Not able to contact the company via phone/email/online chat/social media since the outbreak of Covid-19. I appreciate that this is an unprecedented situation and it may not be able to issue refunds immediately but to leave customers unable to travel and unable to speak with the company who are holding all their money is unacceptable. Also despite calling themselves Logitravel UK, they are based in Spain so I’m concerned about their bonding and authority to operate in the UK. Will happily update my review if I receive any communication or contact from them along with a timeline I can expect to be refunded. Until then I’d have to say avoid this company at all costs.

I have been unable to obtain a response in any media to cancel a Hotel booking, losing only the deposit before total payment due in May. They were great re Booking and follow up, if I do get a response I will update my review Site now allowing Manage my Booking so could cancel directly on line with e mail cancellation confirmation April 5th

I feel confident about using Logitravel in future!
I booked accommodation in Rome, Italy via Logitravel back in September 2019. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and the FCO restriction on travelling to Rome, we are now not able to go on our trip. I called and spoke with Natalia and she informed me that she would check with management to see if I was able to receive a full refund. I received a call back from Natalia, not too long after speaking with her, confirming that in light of the situation they are happy to cancel the booking and provide a full refund with no cancellation fees. I thought this was very kind and noble of them, as there are a lot of companies trying to get out refunding people who are booked to travel to high risk areas within the coming weeks. Overall, this experience alone has made me feel confident about booking with them again in future as I know that I am safe with Logitravel, and I feel that they had my best interests at heart. Thank you for making this stressful period easier to manage! :)

Fees purposefully hidden
Booking page chooses to clearly identify some fees, but then hide the much more expensive resort fees in a different link right at the bottom of the page. By showing some fees they trick you into thinking you know exactly what you are paying for. Really bad experience and would not issue a refund.

offered a price then they increased it within minutes by 15%
Received an email with a link to book a specific hotel I had looked at. The email quoted what was referred to in the email as “final price”. Within minutes of clicking the link, the price had increased by 15%. This was at a very early time in the morning. The price as since remained the same all day. I contacted logitravel to ask why the price had increased from the price offered and was advised that they use “dinamics” and that other people may have been looking at the hotel at the same time. Something possible if course but rather unlikely at 7.15am that so many people booked that exact hotel at that time. I believe the email to be more “clickbait” in the hope that I would still book at the inflated price. It’s a shame a company can offer a price in an email yet not honour that price due to “dinamics”
