Veep energy recently installed 10 Solar Panels. The work was completed to a high standard, correct locations chosen for various appliances, and hardly no tidying or cleaning upon completion. Consultation and communication was excellent throughout, everything explained in great detail and assistance was provided downloading Apps etc. Would highly recommend Veep Energy for Solar Panel installation.

Purchased a Zappi in May
Review updated. 12/01/2024. Although there was a delay for initial acknowledgement of the issue Zoltan has been proactive about the issue and is working to provide a replacement zappi due to the fault. Original Review 11/01/24 Purchased a Zappi in May. No issues until yesterday when I found the charging cable was difficult to remove so when I checked the zappi port I found 2 pins were badly schorched. I isolated the power to it and my electrician inspected the zappi and found that the port Live and Neutral cables were burnt (Live cable badly damaged, close to combustion). This part of the zappi is assembled by the manufacturer so it is evident it is a manufacturer fault. Obviously this is not Veep Energy's fault but I have had no e mail response from customer care and they are not answering any calls all day. As this is a fire hazard safety issue, I would expect a prompt response.

I highly recommend VEEP
VEEP completed a solar PV / battery installation at our home on May 16th. They completed the work over a two day period as promised. There was an install date given at the time of order and they were on site exactly as per schedule. The quality of the installation is first class with great attention to detail. The system design is first class with an Eddi diverter and Zappi charger to route surplus solar generation to water heating and car charging seamlessly. The system works brilliantly and we've seen very minimal grid consumption since the system went live in mid-May of this year. The entire team were very good, easy to work with and very efficient in how they went about their business. Their CEO, Zoltan, was extremely accommodating on last minute changes to the specification. The after sales service has also been faultless with queries and issues attended to speedily. The grant application process also went very smoothly thanks to the VEEP team. I have worked with very many contractors down through the years both privately and professionally and I can honestly saw that VEEP are right up there as a company that I would recommend to others without hesitation and use again should the opportunity arise. In fact, they've already done a car charger for my daughter and we'll likely have them to back to add some more battery storage capacity. All told, a very positive experience

This company should not be in business
This company should not be in business. A few years have gone by since 10 solar panels where installed two of which are damaged, battery doesn’t work ESB confirmed energy from the remaining 8 panels is going straight into the grid when the company where approached with supportive evidence the director Zoltan Nemeth was dismissive and has not responded to my Solicitor letters. The SEAI have also been contacted and have been asked to remove this company from their listings. Any company undertaking work and provides guarantees and then Negates on its contract should not be in business.

Great company to deal with, ordered an EV charger from them. Cheapest I could find the Zappi unit anywhere online. Great communcation and updates. It arrived in 48 hours. Can't ask better than that!

Avoid this poor excuse of a company
I've been avoiding writing this review as I thought I'd give VEEP a chance to redeem the wrongs they have done. I bought a Marlec iBoost unit on the 27th of August. I undertook my due diligence by reading these Trustpilot reviews, and thought they sounded like a decent company. I paid over £400 in total - £335 for the unit, £14 delivery and £77 import tax. The unit arrived a week later. There was no packaging, the smashed box had someone else's name written in pen on it and the unit had been used. It smelled burnt out, there were black marks all over it and the safety clips that should remain in place until used had been snapped. I contacted VEEP instantly and advised them of this via telephone, and followed it up with an email including photos. They advised on the phone that they would be in contact in 24 hours, but we heard NOTHING from them for 5 days, so we called and emailed them again. Zoltan responded 2 days later, claiming that they do not sell used items (they obviously do!), but agreed to offering either a refund including fees or a new unit. We opted for a new unit as we still needed one, but a week or so later, I received a cryptic email which literally stated: "Customer refunded. or process is started now via the payment provider" I emailed back, asking if this meant he's refunding me as opposed to sending a new unit, and surprise surprise, NO RESPONSE AGAIN! A week later, I received a notification that the cost of the unit had been refunded. I called to enquire about the delivery and import fees, but the useless woman who's sitting at home with screaming kids in the background just said "I can't help" and hung up. So, I'm about £100 down with no iBoost and a sour taste from the poorest experience of customer service I have ever received. I can't stress this enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All aspects have been awful. The products are faulty, the customer service is non existant and needless to say, I'll avoid them like the plague. The amount of time and energy this has wasted is immense. It has caused me so much stress, and I'm still without a working product. I think 1 star is generous, I'd leave zero if possible. What an utter farce.

Good source of equipment
I ordered a Myenergi EDDI which are really hard to find and it was sourced and sent to us quickly. Good comms and they are fast & happy to answer direct questions. I would recommend them

Some small hiccups with scheduling but very minor. Excellent team of panel installers and electricians. Everything working as expected. I highly recommend this company.

LA PEOR COMPAÑÍA DE LUZ Y GAS
Tengo contrato con OVO que finaliza en el 2023, si no decidimos anteriormente las partes su disolución. Pues bien, estos seres inteligentes de OVO, me envían un mensaje SMS, informándome que debido a que su empresa tenía pérdidas, dejaban de darme servicio y que pasaba a formar parte de Hola Luz. Como Hola Luz, son tan sinvergüenas o más que los de OVO, realicé el cambio por mi cuenta a otra compañía. Cuando recibieron en OVO mi baja, tienen la desfachatez y la poca vergüenza de enviarme un correo para que les explicara el motivo por el cual me había dado de baja en su compañía- ¡Pero si fueron ellos mismos los que lo hicieron, echándome poco menos que a patadas porque, segun sus informes estaban en pérdidas (cosa que es mentira porque, estudiado sobre el tema, ha sido el único año en el que ha tenido superávit la empresa)! Aparte de eso, me envían en otro correo, información para que me vuelva a cambiar con ellos. ¿Pero no decíais que estábais en bancarrota? Conservo todos los correos y las grabaciones telefónicas, porque voy a meteros una denuncia que van a estar pagando hasta vuestros nietos. Sinvergüenzas, Estafafores, Timadores, Engañadores. COMPAÑÍA PÉSIMA!!!

Entre en esta compañia por los comentarios positivos y por su publicidad que eran muchos mas baratos. He acababo pagando aqui mas que en mi ultima compañia XXi de endesa y cada mes pagando mas. Nada tiene que ver con los precios que me ofrecieron al principio. Me he dado de baja y me paso a tarifa plana a ver como me va. Que le den a OVO y que se meta sus precios por el C.......

Easy to deal with
Jess was great to deal with regarding my request to refund excess account credit to my bank account. Jess explained that I couldn't withdraw any Australian Government rebate money that formed part of my account credit. I was offered a refund for a slightly reduced amount and the ability pause direct debit for a while so I could use up the account credit that was still there. This was well explained and a great suggestion for me so I went along with it.

They actually recommend you find a cheaper rate at a different retailer. SO take their own advise and DO NOT use OVO ENERGY and find a cheaper or better customer service retailer. You have been warned now its your own fault if you use them

Incompetent at every level
Terrible company. We were sold the wrong inverter (we required a 3-phase) and Elite refused to do anything about it. Their panel installation was not fit for purpose and they damaged the rear of one panel and installed it anyway, creating a potential fire risk as this caused all the panels to short-out. The whole installation had to be re-done. Elite are incompetent and not to be trusted. Their installers are clueless. Use this company at your peril.

APPALLING COMPANY
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Young boy did my survey/check didn’t have the faintest idea what he was doing and went away saying ‘I had failed on several points’ when I asked what and a copy of his report he refused but did tell me he was new to the job and didn’t understand my setup!!!!! When I tried to contact him repeatedly for 14 days he just rejected the call. I then called the office and asked to speak to a manager, Nick Green said he was the manager but wouldn’t let me get a word in edgeways, was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to a director he put the phone down. DON’T TOUCH THIS MOB WITH A BARGE POLE. The rudest incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my whole life - I’m 76

Mit overordnede indtryk indtil nu er rigtig fint. Kommunikationen om processen og status er rigtig god. Der er to små ting, der tæller ned: 1) jeg skulle underskrive med MitID to gange før det rigtig var registreret. 2) Jeg har i dag 25/8-23 endnu ikke fået svar på en kort mail, som jeg sendte 17/8-23. Derfor mangler den sidste stjerne. Overvejer I at understøtte aftaler for salg af el fra private solcelleanlæg? Der er vist kun en håndfuld selskaber på det område, så opgaven bliver ikke så stor.😉

I had two engineers George and Anand working on my Heat Pump today which had been installed incorrectly by another company, they put all the faults right made a cracking job of it. They even had time to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it, they had great knowledge of how the system worked and could explain it in simple terms so I could understand them. Thanks lads you did me proud.

I had a domestic installation completed by GGP, and it was all done in less than 2 days. The guys were polite, efficient and accommodating. I would highly recommend them. They dealt with the council application (which included estate management) and also arranged the export tariff for me.

Great experience with Geo Green. Excellent from start to finish. Any issues soon put right but there were only one or two minor ones and they were all over those. My only development point is I didn’t appreciate how big the kit is from the discussions at the outset (ie with safety cut off switches etc). It wasn’t an issue but surprised me a little. Would definitely recommend. Very personal and Sean the first contact point was so nice

Excellent on two occasions.
We have two lots of work done by Geo Green. The reparation work done by GG on our ASHP, after the installation company had ceased to trade, was excellent. Very professional and the two engineers were lovely people. The second job was done after a local company could not solve our system breakdown. The engineer, Arthur, worked tirelessly to solve the problem and restored our heating after we had spent a cold month without heating. Fully recommend these people

Complain to the WICS for these cowboys
Had a tiny office with a bill of £4.80 that we have tried to pay a number of times. Asked for a copy of the bill, only the first one, but no help from them. Now received a debt recovery charge of £40 for the £4.80 we are trying to pay. Complaint now going to the WICS. Anyone else with similar issues, I suggest you approach the regulator with any issues.

I recently had to sign up with a water utility company as my property was identified as a gap site. I did this from the States with help from Callum McCarthy at Pure Utilities who answered my multiple questions quickly and professionally. I cannot praise Zenith enough. The level of communication and professionalism has been outstanding. My daughter and I have health issues and immediately after speaking to Thasleem they took me through every single step, keeping in touch and explaining everything. I was stuck on completing the application and Thasleem was so patient and guided me through and nothing was too much trouble. The outcome is life changing and will help so much with our health and wellbeing. Without Thasleem’s input this would not have happened or being possible. Would not recommend
Zenith began the Air Source Heat Pump system fit on 26 August 2024. The initial teams that fitted all the internal insulation and solar panels did a great job; very tidy and a high quality finish. Then the plumber came... he literally ripped up all the upstairs carpets, with no care whatsoever. I also had 4 water leaks, 3 of which were through the kitchen ceiling, causing considerable water damage. Then the electrician attended, leaving bare wires and poor, substandard work. I then had to wait until October for their joiner to attend, to complete a job that should have taken a total of two weeks..... He still hasn't finished, and I'm awaiting his third visit (booked for December, unbelievably). Following the 'completion' of the main works, their company inspector attended on 10th September and verbally agreed that the company should make good the damage done, and to complete various other remedial works (not sure what was submitted in his report, as i've not had a copy). To date these haven't been done, and theres no indication that they even will. The communication and customer care from the company is neither consistent or of a high standard, and I'm still awaiting a call from a manager, from two weeks ago. I have found the whole process very upsetting and traumatic, to say the least. Although I am pleased with the system that has been installed, I cannot recommend using this company, based on my experience to date.

There is over $1 million in their three accounts that they stole from 9400 members and no one got the device.

Very good for my install but have now ceased trading
I had a smooth experience with them for my install in October 23. All accredited, very responsive, but unfortunately received an email today that they have ceased trading and will be going into liquidation. If you received your handover pack with all the relevant certificates and warranties, you should be ok. If you hadn't yet you will struggle to contact them now, and thus have issues setting up the export with the Distribution Network etc

Disappointed and Frustrated
Despite promises from the sales department and reassurances re customer service, this was a very disappointing, hugely frustrating and stressful experience with poor and sometimes misleading communication and failure to take action when necessary during the installation process. The promise of customer support for the Solax products is also misleading - the major source of help is a Facebook group!

Friendly, knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any questions, Rainbow impressed me from the start to the end. The initial survey visit took the guesswork out - actually having someone at the house meant I knew that what was offered would fit on our roof. The on-site installation team were both friendly and professional, leaving our house looking as good as when they first arrived.

Took about 3 weeks from start to finnsh ,two day installation by a great team of lads , did a very tidy job, kept us updated at every point , asked our opinion and if we were happy with the layout of everything, we just let them crack on, they knew what they were doing, the end result shows that. Rainbow's excellent service
Rainbow sent an adviser who made proposals with highly appropriate variations to our original intentions. Once we had confirmed our order a fitting team attended promptly and quickly completed the work. It became necessary to move the panels a short distance to accommodate objections made by our neighbours. Rainbow attended again and made the necessary adjustments. The panels are making a significant contribution to our electricity supply. We are delighted with the service we have received. Rainbow provides an excellent office backup for its services.

Fast Solar Installation -Professional Throughout
Whole project took less than a month. 12 panels, 2 large batteries and an inverter. Apart from the solar, can buy electricity at night at a cheaper price and charge the batteries. I have not experienced a more professional and effective company, from the surveyor visit, quote, contract, scaffolding and installation. Excellent customer service team respond quickly to queries. If only all companies worked this way!!

Nice and knowledge, hardworking team
Great experience from start (quotation process) to finish (installation complete). I have learnt a lot from the team and how the system works from end to end. Rainbow is a big company with talented professionals. We had a few installation and product issues which were ironed out and system works like a treat (as predicted). Thanks to the dedicated team who kept me updated throught the process. Special mention to the installation team who has done a great and fantastic job. The attention to the detail is very commendable. App watching has become an addiction these days. A brilliant job
The whole experience from initial survey to the actual installation was simple and smooth. The installation team were excellent, working quickly and clearing up before they left. The team answered my questions and showed me how the "system" worked and helped to set up the SolaxCloud app on my phone giving me information on how the panels are performing.

This company took more than three…
This company took more than three months to get my project completed after having been paid in full ! My mistake! I was also sold equipment they didn’t have in stock at the time and had no idea when they would be getting it in. I was offered an alternative which wasn’t to the same battery storage capacity. The main communication was via WhatsApp as the phone never seemed to be working. I had to continually pursue them to get any communication and the person I dealt with made out that I had a problem in expecting too much from them. Direct quote-“. We can’t contact all our customers as we have too many” . The project was eventually completed by an excellent contractor that they use (Sunlight Renewable Energy) and we were very happy with them as an organisation. Great comms and great service, excellent attitude all round and happy to have them in our home.

Non existent after sales.
During sales, excellent for advice and keeping me up to date, excellent installation, everything went smoothly. After payment, no link to the app sent like they had promised, I'd to find it on the internet on my own, minor glitch with the wi-fi connection to the battery, complete silence when I asked for help. Out of the blue I had a sales call for aftercare from them and during his pitch I ask about the wi-fi issue, he gets all my details and says he'll help then tells me the cost of the aftercare. Literally the second I said no (I'm not even sure I finished the letter n) he was gone, not even a thanks for your time, bye and absolutely no solution to the connectivity problems I'm having.

A very pleasant experience
Chelsea in the office was my first contact. She immediately put me at ease and offered me a very competitive price for installing a Lux AC coupler and 9.4 kWh Hanchu battery to my already installed panels. She proved to be very knowledgeable about her products. Deposit was paid quickly and my battery was installed within 7 working days . The team that came to fit the battery and coupler were also very knowledgeable, and refused to leave my property until I was happy . They even installed the app on my phone and answered all my questions. Warranties have been registered with Lux and Hanchu , and includes a 5 year workmanship warranty with SBG In all , a great effort . Thank you to the team .

First class service all round
The whole experience from start to finish was good. No hard sell, just good information and a competitive price. Fitting was scheduled for around midday but recieved a call saying it would be around 5.00pm. Finally arrived at 6.00pm just as we were giving up hope. Probably been better had they just said pm rather than a specific time Fitter was absolutely brilliant. Answered all the questions I put to him (and there were a few!) Finally finished around 8.00 and was then going to the final job (a friends so we knew it was true). He then had to drive 150 miles home. Finally received a call from Chelsea around 8.15 to check everything was ok Some might see the timing as a negative (not necessarily something they can control) but the fact that they are working so late for me, far outweighs that A star performance all round

L'adoucisseur a été installé dans les 3 semaines alors qu'il y avait un temps d'attente normalement plus long donc juste top. Work in progress.
I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as rude as greener energy. Service engineer doesn’t turn up so I called to see what’s happening. Apparently they tried to call however there is no record of missed calls or even a voice message. That just the tip of the ice berg. We’ve got leaking radiators and we’re still repairing damage from installation. I wish we had done more research and chosen another company. As an update to my review. I received a call from the company concerned about the level of service we had received. I spoke to Tony who went away and investigated what had happened. He worked really hard to rectify the issue and by early evening he had. I’m very pleased with response and with the way he dealt with it.

Great service
Great installation of hybrid heating system two years ago. Big drop in gas bills and a comfortable warm home that is cheaper to run. Annual service is excellent, Martin their service engineer did a very thorough service this week, spending over two hours on every component including cleaning the air source heat pump. Would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs
The water filter cartridges with this Water filter are not fit for purpose because the water pours through them so it can't be filtering . I rang the UK number for their customer services regarding a return label. I got through to someone in India there was a loud buzzing on the phone. He said he couldn't hear me and would call back. He didn't. I phoned 2 more times got the same man and the same thing happened both times. I rang a fourth time and got a Woman this time her name was Ashwina. I told her I want to return she assured me it was a free return as I was in a 100 day trial policy. She did not send me a return label so a couple of days later I started a live chat. I wrote that I want to return the item and the chat asked me why I want to return and then when I replied asked if they could call me. Well I thought that odd and even stranger when it was Ashwina again. Anyway she tried to persuade me to keep it and I insisted I want to send it back. Once again I asked if it was a free return and she confirmed it was. A few days later I still had no return label so I emailed her asking for the label. That was ignored. I rang again and this time I got a man speaking to me in a foreign language I tried to explain I had spoken to Ashwina and he started laughing and carried on talking in this foreign languish. I decided then there's something very dodgy so I opened up a dispute with PayPal. About 6 days after opening the dispute Ashwina got back to me by email telling me the address ro return and all return expenses label tracking had to be paid by me. Total oppersite to what she said two me twice previously. It's a heavy item. I think it's going to be costly return So at the end of this I'm out of pocket and they have their scam item back ready to sell on to the next victim. In summary there are some very bad 1 star reviews on here& I find it strange that they can go from 1 star to 5 stars. My advice avoid this company at all costs . This is an update . The return cost me £9 for an item that was on a 100 day trial period. So I'm £9 out of pocket and Pheonix water gravity have their product back ready to sell again. In reply to Pheonix Gravity's response to my review. I asked Ashwina in 2 separate telephone conversations are the returns free and on both occasions over the phone she said yes as I wss in 100 day return policy. However it took her 8 days to send me their address to return. No label just an address in that email she said the return cost was up to me to pay. No apology for the mis information. I did email her back questioning this but my email was ignored. I spent £9 on next day delievery it was recieved back to Pheonix a week ago . I've not recieved a refund. Thank god I paid with PayPal. Paypal told me Pheonix have recieved the product. PayPal emailed them regarding my refund on the 15th They recieved it on the 10th . I spoke to PayPal yesterday which was the 17th and so far they have not heard back from Phoenix so as from today the 18th I'm still waiting for a refund. Regardless of thee reply from Phoenix below . I stand by my review. There's something dodgy about this company and avoid at all costs.

Great water filter…
I agree with everything in the positive reviews. The filtered water makes a lovely cup of tea, we enjoy a glass of water now without the taint of chlorine. It is reassuring that microplastics and other undesirable substances are eliminated. I did hesitate before buying it but I can thoroughly recommend this filtration system for it’s simplicity and ease of use.

Exemplary Customer Service
Upon receiving my gravity water filter, I incorrectly thought that I was missing some small items, and so I reached out to customer services. Their response was prompt and courteous, and it was obvious they had read my email throughout, taking in all I had said. Not only kindly explaining to me where the items were but attaching an image of the items I should have, showing where to find them. In all we communicated a few times and each time the service was exemplary, which instilled me with confidence in them. The gravity water filter itself was carefully packaged, including soft covers for each shiny, stainless steel part to ensure they remain unmarked. I have been using this product for several days now and the water is crystal clear with a silky smooth texture and what to me is a clear and clean taste, if this makes sense. A friend recommended this company to me and from my personal experience, I feel confident in recommending them to others.

We are still waiting for repairs to be done to our ceiling due to the poor install (needs to have a full re-plaster and paint). This has been ongoing for months, I am having to chase weekly. Think twice before using this company.
Our install has been a shambles from start to finish. This was a huge mistake to use this company. Our install started in November and it is now March and we still have rubbish on site. We have had problem after problem Plaster everywhere Wallpaper ruined and needed replacing Skirting boards covered over when they should have been removed. Banging noises from the hot water system. The only advice I can give you is NOT to use them. To make things they are chasing us for money when we have rubbish on site and the job isn’t even finished yet.

LMF were supplying solar, batteries and charger through the Solar Together initiative. From quoting to installation, good communication and coordination. They identified a slight issue with the roof and I was able to get that fixed whilst the scaffolding was up. All done within the price quoted and after a slight glitch with the app system, all working within hours.

Stay away from this company they are an absolute joke, I ordered oil and got told it will take a week to deliver and still nearly 2 weeks on and still no delivery!!! Got told by e-mail that they couldn’t find my house today but instead of calling me to ask where I live they decided to e-mail me much later! So still no oil and with 2 small children, the people working there also dont care and are not interested to help as they have no complaints department. Cheeper isn’t always better my advice use another company who cares!

Efter at have skiftet til nyt el-selskab har jeg penge tilgode som jeg ikke har modtaget. Blev ellers lovet d. 22/1, at tilgodehavendet var sat til udbetaling. Har gentagne gange rykket Energidrift for en forklaring men jeg bliver total ignoreret. Virkelig useriøst - men jeg giver ikke op.

Hej alle kunder der overvejer og gå over til energidrift lad være lad være Jeg var hos Edison før og skiftet til energidrift da de købte Edison …. Og ved skift af energi selskab stiger mit forbrug åbentbart med 40kwh uden anskaffelse af nye elapparater

Per adesso mi trovo meglio che con Hera che oltre i costi elevati i servizi erano complicati, macchinosi e con giri a destra e manca.... un piacere cambiare con coop che oltre ai buoni spessa penso che ho migliorato col servizio
