We chose Kembla about two year ago. Everything was engineered around technical know-how,and customer satisfaction. We are pleased with the work they carried out,and the resulting savings on our electricity bills. I had a slight problem with logging-on to the company who monitors the power ratings for consumption,and storing.. Mainly my fault,as modern technology and me don’t get on.!! Kembla invited me to their office,and re-set my ‘phone,and led me through the process of finding various readings. Having spent over 18 months investigating the installion of solar panels to our newelly renovated bungalow & having numerous quotes I finally plumbed for Kembla. Their advice on installion/rewards and knowledge on solar panels was encuraging and with similar price to other installers I went with Kembla, and was not disapointed. Over a 4/5 week wait from order to install I was kept informed on the schedule. They handled the legal/regulatory procedure swiftly. They certainly new what was required. Once installed they spent time with me to make sure we fully understood the app & controls. Even explaining it to my wife who is not so technical. In the first month (very sunny) we saved around £100 on our electricity bill. I cant wait to see what a whole years saving will be. Thanks KEMBLA

I had my solar system installed 3 years ago and received fantastic service. Unfortunately, the inverter failed but it wasn't a problem as the service is still exemplary. The faulty inverter was swapped out with the minimum of fuss showing the company hasn't lost sight of the customer as it has grown.

Review of one year’s running of solar installation by Kemble Still left as 5* rating because of excellent and professional service by Kemble However we have been disappointed with the lower than anticipated cost saving of electricity, being only 54%. it was known that the solar could not generate the consumption level of 4000kw because of the roof space available but has generated 3530 which is close to the install level of 3600kW which kemble were quite honest about and never claimed like many others a replacement electric supply. What must be borne in mind with these solar installations is that the annual generation is not constant every day. In our case 10Kw per day for the generated level this 12 months. October to March is lower and April to Sept is higher. For instance today was 1.17 Kwh This means when is lower import electric from the grid and when higher export to the grid. Unfortunately the amount imported. from the grid is higher than exported and is paid at a very low rate only receiving £35 from the energy supplier. also electricity is required to recharge the battery and a small amount for the converter. To achieve a replacement electricity supply system we need at least we believe a 6Kw Solar and cannot justify this additional cost or have an effective roof space for it. Remember these systems are a long time investment and in our case 13.5 years the cost savings have included the gas saving with solar boost for hot water and the gov payments/price cap reductions etc.

I contacted sj1 renewables through their website to enquire about the possibility of producing electricity from the stream that runs through my land. They conducted a free desktop assessment which have new a road map of how to proceed. It was very useful and informative. As soon as I have secured the finance to proceed I will be instructing sj1renewables to project manage the scheme and install my turbine.

Despite personal problems caused purely by me they were patient and flexible and went above and beyond to make sure a delay I caused didn’t mean I lost my grant. They were polite, helpful and tried their best to cause as little disruption as possible and had to put in quite an extra effort to fix issues they inherited when they took on my old, leaky system. We have had heat pumps, solar panels and insulation in our home – and the house is so cosy and comfortable. Menai Heating have offered a very professional service throughout, from initial contact through to completion. All people involved i.e. surveyors, office staff, installers and customer liaison were professional, friendly, efficient and polite. If an appointment had been arranged, the staff would always phone to inform us when they were planning to arrive. The sub-contractors were excellent – the insulation/plastering team, plumbers, roofers and electricians. Thank you!

The help from Energy Saving Grants was excellent. They clearly explained the process and what we would be eligible for and were available to answer any questions. We were fortunate enough to qualify for the government ECO-4 grant and they arranged for us (via a separate company) to have installed new and high quality air source heat pump, new central heating & hot water system, solar panels, loft insulation and if it was possible, we could have had cavity wall insualtion as well, all for zero cost to us or our landlord. There are a lot of companies out there offering access to ECO-4 funding, but not all of them provide all of the options we made use of, and not all of them are totally funded. We waited approximately 3 weeks from initial enquiry until a surveyor came to our house (with Christmas in beween, so likely 2 weeks in usual conditions) and the work was all completed by the middle of March, so a total of perhaps 5 weeks once we had word that funding had been secured. The company they employed to do the work were proficient, tidy and polite and left our home in a good state (and also much warmer!!!). A lot of people arent aware of the ECO-4 funding, and often believe it to be a scam, but I can safley say that this company and the available grat is indeed genuine, so long as you are eligible. The whole process was totally hands-off for us (other than some basic form filling), so required very little time.

All I can say is WOW From my first point of contact to the finally day I can’t not fault this company at all. When reading about what I could possible have fitted within my home I was very sceptical thinking NO WAY, I work as an End of life carer but with low hours I also get topped up with UC so I was thinking maybe I wouldn’t qualify. My home was currently being run on LPG so I was always constantly worrying when it would run out. Once the survey was completed by all I can say was a very knowledgeable gentleman the ball was then rolling, I was kept up to date with every step from who was coming and when to expect them and what would happen, if I need questions answering there was always someone at the end of the phone to answer them. So what did I have fitted you may ask Scaffolding erected Solar panels Air source heat pump, loft and wall cavity insulation Plus all new radiators All the workmen that arrived worked in a professional manner Did I pay for any of this to be fitted NO Please if you are thinking/ looking at getting this work done, give the company a call. Une solution simple et efficace à développer !

Bjr Je conseille la borne wattpark pour rentabiliser sa place de parking et sa borne de charge. C'est simple à installer ainsi que son utilisation et en plus c'est français....

Du côté client, c'est nul. Beaucoup d'app pour recharger sa voitures sont de basse qualité, et Wattpark en fait partie. Par où commencer ? 1. La borne de recharge n'apparaît parfois pas sur la carte. Frustrant, quand on conduit sur place, qu'on scanne le QR code, et qu'on voit qu'on ne pourra pas recharger la voiture. 2. Il est impossible d'ajouter sa carte bleue. Je dois à chaque fois re taper le code de ma carte bleue, et faire la vérification à travers ma banque. 3. Si on veut prolonger le temps de charge, il faut revenir sur place, débrancher, rebrancher. Impossible de faire cela à distance. 4. L'app bug parfois quand on veut se connecter à la borne, se bloquant sur "Geolocation" 5. Il est impossible de savoir combien on paye pour une réservation. L'interface utilisateur ne permet pas de savoir combien on dépense. 6. La tarification est obscure. On ne sait pas si on est facturé au temps ou au kWh 7. L'app ne rafraîchit pas. Ce qui fait qu'on reste coincé sur des données antérieures. J'ai été obligé de fermer l'app et de la réouvrir. Avec tous ces problème, je me retrouve comme un idiot pendant 30 minutes à savoir comment cela marche. Si vous avez des bornes Bonnet ou Mouv'Oise (si vous êtes dans l'Oise), je vous les recommande. Elles n'ont aucun de ces problèmes là. EDIT : Je réponds au message de Wattpark : J'avais essayé l'app en juillet 2023, soit 6 mois. Je l'ai réutilisée hier. Aucune amélioration n'a été faite depuis. Alors je doute qu'ils aillent bientôt faire les mise à jours comme promis. EDIT 2 : On est en mars 2024, et j'ai essayé de rechargé ma voiture. J'ai perdu 10 € pour rien à essayer de recharger 3 fois (il faut payer à l'avance). Et à chaque fois, l'app ne trouvait pas la borne pour se connecter. La compagnie WattPark ne tient aucune de ses promesses de régler cela. Notez que les bornes Wattpark ne sont pas compatibles avec la carte Chargemap, au contraire de beaucoup d'autres.

J'ai fait installer 2 bornes de recharge, pour mon domicile et pour des gîtes, et tout s'est bien passé. Les bornes sont design et fonctionnent parfaitement. Mme Guillemont qui s'est occupée de mon dossier est très professionnelle, arrangeante et réactive. Merci à elle pour son aide et ses conseils.

Great service and I can't recommend WestOz Water Filters highly enough. Mavis squeezed in an early appointment for me as my old system ( a different brand) was leaking. Most tradies say I will be there between 08.00 and 13.00. Rob said he would be here at 12ish. He turned up before 12.15! The job was done very quickly and I was only charged for the new fiters - no labour charge. Top service and the lowest cost compared to all others.

Saw Ron on Thursday and had3 Stage whole house filter system installed the following Wednesday by KT Plumbing who were very professional and they explained all my queries.Contacted Ron & Mavis and they were very helpful with my other questions.

I'd been using one of those water filter jugs for a few years before I picked up a benchtop filter from WestOz, and I've gotta say, the difference in quality and ease-of-use is massive. It took me a few minutes to install the filter, and I immediately noticed the taste (which was amazing, of course). If I want water to drink or use in cooking, I just flick a lever on the tap and the water comes out through the filter. If I want to do my dishes, I just flick that lever back and away we go. It's honestly the perfect solution for renters. Mavis is super friendly as well, and I love that she'll check back in with me in a year's time to replace the filters. Great stuff.

Understanding why the ORing has broken down and whilst changing splattered black stuff that took a lot to scrub off me would be appreciated. And whilst changing with the new ORing the black stuff smudged into the blue filter container was a worry. No support other than to let me know to go get a replacement. May replace the whole system.

While interacting with agents like Alicia or Imogen was pleasant and efficient, unresolved issues with billing and smart meters make me hesitant to fully recommend them. The website is simple to use, but the service can hit or miss. Needs improvement overall.

I called to query the increase to my monthly payments which they had recommended. Richard D answered my query fully and explained clearly the reasoning behind it. He gave me alternative options to consider and discussed these with me. I’ve been with London Power for some time and generally found them helpful and responsive,

Alicia was friendly and attentive from the start of the call. She made sure to take time to listen and answer my queries with sufficient details. She also followed through in the actions and assured me on the next steps. It was amazing speaking to someone who out the customer needs first.

System has been installed a week now and working well. Like the ability to charge home battery during cheap off peak rate especially at this time of year when solar is low. The install went well, lead electrician was a top bloke, seemed to really know his stuff. All in all a great experience so far. Would recommend.

I had Solar panels fitted by GRC Solar over two years ago. An issue developed recently, the fuse box cut-out kept tripping. I contacted GRC Solar and they sent an electrician and apprentice in a van who fixed the problem. As I live in a fairly remote area I was extremely grateful for the prompt technical support.

My wife answered the phone to a call from GRC Solar Ltd. Had it been me I would have politely hung up on them. I never trust sales calls. On this occasion I was wrong. An appointment was made and a representative from the company paid us a visit. He explained the benefits of solar power with really informative charts and a demonstration of the app that comes with the panels. He was polite and not in the least bit pushy. In the past we’ve had reps from household name companies sitting here bullying us into signing up to their products but to no avail. They’d start off with an inflated price which came down each time we raised an objection. This wasn’t the case with GRC Solar. Following signing up and agreeing a date, the scaffolding went up and a couple of days later the panels and electrics were installed within 4 hours from start to finish. The app I mentioned earlier is quite addictive! We find ourselves looking at it whenever the sun comes out and even when it doesn’t. It’s fascinating to see the power being generated even on cloudy days. We will certainly be recommending the company to anyone interested.

Hej alle kunder der overvejer og gå over til energidrift lad være lad være Jeg var hos Edison før og skiftet til energidrift da de købte Edison …. Og ved skift af energi selskab stiger mit forbrug åbentbart med 40kwh uden anskaffelse af nye elapparater
