Contacted regarding cancelling our cruise in October. Been told cruise is still sailing. If we cancel will lose £600.00 advised them my self and my husband have been shielding for the past 4 months and covid 19 is still prevalent in all countries. We haven't even been offered to defer our cruise until next year. A lot of cruises have suspended sailing until end of October. Ship has had a lot of covid 19 infections.

Do not use this company! Their customer support for a booking is non existent at worst and horrendous at best. Their phone lines have been “closed” for weeks and emails are not possible. You get the occasional standard reply to a form you submit. They promise to contact you 15 days before your trip starts and they don’t! It is now 7 days until the trip begins and I’m still waiting for contact!

Took a while but got a refund May 2020
Booked a holiday to Portaventura in May which was canceled due to the travel ban. Had a bit of trouble contacting them with their current reduced set up but got there in the end with a full refund sorted and paid a few days ago. We have used logitravel before for a holiday last year as well and everything went to plan that time so we have been pretty happy with thier service overall. I suspect we will book with them again at some point when this covid stuff stops making everything so unpredictable.

Had to cancel due to COVID-19 Statewide closure. Never received confirmation email, but credit card was charged. Trivago cant help even though they are the company we used to book. Aperture travel Logi travel is non existent, other than charging $ to our credit card. Can't get a hold of anyone. Cant cancel because we have no confirmation email. Cancelled directly with hotel but we still didnt get a reversal on our card. This is horrible company do not use! ***Update: Logi Travel send a message through trustpilot stating I had to get refund from Trivago. Trivago is stating it was actually booked through Logitravel. So there you go, I’m going in circles, so I’m not getting my money back. Very sad, especially with everything going on in the world due to COVID.

Just awful. Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is non existent. I tried on multiple occasions to cancel my booking due to Covid19. All hotels were closed. The websites chat function didn't cancel my booking like it was supposed to. Their phone lines would not take my phone call. (recorded message, then hang up). When trying to cancel via email, I received an "address not found" response. I tried multiple avenues, multiple times. NOTHING worked. Amazingly, they were able to contact me after the cancellation date and they refused to reimburse me. FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!

We booked a cruise & due to pay the balance next week. After speaking to Royal Caribbean (who have confirmed the cruise won’t be going ahead) they are in the process of refunding or credit vouchers to everyone & this total unprofessional company who won’t answer the phone & now won’t reply to my emails still want me to pay my balance in full or loose my £2000 deposit. It’s hardly fulls you with any confidence to pay the further £5000. I have my own business & would never treat people like that you should be ashamed of yourself as a money grabbing totally unprofessional company at such difficult times 😡😡😡

Refused refund du to cancelled cruise due to covid-19. They said that they will issue cruise credit instead., 2 months has gone, no cruise credit received."Mañana, mañana" They don´t care. Asked them to rebook the cruise to 2021, "No, you have to wait for the cruise credit!

Have been unable to contact them for over 2 weeks now via email or phone.The phone lines have now been turned off and had to pay the remainder of the balance as worried that would lose all of the balance . I can understand the high level of call back just to turn the phone lines off is just very bad customer service.
