Easy and swift cruise bookings
We were pleased to have Iris handle our cruise bookings. The swift response to questions pre booking, made the process easy for us, and queries post booking were similarly swift. It actually encouraged friends to book the same cruise at a later date. Iris managed to get them on the same deck just a few doors away.

Hi My experience of Logitravel, first time of using. Explained what we wanted to Iris, came back with the perfect option to suit our requirements, Price was great, Give them a try. I can only say, Iris is very clued up on what is required to provide a great service. Only Issue is that customer service needs some additional staff or investment. This is no reflection on the service we got from Iris. We have booked the Cruise.

This is the second time I have used Logitravel to book a cruise holiday. I used the website to hold a room and then a few days later emailed and the agent who contacted me back, Iris, was extremely helpful and friendly and dealt with my booking with speed and professionalism, she even linked my booking with a friends booking to make securing the same table at dinner was made easier and one person (me) can manage both bookings for all the additional extras we want. I would recommend Logitravel to friends.

This company are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Failed to return any call, deal with email and the English is beyond bad to the point they can't speak clear English. Failed to deal with a complaint and now blocked me on the phone to call them after failing to reply to emails Complete lies on the complaint now to claim through small claims court as a bunch of cowboys

Incompetent and Deceitful
Reference: 955529499 Booked flights with Logitravel on June 20th to travel July 17th (outbound) with RyanAir and July 25th (inbound) with TAP. About one hour after making the booking I received email confirmation of both flights. Outbound - not a problem, received my e-ticket and flew with RyanAir. Inbound - Oh dear! Given my return flight was the following day, I called Logitravel on July 24th to find out when I was going to receive my e-ticket. I was informed it will arrive later that day. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get anything more definitive and so enquired, until what time I could get phone help should it still not have arrived. What I then received was a terse 'it will arrive later that day'. Just over an hour later I received an alert to login for an update. Upon doing so I was informed that due to a 'technical issue' I would not be on the flight they had previously confirmed and offered me an alternate the following day. The only reason I know this is because I'm chasing them! I called Logitravel to find out what was going on, only to be met with an individual who informed me 'they were just customer service and were unable to tell me'. They would get someone to call me straight back. An hour later, I finally got a call. Obviously, no explanation as to what this 'technical issue' was or why it happened, but somehow they'd managed to get me a seat on a later flight on July 25th and just needed me to accept the change and then they would process. Wow! What they didn't know was I had already checked in for that flight. I called TAP directly and they were able to provide the kind of assistance that is way beyond the remit of Logitravel. They got me a seat and also explained what the 'technical issue' was. It transpires that Logitravel had only provisionally booked my original flight, they had not confirmed it with the carrier - confirmation is standard practice else deemed as no longer required. This will be despite my receiving the confirmation notification from Logitravel. So, had I not chased Logitravel and merely turned up at the airport with my booking reference, I would have found I was not booked on any flight. Nice one, Logitravel. What have I learnt? Avoid Logitravel like the plague but if you insist on using them, don't believe a word they say.

CAUTION Terrible experience
I’m sure they are a legit firm but it took me over a week to make contact with anyone and it wasn’t for the lack of trying! The online chat did not work & no-one answered the calls. I did eventually get in touch today to cancel my holiday, the agent asked for my bank details which I provided to have the deposit refunded, only to realise instead of cancelling the holiday, he had charged my card for the holiday balance (nearly £800) thankfully a bank notification came up on my phone straight away so I was able to challenge him, he did not apologise, just said he’d pass it over to finance to get them to sort it over the next few days. Terrible customer care and awful services, it has taken all afternoon to sort waiting for call backs, calls being disconnected from them etc - I will now incur bank charges as they report it may take 5 days for my money to be returned to me and I still have to pay a cancellation fee meaning no deposit returned even though it’s over 5 months until the planned trip … I won’t be trying these guys again!
