Booked a cruise travelling in 15 days, couldnt check in online so contacted MSC directly, they've booked us in by Logitravel need to provide the boarding tickets, sent emails, made calls but get cut off. Will escalate to ABTA.

I had an issue with the transfer at the end of my holiday as I wasn't collected and was given incorrect information. I then had to pay extra and get a taxi to the airport. I have emailed them 3 times about this and not a single response. I will not book with this company again, there's no customer service.

Worst travel agent iv dealt with in the world. 15 minutes to get through via phone, then i get passed to another line, then it cuts off. Weekends they have no assistance available and they dont care. I have written to them in several occasions via email and no reply, stay away. Ref num - 1012009753 in case logitravel wishes to "now" get in touch after all my failed attempts. 1 week on, no email supporting my review, no phone call, nothing at all, keep away.
