I have booked a Hotel paying the cancellation insurance. As soon I received the email confirmation I realized that the dates were wrong. After contacting the unfriendly customers support three time, the day after booking I have manage to understand that the insurance covers only in case of extreme events i.e. dead of yourself or a close parent, dismissal from work etc. and no refund was possible. I suggest you to spend a bit more and avoid bad adventures with logitravel!

The process was generally easy to work the only challenge I found was choosing flights that suited our personal preferences. Once the choices of flights between the UK and the two Portugal cities was established the booking system was simple. We have some months to wait now to see how the holiday itinerary works in real life!

Very unprofessional company. I booked and paid via PAYPAL and without any notifications via email, they cancelled my booking and left me stranded in Prague without a reservation. Now they advised me to file a claim via PAYPAL and don't have the decency to refund me directly. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want a shock when you arrive at your destination.
