise it. We cannot rate the team highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Kinectid and to anyone who cannot decide on which company to use for their renewables, if you are worried about being treated as "just another customer", we can assure you that we felt the opposite with this team.

Second to none
From initially contacting Cheshire renewables the service received was excellent. Daniel was clearly very knowledgeable and offered great advice about the product. Not a full installation but an addition to existing, supply and fit an Eddi. I add that having contacted several other companies, Daniels company showed the only interest in this small job. The installation was completed by Josh who was very professional, polite and patient and had the ability to clear up any mess. Being of the dinosaur generation it takes a bit of understanding but he knew all the answers and also was able to explain other parts of the solar working which was absent from original installers. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this Company. Customer service was superb.

From initially contacting Cheshire renewables the service received was excellent. Daniel was clearly very knowledgeable and offered great advice on the first visit to our property. The proposal pack was received the following day and was very comprehensive with a competitive quote. The on site team were all very professional and polite and kept us updated when a number of delivery delays (not their fault) caused some issues. Daniel was more than happy to pop back to help with a couple of teething issues post installation too. Would (..and have) definitely recommend to others.

DON'T BOTHER
Consultant Andy gave me a quote before Christmas, which I found acceptable. He said my pipes and radiators looked suitable and wouldn't need replacing. I duly submitted his quote to the Energy Savings Trust for approval, overriding a previous company the EST had approved. Yesterday, Andy gave me another quote, after the Green Homes Surveyor paid a visit (2 hours late with no notification). Now Andy is telling me I DO need all radiators and pipes replaced, which will add over £5k more to the quote!!! Why's he even quoting when he's not qualified to do so!! Grrr!

Green Home Systems installed a Heat Pump
Green Home Systems installed a Heat Pump in our property. It was not a straight forward install as we did not have a wet system in place, so the house underwent ‘open heart surgery’. The team did a great job, always letting us know what was going on, and tidied up after every day. They did a fantastic job. For the first time since we moved in two years ago, the house has an even heat in every room, so for now the system seems to be working well!

HOUSE INSULATION -TERRACED HOUSE
Was concerned about having insulation work done as I live alone, but after speaking with initially with Meghan GHS I was provided with all information before I committed to the work. She explained my options concisely and costs & rough timescales for the work required to insulate my very cold terraced house. The work I required was carried out through local government funding and a grant from Homes Energy Scotland. All works from survey done to cavity wall/loft & underfloor insulation were carried out timeously professionally and with curtesy by skilled, polite, well groomed workmen to my satisfaction. Yes there was some clearing up to do after cavity wall installation, but understandable given the nature of the job. Office staff and managers of different sections were polite and helpful when I made contact with them during and after completion of the job and I received after request paper copy documents of all work completed for my file. Great company with a great team and would highly recommend them & I feel the benefit as the house keeps it's heat.

The sales team communicated regularly. A site visit was made by the technical team due to the nature of my installation. The install team were polite, and the quality of their work was excellent and where they had any concerns they discussed options immediately with me. The finished installation standard is some of the best work I have seen in over 40 years.

Nothing is too much trouble
We had unexpectedly run out of oil due to an issue with our oil monitor. I called Broadland Fuels at 8am as soon as they opened and they were at our house delivering oil within the hour! Is it real or is it real? Trust your gut instinct.
I received a call from a company regarding the "free boiler scheme". However, once they had my address they stated that looking at it, presumably on google, that they could tell that it didn't fit their requirements for a new boiler. How they can tell what goes on inside a house when looking only at the outside is a mystery. I may be doing them a disservice but I am now going to worry myself sick that they have my details and that it is probably a scam so I have a lot to worry about. I know what is wrong with not just the boiler but a whole host of other problems which they apparently deal with, for free. But hey, there's nothing like a free lunch right! Better luck next time.

I would like to say everything went…
I would like to say everything went well however I’m not well and the two men that came to my home started at 830am and didn’t leave till 730 pm . This was obviously a two day job however they came from Birmingham to Norfolk so wanted to complete the same day. They left a lot of rubbish everywhere, the brick work to fill an old flue gap is terribly executed. Looks like a child has done it. I am happy with the work in respect of the installation of the boiler though. It was way to long of a day for me and I suffered for days after as I couldn’t go to bed/ sleep , I’m missing my timer control that was not needed for the new installation and it cost me a lot of money only a couple of years ago and I could have reused that myself as I felt that it was my property so I’m unhappy about that it wasnt left. The chaps were great though so I will contact them direct as I’m sure it was accidentally removed and hope they can post it back to me . Overall I am happy however consideration should be taken that sending someone 4 hours away to do a job is probably not the best .

I recently had a Worcester Greenstar 4000 installed by Eco 4 Energy Grants and honestly it was one of the smoothest experiences i’ve had. They answered all my concerns/questions regarding the new boiler and provided me the best service. Everyone involved was so helpful and informative, never left me out the loop. Replacement of a (failing ?) voltage optimiser
Replaced a voltage optimiser as existing one apparently not working as it should. As I have no means of checking I have to trust what they tell me. I was impressed with the work. Wiring so much tidier than that which existed. PV plus de-commissioned because surplus to requirements. Only outstanding item is activation of the Lux battery monitoring app. otherwise would have warranted 5 stars.

A good experience except installers were running very late. I waited in all day and no one let me know. Also they did not seem to have been fully briefed about problems and had to go to get parts from Screwfix on the middle of the job as they had run out.

I decided to have 14 solar panels and a 6.5kW battery installed to cut down on my energy bills and protect myself from ever-rising electricity prices. Eco-Energy Ltd did a fantastic job—installing everything in just one day with minimal disruption. Darren, the electrician, kept me informed throughout the installation of the Growatt battery and inverter, while Cole ensured the panels were neatly and securely positioned on my roof. The whole process was smooth and professional.All waste was removed by the installers. The system has exceeded my expectations! In the first few weeks, my solar panels have been generating more power than predicted, and they seem highly efficient—meaning they’ll likely pay for themselves even sooner than expected. Once my G99 certificate is approved, I’ll be able to take advantage of Octopus Energy’s Smart Export Guarantee (currently 15p per kWh) and reduce my bills even further. Even in early March, I’m generating around 20kWh a day, saving me approximately £5 per day—over £150 per month! I only wish I had done this years ago. We made an online enquiry about solar panels and Sarah contacted us to organise a visit from Mike, their rep. He talked through everything and answered all our questions. The office were keen to organise a start date, but were happy to postpone while we had roofing work done. The installation week was planned. We only discovered the actual date on the evening before when the electrician contacted us. Cole and William arrived to start installing the panels. Darren and Sean arrived later to do the wiring. We have an old house, with very thick walls, snd the panels were going in two separate parts of the house, one area being on the garage roof. This proved to give Darren quite a few challenges, but he solved them all with patience and determination. It was a pleasure having the Eco. Energy guys in our house. They were pleasant and friendly. I particularly enjoyed Sean's singing and the laughter between the guys as they worked. Due to the nature of our walls, Darren had to cut through the plaster to install some of the wiring. All alternative options were fully discussed and considered before i agreed to this. The other option was plastic trunking, which would have been unsightly, so I was happy to go with having to do some minor decorative repairs. The system appears to be working well. The system used is Growatt. We've contacted their customer service centre through the app and had a question answered promptly. Sarah in the office was lovely when talking about payments. They don't accept cheques, but were happy for me to stagger payments due to transfer limits on my bank account. It's always a worry when employing someone to do a job that costs so much. I am happy with the work that was carried out. I'm not sure about cost comparison as we didn't do much of a comparison in prices from other installers so I can't fully review that. Overall, I would recommend Eco Energy.

Eco Energy was involved in fitting solar panels, battery and heat source pump in our home. Found the service excellent. Guided us though the funding available. Helped with paperwork. Workman were fantastic some of the best we have had. In Particular Kieran and Simon were. excellent. Knew there stuff. Extemely neat and cleared up. Nothing was too much bother. Thomas Harkins was very helpful to talk us through the application process etc. Chris Morran was also helpful. Over all can recommend Eco Energy highly

Unprofessional roofers , poor after sales service.
Unprofessional roofers , poor quality instalation, insulation and insulation panels damaged by them and after I have reported to Eco Energy they just said sorry about it but they didn't fix the damage. Solar panels stop working properly months ago even one day didn't generate any energy at all. I contacted Eco Energy and I been told they will call me back in 10 minutes, after 2 months I am still waiting for the call back.

Great Experience
The work I had them carry out on my property was slightly more compilated as I had 10 panels fitted with a 6/4 spilt. However, work was still easily completed within a day and had it all set up for me including the app on my mobile. The company got in touch a few days later to make sure everything was in order (which it was) and sent out the certificate that I required in a very timely manner. Well worth it, I can already see a reduction in my electric bill. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for solar panels.

Not a second thought before buying from them again
After owning for about 3 months, The unit is great. Easy to carry and will run my side by side fridge for 17+ hours. Only problem was a 120v plug cover broke off after 2 uses. Not a big deal. The best was their Customer service was great! About a week after my purchase the price dropped. I contacted them and they refunded the difference. Then within about a month the unit went on sale and they gave me a second refund for the difference of the sale price. No other company would have done the second refund. I would buy again from them without blinking an eye.

Great company to buy from
Great company to buy from I ordered my electric generator and was so pleased when i got it. They packed it with care and not a scratch was on it. I then ordered the solar panel to charge it. I wanted something that was environmentally good for the planet. No fumes and no storing of gas. I feel Safe using it. I feel they are pioneers in helping to save our planet. This product is solid and safe. I plan on buying another one and more solar panels to be able to run my whole house in the future in a disaster or even when the electric goes down. I highly recommend this company. They will answer any questions you have. It takes a few days to get an answer but give them a chance as they are a small Company with a big future.

I had a broken display on one of the item I bought out of 2. I returned it but asked not to send me another one but they refused. I didn't realize there is no return! The reason I don't like them is the noise level of the fans! Not good if you need it beside you. Plus Purea don't have app access! WHY! I have eco flow products and they are great. I went for saving some money but got what I paid for! Lesson learned.

Totally Useless, Inept & Completely Brain Dead
On switching to them, gave them my bank details for the direct debit. When the first payment didn't go through I told them. Said they'd set it up. That didn't happen. Failed four times. No one checked that my address they inputted wasn't incorrect. Also received an email from them the other day stating my direct debit needed to increase. First of all they can't set up the direct debit correctly, secondly they want to change the amount to more than double my monthly usage in the winter, were in the spring/summer months everyone's usage goes down. Especially my two bedroom Terrace House equipping with 14 Solar Panels facing Due South at an angle of 0° meaning the sun passers direct over the top of the house. The moment the sun rises, I'm generating electricity right up to the point the sun sets. No wonder they have ceases trading!!!

Great staff but problem in the meter reading mechanism
There was a mistake in the meter reading while the property was vacant, and I landed with an over £700 energy bill. It took me a long time to investigate and clarify before we got a correct energy bill of less than £20. There is room for improvement in its meter reading mechanism and dispute resolution process. I appreciate the effort of its staff, Caitlin and Chasity, especially Chasity, who did a great job to help me resolve the matter in the most satisfactory way.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I deal with multiple accounts for rental houses. I've inherited two accounts with Huddle / TruEnergy which have taken months to resolve. Huddle have sent threatening letters to my tenants who are on a bills inclusive tenancy. Their whole approach is threats and harassment. Also they will never send a final bill - they keep fleecing the same account and stack up the penalty charges. Nobody needs a company like this

In the process of taking them to court. They won't provide with accurate breakdown of energy and gas consumption. Refuse to answer to emails. They hire 3rd party agents who don't know what bundles they have available, had to contact them twice now cause they kept putting us on the wrong deal. The website does not work properly, probably made in WIX, hosted an monitored god knows where and by who. so a household of 5 getting charged £1146 a month for gas and electric alone, when we are barely home and keep everything on a minimum?? If anyone has had a bad experience and want to join our law suit get in touch. I mean in what world does an energy company refuse to show the energy consumption and tariff breakdown and think its ok to hike charges to triple the amount with zero transparency? These people should be in jail.

They have raised prices twice within 3 months, have repeatedly made admin "mistakes" in order for us to charge more, will give us deadlines to respond shorter than their own deadlines for email responses, raised our payments because they claimed not everyone was signed up, and when they sorted out everyone being signed up they never lowered the payments to their original rate. Scam company, incredibly unprofessional, using google docs to convey very important communications.

Students - Avoid this company - Save yourself some hassle and cash!
Students - beware of being sucked in by their marketing. Yes it is VERY easy to sign up to one of their accounts, but their prices are incredibly expensive compared to a regular utility company (expect to pay at least double). Also they send you NO proof of usage or associated usage costs, other than the silly little graphs which just show an under usage or over usage amount. After 6 months, they are trying to more than double the monthly payments, but can provide no invoices or reasons to substantiate the change. This means a household of 4 would be paying them almost £600 per month! Currently my query with them is unresolved. Do yourself a favour, save yourself some money and hassle by avoiding this company. Update - Olivia has not emailed with the information she promised to send following our call a week ago.

Huddle were dishonest and fraudulent
Huddle offered me a deal to convince me to sign over octopus, where we got the first few months free of charge. But at the end of the year they tried to suggest the deal had never been made even when their own phone call records confirmed it had. they also incorrectly tried to charge us for over usage despite their own graphs suggesting we hadnt over used. They were entirely dishonest throughout the whole process and we had to take them to the ombudsman to get them to back down. honestly I would suggest anyone else over Huddle they will try to take advantage of you and I regret not taking te csase further to court

Absolute scammers. Last year they tried to take advantage of us as students by overcharging us and raising the price sneakily behind our backs. After weeks of back and forth emails and lots of energy wasted, the company realised they were in the wrong, refunded our money and amended the prices. Happily ever after right? WRONG It is one year later and our contract has ended. We are with a different provider and they STILL manage to wriggle their way back into my life like maggots spawning in spoiled chicken. Without my permission, they set up a direct debit subscription and charged me for bills at an address I DONT LIVE AT!! Do NOT join this scam company. Unless you like your money to be stolen.

in June 2024 I called Oekostrom asked them about their Grundgebühr, they promised they will not charge me double Grundgebühr for having two Zählerpunkte.(I told them on phone that I have two Zähler and asked how much I will be charged.)They said only one of them will be charged. So I was happy so I choose them. However, when I received the annual bill, they broke their promise and charge me twice. Because I dont have any evidence, so they did that and i have nothing else to say. Very bad experience. REMEMBER NEXT TIME DONT TURST THEIR ORAL PROMISE BUT HAVE THEM WRITE IT DOWN!!

Dopo 16 giorni dall'esplosione verificatasi lo scorso 21 Gennaio in Via Galermo nel quartiere di San Giovanni Galermo Catania, ancora oggi tutti i residenti del quartiere sono senza gas (me compreso), dicevano che le operazioni di ripristino sarebbero durate 48-72h per poi dire 5gg-7gg e poi 2 settimane. Fatto sta che sono veramente ridicoli in primis il sindaco di Catania perche per non dire che la situazione era più grave del previsto, ha annunciato che il gas sarebbe stato ripristinato nelle tempistiche citate precedentemente usando queste affermazioni come scudo per non dire che la situazione era più grave del previsto e ci sarebbe voluto molto più tempo del necessario e la cosa più assurda è che invece di risolvere una problematica del genere nel minor tempo possibile è stato impegnato nella festa di S.Agata sorvolando una problematica del genere. Assolutamente vergognosi, metterei ognuno di loro a ritrovarsi nelle condizioni che stiamo vivendo in questo momento come lavarsi con acqua fredda, essere limitati nel cucinare, non avere i riscaldamenti nel periodo più freddo dell'anno.

Cominciamo malissimo. Dopo essere stato contattato da loro stessi per una proposta di passaggio a ASEC ho deciso di accettare a maggior ragione anche del fatto che mi avrebbero fatto uno sconto nella prima bolletta di €60. La signora mi ha ribadito che alla prima bolletta mi avrebbero dedotti €60 come premio per il fatto che stavo passando a loro in più mi hanno proposto una diminuzione della tariffa kw/ora sicuramente più vantaggiosa. MORALE DELLA STORIA. Mi è arrivato un salasso (di più di quanto pagavo col primo gestore) e dei €60 di deduzione nemmeno l’ombra. Una truffa bella e buona. Diffidate di quando ti chiamano per telefono promettendo cose che non sono vere! Pur di appioppare contratti dicono falsità! VERGOGNA! PASSERÒ AL PIÙ PRESTO AD UN ALTRO GESTORE SOLO PER QUESTO. In più farò una brutta pubblicità e farò cambiare contratto ai miei amici e parenti che sono purtroppo con voi! Tollero tutto ma non le prese in giro!

Azienda per nulla seria, è dal mese di gennaio che proviamo a passare a questa azienda. La prima volta la pratica è stata rifiutata perchè un operatore aveva sbagliato il codice pdr: trascorsi 2 mesi, non avendo notizie abbiamo richiamato, sistemato il primo errore, abbiamo rifatto la pratica e ci hanno detto che a maggio sarebbe avvenuto il passaggio, ad aprile ci hanno richiamato perchè mancava un consenso, sistemato il consenso a maggio abbiamo richiamato e ci hanno detto che la pratica era stata annullata, così ci siamo recati in sede, un consulente ci ha fatto rifare tutto nuovamente dicendoci che dal 1 luglio saremmo stati loro clienti, oggi 2 luglio chiamiamo e un'operatrice ci dice che il 6 giugno la pratica è stata rifiutata per codice fiscale errato, cosa non possibile in quanto sulla copia cartacea del contratto il codice fiscale risulta corretto e tra l'altro nessuno ci aveva comunicato lo stato della nostra pratica. Quindi 7 mesi per fare il passaggio e nulla di fatto, ditemi se questa è serietà. Mi viene da pensare che ci sono degli accordi tra i diversi fornitori, oppure non gli interessa avere nuovi clienti

epopea per un cambio iban e successiva voltura.
voltura da mio ex marito MARZO 2023: hanno impiegato oltre 6 mesi (dopo richiesta, moduli e diverse telefonate per bollette addebitate ancora al mio ex, nonostante sentenza del giudice) solo per cambio del iban, poi PEGGIO per la chiusura e voltura: insistono a non usare l'iban da lui comunicato (oltre un anno fa) per gli addebiti bolletta. SERVIZIO CLIENTI e personale assolutamente scortese ed inadeguato, mi hanno sbattuto 2 volte il telefono in faccia, dichiarandosi apertamente ignoranti sul da farsi...e devono accreditarmi dei soldi!

Attenzione ai contratti, non fidatevi
A seguito di contratto telefonico con registrazione, non hanno mandato il contratto email , inizialmente con scuse di problemi tecnici, poi chiara la volontà di inserire email ed indirizzi errati al fine di far decorrere i GG utili al recesso, con un contratto palesemente modificato con costi maggiori. Inutile contatti con servizio clienti, email normali e PEC. Denunciati e già richiesto cambio fornitore. Attenzione a non cadere nella loro trappola commerciale, è finta, ingannevole e volontariamente errata. Leggete il contratto bene e se non lo ricevete subito inviate PEC per disdetta, in quanto è loro volontà far passare i giorni utili per il ripensamento. Statene alla larga.

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas la note de ZERO, nous étions trois personnes de la même famille à vouloir s’équiper de cet adoucisseur d’eau. Tout d'abord visite d'une commerciale qui fait des mélange à bracadabra et la magie test avec une tige qu'elle trempe et là plus de calcaire formidable. Je souligne que je suis surtout intéressée pour pouvoir boire l'eau du robinet (étant atteinte de potomanie c'est à dire que je bois minimum dix litres d'eau jour. Et là elle me dit plus un nombre fou de pack d'eau à transporté chaque semaine ni besoin de ma carafe BRITA. Devis fait pour le gros appareillage de soit disant adoucisseur, mais aucune tarification pour l'autre bonbonne qui se place sous votre évier de cuisine, donc je lui pose la question et elle me répond c'est l'installateur qui vous donnera le tari, bizarre ? c'est toujours le commercial qui fait et qui donne les prix. Le : 08/04/2024 installation du gros matériel une fois terminé je lui pose la question de la fameuse bonbonne pour l'eau potable, étonner il me dis mais la commerciale à due vous le marquer sur votre devis je lui montre donc et là très étonner l'installateur me dis c' dans les mille deux euros de plus. J'ai donc contacter l'agence régionale de mon département qui et dont l'adresse est 14 Rue des Alizés 30133 LES ANGLES, un supérieur vient chez moi et pareil avec des des discours tout prêt ont repart pour des blablas je vais vous faire une remise que je ne fait jamais et qui serra in-refusable, au bout de quelque jour il m'envoie un nouveau devis avec juste deux cent euros de moins (ridicule) et le top c'est que la fameuse commerciale me fait passée pour menteuse auprès de son supérieur qui lui défendez celle-ci. Bon bref je vous passe et des meilleures. Au moins de mai 24 je fais refaire toute ma salle de bain ainsi que les toilettes. Aujourd'hui pratiquement fin février 25, autant de calcaire de par tout qu'avant, concernant le lave vaisselle ou il fallait qu'un petit quart de tout les produits qu'il fallait avant appareillage, faux archi faux j'avais profiter pour changer mes verres de table qui étaient rayés à ce jour les nouveaux verres sont déjà tout rayés, J'ai attendu dix mois pour donner sa chance au produit, mais après pose de l'installation ou sans aucune différence. JE NE RECOMMANDE SURTOUT PAS CET ACHAT COÛTEUX POUR VRAIMENT AUCUN RESULTATS.

Bonjour, suite à ma demande , j’ai demandé des informations sur le Click & drink pour lequel nous avons reçu un technicien commercial qui nous a fait une première démonstration convaincante mais avec des conditions pas très clair , nous demandons un deuxième passage pour conclure, et la nous réalisons que lorsque demandons des chiffres exactes sur le coût d’un filtre , du coût mensuel pour l’entretien, on nous répond de voir cela avec le technicien de la pose . Mais c’est quoi ces pratiques je signe avant et vous verrez après … allez dehors le technicien commercial

Arnaque Customer service, machine nullllllll
Je suis extrêmement déçue par les services de Culligan. Je paie presque 25 euros par mois (soit environ 300 euros par an) pour qu’ils viennent une fois par an ajouter du sel à ma machine qui purifie l’eau et vérifier qu’elle fonctionne correctement. Cette année, le technicien est venu, a ajouté le sel, s’est assuré que la machine fonctionnait bien (ce qui est son travail et pour lequel je paie déjà !) puis m’a demandé de signer une preuve d’intervention. Il n’a rien changé, rien ajouté, simplement vérifié que tout allait bien. Et là, surprise : je reçois une facture de 192 euros supplémentaires pour cette intervention ! Apparemment, le fait qu’il ait simplement éteint et rallumé la machine pour vérifier son fonctionnement est facturé en plus, alors que cela fait partie de ce que je paie toute l’année. C’est clairement une arnaque. On m’avait promis que leur système éliminerait les traces de gouttelettes sur les miroirs en supprimant le calcaire. C’est complètement faux : les traces sont toujours là. Très mauvaise expérience avec Culligan, je déconseille fortement leurs services. De plus, la machine est extrêmement lourde et a complètement fissuré mon sol. On ne m’avait jamais avertie de ce risque. Et malgré tout cela, la qualité de l’eau est très mauvaise. Pour un système qui coûte 4100 euros, ce n’est absolument pas rentable. Cela fait maintenant un an et demi que j’ai la machine, et en tant que personne jeune, j’ai été attentive aux effets, mais je n’ai remarqué aucun changement.

Un grand professionnalisme
Un grand professionnalisme, après certes de nombreux déboires, Culligan a su réagir en vrai Professionnel, et a enfin installé des fontaines qui cette fois semblent parfaitement adaptées à notre volume d'eau fraîche consommé (250 salariés). Client satisfait de la prestation. Je recommande cette entreprise.

Aggressive salesman, full off attitude when asking questions. Tried to get me to agree to terms and conditions just to get the rates that were being offered as well as send items of identification. Had aggressive attitude about it being questioned. Typical predatory tactics. Bad vibes from these guys, stay away. Edit:Absolutely, I got a call from Leroy at 12:31 from 0485 904 866. Leroy was fantastic, he had me over the line, then he put me on to his supervisor for some reason and the experience did a full 180 degree turn. That supervisor needs some serious attitude adjustment

Very dishonest. Do not use.
Moved into the house 11 months ago. Received estimated bills of $843.92 which seemed about right for our usage. Then they did an actual read and we received a bill of $3815. So a total of $4659.58 for 11months electricity. The house is a rural property with: - No air-conditioning - No heating - Solar hot water - Gas stove - A lot of very large windows, so don't use lights much. Appliances are; - Fridge - Dryer - Washing machine - Couple of lap tops etc Checked the meter myself over two weeks, and we use one third of what they claim we use. I notice a few other reviewers have had a similar experience. Very dishonest. Do not use.
