This is the first time we have booked a cruise with Logitravel, we have just paid our invoice in full and to this point we have had a good experience. They contact me regularly in the run up between paying the deposit to paying in full. Their documents are clear and easy to understand. I am now looking forward to s stress free holiday with Logitravel at the helm.

The website is easy to use and it has all the information we need to book our holiday

The options available for multi centre holidays is good. However had problems - once saved a booking and clicking on the 'book' or 'review' option was taken back to the website for me to start the search all over again! saving the booking didn't seem to make the booking process any easier - a bit frustrating! also all the flight options kept changing each time I logged in (5 times) over 2 consecutive days.

I have tried to print off my particulars but for some reason am unable to do so I asked for a paper copy to be posted to me This has not happened??
