Avoid Logitravel

I tried to book some flights with Logitravel. First my card was refused and then I tried again and an error message was received saying no booking was made. No confirmation email was received. So I decided to make a new booking directly with the airline companies. For my surprise the following Monday 430 pounds (from logitravel) was deducted from my bank account. Contacted logitravel by phone, but they couldn't help me and asked me to emailed them (of course this would give them more time). So I contacted them by live chat. They asked me to contact directly Ryanair and easyjet to cancel my flights. On the same day Ryanair and easyjet agreed with the refund of my money. Sent all the emails to logitravel to get my refund. They reassured me that I would get my full refund for my booking. After more than one week I contacted them again. The answer was your booking is confirmed and fully paid. So under them system no cancellation and refund was made. They requested me my Iban, when firstly no one requested me that. Funny enough I can't reply to the email where they requested for my Iban. Very poor service from Logitravel, when it was them website not working properly. Still waiting for my refund. If I don't get my refund will make a complaint with ABTA about logitravel.

Easy to negotiate the site

Easy to negotiate the site , had to ring them up to ask if the booking could be swapped to a better deal on the same cruise that we had previously booked . The operator was very helpful and sorted things out with the cruise company and emailed back within the stated timeframe . Would consider using Logitravel again
