Can't say how pleased we have been with the service so far

This year, 5 th trip with Logitravel and for the first time a problem. I went in July 2018 to Sardinia. Booking a car via Logitravel (with hotel and plane) with the Sicily by car rental company. About 600 euros for 2 weeks paid in advance, minimum insurance. They did not give me the car and did not want to pay me back! Two other French couples in the same case. Reason: debit card. I proposed the credit card of my wife (with the same name), I wanted to take my wife as a second driver (80 euros), take all the insurance provided they give me the car, they have nothing wanted to know. I then call Logitravel who tells me to rent a second car on the spot by my own means. They tell me that they can not do anything and will not pay me back.

Very good service, your representative Iris was just great it was a pleasure. being able to speak to someone so helpful. Will be back in the new year to book another cruise. My thanks to everyone at your company especially Iris. Charles Walker

Quick and easy to save quotes and book with no problems would book with Logitravel again.

Great communications with Iris at Logitravel. My only problem was getting a credit card through for English pound. Finally used paypal and got through okay.
